Kapolda Lampung Serap Aspirasi Masyarakat Pantai Tiska

BANDAR LAMPUNG - Kapolda Lampung tampung aspirasi warga Panjang lewat kegiatan Jum'at Curhat di Pantai Tiska, Jalan Srengsem, Panjang, Bandar Lampung, Jum'at (17/2/23). Dalam kegiatan tersebut, masyarakat panjang menyampaikan sejumlah curhatan terkait, limbah pabrik, perlintasan rel kereta, geng motor, tawuran pelajar, hingga patroli subuh oleh kepolisian. Diketahui, kegiatan jumat curhat tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Dir Intelkam Kombes Pol Nowo Hadi Nugroho, Dir Reskrimum Kombes Pol Reynold Elisa Hutagalung, Dirlantas Kombes Pol. Medyanta, Dir Binmas Kombes Pol. Anang Triarsono. Selain itu turut hadir pula Dan Lanal Lampung, Perwakilan dr PT Pelindo, KSOP Panjang, pihak PT KAI, kepala KUA Panjang, Guru, serta ratusan masyarakat panjang yang ingin menyampaikan keluhannya. Kapolda Lampung, Irjen Pol Akhmad Wiyagus mengatakan, kegiatan Jumat Curhat merupakan sebuah program dari  Kapolri dengan tujuan untuk menjalin Komunikasi yang baik terhadap masyarakat. Menurutnya, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan guna menampung apa yang menjadi permasalahan di tengah-tengah masyarakat. "Kami harapkan kepada masyarakat yang hadir dalam Jumat Curhat ini untuk bisa memberi tanggapan dan masukan kepada Polri khususnya Polda Lampung tentang kinerja Polri saat ini," ucap Kapolda Wiyagus, Jumat (17/2/2023). Adapun pertanyaan atau keluhan masyarakat dalam kegiatan Jumat Curhat hari ini yqkni terkait limbah dan polusi yang ditimbulkan oleh sejumlah pabrik yang ada di daerah Panjang. Kemudian, keluhan tentang perlintasan pintu kereta api yang kerap menimbulkan kecelakaan. Adapula isu terkait geng motor, tawuran antar pelajar, hingga isu hoaks yabg kerap timbul di masyarakat. Menanggapi berbagai isu tersebut, Kapolda Lampung mengatakan pihaknya akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang di alami oleh warga Panjang tersebut. "Terkait polusi dan limbah pabrik akan kami koordinasikan dengan pihak-pihak terkait untuk menyelesaikannya, karena itu bukan hanya tugas kepolisian saja," Ungkapnya. "Apapun keluhan masyarakat, kami akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk menampung dan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahannya," imbuhnya. Kapolda Lampung menyampaikan tupoksi Polri adalah perlindungan masyarakat, semua masyarakat berhak dilindungi Polri baik itu pelapor dan terlapor semua dilindungi Polri dalam konteks yang berbeda. Degan begitu, menurut Wiyagus tidak semua permasalahan hukum dapat diproses. Terkait sejumlah isu tawuran, geng motor serta isu lain yang meresahkan masyarakat, Kapolda meminta Dirkrimum dan Dir Binmas, dan Polsek setempat untuk segera melakukan patroli dan berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah setempat. "Terkait patroli subuh, saya meminta agar kapolsek untuk memimpin patroli rutin untuk mencegah adanya hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan saat dinihari," "Kegiatan ini memang sudah rutin kita lakukan, dan ini tidak hanyabdi polsek panjang saja melainkan semua polsek di seluruh Lampung," imbuhnya. Lebih lanjut, Irjen Pol Wiyagus mengajak masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam menjaga ketertiban di wilayahnya masing masing. "Warga harus ikut berperan dalam menjaga ketertiban, dan bila menemukan ada tindakan melanggar hukum dapat segera melapor ke Bhabinkamtibmas atau petugas terdekat," "Saat ini, masyarakat juga sudah bisa jadi jurnalis, jadi kalau ada pristiwa langsung saja di rekam, setelah itu baru dilaporkan ke petugas," imbunya. La Quarantena Del Signor Zut

 La Quarantena del Signor Zut, inserito tra le attività on-line create dallo Spazio Zut, è un radiodramma diviso in 5 puntate ideato a partire dalla vita di quarantena del misterioso personaggio nato dalla fantasia del gruppo di lavoro dello Spazio Zut al momento della riapertura l’ex Cinema Vittoria nel 2014, poi ribattezzato Spazio Zut. 

