Hiii! Thank you for responding to my last question. This ask isn't exactly about your story, but...why do you hc Raiden to be vietnamese?
Sorry, I was kind of stalking your posts😥🙇🙇🙇🙏🙏🙏
Hello again!!! Sorry for the late response — I was abroad for a long time visiting family and I just finished my exam week today :D
First of all, I absolutely appreciate the comments and the support!!! It's nice to know that people enjoy my posts (and makes me feel like I'm not posting for nothing :P). I love answering questions no matter the context so keep them coming if you have any more!!!!!! I'm free for a while now so expect fast-ish responses (^∇^d)!!
Okay, so about your question: I personally like to think Raiden is Vietnamese but technically if I really had to headcanon, I'd headcanon him as Thai because his face model Krit McClean is Thai (love his work!!!)
It was sort of a slow progression. Before I say anything, I would like to clarify that I am Vietnamese so I base it all on my experience and therefore I am 101% bias :D
So, I kinda decided that he was Vietnamese when I was listening to Wren Evans (I absolutely love his album LOI CHOI) and i needed a playlist cover on Spotify because i made my own playlist with all the songs from LOI CHOI and some other vietnamese songs. But, before that, I based it on his rice hat because Vietnam is known for their rice hats (and many other things of course). Then, because I equally love MK11 Raiden, when I saw MK11 Raiden's friendship, I was like hey Vietnamese people really love their EDM/raves so like... it would be really funny if Raiden listens to EDM on a regular basis and considering he can do his own laser shows well he HAS to be a raver to some degree (I wouldn't put this in the story; maybe I'll add in how he listens to EDM like it's nothing for humour but this concept is just a fun thing for me). When I say Vietnamese people love EDM, they fucking love it.
A little more about me... I'm a raver (my main genres are Happy Hardcore and Euphoric Hardstyle) and I have a Japanese first name despite being Vietnamese. Most of my reasons comes from projections HAHAHA
There was this other Vietnamese song that I thought Raiden would listen to/relate to (I was going to say this in my new chap but I'll do it here as well :)): https://open.spotify.com/track/2nR51wakN5K3AJENqGaNg9?si=3aSO_umVTKuvPmje_8nMsg
Those are pretty much my main reasons. I probably won't specify his ethnicity in the story but for me personally, I find it humourous to imagine Raiden as some hardcore raver eating banh cuon under a massive ceiling fan. I don't think Raiden would be interested in the coffee culture that Vietnam has to offer, but he wouldn't mind frequently going out at night when it's cooler to some coffee place to eat che/sago and hang out with good friends

Ahmed Saad featuring 3enba & Double Zuksh - El Melouk 2021
Ahmed Saad, 3enba and the band Double Zuksh are Egyptian musicians. Their collaboration work "El Melouk", a mix of Mahraganat and hip hop, was featured during the credits sequence of the Marvel series Moon Knight's second episode, when Oscar Isaac's character(s) has arrived in Egypt.
The genre Mahragan or Mahraganat, also known as Egyptian electro, Egyptian street music or shaabi-electro, is a popular genre of Egyptian folk music. Mahraganat is a combination of working class popular Egyptian music (shaabi) played at weddings, EDM and hip-hop, with heavy autotune use. It was created by several Egyptian underground artists in 2004. They shared their music via MP3 files and phones, and it could be heard playing everywhere in taxis, tuktuks and on the street. In 2006, wedding DJs began combining shaabi music and electronic dance music with influences from reggaeton, grime and rap. Initially, mahragan received no airplay on radio or television and spread online by means of such sites as Youtube and SoundCloud. By summer 2014, mahraganat had become popular throughout all of Egypt. The genre is considered vulgar by some older and more conservative Egyptians. In 2016, Nagham FM radio station banned mahragan songs from its programs, citing that they did not "match Egyptian customs and traditions".
"El Melouk" received a total of 56,5% yes votes!

Inazuma Eleven Bad Boy Band AU (both OG and AresOri)
So I wanted to make a rock boy band (technically we do have one B4 from OG) BUT I WANTED TO INCLUDE Haizaki, Hiroto and Atsuya into the band so, I was like, ok, what if I mix both B4 and the three of them?
Now that's a lot of members for a band but like, hear me out. It CAN work out okay?
This would be their roles:
Tsunami as their main singer! The reason why I made Tsunami as their main singer is probably due to personality wise, I think he just suits it. Also voice wise, I think he can go absolutely crazy with it.
Next, Fudou as a guitarist and back-up vocals! He's definitely a guitarist, I can't see him play any other instruments but guitar. He likely started out with acoustic guitar then later on switched to electric guitar. He sometimes plays as the rhythm guitarist but other times would be lead depending on the song.
Haizaki is also a guitarist and back-up vocals! So, both Fudou and Haizaki will take turns who play rhythm and who plays lead. Whoever from the two plays rhythm will be the back-up vocal for Tsunami! (This makes it fair because rhythm is easier than lead.)
Okay, next up, Someoka as the drummer! I think he would go balls on drums, I dunno. He looks like the type to go unhinged with the drums especially if the song goes really hardcore.
Tobitaka as the keyboardist and very occassionally back-up vocals! I have a headcanon that he used to play piano at some point (has a keyboard than a piano at home because pianos are expensive asf) but got bored of playing classical so he learned other songs and were into that instead.
Hiroto as the bassist! Okay, you might think that he's probably a guitarist, yeah, I did too. But look, imagine first year middle school Hiroto wanting to get an electric guitar but saw a video of someone absolutely SHREDDING on the bass with crazy pop and slap, he then changed his mind and decided to learn bass so he can slap and pop to his heart content.
