First in the “explaining the cryo and chill playlist” series!

This is definitely me singing to Kaeya. I’m just going to throw all the lyrics under the cut because they all fit super well. But this song is about like...wanting to see what’s under the persona someone who’s hurting puts up. Wanting to love that person, and really see the person they are beneath the pain and the facade. And if that’s not me about Kaeya to a T I’ll eat my shoe. It’s also intense and a little sexy vibes which is very fitting for the ship as well.

It’s about how I wanna LOVE HIM A WHOLE BUNCH but he puts up all these walls and keeps me at arms length for quite a while before he’s willing to open up. And it is like a fight. He’ll go to great lengths to avoid emotional vulnerability without making it seem intentional. Tricksy Kaeya. But he lets me in one day.
