Happy new year!

New Year, new month, another excuse to put Dutch doors.

Here's a picture of both sides of my Dutch door. I usually hide my checklist for the month behind the Dutch door. My checklist has what I plan to do each weekend.

My checklist also includes a list I pulled from a book Burnout by Emily and Amelia Nagoski. It's been nice to figure out how I react to stress and what I can immediately do to relieve my stress.