Lastly, Atsuya as the synthesizer player and I forgot to mention, sometimes he does back-up vocals! Okay, Kai, what the heck is the difference between keyboard and synthesizer? For that, it is best to watch a video on the difference because they are in fact, very much different. Okay, so, how is Atsuya the synth player here? Similar to Tobitaka, he probably learned the piano when he was younger but hated it because it's boring. So when he found out what a synthesizer was, he decided to get that and learn it, making his own sounds and songs from it. Also recreating some instrumental he likes. (I hc he likes EDM.)
So, with all these information combined, who's the song/lyric-writer? Okay, crazy shit here but it's Nagumo! He's probably a soundcloud rapper or something but enjoys writing songs and lyrics for fun (and can think of it on spot because you know, freestyle rapping.) He definitely helps the band's instrument arrangements and lyrics to an extent so, sometimes in their songs, you can see they credited Nagumo there. (Nagumo and Suzuno definitely are a duo lol but Suzuno is a vocalist instead.)
Okay last, Nishikage as their band manager! I think he suits it the most? Probably the most responsible deliquent from all of them so, it makes sense for them to have him as their manager.
Would this end up as a Idol/Band AU for the whole cast, MAYBE! Will I write a fanfic about this? ALSO MAYBE.
I brainrotted too hard for this lmfao kms. Also, I don't know what their band name would be this time but maybe something like Øverdxse is cool :P
Also, their songs would definitely mainly be metal or punk rock! But occassionally they might do some alternative rock, pop rock and synth or keyboard heavy rock songs (ballad rock even!)
This whole thing is inspired. I took inspiration from a K-rock band, Xdinary Heroes. Please listen to them, their songs suit this band so bad, you don't understand...
Anyways, THANKS FOR READING MY RAMBLING THIS FAR!!!! YOU'RE CRAZY IF YOU DID BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH ^^

* MUSTACHE GIRL EX ATK 180 DEF 280 * Guess she did have a breaking point, after all. * ...There must be a way to get through to her.
Time’s End is an AHIT/Undertale crossover AU of sorts, taking place in the aftermath of a timeline where you lose the final boss fight against Mustache Girl. You can find the write-up here! In addition, you can find the write-ups for the Neutral Endings and TimeWarp Route Requirements on Google Drive! The logo for Time's End was designed by @bittybattybunny. She's an incredible artist, be sure to check out their work here on Tumblr and over on Twitter!! Like holy FUCK, I can not stress enough how awesome they are to work with. They're amazing!!
Motifs:
Mustache Girl EX
Main Theme/Title Screen
Reflections Past
Judge, Jury and Executioner
You can also listen to this track in high quality on the AU’s SoundCloud here! The rest of the description is underneath the Read More.
Mustache Girl takes on a hybrid Asgore and Asriel role. Already feeling trapped and conflicted, her emotions are finally pushed over the edge when an incredibly large group of people -- though it feels more like the entire world with how suffocating the crowd is -- barge into her throne room and hurl insults her way, telling her to "get lost!" among other things …and (almost) all in the name of Bow Kid, mirroring what happened years ago to a disturbing degree. Finally overwhelmed by all her painful thoughts and emotions bubbling back to the surface, she snaps and violently shatters a Time Piece in a fit of rage. And thus history is made to repeat itself once more. But this time, something's different.
BABY'S FIRST HOPES AND DREAMS REPLACEMENT FOR THE WIN :D Also Happy belated New Year to all my peeps here on Tumblr lmao But ye, this is actually happening! Aside from using similar instruments (and a somewhat loose idea for the very beginning of my track,) this is very deliberately unfaithful to the typical H&D structure. Knew right away that I wanted to use Mustache Girl EX as the base for this track, and that sticking too rigidly to the structure of any other H&D would do a disservice to the feel I wanted to go for: that same kick-you-in-the-dick level of power from Mu EX, but with a LOT more of a melancholy vibe underlying all that fury. Plus, bit of a fun fact: adjustments have been made since obviously, but the first "complete" mixing draft of this track was finished on New Year's Eve 2023! (This kind of constant revising is why the His Theme track is still not done on my part btw lmaooooo.) Also… I'll fully admit something here. For the first time on a track I've done, the drumbeat's backbone is comprised of loops I got when I bought Mixcraft 10 (especially with some of the things they were offering during the first week of its launch,) and the only supplemental VST I used was Abbey Road 80's Drummer for the left panned hi-hats. I know that EDM-type stuff similar to the actual Mu EX track is completely out of my wheelhouse, and I didn't want to royally screw up the drum pattern with this different metal-ish take on it, seeing as those are something I have a TON of trouble with. All things considered, drumline came out ok! And ye on the whole, I'm incredibly happy with this track, and it's easily the most ambitious arrangement I've done to date (and the most difficult too in some aspects.) Hope you all enjoy! :)

HERES SOME INFO ABOUT COLA! (+my lil idea for Todd x Cola)
Name: (his actual name is a mystery)
Nickname: Cola
age: 20
Height: 5'7
Sexuality: Gay
Likes: Red velvet, drawing, art as a whole, cooking, going out, rnb, the color blue, pastel things
Hates: dry people, mixed signals, red velvet antis, ketchup, edm music, the color navy blue
(Todd x Cola below! pls be nice lol!)
Ever since Cola had his last break up, he's been pretty unmotivated and unmoved. it took a lot out of him because Cola was so attached to the man, he made him feel human and made him feel alive...just for him to make him feel like THIS
Cola would then decide to try to take some action on these emotions by making a song about it, he put it on soundcloud thinking it wouldn't take off but by a stroke a luck it definitely did.
