Yash Raj Films released ‘Tiger Ka Message’ video yesterday, which was like a prelude before the trailer of the highly anticipated Tiger 3. The video became viral and added onto the excitement for the film. This is the third film in the franchise, which stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, after Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), which were directed by Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar respectively.

Maneesh Sharma has taken over the reigns for Tiger 3. Speaking about taking charge of the franchise and his aim, he said in a statement, “Over the last decade, Tiger had become perhaps the most iconic character in Bollywood. And getting the opportunity to take over the reins, to take his story forward came with an inexplicable excitement. I want to portray Tiger like I’ve seen him as a movie buff - larger than life, towering over you with his star power. I am excited that I get to add a deeper layer to his journey.”

In ‘Tiger Ka Message’, it was revealed that Salman aka Tiger is in peril after being framed as Enemy Number 1 of India. This video sets up the plot of the film that will show how Tiger goes on a life-threatening mission to hunt down his enemies in this vengeful action entertainer. Tiger wants to clear his name for his country, for his family and he won’t stop at nothing.

Sharing what all is at stake this time around, Sharma added, “This time, it’s not only about saving India, but about standing up for himself and his family. And for a man, for Tiger, that is the core of who you are - an area where each one (even Tiger!) feels vulnerable. And he will do it with a vengeance. India’s No 1 agent is India’s Enemy No 1 this time and I think people will have fun watching this edge of the seat action entertainer!”

Interestingly, Aditya Chopra, the head honcho of Yash Raj Films, ideated the video and came up with a dialogue that has gone viral. Added Sharma,

“We are also delighted to see how the dialogue ‘Jab Tak Tiger Mara Nahin, Tab Tak Tiger Haara Nahin’ has gone viral! The video was conceptualised and written by Aditya Chopra and this dialogue is also a masterstroke from him! It’s a total paisa vasool big screen dialogue that will create hysteria when Salman says it on screen!”

Tiger 3 is a part of the YRF Spy Universe, which kicked off in 2012 with Ek Tha Tigerfollowed by Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), and Pathaan (2023). It was Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai’s humongous success that cemented Aditya Chopra’s belief that he could introduce two more larger-than-life spy agents, Kabir aka Hrithik Roshan in War and Pathaan aka Shah Rukh Khan in the YRF Spy Universe. YRF intends to interconnect every spy film in the post-Pathaan world. Tiger 3 follows the events of Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan.

దీపావళి అంటే దీపాల వరుస. నరక చతుర్దశి రోజున నరక సంహారం జరిగింది. మర్నాడు అమావాస్య కనుక, చీకటిని పారద్రోలడానికి అందరూ దీపాలు వెలిగించి, టపాసులు కాల్చి తమ ఆనందాన్ని వ్యక్తపరుచుకున్నారు. వామనుడు బలి చక్రవర్తిని 3వ పాదంతో పాతాళానికి పంపించిన రోజు. విక్రమార్క చక్రవర్తి పట్టాభిషిక్తుడైన రోజు. అమావాస్య రోజు చీకటిని పోగొట్టి ఈ జగత్తుకు వెలుగును ప్రసాదించేదే దీపావళి. చీకటి వెలుగుల సమాహారమే దీపావళి. (కష్ట సుఖాల కలయికే ఈ జీవితం అని అంతరార్థం..)

దీపావళి 5 రోజుల పర్వదినం. ధన త్రయోదశి-- నరక చతుర్దశి-- దీపావళి-- బలి పాడ్యమి-- భగినీ హస్త భోజనం (యమ ద్వితీయం). భగినీహస్త భోజనం రోజు అక్క-తమ్ముడు, అన్నా-చెల్లెలు ఉన్నవారు తప్పనిసరిగా సోదరి ఇంటికి వెళ్లి భోజనం చేయాలని శాస్త్రం. ఎవరైతే సోదరి ఇంటికి వెళ్లి భోజనం చేస్తారో! వారి సోదరులకి అపమృత్యు దోషం ఉండదు, రోగాలు దరిచేరవు. భోజనం పెట్టిన సోదరికి సంపూర్ణ ఐదోతనం ప్రాప్తిస్తుంది. హిందూ సాంప్రదాయంలో బంధువుల తోటి కుటుంబమంతా కలవడమే పండగంటే. పాడ్యమి రోజు కేదార గౌరీ నోము నోచుకుంటారు. కొండ ప్రాంతంలో గౌరమ్మ నోములు అంటారు.

ఈ రోజు సాయంత్రం ఇంటి ముందు, దేవుని దగ్గర దీపాలు వెలిగిస్తారు. కొంతమంది మైనపు కొవ్వొత్తులు వెలిగిస్తారు. అది మన సాంప్రదాయం కాదు. దీపం అంటే మట్టి ప్రమిదలో నూనెతో దీపారాధన చేయాలి. (మానవ శరీరమే మట్టి ప్రమిద. మట్టి ప్రమిదలో వెలిగే జ్యోతి స్వరూపమే మన ప్రాణం. దీపం జ్యోతి పరబ్రహ్మ అన్నారు..) దీపపు వెలుగులో లక్ష్మీ ఉన్నట్లుగా భావించాలి. దీపాలు వెలిగించి అలాగే భూమి మీద పెట్టకూడదు. మనందరినీ భరించే భూమాత వేడిని భరించలేదు. అందుకే ప్రమిదలలో దీపారాధన చేస్తారు. దీపాలు వెలిగించేటప్పుడు కొత్త ప్రమిదలు వాడాలి. ముందు సంవత్సరం ప్రమిదలు వాడరాదు.

