Obstáculos para el desarrollo: Alcaldesa de Puerto Tejada denuncia falta de apoyo para la elaboración de proyectos

Puerto Tejada, Cauca, Colombia – La alcaldesa de Puerto Tejada, Luz Adiela Salazar Gómez, ha expresado su preocupación por la falta de apoyo para la elaboración de proyectos que permitan al municipio acceder a recursos de financiación tanto del gobierno nacional como de ONGs internacionales y entidades como CAF.

Salazar Gómez ha manifestado que no cuenta con el equipo técnico necesario para la elaboración de proyectos con la calidad y rigor técnico que estos procesos exigen, lo que ha limitado la capacidad del municipio para gestionar recursos para obras de desarrollo.

En este sentido, la alcaldesa ha solicitado a la Vicepresidenta Francia Márquez, a través del enlace en el Cauca, el ex jefe de planeación del Cauca, Eduard Mina, que se brinde apoyo técnico y asesoría a los municipios del departamento para la elaboración de proyectos que les permitan acceder a financiación.

Falta de apoyo técnico: un obstáculo para el desarrollo local

La situación de Puerto Tejada no es un caso aislado. Muchos municipios del Cauca, especialmente aquellos con menor capacidad fiscal, se enfrentan a la misma dificultad: la falta de personal capacitado para la elaboración de proyectos con los estándares exigidos por las entidades financiadoras.

Esta situación limita las posibilidades de desarrollo de estas comunidades, ya que les impide acceder a recursos para la ejecución de proyectos en áreas como infraestructura, educación, salud, agua potable y saneamiento básico.

¿Por qué la Gobernación del Cauca no implementa una plataforma y una asesoría para la elaboración de proyectos?

Es de extrañar que la Gobernación del Cauca, a través de la nueva jefa de la oficina de planeación Diana Melissa Muriel Muñoz, no haya implementado una plataforma y una estrategia de asesoría para fortalecer las capacidades de los municipios en la elaboración de proyectos.

Esta iniciativa sería fundamental para superar la actual situación y permitir que los municipios del Cauca puedan acceder a los recursos que necesitan para su desarrollo.

Un llamado a la acción

Es urgente que las autoridades departamentales y nacionales tomen medidas para solucionar este problema. La implementación de una plataforma y una estrategia de asesoría para la elaboración de proyectos sería un paso fundamental para fortalecer el desarrollo local en el Cauca.

Solo así se podrán superar las barreras que actualmente limitan el acceso a recursos de financiación y se podrá garantizar un desarrollo equitativo y sostenible para todos los municipios del departamento.

TL;DR FOR BIO: power is some black ass media. so i know most of ya'll don't even know what it is. yall don't even be rping with black chars like that in general. but she's easily transferable to a multitude of medias, mcu -- esp luke cage, daredevil, punisher, as her char is based in nyc, breaking bad, etc.

she's the youngest tejada child in power book 2 ghost and the only girl, hence my url. her family is deep in the drug dealing business. her father was released from prison after doing a long stint. her family is currently, season 3, under surveillance by NYPD and the feds. she actively participates and utilizes her cover as a college student to help the family business. her mother is a terrible person, verbally and mentally abusive/controlling. and very very manipulative. manipulated diana into getting a cop murdered for looking too close into their crimes. her brothers collectively have a host of bodies and too many enemies. she wants out from everything and her father was willing to let her step away. however, her mother orchestrated the murder of her father for two reasons, 1) so she can take over. 2) revenge for her father accidentally killing her mother's secret son.

her family has a series of beefs and ongoing war disputes with the russians. in her main verse, she's unaware that her mother killed her father. but this will be updated if she canonically figures out as the season progress. i will update this info accordingly.

Cane first started talking smack about her cooking and then they all thought they could slut shame her. Diana said uh uh no, I'm that bitch! She spilled all the tea and then some! Baby girl lit the fire and said, I'm gonna watch you all burn!

I was looking shook, Zeke looking shook, Lorenzo looking shook, Monet looking like she wanna bury Diana that second, everyone looking shook like WTF!!!

At this point will Diana kill Monet? The parallel between Ghost waking Tariq up with a gun to his head and Monet choking Diana.
