What do you do with the left over egg white from making a pie? You make a Million Dollar Cocktail:
2 oz Sylvius Gin
1 oz Dolans Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 large egg white
1 bar-spoon Libre grenadine
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