He got relatively popular, despite him not doing many performances due to his shyness. He'd later hear from twitter that a vegan rockstar and his girlfriend have broken up because he cheated on her with a fellow bandmate. Just for Cola's manager to call him on the phone an hour later.
Colas manager told him that Envy is taking a break from the band, whether it's permanent or temporary is kind of a toss up, but she was gonna focus on her solo career instead of entertaining his ex's bullshit. Cola was confused why he was telling him all this, just to be told that they saw a brilliant business move
The manager told Cola that he could fill in for envy! their band is pretty popular too, and it could get more eyes on Cola's music as well, and the pay would be pretty good.
Cola was hesitant about doing it, but Cola would go through with it, just as a way get more eyes on his music...but he told the manager he was gonna complain about it and be a bitch about it every 5 minutes.
(A few weeks later)
The manager arranged a session with Cola and Todd, they'd meet up and make a song with each other that'd spearhead the collab!
Todd had a big head about it, since his band was pretty popular, he thought that Cola would be excited to work with him, just for Cola to humble the FUCK out of him.
They'd take a selfie with each other, but Cola was fake smiling, after the selfie, he went pretty cold, not wanting to talk or interact with Todd unless it was about the song. Cola was a perfectionist when it came to his work, so he was kind of a dick about re-recording lines, restacking vocals, etc. However, in Cola's mind he wasn't doing anything wrong just because Todd was a dick to envy.
All this dictating kinda got under Todd's skin, after all HE was the rockstar, so why is some random loser controlling him???
He couldn't argue with results tho...when they reached a stopping point, they both listened to the song, it sounded...perfect.
Todd was impressed, and even kept listening to it over and over, while Cola packed his things and got ready to leave. When Todd was getting ready to high five Cola, Cola just blankly stared at Todd and left for the bus. Todd didn't know why Cola was being so distant with him, they needed to work together after all.
While he was on the bus, Cola held true to his promise, he complained like a bitch about working with Todd, The manager would reluctantly listen to every word.
The next few practices, Todd would try to impress Cola, he felt like the reason why Cola hated him was because he wasn't good enough, so Todd would attempt at getting better when it came to his vocals, the way he played, etc. But it'd end up with him falling on his face and flopping.
Cola would see this and would chuckle. This was the first time Todd saw Cola get close to smiling...Cola would notice this and clear his throat trying to focus on pumping out these songs.
As time went on, Cola was slowly starting to complain less and less to the manager...he saw how much Todd was trying to impress him, and while 50% of the time it ended up failing, he couldn't help but laugh at how cute Todd was at times.
A connection was slowly starting to be formed between the two, during practices, now Todd and Cola would start to joke around a bit. They'd tease each other, laugh at each other, and ultimately make some of the best music the two have ever made! The music was helping Todd show that he was still awesome and worthy of respect, while it was helping Cola break out of his shell and become a bit more relaxed.
Todd would start to question Cola about the lyrics he'd propose sometimes. Cola would become a bit timid as he'd say that the lyrics were a bit personal. Todd would read these lyrics and would have a critique, they are all a bit, bummy...not every song has to be something sad. Cola would take it a bit personally, and would argue that these are experiences that he's gone through
Todd would blink and ask Cola why he just, don't have any happy experiences then, why don't he just, write about happy things so they don't bore the audience. Cola would toss a pencil at him and it'd spiral into an argument but todd would get his point across. Cola would say that he can't think of a time where he's been ACTUALLY happy before.
this would puzzle Todd and would decide to do a little something, just because he
a) wants to use this opportunity to get to know Cola better
and b) at least make the man feel better
and c) so they can go back to making good music
After practice, Todd would invite Cola out to get some (vegan) food with him. Cola was a bit hesitant, but he'd decide to go along with it. Cola would still have his walls up, but he'd also get a bit bashful because he's never been included in something in...a long time.
They'd both ask each other a bunch of questions while they went out. Todd did most of the questioning but Cola responded in such long and detailed answers that Todd couldn't help and listen to Cola speak for hours...eventually Todd would start to smile warmly because he was starting to see Cola for who he truly was instead of who he thought he was in his head..
But Cola would decide to take the moment to cut into his relationship with Envy...Todd was a bit hesitant to answer, even trying to deflect the question, but the persistent Cola would be able to press his foot on Todd's enough to get an answer out of him. Todd would confess that he's really bad with communication, they both kinda were...Envy was getting on his nerves and his ego got the better of him (like it tends to do). He broke things off with Lynette after the news got out, and the band moral has been pretty awkward lately. So Todd his primarily been separated from the band, and working with Cola has been the only thing he was kinda able to do without feeling TOO awkward
Cola sat there with a shocked expression on his face. He didn't expect Todd to be so...insightful...A part of him was moved by the way Todd talked. Usually Todd is pretty simple minded, but maybe this break up was what Todd needed to finally see how bad of a person he could be at times.
Cola would sigh and pat Todd's back, reassuring him that in time, Todd will become a better person..he's already doing a good job music wise...and he could see him and Todd becoming good friends..that's if Todd was open to the idea...
Todd lit up like a star, deciding to take a selfie to celebrate this momentous occasion, and this time...Cola was actually smiling.
the next few weeks the songs Cola would propose would be a bit more positive now.
(Later on)
It was finally time for them to perform. This would be pretty important because Cola rarely does any live performances, plus he's performing with an already popular band, so this was gonna be pretty big..
Cola was noticeably quiet this day, Todd was a bit surprised because normally Cola would be talking a lot and moving around a lot...Cola would confess that he's still pretty nervous about performing live...he's worried that he may mess up or even do something dumb.
