7/28/20 #cardoftheday is #madder from the #druidplantoracle. I was working on some preparations for Lughnasadh when this card was drawn- it felt like a wonderful bit of synchronicity. So much of the imagery on this card speaks to me of late summer as is. But Madder marks a point of change- a time perhaps for a rite of passage and a reinvention of self. It also signifies strength in times that are nothing short of very trying. I decided now would be a good time to do a reading and I've been wanting to use these decks for a while now. I resonate VERY strongly with these cards today. Raptor medicine has been trying to get ahold of me. Perhaps I wasn't ready until now. The over all message to me, without too much detail, is that of surrender no doubt but also inner work.
