DROS coming to Xbox Series, Xbox One on September 19 - Gematsu

Publisher RedDeerGames and developer emergeWorlds will release dark fantasy puzzle platformer DROS will launch for Switch on September 19, the companies announced.

DROS first launched for PC via Steam, GOG, Humble Store on July 20, 2023, followed by Switch on July 12, 2024.

DROS is a dark fantasy adventure where you’ll swap between a small gooey creature and her human bounty hunter shell. Little Dros and Captain are very different beings but they’ll have to put aside their differences to make it out of the spooky Alchemy Tower in one piece. Unravel the mysteries within the Tower as you meet its strange inhabitants. Collect alchemical treasures and explore a world where there’s a twist around every corner.

Switch Between Two Very Different Beings

You’ll need to body swap! Jump, squirm and stealth around as Little Dros. Open heavy doors, weigh down pressure plates and clear a path as Captain. Oh, and beware… every one of the 40 levels of the Tower is unique!

Talk to a Huge Range of Strange Characters

Chat with many odd and loveable characters on your journey. Humans and Dros alike live within the Tower. It’s a place where the lines between good and evil are blurred.

Use Your Brains and Power

There’s a whole bunch of obstacles to overcome. You’ll use both brains and brawn to solve puzzles, fight off creepy creatures, put together alchemical treasures and uncover the many stories within.

Re: Dros and the students meeting, it would be a stretch but not technically impossible & also very funny if they actually knew each other. The boys rightfully don't know anything about the murder, no idea it was him, but if you could theoretically ask them about the old communard, they'd go "oh yes comrade Dros, of course we know comrade Dros" and launch into a 45 minutes tirade