Todd holds Cola's hands and reassures him that they'll be fine, instead of focusing on everyone else's faces...just worry about his face
"my...handsome ass face"
Todd meant it as a joke but Cola would blush softly and swat Todd away while laughing nervously.
When they got on stage, Cola did just as todd said, and it was a HIT! Todd and Cola's stage presence blended seamlessly with each other, to the point that some even thought THEY were dating.
Once the performance was over, Todd and Cola celebrated, they both acted like frat bros after they made it to the play offs, and for a moment the two of them locked eyes with each other while hugging...and just as they were about to do something...Cola's manager walked in to congratulate the both of them, causing both of them to have red ass faces while looking away from each other
it was safe to say that they were starting to grow pretty fond of each other, even hanging out with each other on days they didn't need to work or practice! Sometimes Cola would invite Todd over to his place to have a "private listening session" and others Todd would take Cola out on a "totally not a date" date.
but things would escalate until the night of new years eve, Todd was standing off to the side drunk as fuck and looking bummed as hell while everyone was partying. Cola decided to see what was going on since Todd wasn't the type to whine and mope at a party. Todd would sluggishly tell Cola that normally at 12 o clock, him and envy would be damn near swapping spit with each other as a tradition...and this was the first year where that kinda doesn't get to happen.
Cola would pat his shoulder and try to console Todd, but to no avail. Soon the clock would start to countdown, and Cola decided to be bold as fuck (maybe it was his mind, maybe it was the drinks) by kissing Todd on the cheek as soon as the clock struck 12. Todd's face turned red as he held Cola's face, taking a second to admire how cute he was before kissing him like he'd kiss envy...but with a bit more passion~ luckily the place was pretty crowded so maybe one or 2 people saw this happen
after the kiss, Cola would hold Todd close and huff trying to catch his breath...Cola told Todd they shouldn't go any further since Todd's love life is pretty messy right now...Todd nodded and agreed to this.
(The next day)
Cola woke up in a room half naked...his clothes were practically all over the floor...and the room he woke up in didn't look like his....there's no red velvet posters, no switch playing splatoon music...as he tried to peice together what happened...he'd turn around to see Todd smiling ear to ear in his sleep. This would make Cola scream his eyes out causing Todd to wake up in a panic, being just as confused as Cola before he figured out what happened between the two of them
....I guess they both figured out what happens after they both have 8 margaritas/ref
Cola would quickly get his clothes on, while Todd would try to calm him down, trying to explain that this is just a "happy accident", but Cola would toss a pillow at him. He was furious at both Todd AND himself for letting this happen...Cola would angrily tell Todd that
a) they can NOT let his manager figure out what happened
and b) the sex they had was MEANINGLESS and was not to happen again
Todd was a bit...heartbroken by this...he sadly nodded his head as he helped Cola get dressed.
While Cola walked back to his place...he was thinking about everything that happened...but he couldn't help but think of Todd's cute ass....Todd would try texting Cola the next couple of weeks but Cola would just ghost him as he tried to regain his peace and peice his emotions together.
He was trying to ignore the signs, but after the past few months...he felt like he may have fell in love with the man...but he was too nervous to actually say so...
So he did what he did best, and write a song about it. it was more somber and raw than anything he's ever wrote...the only thing left to do was to invite Todd over to another private listening session...
Todd listened to the song, blinking before looking softly at Cola. Cola sat next to him with his body curled up in a ball, his face was red as shit at this time...he felt like he was doing this for nothing because Cola assumed that Todd was straight..but Todd would accept Cola's confession, kissing his face before calling him a loser and a geek.
the private listening session got a lil..
steamy afterwards~ and this time it was a lot more fun now that both of them were in love and REAL love this time.
after they got done, Cola laid on the bed, and told Todd that he should probably keep this relationship a secret for now...he didn't want their relationship to become a public affair, because then none of the moments they share would be personal or meaningful anymore. Todd would assure Cola that this relationship is gonna be theirs and theirs alone.
that following week however...Envy would make a public statement saying that she was ready to go back to being in the band as the lead singer, effectively kicking Cola out. And....she was ready to forgive Todd and go back to being boyfriend and girlfriend...
Cola would read about this on twitter and would start to sweat a LOT...because this situation was gonna get MESSY.
(To be continued, or not idrk)

A passionate artist and admires 3RACHA, the doted on maknae
Notes
She was born in Gimpo, South Korea.
She has an older brother, who is friends with Lee Know of Stray Kids, Minho.
Her best friends are Park Eunyeong and Min Hyeseong, whom she met during high school.
She shares an apartment with them.
She said that Eunyeong is the one who first approached her, noticing her drawing a character that she recognized, and started a conversation from then on. She felt awkward at first, but Eunyeong felt so genuinely nice that she wanted to be her friend. She was then later introduced to Hyeseong and the rest of their friend group, which coincidentally her brother was in. They have been her best friends since.
Being the maknae in that group of friends, she was always teased and doted on by them. She finds it annoying but says that “it’s them so I don’t mind.”
Seoyeon finds it hard and scary to socialize.
Seoyeon is often described as either a kuudere or a tsundere.
At first, she would seem cold and closed off, especially because she usually has a poker face, but she is more open to the people she’s close with.
She is sarcastic and really savage; she usually has the last word, but that's how she jokes around. At the same time she is also childish, a playful and cheeky kid.
She has a soft spot even though she tries to hide it. If someone asks her to do something, she acts annoyed and whines for them to do it themselves, but later she will do it in the end.
She also gets flustered very easily when praised. She is shy and is very quiet when she's with unfamiliar people, she'll only talk when spoken to. She doesn't like drawing attention to herself.
