hurt/comfort for yuri week!! ive never really shipped the empires members except for the canon ships but my eyes have been opened to e!gem and katherine (kathgem? i propose sunmoon monarchs lol) had lots of fun with colors and the composition, gem comforting kath, using her light to make the darkness curse retreat a bit

this was a little challenge for myself as i drew them without a sketch and just layered colors on top of one another, it was very fun honestly!!
