Today I started my day with spinach and broccoli. Just boil some frozen spinach in a little bit of water. Steam the broccoli in a separate pot and later add them to the spinach. Add a lot of Himalaya salt, butter and extra virgin olive oil.
Green vegetables are full of micronutrients that help your metabolism work properly. Only when your body is provided with all the nutrients it can work at its optimum level and burn all that stubborn body fat.

Be aware that everytime you eat you spike your insulin. It is desired to keep your insulin as low as possible and only spike it 2-3 times a day. And when you do make sure that it you do it with purpose and direction.
Here I am eating sweet potatos with spinach. Green vegetables are full of important micronutrients. They are also full of vitamin C. Sweet potatos are the healthiest source of carbs and are packed with all kinds of micronutrients. The meal is easy to prepare and provides your body with what it needs to make it through the day fully nurtured.
Just put sliced sweet potatos in a pan, add some water and let them get cooked till they are nice and tender. At the same time you can add the frozen spinach. Add some himalaya salt, extra virgin olive oil and butter at the end.
