REVIEW || EKOS TUKUMA REGENERIERENDE KÖRPERMILCH

Mittlerweile benutze ich diese Bodylotion seit ca. 4 Wochen. Zeit für mein erstes Fazit.

MEIN REVIEW

Die Textur der Körpermilch ist super Cremig. Aber deutlich stabiler & fester, als man es von ähnlichen Produkten gewohnt ist! Der Geruch der Tukumã-Körpermilch ist zum Verlieben! Auch wenn der Duft sehr schwer zu definieren ist,(es wird die Tukumãfrucht sein?!) & er auch ziemlich präsent & intensiv ist, liegt er absolut angenehm in der Nase. Selbst wenn man den ganzen Körper eingecremt hat, liegt der Duft noch angenehm in der Nase, ohne einen zu "erschlagen". Da ich sehr empfindlich bei so etwas bin, & schnell zu Kopfschmerzen neige, wenn ein Duft von Produkten zu dominant wirkt, ist das ein absoluter Pluspunkt für mich!

Die Anwendung ist natürlich auch ganz leicht: Auf den ganzen Körper (außer dem Gesicht) auftragen & sanft einmassieren, bis es vollständig eingezogen ist. Die Körpermilch bringt im ersten Moment einen kleinen frischekick mit. Man merkt sofort, wie die Haut mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt wird. Auch bei der Ekos Tukumã ist das Produkt so ergiebig, dass schon eine kleine Menge der Lotion ausreicht! Durch den integrierten Druckkopf wird die Bodylotion automatisch perfekt Dosiert - Verschwendung durch zb zu viel aus der Flasche drücken bleibt hier also aus! Durch das sanfte einmassieren, zieht die Lotion auch relativ schnell in die Haut ein. Die leichte "Cremeschicht" die die Haut umschließt, ist pflegend spürbar - ohne zu kleben.

A pt came in with a saddle PE and DVT. He didn't get thrombectomy or EKOS because he was clinically stable and had no evidence of right heart strain. You can do an echo or CT or check troponin to determine whether there's R heart strain. You also need to know whether or not the PE is provoked (there's some underlying risk factor like hypercoagulable state, endovascular procedure, venous stasis) or not. This is what one of the doctors wrote about why our pt didn't get thrombectomy or EKOS:

Given that his oxygen saturation is normal on room air (despite some dyspnea on exertion), lack of troponin spill, lack of clinical or subjective evidence of right heart strain, neither catheter directed thrombolysis [EKOS] nor mechanical thrombectomy is recommended according to the Executive Summary: Antithrombotic Therapy for VTE disease: Second Update of the CHEST Guideline and Expert Panel Report. Instead, the guidelines would recommend anticoagulation. There are currently no guidelines in the current situation that recommend for or against IVC filter placement. Should the patient's condition change, ie, evidence of right heart strain, troponin bump, CT evidence of right heart strain, then systemic thrombolytic vs. CDT vs. mechanical thrombectomy could become indicated.

I was enabled a few days ago and this is what happens, skykid as a pretty anime boy

I straightened altair's hair a little bit and gave him a second outfit more according to his “field work”. I'm still deciding how to draw the scars, if lighter or darker. But I think I got a little closer to the mental image I have of this character, I'm still working on his lore so I keep changing things, I think that's the curse of my characters.

Regarding the other drawings, I like to say that Altair and eko have a big brother/little sister dynamic and not father/daughter because they tease each other, they are quite cute and funny.
