There is my boy! Krahe!(That one from my pfp)
KRAR-Unit, paramedic-intensive care specialist-surgeon replika "Crow" (185 cm in height)
Universal healthcare specialists, crows are there for preserve health of Nation. In contrast with tender and delicate demeanor, they present high surgery skills, stress resistance and resourcefulness that provide them to pull gestalts back to life.
Their skills and physical strength found place on battlefields, in Feldärzt configuration, equipped with lighter bullet resistant armour, Krähes serve soldiers with first aid and evacuate them to nearest military hospital.
Krähe's character is gentle and caring, that slightly changes during work, that is acceptable and not always means persona degradation. On duty they are quite curious and playful.
They are highly social, for stability they need to work with another Krähe or Eule unit, that they will teach all necessary themselves. Duett with eules most of the time performs as very effective. In addition, these models "exchanges" habits and traits with eachother, developing friendship that is affecting well on both personas.
As fetish object Krähe prefer knitting or sewing to keep fine motor skills and "relieve" their heads.

HELLO, INTRODUCING MY LATEST BLORBO: SCHWALBE!!! (and possibly later down the line yet another but anyways) My silly surgeon/mortician gals!! they are like... 2 days old in my brain but i'm already in love with them. The white shell especially, i think it looks nice (humble brag) also, incase anybody wants to know, i hc them (yes hc, my own oc, lol) them to be australian. do with that what you will. (more stuff below:)
Incase my handwriting is ilegible, heres what the blurb says + some additions that i forgot to write on the drawing: --- [REPLIKA OVERVIEW: SCBR] Sonderszenario Chirug / Besatter Replika "Schwalbe" (Special Scenario Surgeon / Mortician Replika "Swallow") Type: Generation 5 Hospital Specialist Unit Frame: Biomechanical with Polyethylene shell Height: 182 cm (6.0ft) A specialized unit stationed inside some of the Nation's best private hospitals, SCBR units are typically created on a "commission-only" basis (meaning; hospitals gotta order them specifically if they want one.) Their neutral outlook on life and strong loyalty to the Nation makes them some of the most trust-worthy and reliable surgeons/doctors to take care of our Nation's most important figures, or strangest medical cases. When Schwalbes are not handing private/special cases, however, they are stationed inside their hospital's morgue, on standby untill they are needed once more. --- [REPLIKA KNOWN ISSUES: Commanders Eyes Only] Schwalbe units are known for their reserved, aloof, and quiet demeanors, making socialization with their peers a difficult task at times, especially when it comes to the social EULR units. They are also natural leaders, and tend to have a habit of needing total control in any given situation, sometimes leading to clashes with a hospital's Administrator and/or Protektor staff. It is reccomended to inform the current hospital staff about this before a SCBR's arrival, to prevent friction between units. SCBR units have been found to be at a higher risk of Persona Degredation due to exposure to disturbing material/scenarios after excess time spent in the morgue. This can, at best, result in Schwalbes developing 'eerie/off-putting' personalities, and at worst, dangerously violent tendancies toward their peers. Because of this, it is reccomended that if no specialized cases can be assigned to a Schwalbe for an extended period of time, then their assigned hospital should allow them to aid in some general cases at least 2 cycles a period, for persona stabilization. (A hospital may also choose to temporarily shut-down, or decomission their SCBR unit at their own discretion, if they feel it's persona degredation has advanced too far.)
--- and heres a version of Schwalbe without her apron, and some doodles;
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are neutral toward FKLR, KLBR, and EULR units, and dont particularly like STAR and STCR units mainly bcs she doesn't like being told what to do, and would rather be the one giving orders. In the heiarchy of Replika command, i'd place her underneath STAR units but above EULR/ARAR units. She typically works with a cadre of EULR nurses, and/or gestalt doctors/nurses too, though she prefers interracting with the replikas. They like ADLR units and ARAR units, adler because he just gets shit done and they appreciate his work ethic, and aras because they dont try to chatter with her whenever she's around them. As for MHNR and LSTR units, i think they'd be neutral toward mynahs and like elsters for her focused personality. I wanted to give them a white shell bcs in my mind, it works for a hospital setting. White and Blue being clean and ""sanitary"" colors i guess, (and also, because its easier for her to see if she's got blood on her shell before she leaves the morgue, so she doesn't upset other replika/gestalts in the facility.)
she's an expensive replika, but good at her job. I'm still kind of thinking on who her gestalt might've been... i'm leaning toward making them a soldier like Elster's gestalt is. (not the same division, but still vinetan.) i hope yall like them C:

Rabengeier (RBGR), finally.
