Eddie has a Chevelle?

Eddie tells Buck that he 'took the Chevelle' over to Tommy's cos he has a car lift and really knows his engines and he (Buck) should hear it purr now in 7x04. Am I'm just here like.... what?

We know he still has the Denali since he drove it to Tommy's station. But have we EVER seen or heard any reference to a vintage car? Here are some pictures, for reference. I have so many questions. Where does he keep it? Has he been doing it up in his spare time? Is this a hobby of Eddie's that we've just never seen before? Buck didn't react with surprise when he mentioned it, so did Buck already know about it?

Is it something Eddie and his father have been bonding over as they work towards a better relationship - and has he been teaching Chris how to fix up an old car as further father/son bonding? Was it his Abuelo's car??? I need fics about Eddie and his Chevelle stat please!!! lol Edit to add I am NOT knowledgeable about cars at all. I actually thought he was talking about his truck until I looked it up. So the ones in this image might not be correct but I am pretty sure it is not a truck, either way.