Seoyeon is a graphic designer.
She can speak Japanese. She finds English hard to learn, though she tries, with the help of Eunyeong.
When Eunyeong graduated, she took a scholarship in Japan and was supposed to live there for half a year. Unfortunately COVID hit, prolonging her stay in Japan. She returned to Korea as soon as possible once she completed her scholarship.
Her favorite colors are black, navy blue, white and maroon. Also likes metallic colors like gold and silver.
Her favorite season is autumn because summer is too hot and sweaty, she gets sick from the cold in winter and spring gives her hay fever.
She has asthma, so in the past, she was admitted to the hospital very often as a child. Because of this she couldn’t experience playing sports as much and is quite physically weak. Her physical state is also because of the fact that she's a premature baby.
Her father tried teaching her taekwondo once, as he used to be a taekwondo instructor when he was younger, but she never made it past white belt.
Seoyeon's hobbies include: drawing, writing, reading, playing video games, reading manga and watching anime, listening to music, mixing and trackmaking, rapping, sleeping, eating.
Her brother introduced her to anime.
Her favorite anime is One Piece. Her favorite character is Tony Tony Chopper.
She has all sorts of anime merchandise in her room, mainly One Piece. She even has a collection of Chopper plushies.
Eunyeong has commented that Seoyeon is well-versed in Japanese media.
She knows basic music theory from taking piano lessons before and can play a little bit.
Her favorite genres of music is rap, lo-fi, R&B, hip hop and EDM. She prefers calmer songs she can vibe to in the background, but also songs with a more dark vibe.
She knows how to edit videos and mix audio. She's held commissions for her services before. Currently, she does this for Eunyeong's YouTube channel.
She also knows how to make her own tracks and has uploaded them to her SoundCloud.
Seoyeon loves to rap and is very good at it. She likes to sing as well but is not nearly as confident in her singing skills compared to her rap. Eunyeong and Hyeseong say that her singing voice is very cute, it's so soft and lovely that she can sing you to sleep.
She has a YouTube channel where she posts some casual covers. She's never promoted it, but it got a spike in popularity after Eunyeong promoted it on her channel, moreso after their WOLFGANG collaboration.
She is also a digital artist and animator. All of the artwork she uses for her YouTube videos are made by her. She also has an art account on Twitter and Instagram.
Seoyeon has a painfully obvious soft spot for cute things.
She likes horror and dark things. She especially likes it if it’s psychological, because she also has a minor interest in psychology. She has a rather dark sense of humor as well.
Seoyeon is actually very easy to entertain as long as she's interested. She also has a pretty low sense of humor, laughing at even the lamest of jokes and puns.
She likes riddles and puzzles. She also likes escape rooms.
She falls asleep easily. She can fall asleep anywhere if she wanted to, even if it's very noisy. She's a heavy sleeper.
She gets surprisingly passionate whenever she talks about the things she loves, and can talk for hours in contrast to her usually reserved manner.
Because of her height, she’s often mistaken as a child. She said her parents even used it to their advantage by buying entry passes while listing her as a child.
However, her height also made her look small and vulnerable along with her quiet demeanor, making her a frequent bully victim as a child. Her brother would usually protect her, but when he would move to the upper-level schools because of their age gap, she was the most vulnerable. By middle school she learned to stand up for herself and fought back against her bullies. She scared them so much that no one in her year level would dare to mess with her anymore.
Her role models are Yonezu Kenshi, Seoyeon of G-IDLE, 3RACHA and her friends.
Seoyeon has been a huge fan of 3RACHA ever since she discovered them on SoundCloud, being a fan of rap music. She especially loves SPEARB for his powerful voice and machine gun flow.
She became a fan of Stray Kids after finding out that 3RACHA is a part of that group and is the producing team, her bias obviously being Changbin.
Because of how talkative she is about her passions, she talks about them a lot.
She's learned all of their raps in their songs.
Her favorite songs from them are District 9 and Matryoshka.
Now imagine if Eunyeong were to one day have Seoyeon meet her idol 🤭🤭

Notes
She was born in New York, United States, but moved to Korea when she was 10.
Being born in the US, she is fluent in English.
She has a younger brother.
She met Eunyeong during high school, bonding over KPOP, fashion, singing and dancing, while she later met Seoyeon through Eunyeong and Minho. She's the one that absolutely smothers and dotes on Seoyeon in the teasing way while Eunyeong does so in the motherly/older-sisterly way.
Hyeseong is a clothing stylist and make-up artist for other KPOP artists.
Originally, her dream was to become a dancer and KPOP idol, taking both singing and dancing classes for it when she was younger, but later she grew a love for fashion and style and decided that she wanted to take the stylist route instead.
Because of her career, she has befriended many KPOP artists, being naturally friendly and chatty.
She is Eunyeong's voluntary stylist whenever she's performing for a YouTube cover, always eager to make her rendition of the outfit concepts of the artists Eunyeong covers.
If you ever need fashion advice, Hyeseong is always one text away!
In high school, you may assume she'd be the stereotypical popular girl type, but no, Hyeseong has a very strong character and sense of morale. She takes no nonsense and will not let anyone put her or her friends down, dare so hurt them. Do NOT mess with Min Hyeseong.
Was offered leadership roles such as in student council and debate club, but she turned them all down in favor of the fashion technology club.
She's one that stays true to her passions and works hard to accomplish her goals.
May or may not have been the cupid behind Eunyeong and Minho's relationship 🤭
Oh, but Hyeseong has declared to stay her free single pringle life, despite all the confession letters in her locket 🙃 girlboss needs no man ig
Her favorite colors are pink, white and blue.