(Huge thanks to @nobody-remarkable for the help with the acronym)
Just like their namesake, Rabengeiers are built to deal with any kind of unsanitary situation that might present a biological hazard that might lead to contamination. They have a neutral stance on death, decomposition and vermin, which helps them keep a calm attitude when handling hazardous waste.
(Also, since they have fanart of them doing morgue work (thanks Jay and Kettle, I'm giving you both a kiss on the forehead), I've decided to add that they know how to fulfill the role of a morgue technician, but they don't like to do it because ghosts (see Replika Issues)).
Replika Issues:
Rabengeiers firmly believe in an afterlife. They see crime scene cleaning as a way to help ghosts move to the afterlife, since afterwards they don't have anything that would tie them down to this mortal plane, which helps them move on. Their work ethic is heavily grounded on the existence of ghost and their power to haunt or curse those they find disrespectful:
Tumblr media
Aside from that, while they require lots of socialization out of work, they struggle with taking initiative in social gatherings, which is why they tend to pair often with social replikas like EULR units. In that same sense, they enjoy hanging out and participating in group activities with others, but first they have to be explicitly told they can participate in order for them to join.
Tumblr media
Rabengeiers tend to form bonds (either platonic or romantic), which also makes them more resistant to persona degradation. Those bonds usually happen with Eules or other Rabengeiers, however, given enough time, they can get close to any other replika type (in fact, I have a Rabengeier and Storch par that I might introduce someday).
Other's perception of RBGR units:
Rabengeiers are often avoided by the average citizen, as they're seen as bringers of back luck due to their strong associations with the dead. Since Rabengeiers aren't used to social interaction and don't tend to participate unless directly asked to, they can come of as asocial to those not familiarized with them.
Bonus: The ref as a png and the portrait variations.

Hi hello I've survived my semester and am still Signalis OC postingTM
All these guys are from the same facility so if you wanna know more 👇
H-13 Hesperides: A Post-War "Paradise"
A Vinetan facility built to assist in the construction and security of a new Nation-built Sektor after the Nation’s victory over the Empire on Vineta. Despite what the Nation says, Hesperides is slowly falling apart, as supplies and resources are failing to be delivered more often than not. Construction is slowing down, rationing is beginning to intensify, and replacement parts and new replikas are not arriving.
Reports of possible Imperial spies as well as general discontent in the population leads to the arrival of a Kolibri cadre and Falke unit to help root them out and restore proper order to the facility. Generation 6 replikas are entering mass-production, so bioresonant replika units are a new thing and for the ones sent to Hesperides, are very much a display of power. STCR-H1304 and KLBR-H1307 are assigned as the core leads of the investigation.
STCR-H1304 "Mors" & KLBR-H1307 "Clover"
I've written paragraphs about these two here if you'd like to learn more but the TL;DR is: The Nation's Unluckiest Storch and a particularly lucky Kolibri hunt for spies and dissidents and are also Quite Gay (and also have their own issues to try and work through)
Mors also got a slight redesign (aka I made her face scar worse) which I might still edit later
STAR-H1301 "Rüstung"
Was Mors’ mentor. She died in the same accident that gave Mors her signature scar, right at the end of Mors’ mentorship
Was highly respected and well liked by both her cadre and rest of the facility
Her age and experience led to her having an exceptionally cool and calm demeanour
Wore her mask more often than not. It was a personal preference
STAR-H1304 "Lanze"
High up on the Star "pecking order"
Cocky and arrogant, although with the skill to back it up
Cares more about her appearance and what others think of her than she'll ever admit
One of the few Stars willing to work with Mors without (much) complaint. Probably finds her kind of pathetic more than anything
EULR-H1305 "Löwe"
Transmasc Eule!!
