Scream 4 but it's a sad ending

Gale hissed angry. Why didn't Dewey want her to take part in the investigation? After all, she had helped solve the murders three times, saved Sidney and others' lives several times, and she had written the book. She had written the goddamn book about the murders and just because Dewey was sheriff now he wouldn't let her join the investigation. She wasn't just mad. She was disappointed. No matter what happened, in the end they always stuck together. And now since they were married suddenly everything was different. Everything changed. Instead of growing even closer to each other, they grew further and further apart. He wasn't home most of the time and they didn't spend much time together. And then there was Judy. God only knew how much Gale hated Judy. Worst of all, Dewey didn't do anything to prevent this woman from flirting with him. Gale and Dewey argued a lot, but loved each other at least twice as much. At least it had been like that so far. Now she wasn't so sure about that anymore.

Even if she didn't like to admit it, she was hurt. She didn't wait until Dewey came home from work anymore. They hardly talked to each other when he was around anyway. And both suffered from it, but that didn't matter. Because Gale would show him that he needed her and that she was very well able to participate. She drove to the barn where the stabbathon would take place. She generally thought it was a bad idea to have a party with movies about a free-roaming killer. It couldn't end well. She put on a Ghostface mask and snuck inside. She nervously hid the cameras in the hay and on other places and then headed back to the car. When she arrived at the car, she pulled her recorder out of her pocket and began to report, keeping an eye on the cameras. She thought about her husband for a moment and sighed.

Then she suddenly noticed something strange. Someone covered her cameras with something. She stared nervously at the last camera, which showed Ghostface for a short moment and then was covered just like the others. She immediately picked up her phone and quickly called the sheriff, who was her husband. Gale told him Ghostface was probably there, but Dewey decided to annoy her a little. "Well, I thought you were going rogue, Gale." he commented and Gale would give him a death stare if she could do it at this moment. "Oh, are you serious? Come on! Forget it. Thanks for having faith in me.

I gotta fix my equipment." "Gale!" He tried again, but Gale had already hung up. Gale put on her Ghostface mask again and snuck into the barn.

When she arrived she put the mask down again and ran nervously to her cameras. She was briefly shocked when a loud scene was played in the stab film. She set her camera upright again and looked inside. Then she took it with her and looked around a bit. Dewey had arrived at her car and was watching Gale looking into the camera. Suddenly Gale saw another camera, which, however, did not belong to her. Confused and cautious, she walked right towards it. At that moment Dewey spotted something and stopped breathing for a second before yelling "Gale! Gale behind you!" Even if he was aware that she couldn't hear him. Only a second later Gale noticed how the killer with the white mask had sneaked up on her from behind and so the fight began. Although you couldn't really call it a fight, since she was trying to escape and run away.

Just as the killer was cutting her way, she threw a heap of straw on him and had a few seconds to spare. But the killer grabbed her, but the two stumbled and she was free for a short moment. Because of the movie, no one would hear her screams anyway. Her heart was pounding at an unhealthy pace and everything was spinning in her head. Fear mixed with panic and despair. She tried unsuccessfully to crawl away while Ghostface got up and pulled her back by her leg. Panicking, she kicked around and tried to defend herself. The killer was too strong. He pushed her down, leaned over her, and raised his knife, ready to stab her.

Dewey stormed into the room at that moment and aimed the gun at Ghostface. "Freeze!" he screamed. Ghostface held Gale by the neck even as Dewey shot. Gale stared in horror at the killer who stabbed her with the knife. The knife penetrated her body and a scream of pain left her mouth. The pain almost brought tears to her eyes and the world got darker around her. Her husband kept trying to shoot the killer down, but he was too nervous to shoot the killer and his hands were shaking like crazy. Then Ghostface finally let go of Gale, who rolled down the hay or rather fell and landed directly in front of her husband.

The killer quickly ran away and Gale whimpered. She didn't just feel the pain. She also felt her own sticky blood flow down her body. And not just a little bit of it. The sheriff quickly ran after the killer, but the killer was already gone. Gale Riley was having trouble breathing at that moment. She felt dizzy, sick and just wanted to cry. Slowly she tried to calm down and to breathe normally again. This finally succeeded when her husband was at her side again and knelt next to her and looked at her with all his love and concern. She knew he would blame himself for what happened, even if it wasn't his fault. The two talked a bit to each other, but it was becoming more and more difficult for her to speak. "Hey, you have to hold on okay?"

Gale nodded and tried to do her best, but she felt that it was getting harder and harder for her. She tried not to show anything, but Dewey knew his wife too well. Despite the pain, she became steadily calmer. "Dewey?" she asked exhausted. "Yes Gale?" he replied worried and helped her pull the wound off. At the same time he stroked her cheek and even in this situation she seemed to be enjoying it. For her, his presence, his closeness and his love was healing. Not for her wounds. But healing for her heart and soul.

She smiled weakly "I love you Dewey." "I love you, Gale. More than anything else in this world. The reason I wanted to marry you so badly is because I want to spend the rest of my life with the woman who has completely enchanted me from the very first moment. And that's what happened. It never changed anything. " After he finished he looked into her eyes and froze. They were empty and lifeless. Her heart had stopped beating.

With a sad smile, the man walked down a narrow corridor. When he got to the end of the way, he bent down and laid the flowers on his wife's grave. Like every week. For 20 years. His love for her had never changed. He couldn't hold his sad smile any longer and a tear rolled down his cheek. "I love you Gale Riley."