Her favorite seasons are autumn and winter (for the fashion, of course 😉)
Hyeseong's hobbies include: shopping (especially thrifting), cafe dates, fashion designing, scrolling through Pinterest, photography, crafts, singing, learning dances
She doesn't really have preferences in KPOP groups and music, as long as it's upbeat and happy and something she can sing and dance to! She also tends to lean more to girl groups, such as STAYC and Le Sserafim (sorry idak much groups myself akjsd)
The only anime she's ever gotten into were some shoujo series during high school but she's forgotten them by now

How Professional Audio Equipment Has Shaped Music Genres Over the Decades
Professional audio equipment has been more than just a tool for musicians and producers; it has been a driving force in the evolution of music genres. From the early days of recording to today's high-tech studios, the advancements in audio gear have profoundly influenced how music is created, recorded, and enjoyed.
The Early Years: From Phonographs to Tape Recorders
In the early 20th century, phonographs and early recording methods captured music for the first time. These devices were rudimentary but allowed genres like jazz and blues to reach a wider audience. By the 1940s, tape recorders brought a new level of control. They allowed for multi-track recording, enabling artists to layer sounds and create more complex compositions. This technology was crucial for the development of rock 'n' roll and the intricate sounds of the 1960s.
The 1970s: The Rise of Studio Magic
The 1970s saw significant advancements with the introduction of high-quality studio equipment. Analog mixing consoles, powerful microphones, and studio monitors helped shape iconic sounds in rock, funk, and soul. For instance, the lush, detailed sound of disco and the gritty texture of punk rock were made possible by this state-of-the-art gear. Professional studios became the birthplace of innovative music, with producers experimenting with new techniques and sounds.
Tumblr media
The 1980s: Digital Revolution
The 1980s brought digital technology into the spotlight. Digital synthesizers and drum machines transformed music production, giving rise to genres like synth-pop and electronic dance music (EDM). These tools allowed artists to explore new sounds and rhythms, contributing to the vibrant, electronic sounds of the era. High-fidelity recording equipment also improved sound quality, making the music more dynamic and crisp.
The 1990s: The Rise of Home Studios
By the 1990s, advances in digital recording technology made it possible for musicians to set up high-quality home studios. This democratization of professional audio equipment led to the rise of genres like grunge and hip-hop, as artists could produce music independently without relying on major studios. The affordability of digital audio workstations (DAWs) and software synthesizers expanded the creative possibilities for musicians everywhere.
The 2000s and Beyond: The Era of Digital and Streaming
In the 2000s, the focus shifted to digital audio and streaming technologies. Professional audio equipment continued to advance with improved software and hardware, enhancing sound quality and recording flexibility. The rise of online platforms like SoundCloud and Spotify allowed artists to share their music with a global audience, influencing the growth of diverse and niche genres. High-quality audio interfaces and studio monitors became essential tools for achieving the best sound in both home and professional studios.
Tumblr media
Today and Tomorrow: The Future of Audio
Today, professional audio equipment includes sophisticated software plugins, high-resolution audio interfaces, and advanced recording technology. Many shops like VIP PRO AUDIO deals in professional audio gears, These tools continue to push the boundaries of music production, allowing for the exploration of new genres and sounds. As technology evolves, we can expect even more innovations that will shape the future of music.
Tumblr media
Professional audio equipment has played a crucial role in the development and transformation of music genres. Each technological advancement has opened new doors for creativity and expression, helping to shape the sounds we love today. By understanding how these tools have evolved, we gain a deeper appreciation for the music we hear and the artists who create it. So next time you listen to a song, think about the incredible equipment that made it possible and the rich history behind its creation.

Fantasy Species Music Preferences
Elves: The stereotype is that they were the original masters of classical, mainly because their music academia is insufferable about the supremacy of their composers, many of whom are still alive. They’re best known for acoustic layered with enough choir bucolic to make Fleet Foxes feel urban by comparison. Their other scene is symphonic/ballad/power metal dripping in heroic wanderlust. Drow elves are the rank and file among goth, but suffer from sectarianism. Elves don’t consider an album complete if it doesn’t have overarching lore. Singles are a faux pas.
Dwarves: While in the surface it sounds like straight viking metal, around four minutes in you realize the time signature has been progressing the whole time. No song is less than 6 minutes long, and 10 minutes is common. A separate scene featuring an odd mix of Gregorian chant, skald epic, and blues is localized to the point where a neighborhood’s favorite band could be unheard of the next town over. The rhythm section always kills, and their bassists would be legendary if they ever bothered to appear in public.
Goblins: EDM that mixes the manic energy of !!! with the smoky haze of Little Dragon. Songs occasionally devolve into noise music midway. Their stoner rock following is consistent and has enough fuzz to grow shag carpet on. Their soundcloud community spammed the site into submission on more than one occasion when their rival rap scenes got into an internal war. LPs are unheard of, and most music comes out in random bursts of singles.
Halflings: Their stereotype is a genre sitting squarely between limerick and shanty most of which is about the comfort of returning home, or growing a garden. Single-handedly created and killed the soft and pop rock genres in one career length. Their presence in pop totally dissolved when it became dance-oriented. Halfling groups release LPs in almost mechanically precise intervals between two and three years depending on the artist.
Orcs: Singly supporting the sustained thrash and industrial scenes. Leans mostly into hard rock and metal, with dedicated musicians that specialize in trading solos just to flex. Co-opted the punk scene from its goblin founders so hard that goblin punk groups on soundcloud are assumed orcish at first. Shanty-like acts hold a special place in each orc’s history, but few acts catch on. Every orcish musician has a side project written out that they can’t find the right partner to play it with.