Works in the hospital centre. Well-liked for his positive attitude
Keeps track of stock and is very aware when supplies start to dwindle, keeps the positive facade despite this
Borrows and wears some of the Gestalt nurses’ scrubs. He says it’s for PPE but it’s also to cover his curves
ARAR-H1309 "Grün"
Running a borderline black market of goods and information. Rarely seen outside the facility’s vent and tunnel systems
Straightforward and blunt and appreciates those who act similarly (and dislikes people who aren’t)
Almost always has her eyes covered, usually by her hat
Barely does her actual job but somehow always avoids any consequences
I have a few others spinning around in my head but these are the one with more concrete stuff and sometimes I just gotta call something done even if it isn't "perfect" or "complete" yknow?
...I don't know how to finish this so uhhhh check out this song I have accidentally attached to these guys in my head?

on signalis characters' voices (signalis spoilers!)
after playing signalis more than once and putting aside the overwhelming amount of feelings this game and its story can and will make one feel, it is easier to notice the more subtle details; e.g. enemies behavior, meaning behind documents and objects, and in this case, the characters' voices.
paying attention to the various living npcs you can talk to, one detail that stands out is that every character has a different tone of voice (similar to undertale).
i like to believe those sounds which accompany the text could represent what each character could sound like; one would expect, since replikas are basically copies, for them to have all the same voice.
well, that's not exactly the case.
here is a video with text and dialogues from all the npcs, without music to hear the "dialogue" clearly. (not all the dialogue is included, only one dialogue per character is present; except for elster as she does not like to speak much).
ACHTUNG: MAJOR SIGNALIS SPOILERS!
the dialogues are in chronological order:
-wounded star unit (STAR-S23?? is her name in the game files) in the aula before classroom 4C in floor B1, S-23 Sierpinski (elster included even if she has two lines);
-Isa Itou in the library, floor B1, S-23 Sierpinski;
-Storch Sieben (STCR-S2307) in the rationing office, floor B2, S-23 Sierpinski;
-EULR-S2312 (probably named Dezember given her number designation; eules in game like to use months as names, using the last two numbers of their designation as a reference) in the nurse station, floor B3, S-23 Sierpinski;
-Adler (ADLR-S2301), presumably in the elevator lobby in floor B4, S-23 Sierpinski;
-Arar (ARAR-S2318) in the vent below the Storch dorm in floor B8, S-23 Sierpinski;
-KLBR-S2302 in the library, floor B8, S-23 Sierpinski;
-Beo (MNHR-S2301) in the third room in the mines where monofilament stockpiles can be found, in the rightmost corridor.
-Ariane Yeong (and LSTR-512, still has an unbelievable amount of max two sentences at once) in the personnel room. floor B2, Penrose-512 (memory);
-Falke (FKLR-S2301) in her own room, found in Home.
you may ask, what purpose does comparing the "voices" serve? probably none, still i wished to know if they were the same sounds for every character or not.
here's what i could find out:
the majority of replikas have a different voice, with some exceptions:
-STCR and LSTR units have the same voice;
-as do STAR and FKLR units;
-a bit more expected, the gestalts npcs we see in the game (Isa Itou and Ariane Yeong) have the same voice.
now, for the fun stuff: by analyzing the frequencies which stood out the most in each "beep" from every character's voice, i could rank them from high pitched to low pitched ones.
again, has no purpose, but the result is actually delightful (to me).
here is the ranking:
1. kolibri
2. mynah
3. eule
4. isa-ariane
5. storch-elster
6. star-falke
7. adler
8. arar
pretty surprising, huh? i'd have wagered for isa/ariane to be in second place, followed by eules; also was expecting for arars to be just after the eules, and have behind them stars, then storches, then adler.
no one is surprised kolibri have the highest voices lmao, but mynah having an almost equally high voice was slightly unexpected but not unwelcome.
what's truly surprising to me is falke having the same voice as stars. i'd have expected something different tbh (stars being the lowest rank of protektors, etc etc, they're silly and stupid and crass; all things falke is not supposed to be).
