Wandering Witchbreed AU: Sir Logan the Wolverine
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/71f868490c1e7f1ddfeee4736709619d/f56f6cba5b2b042c-0b/s540x810/ac344bd23d9889b4925b4860e11c08088d2090b3.jpg)
AU MASTERPOST
AKA James Howlett
Armour
Logan wears leather armour given to him by The Knights of Xavier. The leather is treated to be a bright and vibrant yellow in colour, with the coat of arms of House Xavier embossed over the heart. In order to hide his identity, Logan covers his armour with a simple, brown travel cloak.
Sexuality and Relationships
In this AU, Logan is bisexual and polyamorous. At it's core, the AU is focused on Poolverine, but prior to the fall of the House of Xavier, Logan had feelings for many of his fellow knights, which will also be explored when delving into Logan's past.
Past
Logan, like is canon counterpart, is over 200 years old. He was born in what is now known as the Kingdom of Kanata, many decades before it broke away from the crumbling Albion Empire. He lived a pleasant and privileged childhood as the son of Lord John and Lady Elizabeth Howlett, however he was often bedridden due to his delicate constitution. Logan's life changed drastically when he discovered that he was, in fact, the illegitimate son of his family's cruel groundskeeper, Thomas Logan. After witnessing Thomas kill John, Logan's witchbreed abilities activated. He lashed out and accidentally killed Thomas before escaping into the night with Thomas' other son (and Logan's half brother), Victor. As he grew older, Logan began to realise that he felt most comfortable in a militaristic role, fighting as a soldier and mercenary in many wars over the course of his life. Eventually, Logan’s rapid healing abilities drew the attention of the Royal Spymaster, Professor Andre Thorton. With the aid of sorcerers Abraham Cornelius and Carol Hines, he captured Logan and performed an eldritch ritual to bond adamantium to his skeleton and completely wiped his mind and memory. This left Logan an animalistic shell of his former self, forced to do Cornelius’ bidding through the use of an enchanted circlet. After a decade of acting as the Royal family’s assassin, Logan was able to break free of his magical brainwashing and escape into the Kanatian wilderness. There he lived as a wild man, with no memory of who or even what he was. He moved from place to place, making what little money he could through underground fights and mercenary work until he ran into Anna Marie and was convinced to join The Knights of Xavier in exchange for them helping investigate his past. Despite the Knights welcoming him as one of their own, Logan was hesitant to allow himself to trust them. This fear of letting people close to him, along with being worn down by the anti-witchbreed prejudice sweeping the Kingdom of Ventra, caused Logan to retreat further into himself. He became apathetic to their cause and, when the Xavier Manor House was attacked by Sentinals and Witchhunters, refused to join the fight. When he returned, he found the manor burned to the ground, leaving him the only survivor.

Wow, now that's a list!
Sorry for replying so late and thank you for the effort of putting this together. We'll screen the celebs on here and check out if there is enough good and inspiring material of them in order to make some captions. Safe to say that we won't get around to include ALL of them, obviously.
Question: What is the turn-on for you guys about dominant celebrity women and their feet? Is it the thought of them "enslaving" you? Or do you just like the look of the celeb-woman and imagine yourself with a "version" of her in your life? :)

The text of the letter and names of the celebrities that signed it under the cut.
"October 23, 2023
Dear President Biden,
We are heartened by Friday’s release of the two American hostages, Judith Ranaan and her daughter Natalie Ranaan and by today’s release of two Israelis, Nurit Cooper and Yocheved Lifshitz, whose husbands remain in captivity.
But our relief is tempered by our overwhelming concern that 220 innocent people, including 30 children, remain captive by terrorists, threatened with torture and death. They were taken by Hamas in the savage massacre of October 7, where over 1,400 Israelis were slaughtered - women raped, families burned alive, and infants beheaded.
Thank you for your unshakable moral conviction, leadership, and support for the Jewish people, who have been terrorized by Hamas since the group’s founding over 35 years ago, and for the Palestinians, who have also been terrorized, oppressed, and victimized by Hamas for the last 17 years that the group has been governing Gaza.
We all want the same thing: Freedom for Israelis and Palestinians to live side by side in peace. Freedom from the brutal violence spread by Hamas. And most urgently, in this moment, freedom for the hostages.
We urge everyone to not rest until all hostages are released. No hostage can be left behind. Whether American, Argentinian, Australian, Azerbaijani, Brazilian, British, Canadian, Chilean, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Eritrean, Filipino, French, German, Indian, Israeli, Italian, Kazakh, Mexican, Panamanian, Paraguayan, Peruvian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, South African, Spanish, Sri Lankan, Thai, Ukrainian, Uzbekistani or otherwise, we need to bring them home.
Sincerely,

From CNN: Denny Laine, co-founder of bands Wings and The Moody Blues, dies at 79
Denny Laine, co-founder of bands Wings and The Moody Blues, dies at 79
(CNN) Denny Laine, co-founder of bands Wings and The Moody Blues and longtime collaborator of Paul Mccartney, died on Tuesday morning, according to Laine's wife Elizabeth Hines. He was 79.
Hines wrote in a post on
Laine's official Instagram account that Laine had "been in ICU on a ventilator this past week.'' She said Laine had Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), which "is unpredictable and aggressive.''
"He fought everyday. He was so strong and brave, never complained,'' she wrote.
In 1971, Laine helped form Wings alongside Paul and Linda Mccartney, which was Mccartney's first musical
offering after the Beatles broke up.

Vale Denny Laine
So sad to wake today and read the news that the great Denny Laine had passed away at the age of 79. His wife, Elizabeth Hines, posted this message on social media: My darling husband passed away peacefully early this morning. I was at his bedside, holding his hand as I played his favorite Christmas songs for him. He’s been singing Christmas songs the past few weeks and I continued to play…

LOSER'S BRACKET NOMINATIONS!
It is time to announce the LOSER'S BRACKET!
The Loser's Bracket is meant to give some love to characters who lost early, so anyone who has made it to the Quarterfinals and farther (even if they lose there) has gotten far enough they don't really need the love of the Loser's Bracket. During our last tournament Red Riding Poll, the Loser's Bracket winner was a character who hadn't even made it out of Round 1! This is for all the characters who might have been less recognizable but still awesome, to all the characters that got overshadowed by others.
The rules for nominations:
The Loser's Bracket will be either a 16 or 32 single elimination bracket, depending on the amount of nominations that are sent in.
Unlike the main tournament, where the polls each lasted a week, the polls for the Loser's Bracket will last only a day. That means the entire Loser's Bracket will probably last around a week.
Nominate as many characters as you want, but don't nominate the same character multiple times. Be mindful that the most nominated characters will be the ones that will make it to the bracket. Also nominate characters one at a time.
Propaganda from the Main Tournament will not appear, but feel free to submit any propaganda you want for why the character should win the Loser's Bracket!
Nominations open today and will close on the 15th of January, the same day the Quarterfinals of the main tournament loses.
Be respectful! Just because your fave didn't make it as far as you wanted in the main tournament or the Loser's Bracket, doesn't mean that the other contestants aren't worthwhile either! Remember, every character in this tournament have people who love them just as much as you love your fave, so please be courteous!