 Chi è il Signor Zut?

Il fantomatico Signor Zut è un personaggio nato dalla matita del disegnatore Simone Trippetta che ogni mese a partire dal Maggio 2014, illustra il personaggio alle prese con una qualche disavventura. Il personaggio di fantasia Signor Zut è un pò un antieroe, una persona comune che affronta con leggerezza tutte le piccole sfortune della vita quotidiana. Il personaggio è l’elemento principale della grafica e del progetto di comunicazione dello spazio. Il Signor Zut vive in una dimensione fumettistica e poetica, ma in qualche modo è sempre stato legato allo spazio e alla città, infatti, le sembianze della figura disegnata sono ispirate ai disegni di Moreno caricaturista e imitatore folignate degli anni quaranta. 

 Il Progetto

Il progetto di radiodramma ideato da Michele Bandini vuole narrare attraverso un racconto radiofonico, l’ipotetica quarantena del signor Zut, anche lui rinchiuso nella sua casa situata da qualche parte nel centro della città di Foligno. Come tutti noi nel periodo di quarantena anche lui è alle prese con una quotidianità scandita da aggiornamenti sanitari, momenti di noia, frugali uscite per la sopravvivenza, ovvero,  tutto quello che questa insolita condizione di isolamento sta significando per noi. 

 L’idea 

Il radiodramma è diviso in 5 puntate e racconta per immagini sonore questo momento storico attraverso la vita solitaria di un uomo immaginario. Il Signor Zut diventa così un pò paradigma per tanti uomini e donne, che durante il lockdown erano a casa da soli a fare i conti con se stessi, e anche se a distanza, con un mondo che, da enorme e sconfinato come sembrava,  abitato da un’umanità infallibile e forte, si è dimostrato piccolo piccolo. Un mondo che si rivelato  essere un enorme quartiere di periferia in cui tutti sono in relazione con tutti, come vicini di casa, mondo in cui ogni paese, città, stato è diventato una sorta di grande condominio del profondo che ci riguarda tutti. Il Signor Zut non parla mai in prima persona, è raccontato da una voce narrante. Ci sono dei personaggi che interagiscono con lui, voci che chiederanno ma che non avranno risposta e questo con l’intento di mantenere questa sua universalità simbolica che è un pò la sua caratteristica. Il Signor Zut non ha una sua voce, ha la voce di ognuno di noi, donna o uomo che sia, che in quei giorni di quarantena ogni giorno si alzava, mangiava, sognava in attesa che si realizzasse quello strano desiderio di vedere nascere un mondo rinnovato e migliore, in cui condomini solitari possano lasciare spazio a profumati e rigogliosi giardini dove poter di nuovo incontrare gli altri.

 Struttura

La puntata zero è uscita il 4 Aprile 2020, ad un mese di distanza dal primo decreto nazionale, e la produzione è proseguita con puntate a cadenza settimanale fino a Maggio 2020. Ogni episodio, oltre alla voce narrante di Michele Bandini, prevede la partecipazione di artisti italiani che per amicizia hanno deciso di partecipare con piccole parti al progetto. I piccoli ruoli sono stati scritti su misura e pensati per gli artisti coinvolti come Elisa Pol, Valerio Sirna, Maurizio Lupinelli, Daniele Timpano, Elvira Frosini e Mael Veisse. Le musiche dell’episodio n3 sono di Dan Kinzelman e quelle dell’episodio n4 sono di Giulio Catarinelli.