elster having a deeper voice compared to ariane is the cutest thing ever! (as that post about them says)
that's probably the instance where you can notice the most that there is in fact a difference in most voices.
the funniest thing ever to me is that storches apparently have a higher pitched voice compared to stars, also arars having the deepest voice out of all replika is truly awesome to me (definitely fits).
here are to what musical notes the frequencies corresponded to, in the same ranking as before (visual rendering on a piano keyboard for fun i guess):
kolibri (G6 B6 E7 A7)
Tumblr media
mynah (F#6 A#6 D#7 G#7)
Tumblr media
eule (F6 A6 D7 G#7)
Tumblr media
isa-ariane (F6 G#6 C#7 G7)
Tumblr media
storch-elster (E6 G#6 C7 F#7)
Tumblr media
star-falke (D#6 G6 B6 F7)
Tumblr media
adler (D6 F#6/G6 B6 E7)
Tumblr media
(adler has five notes as two close frequencies were distinct from each other, compared to only one in the "feminine sounding" voices. i guess that's how they made him sound different, by overlaying two notes)
arar (C#6 F6 A#6 D#7)
Tumblr media
that's it! thanks for coming to my ted talk about signalis voices and listening to me ramble about them :)

STRR - "STRAUẞ" ("Ostrich")
Tumblr media
Shutz-Territorial-Reiter-Replika - Unit of the National Guard of the Eusan Nation, mounted police.
"Ostriches" are ideal for patrolling open spaces and crowd control. Their size, speed (55-60 km/h, record - 74.563 km/h), cross-country ability and endurance in certain situations can exceed "bipedal" replica-protectors. As a rule, they unconditionally obey the orders of their superiors. It is important to take into account that the "captain" must necessarily be a replica of a different type, since the intellectual abilities of "Ostriches" are not at their best.
From the donor of the neural pattern, they inherited a love for music and the art of circus performance. It is recommended to issue discounted tickets to theatrical shows and concerts to stabilize the personality. However, they MUST NEVER BE CONNECTED WITH THE CIRCUS AND/OR EXOTIC ANIMALS.
In addition to art, "Ostriches" have a passion for physical activity: there must be a stadium of at least 60 m² with an obstacle course near their dorm.
Their character outside of duty is stable, gentle, optimistic. They treat children and miniature replicas well (for example, KLBR), and are interested in communicating with EULR. They love to communicate with "outsiders", which is why it is recommended to monitor the social circle of each unit.
They have a passion for sweet taste in food.

AEON Facility, Heimat
Tumblr media
Another day...
Ava, EULR 5279, sighed as she switched off the light in the small cubicle that was made even smaller by the stack of paperwork. After evening of writing up corrections for an incorrect entry into one of the volumes of The History of the Eusan Nation: Volume XI, she was exhausted. Not physically. A Replika could stand in one spot for days or weeks and never feel the type of fatigue that Gestalts do. It was mental fatigue. The price the Nation paid for giving Ava and her kind personalities.
Walking down the dimly aisle, past rows of cubicles and racks of pneumatic tubes, Ava headed for the elevator lobby. She was hoping to get the 22:00 transit and be back in her dorm to watch the late movie before all television broadcasts ended for the day. Turning the corner, she suddenly came to a stop when she spotted a tall figure standing by one of the elevators, partially in darkness.
It was a STCR unit. She was facing the wall and had her arm and forehead leaning up against it. The sight made Ava tense up. A STCR was not an unusual sight but to see one on her floor, standing there silently in the dark made her want to reconsider her choice in exit. But before she turn back and head for the stairs, the Storch noticed her. She didn't say anything, she just stared, her face still obscured by darkness but Ava could make out the small glow of her eyes.
"Heading out?" The Storch asked after a few seconds of silence. Ava nodded. The taller Replika nodded. "Me too. Just waiting for this piece of junk to work." She eyed the elevator doors with disdain.
The Eule ventured closer, gripping the strap of her satchel. "You...work on this floor?"
The Storch looked back at her. "No. I work up on thirteen."
