Alr so I was watching edits and came across Arlecchino and an idea popped into my head!

Danny Phantom as Arlecchino in DC also know as: Phantom the Knave Sovereign

(Still working on the name- Before we start I wanna say, I’m just trouble shooting rn and seeing what new ideas I could add with your guys input too. But so far this is what I have)

Ok so plot points:

Somehow Pariah Dark gets free of the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep, either because of Vlad or the Observants

Pariah seeing potential in Danny (and cause he was already dubbed to take Pariahs place after he was old enough) starts trying to become Danny’s parental model (much like Vlad. But Worse.)

It was annoying at first, but slowly over time, Pariah started taking his role as Danny’s “Father” too far and twisted. Wanting to make Danny strong, stronger than he ever will be.

Then one thing leads to another and an identity reveal happens. Except the Fentons now pretend Danny Fenton no longer exists, and it’s just Danny Phantom that is an after image of their boy. Which pains them so they keep their distance, but still help what they think is left of their boy.

Danny is sad about that- but he has his sister Jazz and his two best friends! He can live with his parents pretending he doesn’t exist, atleast not as Danny Fenton no he can’t- he really can’t-

Then shit hits the fan, resulting in Danny’s home dimension into imploding into itself. (Which may or may not be the fault of Pariah Dark)

Luckily Danny is able to get out with Jazz!

But he’s too angry to rationalize himself after the death of his Haunt and almost all his fraid dying. He attacks and attacks Pariah and observers and whoever that threatens his last family at every turn.

More shit hits the fan, resulting in Danny getting cursed, which really hurts Danny. Enough to do weird ghost shenanigans to his biology, (via curse), and Jazz gets caught up.

Pariah sees a golden opportunity to use this to get Danny stronger to become the next king.

But Clockwork has had enough and steps in. Only to be promptly sealed away by the still acting king; Pariah Dark. Which Danny not even knowing as he’s out for the count thanks to the curse. (Jazz is the only witness. But Pariah can’t kill her because of Danny.)

More stuff happens and now Pariah is the acting Father of Danny and Jazz (with amnesia) who are in a ghost normal(?) orphanage with other kids.

Basically Arlecchino’s childhood happens to Danny and Jazz. Just that Pariah has decided to false make Jazz his “bio” kid to mentally fuck with Danny (smol child, and poor Jazz).

Danny still sees Jazz as his sis even if he doesn’t remember

After Jazz sadly doesn’t make it, Danny faces off Pariah once more for the first time. And consumes Pariahs Core into his, eating him alive so no more Pariah for the rest or eternity.

Then remembers- holy shit his names Danny! Not Peruere, which ew- (kidding I love the name-)

Anyways Danny gets mad at Clockwork only to find him sealed and the timelines fucked- and with Clockwork being so weak since the seal-ment, it’s up to Danny to fix the mess (and the one that was caused by the Observants once more with no one on the throne)

And so now Danny travels around timelines, picking up strays and adopting them (much like Batman, but better)

That there is the rough outline of the story!! I probably will make more but I just need to organize my thoughts before going into finer things (and art!)

Also I’d like to mention- while in the orphanage, Danny’s human side takes on more physical characteristics of his ghost form. Sorta merging the two forms into one? Not sure about it.

But Danny’s human form has definitely changed, and the curse is the same as Arlecchinos from Genshin (although would be nice if someone actually explained the curse to me fully- cause I don’t get it at all 😭)

Anyways that’s it- im thinking about interactions with the kids Danny Adopts and such but that’s for another time 💀

Thinking about a LATEOTW Au where Casper decides to not go down into the basement if the hospital, instead keeping quiet to not alert whoever or whatever was down there, grabbing supplies, and moving on to find some kind of camp, eventually meeting another teen, possibly Beetle. The two wander around before meeting a few other team, eventually meeting a few other teens and forming a Squad/qpr, Beetle having their phone being able to take pictures and post them to the internet of various shenanigans

The Squads story would revolve around the apocalypse, it would be funnier yet similarly dark, as the middle point between LATEOTW and PI, having the dry humor of LATEOTW, and the dark undertones of PI

The Squad eventually sneak into the greenhouse after seeing it and Casper wanted to explore, soon just. joining in the battle against Gaia, Casper never meets Claire and Akiva or any of the others, seeing a glimpse of Akiva verbally battling Gaia on Kaos’ hand, and not thinking a second thought, just joking around with a few beyonders and Casper’s friends, picking up another Beyonder to join their team, and moving on when the apocalypse ends to help rebuild the world, the Squad just being a group of bystanders, an outsider POV

Also Casper finally gets romance-

And this AU’s name? Im thinking something like Alternative Outsiders!