Humans: None of the other races understand the abandon and improvisation capability needed for human jazz, and have a hard time hearing influences in fusion music. The elves came close with a scant few math rock groups, and orcs keep trying but can’t cooperate long enough to play more than a song or two with humans.

Getting Real: A Chat with The Listros about 'Hands Against The Wall' The Listros are a rock band fronted by the brothers Sean and Evan, and their latest song, "Hands Against The Wall," has been creating quite a stir. This song came out on February 9, 2024, and people just cannot stop talking about it. "Hands Against The Wall" is not any regular song, it’s a deep look into the muddy waters of toxic relationships. I mean, those times when want and addiction get all muddled up, then you are like drowning in a circle. Yes, this is what this song is actually about. From a musical perspective The Listros are doing something very exciting. They're combining rock and EDM influences to create something that's unique and new. Sean is responsible for the vocals, guitars, synths, and programming, with Evan holding down the drumming. They are a team that has produced a song that has got many people bobbing their head and also feeling something deep. Then how was the puzzle put together? Actually, it is Sean who wrote the song at home while being influenced by artists such as Nine Inch Nails and Linkin Park. When he had the fundamentals covered, he hired AJ Healey and Ross Hayes Citrullo to polish it off. They implemented certain changes, re-recorded parts, and mixed it all together to have the final version. Where does this name come from? As it turns out, the story is in fact related to Sean's own personal experiences with a rocky relationship. The song depicts the highs and lows of love, desire, and the other not-so-pretty parts. In this The Listros interview, we’re exploring their creative process, the things that inspire them and how it feels to be part of this music environment. From jamming in their bedrooms to conquering the stage, the brothers Sean and Evan are telling us what is required for one to make it in the music business. Follow The Listros on Facebook Spotify Soundcloud Instagram Tiktok Listen to Hands Against The Wall below https://open.spotify.com/album/5TeJ0sG96H1Svp3hqPqAlf What is your stage name? The Listros Is there a story behind your stage name? It’s our last name. Where do you find inspiration? Mainly from listening to our favorite artists music. We initially take an idea we like from a song we’re inspired by, and then it always grows into something entirely of our own making. As for lyrics, a lot of inspiration comes from the experience of the self. The voice in our heads that fills us up with lies about who we are and what we can or cannot do. Temptations, addictions, self loathing, greed, are all examples of themes upon which we like to write about from our own personal experiences. Writing and singing about them is a form of therapy. We write for ourselves. What was the role of music in the early years of your life? From an early age, there was always a fascination with the arts. Sean’s first taste of music was from an early love of musicals, particularly Singing In The Rain and Moulin Rouge. Eventually, after hearing Led Zeppelin for the first time at age 9 and age 7, Sean and Evan became obsessed with rock music. Their older brother, Joe, started taking guitar lessons in which the family bought a Squier Stratocaster. One day, Sean picked it up and the rest is history. Evan’s drumming came about after discovering his drumming ability from the video game Rock Band in high school.  Are you from a musical or artistic family? Our family has a huge love for music and art. We grew up being exposed to incredible music growing up from our parents. Our older brother, in particular, is the biggest lover of music. He was always discovering and showing us music from a variety of genres. His taste was, and still is, excellent. That consistent exposure to great music really helped form our musical tastes. [caption id="attachment_54142" align="alignnone" width="2000"] Our family has a huge love for music and art. We grew up being exposed to incredible music growing up from our parents.[/caption]
Who inspired you to be a part of the music industry? There’s a few. Initially it was just Jimmy Page, then Metallica, then Trent Reznor, and Hans Zimmer. How did you learn to sing/write/to play? Initially, at age 9, Sean took guitar lessons, but quickly grew to hate the weekly learning curriculum they made him endure. Learning boring songs like ‘When The Saints Go Marching In’ or ‘Hot Cross Buns’, combined with the difficulty he felt learning the instrument, made him lose interest in which he put the guitar away for 2 years. One day, when he was 11, his friend taught him how to read guitar tabs and where to find them online. This changed everything. The ability to choose the songs he wanted to learn, and the access to learn them sent Sean on a road to teaching himself. As for writing, Sean learned from listening to a ton of music, and from writing a ton of bad songs. Eventually, with enough practice, combined with his musical tastes, songwriting began to improve. Vocals came from singing constantly since age 15. Eventually Sean found a vocal coach which helped tremendously. Learning to sing properly without damaging the vocal chords, combined with efficient energy release, was a game changer. Sean recorded the vocal lessons, and practiced with the recording everyday for 2-3 years. These recordings we 45 minute vocal lessons which included vocal scales and techniques. Evan learned to play drums after his experience with the video game Rock Band. For his first few years playing, he had a drum teacher who came over once a week. Between the lessons, and his consistent practice, Evan’s drum skills grew and grew. Studying the greats John Bonham, Buddy Rich, and Dave Grohl, just to name a few, Evan studied and practiced along with his favorite artists. What was the first concert that you ever went to and who did you see perform? First concert Sean went to was Backstreet Boys in 1998. https://open.spotify.com/artist/4YvqbA62xFmB7U3Yzri1ZO?si=Q9LT1DmnQWO_94jRGNNm1Q How Was The Song Recorded (what was the process like, who was it recorded with, how was the track create)? Heavily influenced by Nine Inch Nails, Linkin Park, and The Vines, the song was initially written and produced by Sean at his home studio. Searching for inspiration, Sean listened to and studied his favourite artists to help inspire some ideas. Once the musical idea was formed, Sean recorded a demo using Ableton. The guitars were recorded with a Neural DSP Quad Cortex, the vocals recorded with an AT4040 mic, drums were samples, while the synths were programmed with Arturia Pigments and a ton of distortion. After finishing the track, very similar to the creative process of their first single, ‘Into The Otherside’, Sean presented it to AJ and Evan where they then got together and collaborated. The collaboration involved rearrangements, re-recordings, re-writes, and mixing that propelled the song into the next level of completion . After preproduction finished, we re-recorded the drums, guitars, and vocals at RHC Music studio in Toronto with audio engineer Ross Hayes Citrullo (The Sheepdogs, Monster Truck, Marianas Trench). Once we finished the final recordings, we took them back to AJ to include them into a final mix. The final mix was then sent off to Robin Schmidt (The 1975, Sam Fender, Liam Gallagher) for mastering. What Inspired You To Write / Create The Track? Searching for inspiration after their debut song, Sean listened to and studied various rock artists to help inspire more ideas. Once the musical idea was formed, the song led him into writing it about the toxic on and off relationship he was experiencing at the time with his ex. What Is The Message You Wish Listeners To Take Away From The Track? Above all, we wanted to write a song we felt was relatable. A song about lust and a toxic relationship is something we feel people will be able to connect with. It’s fun, a little dangerous, and exciting. We want it to fill people with energy, while also making them feel a little sexy.

