PPGZ x Dexter's Lab

Designs for a Crossover idea.

TLDR: Deedee was one of the people hit by the dark Z rays and was supposed to be permanently mutated into a kaiju like monster. However, Dexter developed a device to absorb the Z-rays to allow her to temporarily remain human until he finds a permanent cure, which he believes to reside in the white Z-rays.

The doorbell rings, marking a customer, and Danny is jerked from his thoughts as he half-dozes on the counter.

“Hi, welcome.” Straightening up he brushes off his apron and gestures at the table. “Can I get you some water?”

The flat look he gets in return isn’t promising. “No. I need to talk to the boss in the back. Watch my daughter for a minute, would you? Brat keeps running off when I ain’t looking.”

“Ah…” Danny shifts, awkward, and glances around the empty room. 

Customer rolls his eyes and slouches out the door. Then he’s back, bell dinging cheerfully, with a girl’s arm in his hand. “Sit,” he tells the girl, shoving her into a chair. “Stay.”

She’s not a dog. Danny grits his teeth and thinks about the taser, behind the counter he was sitting at. She doesn’t look scared, just huffs and shakes chunky bangs out of one eye. 

Customer looks them both over again. “Talkin to the boss. Watch her.” With that, he vanishes back into the kitchen.

Danny looks at the girl. 

She stares back. “You know what this place is, right?”

“A Chinese restaurant?” he tries. 

The girl blows her bangs out of her face again. “MSG, sure. The good shit.”

“Language,” Danny snaps because she can’t be older than twelve. 

He gets a considering look. “You’re new to town, aren't cha? I’m DeeDee.”

“I’m Dan.” He’s not going to give out his full name, not here. “And what gave it away?”

DeeDee cackles, throwing her shoes up on the table. Danny grimaces at the motion. “You got this…shininess to you. Gotham hasn’t got its dirt in your cracks yet.”

Danny glances at the kitchen where her father went. “Are you…safe?”

“It’s Gotham, dipstick. Nothing’s safe here.” DeeDee reminds him of Ember. A younger, ruder version, maybe. “But Pops ain’t the worst. He’s not my real dad, but street kids don’t get a lot of choices, ya know? I help, he gives me a place to sleep.”

“You help…”

“With the MSG.” Her grin is all teeth. “Gotta keep it on the DL though, you hear? Not supposed to have kids involved.” It’s the first time her cocky manner fades. “Don’t wanna be out on the street again. It’s hard to find a gig. Too young for shit.”

Danny’s frown is going to be permanent if he keeps this up. DeeDee is just a kid, even if she’s had to grow up fast. She's only a few years younger than him when he started ghost-fighting. 

He tears off a scrap of paper and jots down a number before handing it over. “That’s for Tony’s Pizza. If you lose this gig, you call the number and say you want to talk to Dan, got it?”

DeeDee takes it with a sneer that looks forced. “I don’t need no charity.”

Danny just shrugs. “You don’t. But sometimes it’s nice to have the option.”

This EF conversion I did of @pforestsims's Open Blazer with Padded Shoulders would work too.

These jackets of course, from this NL outfit but then made into a top and converted to EF by me, would meet your need.

Cocomama at MTS has these jackets as well.

Skell has made these blazers available for EF! I like that these have a 3/4 and short sleeve option.

Maybe a touch more casual than you were asking for, but skittlessims's quilted jackets might work for you - and they are available for EF.

And these EF conversions of @sushigal007's Dori Jacket by @deedee-sims might be too formal! But a collared jacket none the less.

This outfit conversion + plain color version by @rented-space is available for EF.

If you wanted a full outfit with a jacket for EF, these by dustfinger at MTS might work.

Or if a University mesh is more your thing! If you don't have defaults for efbodyblazerpants, this recolor by javabean_dreams at MTS is cute.

Speaking of efbodyblazerpants! @rudhira made an EF conversion of this @memento-sims suit. I think there is a custom version available?

GP10 JACKET SHORT has an EF mesh, and if used with high-waisted bottoms, would fit the bill!

Stuffy, but this Skell /ts2repository top would work!

@claudettesims did a bunch of EF jackets that can be used with bottom-only dresses!

More of a shirt than a jacket, but this separated @whattheskell top could be retextured to be more jacket-y?

This @rented-space conversion is an excellent option!

Also by @rented-space - could be too casual for what you are looking for? But it does have an EF mesh, and with appropriate retexturing, could work for you.

Skell's separated Crumplebottom top would be a choice.

And FINALLY - trapping was always making EF conversions of stuff, so their archive most likely has a jacket in there somewhere?

🤑two graphic sweaters for TM🤑

IDR how clothing works but i recoloured the mesh deedee converted here :o lowedeus did the initial conversion and i used plain textures by GenericFan @ MTS. graphics came from pinteresttt. mesh included.

This is the first post for probably what amounts to months of work. But AM is where I decided to start seriously, so here we are. Learn more about this project here.

Anyways, this post is a full set of default replacements for ALL the AM Tops (Bottom set is posted immediately before this one) They're separate files though, no worries you can pick and choose. Please note, since these morphs are heavily edited, the morphs won't work with the regular fat-morph. I mean, they won't like... crash, but they'll have huge gaps. I recommend if you want some of these, pick some of the bottoms from the other post too. Otherwise they'll essentially be useless.

Essentially what I've done is taken the defaults I was already using (if I was) and edited the meshes. For ones I don't use defaults, I've added Mesh-Only replacements (which means they will work with any textures replacements that may be available.)

This is gonna be a long post, so excuse me for adding a read-more cut before the info. if you want to skip all the way to the download link, it''ll be at the very bottom. 👀

This is a replacement for the mesh only!~ it will work with other textures. The ones shown are by lemonlion [here] but this mesh replacement will work with base game textures, or any other texture only replacements you might have/want.

Originally for YM only, this is included and unlocked for AM as well. Original default is by @mechemik [here] all I did was edit the mesh.

CrazyBody

This is a mesh only replacement, and is not shown above. it will work with any texture replacements. (for example, these by @artemida-sims that take off the tattoos)