Ava nodded, hoping the dimly lit lobby masked her increasing anxiety. There had lunchroom gossip about what happened up on thirteen. Not that there was much to talk about since no one knew what work was being done on thirteen, which made it the prime target for speculation and theories.
"They shut off the express elevator," the Storch continued, "So I had to walk down a few flights and got an elevator down here." The ring of the elevator bell made Ava jump. The doors slowly creaked open. The Storch ducked her inside and turned back. "You coming?"
Ava could see the Storch's face more clearly now. Rather than the serious, stern expression one often saw STCR units wearing as they stood clustered around security checkpoints, this particularly Storch looked...well, tired. Like how she felt.
"Yes," Ava said with a nod. She bowed her head as she stepped into the car. The car was small but tall to accompany the taller Replikas. It certainly wasn't built for Mynahs, as there was no reason for them to be at the Ministry of Education. She noted the Storch had her hands clenched behind her back. "Do you know what movie is on tonight," she asked and instantly regretted it. Storches weren't known for small talk.
But to her surprise the Storch didn't roll her eyes or grunt, which was the typical reaction she received in the handful of encounters with the Protektors. This Storch rolled her head to the side as if in deep thought.
"The Cranes are Flying, I think." It was a popular war melodrama.
"Ah," Ava said nodded. "I'm hoping to catch it." She paused awkwardly. "How about you?"
"I've already seen it. Probably just read."
Ava was surprised the Storch had been humoring her so far. She decided not to press her luck.
Meanwhile, the slowest elevator in the Eusan Nation lumbered it's way downward. When it reached the lobby, there wasn't a soul in sight apart from the young Gestalt soldier sitting behind the reception desk who eyed them like a hawk as the pair walked past. Ava looked away and walked faster under his gaze. The Storch didn't even acknowledge the man.
The lobby doors opened and the pair was hit with a blast of cold air. It was winter and everything was coated in white powdering snow or thick inch ice.
"It's like Rotfront out here," the Storch grimaced as she braced herself against the wind that lashed at her face. "What transit line do you take?"
Ava paused in her step and looked up at her. "Rohrdamm," she stammered out.
The Storch nodded. "Come on. I'll walk you there."
The Eule blinked. "Do you ride the same line?"
"Haselhorst," the Storch said with a shake of her head. "But that line runs until 01:00 so I won't miss it." The tall Replika walked a few long paces and then paused. She turned back. "You coming?"
Ava nodded and followed after her. As she walked alongside, she noted dark stains on the Storch's hand. It looked like...Ava turned her gaze forward. No one talks about the thirteenth floor, she reminded herself.
"Well, here I am," Ava announced as the entrance to the metro came into sight.
"Right," the Storch acknowledged, her long legs shuffling awkwardly.
"I'm Ava."
"Petra."
"Well...guess I'll see you around work?"
For a moment, a look of confusion formed on Petra's face as if the concept was unfathomable to her. But realization seemed to pass over her. "Oh...yes. Quite possibly." Train cars rumbled overhead. "Goodnight comrade."
"Goodnight." Ava gave her a wave which Petra acknowledged before turning away. She saw the Storch hold her hands close to her body as she walked away. Ava watched the retreating figure a moment longer before turning towards the entrance to the metro.
"And so ends our broadcast day. Goodnight comrades. Glory to the Eusan Nation," the TV announcer said as the movie credits faded to a footage of different planets with the Nation flag superimposed over it. After a series of short electronicbeeps, the screen went dark.
Ava climbed out of bed and switched off the television. As she got back into bed, she could hear the movement of her sisters in the next apartment over. As she got settled into bed, she reached over to her nightstand and switched on the small portable radio she bought with the rations she had saved up. She drifted off to sleep as "Gymnopedie" played.
With a grunt, Petra tossed the book onto the nightstand and switched off the overhead light. She couldn't focus on reading tonight. Pulling the blankets over her, she stared up at the dark ceiling. She raised her hands upward until they were illuminated by the glow of the city lights outside. She stared at them. It took a while for her to clean the blood off them.
Once again, she tried to figure out a way to get herself reassigned rather than decommissioned. Unfortunately the latter seemed most likely given no one liked a machine that can't do the job that it was built for.
