Meshuggah künden Europatour an mit Halt in Lausanne

Meshuggah bereiten sich auf eine monumentale Headliner-Tour durch Europa im März 2024 vor, bei der sie vor allem Länder auf dem Festland besuchen werden, die bei der ersten Etappe der "Immutable"-Tour nicht dabei waren. Bekannt für ihre bahnbrechenden Live-Performances und bewusstseinserweiternden Konzertproduktionen, werden Meshuggah am 7. März in Budapest, Ungarn, starten und am 28. März in Köln, Deutschland, enden. Auf ihrer Reise durch Europa werden Meshuggah von The Halo Effect und Mantar begleitet. Innovativ, progressiv, unermüdlich und unendlich kreativ - Meshuggah ist nach wie vor die erfindungsreichste Kraft der Metal-Musik. Nach einer illustren 30-jährigen Reise zeigen die schwedischen Metal-Ikonen keine Anzeichen einer Verlangsamung. “Jesper Nordin and organ player Hampus Lindwall in a jam session with Tomas Haake and Dick Lövgren from Meshuggah.Swedish composer Jesper Nordin was highlighted by the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic during a four day festival devoted to his music in April 2014. For his new commission he decided to write an orchestral piece called Ärr ("scar" in Swedish) based on Meshuggah's song Bleed. After the premiere he invited Tomas Haake and Dick Lövgren from Meshuggah to a jam session with organ player Hampus Lindwall and himself.
