I loathe the EA app. Didn’t have any issue installing it and all my games appeared to show up properly. Until I tried to play DA2 today, a game I have had no problems playing on Origin many times in the past.

Half the time, the game says it’s launching and just...doesn’t. Other times, it says it’s launching, then finally tells me cloud storage is full (I don’t even have cloud storage set up and can’t figure out where to turn it off, no need for that, kthx) and then gives me the option to use local data, which then launches the game. Which works fine, until I get somewhere with a cutscene. Then we just get into an infinite loading loop and the game has to be forcibly closed with F4.

Game Complete #4: A Way Out

Wanted to play this forever, but was missing the right person to do it. Starting and not liking "It Takes Two" didn't help this endeavour, but at last, we did it. I liked this way better than the studio's follow-up hit, and was surprised to see the story actually being good. Nothing groundbreaking, but enough for me to care about the characters.

Game Complete #9: Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

... the next game I've beaten is Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Now, I've played a lot of Zelda and Overwatch before getting here, but after playing through it, I stand by my point. This game started out fun and got me hooked more than I thought it would, but after about half of its length, its bad sides started to show. Many frustrating deaths, most of which are thanks to the game's design. This is still somewhat entertaining, and I did love its photo mode, but overall, it is a mediocre game. Play it if you like these types of games, but you're not missing out if you don't.

I swear my heart just stopped when I logged in to my EA Desktop account right after switching from Origin and all my Sims games were gone. I was ready to ruin EA. But luckily they came back when I reset my password. WTF EA???? Why are you trying to give me a heart attack????

Tbh I don't even play the sims anymore because each time I want to play I know I'd have to face something as stressful as this first so I just don't even bother. What an absolute waste of my money...
