#also#on Sunday a guy in a ski mask walked around my driveway to avoid our security camera#pushed the security camera out of the way to obscure the view#and then proceeded to open our unfortunately unlocked truck#and sit in it for about 2 minutes while looking through our stuff and then getting out of the truck and carefully closing the door#before walking off#and I didn’t realize that this happened until today because I checked our camera feed and saw that that camera was tilted down#the way my whole heart stopped when I saw him push the camera down#and now I’m extremely paranoid when I’m leaving the house#because in the vid you can see him go right to the camera first#and then go for the truck#so I can’t help but wonder did he watch our house?#we had some friends over who left at 2 a.m. and then he came along at 3#we were literally upstairs sleeping#I can’t believe it#I’m genuinely freaked out by the whole thing

Sometimes I feel like I spend too much money but then I see how my bf's non working disabled brother with 4 children in the house spends money and don't worry too much.
#like i am worried for them#they will spend more in a day then we do all month on recreation/hobbies#how can you be spending thousands on hunting and buying 300$ mtg cards#but then asking us for money for your kids extracurriculars#theyve been hanging out a lot lately bc they want to hunt deer to help food cost#they had a camera trained at our door/driveway until i made my partner turn it around#i feel like we are about to get robbed by people who are not good with their money lol#they spend more than us and we are a DINK couple almost 200k/year idgi#i bought sh2 remake and it was painful spending 100$ on vidya with that being my splurge for the month#inb4 im a dick for judging people

#we had a commodore up untill this year#we have a 2020 Kia now#I’m so used to not using the back up camera#also sat nav#and it dosnt matter what angle the keys go in???#and the mirror adjust things are in a spot that makes more sence#and it beeps when you leave teh keys in#it’s beeps at everything#driving over the lines to avoid MASSIVE POT HOLE and the car beeps and I’m like “Mate it’s ok” “stop that”#and sencers it dosnt like the garage door#beeps at that#reads out what sines are ahead (it’s not accurate tho it’s very annoying) smh aunts driveway isn’t a “school zone ahead”#ven#also btw it shows when the doors are open and the icon for boot looks like a frog#also I can only just reach the boot to shut it lolll

(we'd noticed bits around the house being nibbled so we put a humane trap out. he has since been safely released with some biscuits as a parting gift ❤️)

sometimes when i take a step back i realize like, oh of course i have paranoia issues, i have good reason to feel like someone is constantly watching and monitoring me bc that's not that far from the truth! my parents are kind of overbearing!
#like how i wasnt allowed to have a bedroom door for a while#or the constant searching through my phone and reading my messages#and just my stuff in general#or how my dad has a camera over our driveway now and pays obsessive attention to it#and loves to remind me that he can watch me bc he'll send me texts whenever he sees me walking the dog#oh and while my privacy on here is abysmal in terms of strangers connecting me to my rl identity#i do constantly monitor what i post and say so that my mom cant find it bc my mom does sort of cyberstalk all of us and our cousins
