So. I've been making plushie Ghosties for a while. And the floaty shells have always defeated me because well, I want them to be at least moderately hugable and something like this

is hard to do in fabric.

However. I think I've just slain my dragon.

It looks even better in person, trust me but this baby is entirely made of fleece, felt, tulle and shimmer organza and YES indeed pretty hugable for how it looks!

I was listening to the crew commentary on the Gravity Falls episode "Dreamscaperers" and they mention that Bill Cipher was originally conceived as this quirky guy who would pop into Dipper's dreams, dangle some vague hint and leave, comparing him to the Great Red Dragon of Jeff Smith's Bone comic series.

And I just realized that's exactly what Raven's dynamic with Qrow was, pre-Fall of Beacon!

Qrow: I don't see my sister very often, but she does try to keep in touch... whenever it suits her.

Raven clearly doesn't like or trust Oz. But at the same time, she fully understands Salem's threat, perhaps more so than anyone aside from Oz himself. So instead of going to Oz himself (Which would probably result in a fight that would raze Beacon three times over) she just does some hint dropping to her brother, telling him only enough to fight against Salem's forces, but not enough to make things easier for the Circle.

Neil Cicierega has been makin music for the internet for as bout as long as people have done that. He's got four albums under his own name. Seven albums and five ep's under Lemon Demon. And more music released pre Lemon Demon under the name Trapezoid. He's the inventor of animutation. He created The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, Harry Potter Puppet Palls, Brodyquest, Ariel Needs Legs, and songs for Gravity Falls. He's also an armature filmmaker and lead member of Guaranteed video*

Frankly, I'm not convinced her whole situation isn't too grounded in reality for this tournament. She's the host of a system that happens to have illusion magic.

I'm told she's done mitosis and there's now two of her. However, the only actually accessible information on her I've found is a fan submission to a MBTI website and a one sentence introduction on the Critical Roll wiki, which is not enough for me to confirm the mitosis thing.