I have an AU in my head where bills original plan was to do the same thing he does in the show but he genuinely falls in love with Stanford. At first he tries to convince him that taking over the world together would be great but Ford doesn’t like it (of course) and bills like “…fineseeee 🙄” and just … doesn’t, because bae said no.

Ford still has a hard time trusting him after he finds out but he eventually learns Bill is being for real about the whole giving up his plans to take over the world thing. (Somewhere along here bill tells ford his real backstory) And ford decides to finish building the portal so Bill can have a new home and they can start a real relationship together.

Bill learning to be a be a better person decides that Stanford should try and reconnect with his twin, (“I lost my family trying to do something great. I can’t see it happened to you too”)

when the young mystery twins are born Bill immediately falls in love with the little gremlins (he sings the lullaby his mother used to sing to him to them)

Bill says once everyone he loves in this dimension dies he’s going to take over the world, (he says it to Cope with the thought of ford dying) but it never happens because even though ford and the twins did eventually die the pines family keeps living on And Bill can no longer find it in himself to destroy something that once was “his” (fords)

Although Bill no longer closely interacts with the Pines after so many generations, everyone in the family knows that there is a Guardian watching over them ⭐️

I just love Eldridge horror that can destroy the world x random mortal that makes them not want to ❤️

I have a whole diner Au planned out

Danny owns a diary for the dead, the liminals, and other magical creatures

It started off as a way to feed weaker ghosts ectoplasm so they would be able to succeed being in the infinite realms and then after a while just turned into an actual diner to feed the people

Like demons ,fae, gods or goddesses they all go to Danny's restaurant

At Phantom's Dinner you can pay for your meal with physical money, diamonds, runestones, anything even including soul contracts that's how Danny ended up getting all of Constantine soul contracts

I want Constantine to find out in Justice League Dark growing up there to demand by Constantine's soul

After busting and every being there finds what they did very disrespectful so Justice League have to wait to get a table get seated at that table

Only server that's would like to actually serve them is Klarion and he wears a diner uniform that's always changing different colors in a pair of roller skates he's the only one that's willing to deal with the Justice League

And why he's doing so he's also got to bring with the regulars about like their humans and stuff like talking about the new Bruce Wayne rumor like they're all just gossiping with each other about the human world

After a while Dr Fate demands to see Danny and they find out that Danny is like the 17 year old boy who decided to open up a diner for the Dead, The Liminals, and The Undecided

I just find the idea of Danny owning a diner and then hiring Klarion and the rest of his friends to help him run the diner also the fact that he immediately as soon as he gets Constantine he sometimes asked him to be busboy when work service is really high and they need dishes clean

Okay, after seeing a bunch of WILD takes on Arcane (and specifically season 2), I feel like I need to educate you guys on some deep Arcane Lore to understand why some things are happening in Arcane.

Magic in League of Legends is kinda a curse. It’s a gift from the gods, but the gods are also cosmic Eldridge Horror H.P.Lovecraft style deities of malevolence. The more you use the magic, the more corrupted you’ll become.

And rest assured… Magic WANTS to be used, just like the One Ring in Lord of the Rings WANTS to be found. When people use magic in League of Legends it’s very easy for the power to corrupt in unusual ways as the magic flows through them and convinces them that their way is the right way.

Heimerdinger actually calls this out:

“I've seen miracles spring from the hands of mages many times, but so often they turned to horrors. I'd always presumed it was due to mankind's turbulent relationship with power.. but perhaps it is a property of the Arcane itself.”