Petra's hands fell back upon the bed. Her eyes started to close as she slipped into a uncomfortable sleep, trying the block out the sights and sounds of her job. Since the day she was given her current assignment they had plagued her dreams. The only pleasant image she managed to conjure up was that of the Eule she encountered while exiting the building.
Leave her alone, Petra's internal thoughts warned her, Don't get involved. It's better that way.
Her memory won out as she held onto the image of Ava standing in the falling snow waving to her.
To be continued...

rotates you around so i can go through your pockets for any cool art you found recently
Jokes on you I never keep art in my pockets that's for flintlocks and miníe bullets. BUT here's a Schnäpper concept I never did finish, stored in my skull hole. I worked on it I think a month ago so my art is greatly different, but I think it's still good.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also I had this sitting on google docs for almost a month now:
SCHNÄPPER NOTES With help from @sosadraws in this ask.
Scnäppers are the anti-tank units of the Eusan Nation army, playing a crucial role as infantry support. Our ÆON designers developed MNHR and SAPR units similarly, and parts are largely interchangeable. The upper handle-like bars on both MNHR and SAPR helms can hold either SAPR weapon or aid modules or the industrial tool modules of a Mynah. This malleability allows for damaged SAPR units to use the parts of a decommissioned or fallen MNHR or SAPR, to aid with supply issues and quick repair. Schnäppers are generally equipped with panzerfaust launchers, tank-like projectile cannons, or automatic weapons chambered in Nitro-Express anti-armor rounds. This arsenal makes them the quite literal nightmare of any imperial tank crew. Disarmed Schnäppers are not any less dangerous; their tough, large limbs serve as blunt rams that decimate any soldier and are known to flip enemy tanks onto their sides to incapacitate them. Schnäppers are also known to use large beams of fallen infrastructure as clubs. In battle, Schnäppers are the support of the infantry and a rallying force. The sight of the anti-panzer unit spurs allied troops into an offense and frightens the enemy. The armor of a Schnäpper is designed to be almost completely impervious to small-arms fire, including shotguns and lower-power rifles, though anti-armor rounds can still be effective. It is also designed to deflect glancing but not direct blows from tank rounds. Schnäppers, despite their frightening presence, display a motherly and protective personality towards their fellow soldiers. They quickly grow protective of the infantry they’re stationed with, and will begin to take charge of non-combat needs such as aiding with cleanliness, sustenance, and health. Soldiers stationed with SAPR units are amongst the most well-adjusted, as the latter will ensure that wounds are properly taken care of and that the soldiers stay in satisfactory shape. It is not unknown for Schnäppers to use their bodies as shields for their less-armored compatriots in combat. Schnäppers will also protect the mental states of their compatriots, including keeping KSAR units distanced from FLKR units, helping ARAR units plant in safe locations, and sometimes even carry spare mirrors with them for EULR units. Agitated units will keep close to Schnäppers who will comfort them, the latter of which being surprisingly skilled at dealing with combat-fatigue and stress, PTSD, and general ailments. The large size and armor of the Schnäpper may suggest an inefficient and slow gait. This is far from the truth; Schnäppers are frighteningly fast and will charge at roughly 45 km (28 miles) per hour, even carrying their large weaponry. Another misconception of Schnäppers is their weight. While irrefutably heavy, they’re light enough to stand on damaged infrastructure without destabilizing it, as SAPR units often find themselves in buildings for both surveillance and ambushes when stationed in urban warzones.
Because the Schnäpper arsenal is precision focused (SAPR cannons and panzerfaust are slow to fire with a small ammunition capacity), Schnäpper units are as reliant on the infantry it serves with as the infantry is on them. Though enemy footsoldier firearms don’t usually lethally damage a Schnäpper, repeated hits will eventually crack armor, certain areas of their shells are weaker, and machine gun fire is still effective. Schnäppers will hang back just behind the infantry to provide support, and because said infantry is leading the brunt of the offense the enemy will be largely unable to focus fire on the SAPR unit. An interesting strategy, and moreover an interesting dynamic between soldiers and SAPRs, employed by Schnäpper units is mounting footholds on their backs and machine guns on their heads which a soldier, generally KSAR units, will then ride them and use the mounted firearm. Said KSARs will also aid with loading the projectile cannons of the SAPR.
