Tell me about Jett!

Oh boy,  where do I start !

Well Jennette Jasper,  aka Jett Jasper, before anything to do with Cybertronians or the war. Was raised by her grandparents on a farm after her parents went through a nasty divorce. Neither parent was capable of taking care of her, so her grandparents adopted her.

During her younger years, around 20 when she joined the air force being apart of ROTC . She saw the conflict happening with the Cybertronian war (i imagine they have been on earth for quite a while) and wanted to help.

Jett showed skills of a very intelligent/skilled  pilot they only down side was she wasn't very kin on orders. In the air Jett could see opportunities that on ground wouldn't be seen. This lead to her almost being dishonorable discharge do to "negligence" and " endangerment" of herself and fellow pilots. She was stubborn but good at what she did .

This caught the attention of none other Than Optimus Prime who had been trying have collaborations with the government. At the time where the only Air support they had was Jetfire (cause I added him in here) and he wanted to add to that to help distract the seekers. (He didn't want them to combat but at least lure them away from the fight) .

Despite the warnings from her commanders Optimus insisted to at least give her an opportunity to which she accepted. This lead to a human driven Autobot Flight Support Squadron.

Now Jett is a stubborn woman always has been and has never ever been afraid of Bots no matter how big or scary. That I included Jetfire who she bumped heads with alot because at the time Jetfire was expected to lead this squad. They didn't always see eye to eye. But this bitterness and frankly rivalry,  turned into a understanding and Friendship. You could say Jetfire and Jett are Amica by the time the war ends!

But all this and where is Starscream? Well, being autobot air support means encounters with the seekers. At first Optimus wanted them to just lire them away, but that wanst going to happen. Tye seekers are elite flyers with millions of year worth of experience. That is why when a mere human challenges the GREAT Starscream he takes offense. "How could a human keep up with me?!". But because Starscream had underestimated her she was able to doop him ALOT. She didn't fly like a human pilot she was unpredictable with her movements after Starscream felt he knew all the capabilities of a human pilot and their machines. But she was pushing limit of herself and the plane just to get shots in.

Their Dog fights were intense and Starscream became more and more furious that a human was keeping up with him. They were also equals. She'd get him down, he'd get her down. It came to a point out of emotional outrage that Starscream would abandon whatever fight he was having just to go attack her because he knew if he didn't someone was going to mess up.

Now Jett is called Jett because that's her Call sign, but Starscream had a call sign for her of his own. J-Bird. More of a mocking because of how small she was and how defenseless she would be without her "wings".

Come down he did knock her out of the sky, they finally got to see each other face to face. Starscream was intrigued and amazed she showed zero signs if fear depsite being injured. This was his opponent and she didn't back down.

It runs into the classic trope. Yeah Jett has been yonked by Decepticon a few times. Bot for spy work and just purely by accident because they wanted to use her for information or as a hostage. When this happened she got more of a glimpse into their world. Oddly enough depsite the military aspect , she saw they were …People. just people following orders, just like her, just like the autobots.

The more time she spent combating them the more she got to know them indirectly. That included Starscream and witnessing first hand Megatron's abuse towards him and other bots.

So much so, one day it earned her looking at the end of a barrel of Megatron's fusion Canon. All because she called the leader of the Decpeticons out infront of all of them that he was striaght up, a bully to people only trying to help him. It took Starscream to persuad him that they need her to information did he hesitate.

Jett's bias aginst Megatron only grows when a special plot point happens called the Artic Attack.

Tldr: they both crash, they both almost die and they only had each other. Words were exchanged, hopes, dreams, philosophy,  life and even ideology.  A conversation in so many year aof fighting each other never heard. While both survived and no one knows what they talked about but them. There was clearly somthing different. To where the two started to actively avoid each other in combat or make hits that only temporarily incapacitated.  This lead to having conversation in no man's land behind both their backs of their leaders. And a conversation of both trying to convince the other to either stand down or join the opposing side. Neither of these things happened.

Jett became a commander of a base, with he releite Squadron. Taking the freidnshio of Dorothy, who later down the line after the fight of the battle of the bay brought Megatron who had decided to join forces with The Autobots.

This, pissed Jett of to no end. Depsite the help he'd bring this war was as much his fault as it was the Autobot. Needless to say for years Megatron knows Jett doesn't like him and its VERY clear why. ALOT more stuff happens that is Pre-Earthspark. So if you'd like to ask more you can - i just feel like this is alot to read AHHHH.

But I am currently writing a Pre-squeal Story called Transformers: AllSpark that involves Jett, building the world, exploring the fights and leading into Earthspark! Which I am doing a re-write called TF: Earthspark Ignited ! Which redose s2 and add some new characters,  some we know, some we don't!

What if Skyfire is in Earthspark?

(The Maltobots Inviting Skyfire and Starscream with a game of Hide n Seek and Skyfire going full on curiousity.)

(Then Skyfire would be just laughing how to hide his big frame.)

I made some icons for my megoplita au, so here's some explanation of the relationship between the characters in this AU + icons without text in the end. (this is inspired by other tf universes and various shows, etc., it's not tied to any canon)

Relationship chart:

1)Megoplita family

Optimus and Elita are married here. The two were dating since high school and their relationship only grew stronger through years, eventually leading to their marriage.

Both OP&Elita are having feelings/dating for D-16 (and this is mutual).

Rodimus is a distant family member from OP's side but he visits his family a lot, giving that "cool uncle" energy towards Bee.

