Random Archie Sonic fact: In issue #50, the Dr.Robotnick that The Freedom Fighters we're fighting dies, and is never brought back out side of one time, and it was only for one issue. The Robotnick that comes to take his place is actually a Robotnick from another dimension that robotized himself, killed his Freedom Fighters and practically destroyed his world. He get's turned into a human proper after a few issues though.

And yes, these are Archie Eggman's actual eyes. Even when he became human, they never changed.

((So before we continue this train of thought, let’s look at the questions I couldn’t answer...))

Belle's Story is basically... Well first you take an Eggman who has lost his mind and forgotten who he is but still retains his skills in craftmanship in robotics. So he builds a little wooden toy doll. This doll is basically his child and she views him as such, but when Eggman returned to his true self. They didn't see them as the same figure as their father, and viewed the man they saw as dad being dead and Eggman having killed him. 1/2

Also Belle had some of her father's skills with robotics, able to fix up Metal Sonic even when Starline did a command override signal for all of Eggman's badniks. An art I'm sure you could equal if something like that were to happen here. Then again her realm's Metal is kinda more loyal and is sometimes treated like a son to Eggman. So the fact she helped fix Metal wasn't as insane as it'd be in this realm. Hell I think the idea of a brother-figure version of Metal might be an idea... 2/2

Like for realz if you think about the idea... Turning a copy of Metal Sonic Eggman's Greatest work of Art, into something even better (IE: Just as loyal as you) yet just as powerful. Might be an idea worth looking into... Wierd how I started off with talking about Belle now I'm rambling about the idea of a Brother-Unit version of Metal. 3/2 ~ @the-green-anon

I don’t think you can. I tend to work a lot faster and try to make comics ahead of time. If I need help, I usually now commission people for sprites or a picture I need.

Yeah, Grogar... expecting a hall way to make things simple for keeping him at bay will not work. Sonic is basically the Living Definition of Unexpected. Even the likes of Discord or HIM could learn a thing or two from him. ~ @ominousbrony

What if Grogar isn't covering the entire Universe in an energy field. What if he just create a large wall of energy that moves to instantly intercept any attempts at contact of travel between the Universes at the point they are connecting? ~ @ominousbrony 

No, it’s fully covering the universe. Multiple people go into this universe and back.

I got to watch Sonic for the second time and all I have to say is.... I want a second movie and I have an idea for it. I believe Dr.Robotnick still has one of Sonic’s quills. While he’s away, he finds a way home and creates Shadow using Sonic’s DNA. Sonic and Tails meets each other. Tails was from Sonic’s homeworld and searched for him.

I finally went to see Sonic the hedgehog yesterday and I loved it! Jim Carrey as Dr.Robotnick is amazing! This morning while at the beach with my wife and kid, I picked up my sketch book and started this piece. Dr.Robotnick Chair of Evil 😈

I saw the Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) movie last night

And well... I was more disappointed than I expected...

I saw some points where they kinda tried I guess? But they missed the mark every single time, and throwing in a few little easter eggs to prove you picked up a controller and played some of the classic Sonic games doesn’t really save the film.

How Sonic was handled was no surprise, I somehow didn’t expect them to get it right so I didn’t mind it. I’m more upset by Jim Carrey’s performance. That was what everyone was praising afterall and well... he just didn’t handle Dr.Robotnick well...I’m not sure if it was the horrible writing, a lack of understanding of source material on his end or their’s, or all three of those things but like...

I like Dr. Robotnick as a villain, he’s had several different incarnations and each one has it’s own charm. But the movie’s version just seemed to hate humans, love technology, and constantly talk down and bully others while  also constantly telling people that he was a bullied orphan growing up. 

I love Jim Carrey, he’s a great actor and has done many great movies but I don’t consider this one of his greatest roles.

I also don’t consider the Sonic the hedgehog movie to be a good Sonic adaptation at all. I don’t understand why it sold well, it’s generic and doesn’t seem loyal enough to the source material. Fixing the character design wasn’t enough to excuse it. They also missed the mark with an iconic villain. I do hope they fix some of these issues with the second movie but given it’s positive reception they’ll probably continue along the same path as they did with the first movie.

I was doodling Sonic redesigns when i read somewhere that in early development, Sonic and Robotnik would have been former friends, and I just stopped everything and saw into the fabric of space and time a hell of emotions and sadness. And then there was a script that I still need to write where Sonic is trying to get Robotnick to hang out an robotnick is like "we both seek beauty differently, you and i. You seek to observe and experience wonders, while I seek to understand and recreate it. " and sonic is like "yeah" and they stare at the starts and sonic goes on another adventure but when he comes back theres the deathegg and sonic is like "wth dude, you were so cool, whys it gotta be this way" and they relationship afterwards is like Finn and Iceking or something