Schnäpper units will also carry supplies on their backs, including rations, ammunition, weaponry, and fuel for vehicles. Soldiers also enjoy being carried by Schnäpper recreationally. Because Schnäppers are mostly machine; their cranial frame the only part truly flesh and blood, their wounds are almost entirely mechanical, and will be repaired as such, not healed. For this reason Schnäppers will see ARAR type units instead of the medical units stationed with them for repair. They will quickly grow fond and protective of their repairers. It’s not uncommon for tank crews to do the repairs, since they are already experienced with the mechanics. MNHRs can also administer repairs as they are technically industrial workers, though it is rare to see both in the same situation.
Schnäppers will sometimes paint their armor to more distinguish themselves from Mynah units. This inadvertently creates an even more frightening presence, though it’s usually the units around them who do the painting. If a Schnäpper is stationed near EULR medical units, it is not uncommon for the Schnäpper to be decorated with images of flowers, much to the dismay of their officers and the bemusements of their fellow soldiers.. An important note on Schnäpper personalities; while motherly and friendly, never mistake their kind demeanor as disarmed comfort, Schnäppers display a personality akin to a guard dog; constantly alert for all signs of danger, if only to protect their fellow compatriots. Attempting to sneak up on a SAPR unit, even as a prank or similar friendly endeavor, is ill-advised, lest they mistake the gesture for genuine danger.
It is rare to see degraded Schnäppers, as they possess a persona that is easy to manage at the worst of times. All that is truly needed to stabilize their persona is exposure to something to care for, this usually takes form of their fellow soldiers, though animals and in some cases even vehicles can suffice. So long as the soldiers serving with the Schnäppers are in good shape, Schnäppers will keep calm and collected. If their team is killed, mostly wounded, or otherwise in a state deemed lethal or unsatisfactory, Schnäppers will show signs of stress and agitation, and if left in such a state for too long, will eventually degrade. Degraded Schnäppers are quiet and unsociable, averse to touch, and will retreat to somewhere enclosed. In open spaces KSAR and ARAR units, in addition to any unit experienced in trench building, will dig and build comfortable cavities in the ground for them to reside, before they calm down, though the effects of degradation will often remain. Decommissioning such a tough unit is difficult; it is generally best to send SAPR units on an attack on a fortified position. Without needed support from infantry, the chances of survival are abysmal. MAKE CERTAIN that their infantry is unaware of the intention of the task; the soldiers stationed with SAPRs are equally loyal as they are; it is even possible for soldiers to violently rebel against the decommissioner.

Thinking about those joke husbandry posts but like. For Replikas... Like.
If I see one more person posting about their ARAR unit hiding under their bed, or worse, digging a tunnel in the floor I'm going to scream. It's not funny or cute or whatever people online think. ARAR units only do that when they're *extremely* stressed. A well taken care of unit can be as social as any EULR and I'm tired of inexperienced hobbyist thinking just because ARAR units have been in the hobby for the longest that means whatever bullshit they told you when you got her was a substitute for DOING YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
Or maybe like.
The amount of people who get STAR or STCR units just because they're *cool* is giving those units a bad rep. STCR especially require an experienced keeper and extensive training early on otherwise they start to act out. They can be incredibly rewarding Replikas to have IF you take them seriously but 98% of people should not be buying one.
And while I'm here no one should own a FKLR unit. They belong in charge of a well maintained facility with plenty of staff for enrichment. Owning one is like owning a fucking tiger and I've never heard of anyone who has one keeping her for more than a few years before rehoming her or worse abandoning her on Leng.

Model Development:
SKHR (Strategische-Kampftaktiker Hilfe Replika), (Strategic Combat-Tactician Assistance Replika 'Snowy Owl') or Schnee-Eule, are Generation 5 specialized units developed by the Eusan Nation. These units were built based on the common Eule, enhancing their capabilities for battlefield deployment and combat support. SKHR being deployed at Rotfront specifically
The SKHR "Schneeeule" Replika was developed as a specialized response to the shortcomings of earlier EULR units in high-conflict zones. While EULRs excelled at domestic and logistical tasks, they were ill-suited for combat or tactical operations. To fill this gap, the SKHR model was created, combining the light, agile frame of an EULR with upgraded combat and tactical support capabilities.
