hm? you mean the gladstone anthology i took part of? i guess it was almost two years ago so i could share my comic without trouble now. i'm just hesitant because internet disney people are insane lol

I love the concept that Donald and Gladstone are both fully aware that any romantic interaction between them is ultimately doomed, but it's fun in the moment and that's all that really matters.

How do you think things end between them? Loudly or quietly?

I would say the closest thing I imagine is it feeling like drowning on Gladstone's part, one where he's violently thrashing to hold on for dear life. Especially if it feels like Donald has gotten together with someone very permanent.

But I can never see it truly ever ending at least on Gladstone's side. He will always make sure that he's that constant annoyance in Donald's life. Honestly, I could even see that Donald has no idea with what truly is going on between them so did it even ever start on his side? As long as both are alive, Gladstone will make sure that he's always around.

hmmm a HC that their relationship is one sided lol. they are friends with benefits but gladstone likes donald in a way that donald doesn’t...... that’s how i usually see them :’)

How did you start shipping DonGlad?

i think from the start i was amused by their rivalry and they are both characters i like a lot so then i started reading barks in order and seeing how gladstone develops from one comic to the next was super interesting and got me more invested in the character.. i realized that he isn’t much when donald isn’t around tbh. it snowballed from there i guess lol.