Arcee and Roddy are besties, and based on comics, I made her adopted by Ultra Magnus, with Magnus mentoring Arcee.

2) Skystar/Jetstar family

Starscream and Jetfire were also high school sweethearts but they were more "friends to lovers" troupe. Both Star and Jet wanting to become researchers in the future. Eventually, they achived their dreams ⭐.

One day Twitch and Spitfire appeared in their lives, the twins were the important life for the two. Despite being a young parents, they always there for each other.

But after one accident, Jetfire was declared missing/dead and that had a big impact on Starscream, so he had to abandon his dreams and focus on raising Twitch and Spitfire, who are still very young.

3)Megastar family

Somehow, D-16 appears in Starscream's life when he needed someone the most. Their relationship were nice at first, D-16 helped with raising Twitch and Spitfire.

Spitfire didn't really like her new dad, so she still clang to Starscream more. Meanwhile Twitch grew really close to D-16, her friendly personality is irresistible!

But D-16 and Starscream relationship doesn't last long. I see them dealing with their own problems separately, they struggle with something «simple» like just sit down and talk, since none of them wants to bother the other. One is growing distant due to trauma of his soulmate leaving him all alone in this world, the other has no idea how to fix this, in a fit of frustration it all ends in break up. They still think of each other as the reason of it.

4) Colleagues:

I think 13 Primes are alive here, and they trust Sentinel very much to deal with the company.

Elita-One is mostly closed with D-16 since they work together, with Elita being his boss. There are some admiration D-16 feels towards Elita which grows into deeper feelings.

Starscream and Elita dislike Sentinel due to his smug personality. Sentinel makes it his personal goal to mess with Starscream throughout the day, and Elita just gets very protective over D-16.

Sentinel and Arachnid are dating here, but they're free to explore the other options. Airachnid listens to him gossiping about the others or just rambling his thoughts to her, both don't really mind it. They're just that duo who tell each other "exaaaaaactly" lol.

I also like the idea of Shockwave having that tiny crush on Elita but he would never admit it, even though it is very obvious. They're co workers but work in different department.

Airachnid and Elita rarely talk to each other unless it's about business, there's something in Elita that makes Airachnid to take interest in her. Silently staring at Elita from the corner of the room as definition of love language, aaaaaaa :p

Will never get over how Starscream and Skyfire's relationship is always doomed. There's never an iteration of them where they both stay on the same side at the end. They always end up being against each other, tearing each other apart (whether intentionally or not). They always end up losing each other, be it by a snowstorm, by the war, or by death itself. They never receive a happy ending together, one if not both of them is doomed to suffer.

Skyfire is doomed to be an Autobot, by forces out of his control. Starscream is doomed to be an Decepticon, by his own self destructive tendencies. They are both doomed, because of who they are. They always try to save the other, in their own way. But it never works. They are doomed to fail, whether they stay together or not.

Wanted to thank all the peeps who've supported me for my transformers earthspark story, "Trust Me". I totally appreciate it. In the past, I thought I wouldn't ever write a transformers story in my life - I was very hesitant 'cause writing mechs is pretty hard for me. Though, my obsession for more Hashtag and Starscream bonding, and some Starscream angst is hard to ignore, hahaha

But yeah, story finally hit over 1.5k kudos these past few days : 3. And couldn't have done it without you all. For reals, readers/viewers/commentors help us writers feel confident to continue and it's always lovely to see peeps enjoying our hard work :3 So yeah, thank you again you all <3!

Omfg when Starscream finds out where his bitties are he would probably stop at nothing to get them back.

The Terrans fucked around, and now they’re about to find out.

I wonder how Skyfire would’ve reacted to them taking his and Starscream’s bitties away under the guise of “saving” them?

Originally I'd say he wouldn't hurt them, but like. After what he did with Aftermath and Spitfire, plus how visibly unstable he was after months in isolation, combined with fierce overprotectiveness for his stolen bitties...

Yeah, the terrans are in for a world of pain

He doesn't kill them, probably, if only because he's in such a desperate rush to escape he doesn't make sure they're dead. All five are clustered around the jet twins (or perhaps 👀 jet triplets? Did they use the bs Back To Life Key to reanimate the dead one??) babysitting and trying to feed them while the autobots are busy doing Primus knows what

Starscream's only goal is to get them away from his bitties: he plows into them with extreme prejudice, throwing someone into a wall, crushing someone's leg, shooting one of them with his null rays and howling at them in Vosian to, "STAY AWAY FROM MY SEEKERLINGS!"

The second he's able to gather the bitties in his arms, he stuffs them into his cockpit and books it. Runs as fast as he can as the base goes into lockdown, shooting the walls to bring it down and escaping into the outdoors. Transforms and flies away, intent to put as much distance between them and his baby sparks as possible. Given the speed he's capable of, he fucks off from the North American continent entirely.

I always like to put Starscream up on Mt. Everest because it's safe and inaccessible to anyonr but him, but his sparklings are fragile and starving right now. They can't weather the cold. He finds a more temperate mountain to hide out on, and when he finally finds a place to land the first thing he does is tuck his sparklings into his arms and feed them. He's been diverting as much power as he possibly can to his energon filtering system, so there's enough for the bitties to have a few meals, at least. Poor things look terrible: their paint is peeling and flaking, big patches of naked protometal bared where their nanites have died. Their armor is paper thin and flexes or cracks easily under his fingers, incredibly brittle. They've gotten really sick without their mama, but hopefully now they can start to recover 🥺