Its neural pattern was derived from a Rotfront gestalt known for sharp analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep sense of loyalty. However, its origins also carry emotional vulnerabilities, as the neural donor experienced trauma related to abandonment and survivor’s guilt, which heavily influences the unit’s Persona. The SKHR is equipped to function as both a frontline combat unit and a support specialist, assisting in battlefield triage, supply coordination, and tactical planning.
SKHR units tend to exhibit quiet, contemplative behavior when not engaged in tasks. They often exhibit subtle nesting tendencies, organizing their quarters in meticulous ways that reflect their desire for control and order in the middle of chaos.

Combat Attributes
SKHR units occupy a unique position in the command chain, bridging the gap between strategic planning and frontline combat. Deployed as field tacticians, they operate under the direct supervision of senior officers but are granted considerable autonomy during missions.
Battlefield coordinator, ensuring troop efficiency and survival. Support unit for wounded soldiers and logistical supply management.
Exceptional analytical skills for quick tactical decision-making. Adept at both mid-range combat and first aid procedures.
Although not as heavily armored as other common frontline combat models, making them vulnerable to sustained fire along with their emotional tendencies can sometimes impair their objectivity in high-stress situations. A common strategy is pairing them closely with a younger STAR or STCR unit
Equipment
Schnee-Eule units are optimized for the rigors of the battlefield, equipped with Biomechanical Frame ,Polyethylene Shell, Bullet-Resistant Armor Plating and Sophisticated-Sensor Arrays to navigate and engage in dynamic environments.
Beak Mask that is fixed to the frame, deploys automatically in combat mode to enhance targeting, filter toxins, and provide night vision.
Repair Spray, Autoinjector and multiple Repair Patch Stored in thigh pouches

CLASSIFIED INFORMATION - Commander Eyes Only
Previous experience with these Replika models has given us insight into irregularities in their behavior that stem from the original neural patterns used for these units. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, this document should be destroyed after reading.
SKHR units may form strong attachments to specific personnel or units, which can lead to emotional instability if those individuals are lost in combat.
Their neural pattern predisposes them to survivor’s guilt, especially if they perceive themselves as failing to protect others. If left in prolonged isolation or repeatedly exposed to high-casualty scenarios, SKHR units may experience accelerated Persona degradation, resulting in erratic or self-sacrificing behavior.

ARAR playbook
Tumblr media
I have the feeling that ARAR and LSTR units would work well together.
Regards slots: 3 (they don't talk much but they have opinion about people)
Harm boxes: 3 (average)
Moves (all are once per cycle)
Maintenance tunnels: use the maintenance tunnels to take +1 forward on a move, on a miss something bad happen related to the tunnels.
Craft items: roll +system to craft an item. on 10+ you craft the item and stabilize by 1, on 7-9 you need some parts, on a miss someone report your activity or the item malfunction.
Hard to read: when rolling +persona you can reroll a die by making the situation awkward
Easily ignored: when you receive unwanted attention, trade it for extra work, take -1 forward for your next duty cycle.
Barricade: during the night cycle quickly barricade a room to make it safe
Cozy spot: take +1 forward when reaching out to someone in your cozy spot, if your spot is discovered take degradation.
Marks
Hide in your maintenance tunnel until someone find you
Your cadre pass judgement on someone you talked about
An ARAR unit from your cadre die in a maintenance accident
You build something odd that you don’t understand
Find a disturbing clue in a tunnel and suffer degradation
An EULR unit adopt you as a her new best friend
Acquire a dread or superstition.
Speak without a filter to one of your regards or an officer.
Find a strange plant in an odd place
Forget to fix something
Access a gestalt memory and advance
Embrace Death and face your final destiny.
Gestalt memories prompts
Being bullied at work
Emergency repairs
Gardening
Hiding in the closet
The engineering school basement
Unable to speak to a crush
