I wish these existed in .308 is a decent way to mount a scope in a way that doesn’t involve bubba.
There were a few .308 Winchester Mq/K 31 actions made by Hämmerli or Grünig + Elmiger in the Sixties (Hell, even in .30/06, .300 H&H, .350 Remington Magnum and .307 Winchester) but of course, they cost a few bucks.
It’s always possible to find a good gunsmith and rebarrel an old Mq/K31 in the caliber of your wishes. LPR Gunsmith is apparently specialized in that kind of transformations.
Anyway, the only point of getting a conversion would be because you don’t like to reload cartridges in the case of a total shortage of GP11 on the market, but otherwise, quality .308 are not that cheap and shooting crappy surplus ammo in a Mq/K31 should lead to the confiscation of said Mq/K31 for lack of taste.
You may of course lament the fact the Mq/K31 wasn’t manufactured directly in .308 Winchester, but given it was designed some 25 years before the adoption of that cartridge as a NATO standard (and that Switzerland doesn’t belong to NATO), that would not make a lot of sense.
About the scope, there are a few options available, but in my view, the only that is good it the Swiss light alloy frame developped specifically to answer your needs, at k31.ch, because it’s a great technical solution but also completely reversible.

Beacons & NFC
Dit fenomeen noemt men ‘proximity marketing’.

These are the 22 best cities in the world for tech
When it comes to tech, San Francisco on the west coast of the US has a well established reputation as being the world’s number one city.
But San Francisco’s crazy living costs led real estate firm Savills to choose another US city as its number one tech hub in its Tech Cities 2017 report, which ranks 22 cities across the world “at the forefront of the global tech industry.”
In addition to rent, Savills looked at over 100 metrics, ranging from the number of days needed to start a business through to the cost of a flat white coffee. Researchers also looked at access to venture capital and transportation times for the average tech worker.
Savills said that all of the cities are “at the top of global shopping lists for tech companies looking for space in which to locate.”