► New Song: "For the Stars"
Song 1 of 8 from my debut album "I Would Like to Introduce" --> Watch the associated music visualizer on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMwnC4q5EUc ► You can listen to the album in these places: https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/daymusik/i-would-like-to-introduce-2
🐾 A bold choice to open an album with a slow song, I'm sure, but if people don't like it, that's not my problem. I decided, for my debut album, that I would open it with a modern take of the very first song I ever made. "For the Stars" was a song I made in 2010 during a road trip from Kentucky to Nevada to visit family. As I sat in the backseat of the car (because I was 14 at the time), I looked out at the clear, starry night sky and was just taken by how many stars I could see out in the desert sky. I remember having this feeling, I can't explain it, but I wanted to express it somehow, so I opened up my little ol' iPod Touch, opened my Xewton Music Studio app, and made a pretty similar version of what you hear here, just much, much less developed, of course. I have the original song uploaded somewhere on SoundCloud (but you can't see it right now because I haven't been able to pay for it), and it was also my first full-length song. 🐾 Opening with this song shows that I'm a band kid at heart, while I was never in an orchestra, the use of strings, flute, oboe, clarinet, glockenspiel, and vibraphone instruments (and the strings are individual instances of Edirol Orchestral for Violins, Violas, Celli, and Contrabasses, just one for each, though, as the VST has, like, "Violin ensemble" and whatnot to get a fuller sound) — the use of these instruments is meant to signify my connection to classical music and traditional instrument performance, me being a percussionist myself. Near the end, I have a marching snare drum solo meant to signify my connection with marching band as a percussionist, one year having marched in the drumline, but for the other 4 years, I marched in the front ensemble. Then, of course, the song shifts to a more EDM-style vibe to better represent the style of music I will most likely be making, but with the classical instruments mixed in as there will always be that element of classical and traditional music in what I do.

10 Years of DJing
In the immortal words of Hilary Duff: "Let's go back... back to the beginning..."
10 years ago today, I began my DJ project Blitz Comet and released my first DJ Mix - Summertime Vol. 1. It was the summer of 2013. I had just finished Middle School and what I thought at the time was the worst school year of my life. Though I was nervous about starting High School, nothing made me happier than the school year and Middle School being over and I was looking forward to kicking back and taking a much-needed rest. And kicked back I did.
I spent a chunk of that summer watching glued to Cartoon Network and Disney XD watching Regular Show, Adventure Time, and Gravity Falls, hanging out with my friends in the scorching Pennsylvania heat, writing on the blog I had at the time, figuring out Tumblr, and after asking for it for some time, my sister finally gave me her old iPod Touch and from there I set up profiles on Instagram and Vine (remember that?) and started filling it up with music.
Like all kids, I got bored at points during the summer and while downloading songs for my new iPod, I also got some blank CDs my Dad had in his office and started making mix CDs (remember those?) and I'd play on our CD Changer that was practically never touched in our family room. From there, I stumbled upon a site called Mixtaping.fm (which sadly no longer exists) and started making mixtapes there. I was having a lot of fun with it and decided that I wanted to turn the mixtapes I was making into actual DJ Mixes. I didn't know anything about how to make them, so I went on YouTube and watched a tutorial on how to make mixes on Audacity, which I knew how to use. Shortly afterward, I made my first official DJ Mix, consisting of 7 songs I was heavily listening to at the time. Blitz Comet Presents Summertime Vol. 1 shortly after dropped on Mixtaping.FM and Mixcloud, and the rest is history.
Since then, I've worked on my mixing skills, learned how to use actual DJ software, and have released almost 50 mixes, a handful of mashups, and co-produced some tracks. And there's still more to be done! I want to thank everyone who's been listening and supporting the past decade. Two years ago, I released a remixed and rearranged version of the mix titled Summertime '13, which is available to listen to on SoundCloud and Mixcloud. If you have a half-hour to kill today and are in the mood to listen to some early 2010's EDM, give it a listen! And while I never made another volume of Summertime and it's been a pretty quiet year for Blitz Comet thus far, that may change come this weekend...
TRACKLIST:
1. Kill Paris - Slap Me (Candyland Remix)
2. Skrillex & Damian Marley - Make It Bun Dem
3. Krewella - Alive
4. Adventure Club - Retro City
5. Sirah - Blew Your Mind
6. Wolfgang Gartner - Overdose ft. Medina
7. David Guetta - Play Hard ft. Ne-Yo & Akon