Melalui Jumat curhat, Kapolda Lampung ingin dekat dengan masyarakat

BANDAR LAMPUNG - Kapolda Lampung melaksanakna program Jum'at curhat bersama masyarakat dan berlangsung di Asrama Haji Lampung, Jum'at (27/1/2023). Dalam kegiatan ini Kapolda Lampung Irjen pol Dr. Akhmad Wiyagus S.ik., M.Si., M.M, didampingi Dir Reskrimum, Kombes Pol Reynold Elisa Hutagalung, Dirlantas Kombes Pol. Medyanta, Dir intelkam Kombes Pol Nowo hadi Nugroho, dan Kabid Propam Kombes Pol. M. Syarhan, Melaksanakan Jumat curhat yang dilaksanakan serentak di wilayah Provinsi Lampung. Dikegiatan itu turut dihadiri Kakanwil Kemenag Lampung, Puji Raharjo, S.Ag., S.S., M.Hum., Kabid Penerangan Agama Islam Zakat dan Wakaf, H. Erwinto M.Kom.I, Da'i Kamtibmas Provinsi Lampung, Sulaiman Bardan, Para penyuluh Agama PNS dan non PNS seprovinsi Lampung. Kapolda Lampung Irjen pol Dr. Akhmad Wiyagus S.ik., M.Si., M.M, dalam sambutannya mengatakan saya selaku pimpinan di jajaran Polda Lampung, tidak ingin ada jarak antara Kapolda dengan masyarakat. "Ini kesempatan bapak dan ibu yang hadir disini untuk curhat dengan kami, sehingga kita semua bisa saling tukar pikiran," ujar Kapolda Lampung. Saat ini Problema agama di masyarakat banyak sekali, nantinya bagaimana tugas bapak-bapak polisi ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Saya di dampingi beberapa Pejabat Utama Polda Lampung, apresiasi kepada bapak/ibu sekalian saya sejak awal kerja sama dengan Kemenag, ini sangat strategis kita mempunyai perangkat di tingkat wilayah sampai tingkat desa dan memiliki berbagai agama. Negara kita ini negara yang sangat besar pemeluk agama bermacam-macam dan suku , model beragama yang paling efektif sudah dicontohkan oleh nabi Muhammad Saw tentang toleransi beragama, jangan sampai intoleran menjadi bagian dari keyakinan yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak kita, saya banyak mendapat keluhan tentang pengemudi terkait pungutan-pungutan liar, tentu nya ini akan menjadi perhatian bagi kami dan akan kami tindak lanjuti sesuai tugas kami sebagai pelindung , pengayom dan pelayanan masyarakat. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, beberapa warga menyampaikan aspirasinya langsung kepada bapak Kapolda Lampung, salah satunya datang dari Rusdiyanto salah satu penyuluh agama di Lampung tengah, mengatakan, Alhamdulillah terbanggi besar aman, dia memohon keamanan agar ditambah untuk wilayah yang dianggap rawan kamtibmas, seperti Padang ratu, gedung aji, anak tuha, dan sebagainya. Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kapolda Lampung menyampaikan bahwa untuk pengamanan khusus nya diwilayah yang tadi disampaikan akan kami perkuat lagi dengan penambahan personil untuk pengamanan di daerah yang dianggap rawan tersebu. Sementara itu, Agustoni penyuluh agama Lampung Utara, menyoroti hal yang terkait dengan pembuatan SIM harus ada uang psikologi, dan masih ada pungutan-pungutan lainnya dan di Samsat antrinya panjang seolah-olah Polri ini mempersulit masyarakat, Agustoni menanyakan solusi terkait hal tersebut. Dalam permasalahan tersebut, dijawab oleh Kapolda menyampaikan terimakasih atas laporan yang diberikan dan akan dijadikan evaluasi agar Pelayanan masyarakat dilakukan secara transparan dan tidak ada pungli dalam pengurusan SIM. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Direktur Reserse Kriminal umum Kombes Pol Reynold EP Hutagalung mengatakan, bapak Kapolda ini sangat atensi kepada tugas kepolisian dalam hal preemtif dan preventif lebih baik pencegahan daripada penegakan hukum. "Dilampung ini sudah menghilangkan Nomenklatur kata-kata begal karena identik begal itu dengan Lampung kita mau Lampung ini aman dan nyaman bukan hanya masyarakat Lampung tetapi bagi mereka yang hadir dan melintas di wilayah Lampung," jelas Reynold. Oleh karena itu kita jangan mensosialisasikan kata begal tapi bukan menampik adanya peristiwa perbuatan pidana, mungkin ini dapat catatan khusus bagi bapak Wadir binmas supaya bisa bersinergi sampai tingkat kecamatan agar bapak/ibu melakukan penyuluhan bisa merasa aman, Bila bapak/ibu mengetahui ada nya tindak pidana segera laporkan ke polsek-polsek terdekat, pungkasnya.