This is explained by Rise in League of Legends lore:

"Magic wants to be used," said the sorcerer. "It is all around us, emanating from the first fragments of creation. It wants to be wielded. And that is the true challenge on the path we both walk. When you realize what the magic wants, how eager it is... Well, then the difficulty isn't how to begin wielding it. It's knowing when to stop."

So like… THIS is why Hextech is so dangerous. Hextech isn’t just like nuclear power being introduced into the world, but like a version of nuclear power that ITSELF wants to destroy the world and will possess and corrupt anyone it can reach around them to achieve its goals.

And THIS is why when Viktor is fused with Hextech he starts seeing Sky and being led down to the undercity to “heal” all the shimmer addicts and become a hive mind community. Viktor THINKS he’s doing something good, but all along hes being guided and manipulated by the powers of cosmic magic.

And THIS is why he needs to be snapped out of it to realize what he’s done. He is NOT himself when he’s manipulating and controlling everyone. The Arcane has been guiding him there so it can be used and achieve what it wants.

Magic isn’t progress. It isn’t beneficial to the world by and large. It’s DANGEROUS and CORRUPTING.

Just think about this too: in areas where the Arcane seeps into the world, it corrupts the world around it. What do you think is making those toxic caves under Zaun? What do you think is in Shimmer? Why do you think Jayce was being corrupted in the AU world when he fell down into that cave? Why do you think that AU works was so bleak and moldy and gross?

You guys need to understand the role of Magic in League of Legends lore to understand WHY the show LITERALLY CALLED ARCANE is about the dangers of magic and how it manipulated and corrupts people to spur the cycle of violence until it destroys everything.

If you were ever confused about why the show that SEEMS to start as a commentary on systemic oppression ends with a giant cosmic marvel style battle, THIS is why. The Arcane is waking up. It’s heard it’s masters call. It WANTS to be used. And it’ll use ANYONE it can find to achieve its goals. Zaunites and Pilties alike.

Every one of you who’s like “oh but shimmer is Zaun’s only form of medicine! It’s bad Piltover tried to snuff it out!” is REALLY missing the forest for the trees.

When you stop trying to compare Arcane’s storyline to that of real world conflicts and history and instead engage with Arcane on its own terms with its own lore, a lot of what you might think are weird choices start to make a lot of sense.

Arcane can be enjoyed by everyone but it was made for the fans of League of Legends first and foremost. Maybe brush up on some of the lore and you’ll start to see what the writers were ACTUALLY trying to say.

Late night discord calls are where I get my best AU ideas!

Not quite human shadowvanilla AU, let me explain

Modern day, pure vanilla human man married to seemingly human shadow milk (i’ll come up with like human names for them eventually, but we’re not gonna worry about that right now)

Basically, a shadow milk is an Eldridge beast that’s been awoken from a deep slumber, longing to cause chaos and disorder, but needs to hold off so he can regain his strength so that he’d be able to awaken his fellow monsters since it’s going to take a lot of time for him to regain his power. He’s laying low disguised as a human and has created two minions for himself (black sapphire and candy apple) to assist him in gathering information on the new modern world, as well as books and magic and such.

Since he needs to lay low and look like an inconspicuous human so that he won’t be found out and sealed away again he decided that the best course of action is to fake essentially being a normal family with his two minions, posing us, his children and himself being a parent

(since at this point, he’s been sealed away for centuries and isn’t at all familiar with the modern day. All his research says that normal families follow the nuclear model so he realizes he needs a second parent in this equation and he doesn’t have enough magic to just make another minion pose as that parent)

So he meets pure vanilla. I’m still unsure on how shadow milk convinced, pure vanilla to get married to him so quickly, but he is now

Shadow milk thinks he’s performing being a normal human to a T, pure vanilla knows there’s something not quite right here, but he honestly just thinks shadow milk is deranged and that he can fix that.

I think I’ll call it my undercover beast AU or something along those lines

ALSO! Quick note that black sapphire and candy apple cookie did not exist before shadow milk escaped his prison. He made them so they’re like three months old each and do not know how to act human either their personalities were an afterthought that shadow milk crafted after he decided, he needed them to act as children.
