So anyway, what game is that?

Well as say, it's Trauma Center: Under the Knife - it's a split between a surgical gameplay simulation and visual novel storytelling.

Your playing as a guy named 'Derek Stiles' who is as he confronts a manmade disease called GUILT.

'GUILT'? What is that?

short for Gangliated Utrophin Immuno Latency Toxin, is an artificial disease developed by Delphi and used in medical terrorist attacks in 2018, they often target children from across the world.

But seems a thing they have in common is that each victim's body turned against itself, and they all died and GUILT has different types; Kyriaki, Deftera, Triti and Tetarti - just to name a few.

Wow, that seems extreme but good thing it's a video game then...

Yeah.. good thing it is...

But mostly I'm playing the game because of the protagonist, Derek Stiles.

Which I can't deny he is quite attractive and I can't blame his assistant for getting with him.

Huh, so that's what they do, huh? That is interesting… so I guess if shocking them awake can't work they'll open the chest and try to do a more 'hands on' approach to help them.

Pretty much, but when someone's heart's stopped, you actually perform chest compressions.

The defibrillator is for an irregular and potentially dangerous heart rhythm; if you try to shock someone who's in cardiac arrest, you'll probably just barbecue their heart.

Huh, that's pretty interesting.

But alright, time to save lives!