దీపావళి అనగానే ఈ రోజు ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ లక్ష్మీదేవి పూజ చేస్తారు. దీపావళి రోజున ఇంటిముందు శుభ్రంగా కడిగి ముగ్గు పెట్టాలి. లక్ష్మీదేవి వస్తుంది కనుక ఇల్లు శుభ్రంగా ఉంచి, ఆ తల్లికి ఆహ్వానం పలకాలి. ఈరోజు సూర్యోదయానికి 4 ఘడియల ముందే లేచి, ఒక టపాసులు కాల్చి, జ్యేష్ఠా లక్ష్మీదేవిని దూరం చేయడం కోసం నువ్వుల నూనెతో తలస్నానం చేయాలి. స్నానం చేసిన తర్వాత తీపి తినాలి. దీపావళి రోజు లక్ష్మీదేవి విగ్రహానికి పసుపు- కుంకుమ- గంధం- అక్షింతలతో అర్చించి, పంచామృతాలతో అభిషేకం చేసి, లక్ష్మీ శతనామ స్తోత్రం, లక్ష్మీ సహస్ర నామాలతో పూజిస్తారు. శ్రీ సూక్తంతో షోడోపచార పూజ చేస్తారు. ఈరోజు 108 రూపాయి నాణేలు (రూ.1/- రూ2/- రూ5/- నాణాలు) శుభ్రంగా పాలతో కడిగి, సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకి ఒక్కొక్క నాణెంతో లక్ష్మీ అష్టోత్తర పూజ చేస్తారు. పూజ చేసిన తర్వాత పూజకు ఉపయోగించిన నాణాలు ఎర్రటి వస్త్రంలో భద్రపరచి, వాటిని బీరువాలో దాటిపెడితే! సంవత్సరమంతా వారి ఇంట ధనానికి లోటు ఉండదు. ఈ రోజు లక్ష్మి పూజ చేసేవారికి లక్ష్మీ అనుగ్రహం తప్పకుండ కలుగుతుంది.

పూజ పూర్తవగానే టపాసులు కాలుస్తారు. దీపావళి రోజున కాల్చే టపాసులు, మతాబులు అన్ని వెలుగులు చిమ్ముతూ ఉంటాయి. ఈ వెలుగులకి, శబ్దాలకి మనకున్న దారిద్ర్య, దుఃఖాలను పోవాలని పండగ చేసుకుంటారు. దీపావళి పండగ వర్షాలు తగ్గి, చలికాలం వచ్చే సమయం కనుక జ్వరాలు, అనారోగ్యాలు వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది. కాబట్టి టపాసులు కాల్చడం ద్వారా, క్రిమికీటకాలు నశిస్తాయి. పూర్వం దీపావళికి మట్టి ప్రమిదలు వెలిగించి, కాగడాలు (దివిటీలు) పట్టుకొని గ్రామమంతా తిరిగేవారు. ఆటపాటలతో గడిపేవారు. ఈ విధంగా పండగ చేసుకోవడం వల్ల శబ్ద, ధ్వని కాలుష్యం, మందుల యొక్క కాలుష్యం ఉండేది కాదు. టపాసులు కాల్చినాక పెద్దలు తీపి తినిపిస్తారు.

Character 1: Female, 20s, British Asian, practising Hindu. She celebrates Diwali in one of the episodes.

Character 2: Female, 70s, Dutch, Jewish. She regularly attends the synagogue, celebrates Jewish holidays such as Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and her faith is an important part of the story. This podcast is set in 2004, and this character is a Holocaust survivor (imprisoned in Dachau as a child).

As per the latest updates, the highly anticipated Tiger 3 first glimpse is gearing up for its grand release, very soon. The much-awaited video, which is expected to feature Salman Khan, along with the leading lady of the franchise, Katrina Kaif, will hit the screens on September 27, Wednesday.

The much-awaited video reportedly has a duration of 1 minute and 46 seconds.

From this new update, it has been confirmed that the Tiger 3 first glimpse is going to be an out-and-out action-packed ride. From the title of the video, 'Tiger Ka Message', it is also confirmed that the first glimpse will feature a powerful re-introduction of the titular character, played by Salman Khan, and his special 'message' about a new mission. Alright, for starters, HAPPPPYYY DIWALI 🪔AND HALLOWEEEN 🎃to all my peeps who celebrate these events :) <33

Secondly, I know I've been gone for over 10 days T_T and hopefully my notes make up for it?

Tbh I wasn't really feeling it, had a horrible headache and was slacking off so hard for the most part of the last few days (so I haven't included them in the DOP) that was until a few of my lovely moots messaged me and I got so fired up and proceeded to study biochem for 11 hrs with only a 45 min break (lunch) in b/w 💀 I didn't even know I was capable of that? Also, I kinda feel like I bit off more than I can chew with the 100 days T_T sooo should've started with something small like 7-14 days or sum.? Eh whatevs, I'll continue this challenge till the end of the year and see how I'm doing in 2025 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For now tho, I'm actually motivated to do stuff, and I have like 3 days of holiday cause of diwali (yay) so might as well finish up as much of my backlog as I can :)

PS. I got some new stationery over the week and they're soo kyute and pasteelll q(≧▽≦q) and I also started reading Lessons in Chem :)
