If I ever made a top 10 Black Wrestlers list for men (I prefer Women's wrestling by a mile so if I included women it'd be all women)
It'd be something like Booker T, Mark Henry, Swerve Strickland, Kofi Kingston, Keith Lee, David Otunga, Shelton Benjamin, Fred Yehi, D'Lo Brown, and Lio Rush.
I honestly wouldn't put the Rock on it. I'm not sure if he'd make top 10.
This isn't to discredit him or his body of work, or what he's done for wrestling as a whole. But I've seen a few posts saying stuff like "Black wrestling peaked with the Rock" when even during his prime he wasn't the best Black man in wrestling, and certainly not now.
IDK, that's just me.

best wrestling shows I've been to live ranking
2009 Smackdown/ECW house show - pretty basic house show with a lot of top stars not coming to my lil hometown, but Christian saw me in the crowd and brought me in the ring to pose with his belt so this is the GOAT for me and why Christian is always my #1 guy forever
AEW All Out 2021 - what can I even say about this one. I got tickets becaue I wanted to see hangman/omega but I didn't think my dude christian would be in the main event or that i'd get one of the best wrestling shows ever with this one. fun fact you can see me geeking out the whole show ESPECIALLY when the main event is about to start and I get all hype about Christian being in the main event
AEW Full Gear 2021 - I thought all out would be my only chance to see wrestling that year (I got my shots if you're wondering) then there was a schedule change and my state got Full Gear, and the Hangman/Omega match I spetn forever daydreaming about ended up being something I was actually able to attend. this was another amazing show but the highlight was definitely omega/page, seeing the conclusion of that wonderful storyline in person is oemthing burned into my memory. also getting to see christian win an amazing match with jungle boy and luchasaurus against cole and the bucks was nice (can you tell I'm maybe a bit obsessed with christian LOL)
Raw 2005 house show - the first wrestling show I ever saw live, i got to see shawn michaels, batista, and of course christian (how could i not mention that?!?!) it's a formative moment in my life
judgment day 2005 / bragging rights 2010 (tie) - my first PPV and a maybe not big PPV but one I had a lot of fun at. I am incredibly grateful i got to see eddie guererro live at judgment day a few months before he passed away, even muscling through seeing the incredibly embarrassing kurt angle/booker t feud with my entire family by me. i also got to see Big Match John's first world title defense ever where he bled buckets and it was very cool. bragging rights is important to me because I love the stupid buried alive matches and am agog I got to see one in person, and spent so long trying to see frigging undertaker live and that was my first live show with him there. also of note at these shows was edge and rey mysterio winning a cool elimination tag match, my first live title change featuring david otunga, heidenreich bringing a plant in the ring to talk about minny freaking apolis, and uhhhh other things!

Common is literally 52 years old. It's amazing how black men will get into their 50s and then decide that they are ready for marriage. These 50 year old men come with health problems and all they do is complain. Any woman that marries them, wouldn't be a wife, but will be a nurse and a maid. That is why these men always target younger women. Cause younger woman are dumb enough to go along with it. A woman that's in their age range, ain't falling for the bullshit.
With all the money that Jennifer Hudson is making because of her daytime show, she will be an absolute fool to marry Common. Yet, Jennifer doesn't always make the best decisions. She had the option of marrying a real man in David Otunga and yet she played him.

Wealth Harmonies Discloses Jennifer Hudson's Impressive Net Worth
In the kaleidoscope of talent and tenacity, Jennifer Hudson stands as an unyielding force, a beacon of strength, and an embodiment of artistic prowess. Her narrative transcends mere melodies; it is a saga of fortitude, resilience, and unwavering belief in oneself. In this exploration, we delve into the tapestry of Jennifer Hudson’s remarkable odyssey, celebrating her triumphs and recognizing the hurdles she surmounted along her path.
The Early Years
Jennifer Kate Hudson, born on September 12, 1981, in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, emerged from humble origins with an innate passion for music coursing through her veins. Nurtured within the embrace of a supportive familial enclave, young Jennifer found her voice within the hallowed halls of the church choir, where her melodic cadence began to take shape.
Despite the shadows of financial constraints and personal adversities looming large, Hudson’s resolve remained unshaken, fueled by an unquenchable thirst for musical fulfillment and an unwavering belief in her own potential.
Jennifer Hudson’s Relationship
Entwined in the fabric of her journey is the narrative of her enduring relationship with David Otunga, a multifaceted personality whose endeavors span the realms of professional wrestling, law, and entertainment. Their union, which blossomed into engagement in 2008 and bore fruit in the form of their beloved son, David Daniel Otunga Jr., in 2009, exemplified love’s resilience amidst the tumult of life’s uncertainties.
Despite the winds of change that swept through their lives, the separation announced in November 2017 was marked by an amicable resolve to prioritize their roles as co-parents, a testament to their shared commitment to familial harmony amid personal transition.
David Otunga
David Otunga, born on April 7, 1980, in Elgin, Illinois, epitomizes versatility and adaptability, traversing diverse domains with consummate ease. Armed with a degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, Otunga embarked on a multifaceted career trajectory that saw him shine in arenas as disparate as civil litigation and the squared circle of professional wrestling.
His foray into acting further underscored his chameleonic talents, as he effortlessly navigated between roles on the silver screen. Yet, it is perhaps his role as a steadfast partner and devoted father that casts the brightest hue upon the canvas of his life’s narrative.
The Breakthrough
Jennifer Hudson’s ascent to prominence reached its apogee with her audacious leap onto the stage of “American Idol” during its third season in 2004. Though the crown eluded her grasp, her resplendent voice and magnetic presence left an indelible imprint on the hearts of millions. Her journey through the crucible of the reality television landscape served not as a conclusion but as a prologue to her meteoric rise in the annals of entertainment history.
Dreamgirls and Stardom
In 2006, the silver screen bore witness to Hudson’s transcendent portrayal of Effie White in the cinematic adaptation of the Broadway sensation, “Dreamgirls.” Her rendition of the indomitable songstress resonated with audiences worldwide, garnering acclaim that culminated in the coveted Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Through her portrayal, Hudson transcended the confines of the screen, breathing life into a character that etched itself into the collective consciousness of audiences, thereby cementing her status as a luminary of the silver screen.
Music Career and Achievements
Following the resounding success of “Dreamgirls,” Hudson embarked on a musical odyssey that saw her debut album, bearing her namesake, grace the airwaves in 2008. Laden with soul-stirring melodies such as “Spotlight” and “If This Isn’t Love,” the album served as a melodic testament to her versatility as an artist and her resonance as a vocal virtuoso. With multiple Grammy Award nominations adorning her illustrious career, Hudson’s musical legacy stands as a testament to her enduring impact on the sonic landscape.

Omfg this is KILLING ME
Here's the audio of him yelling "this isn't fair! I didn't lose!" but the video cuts off before he falls to his knees and BREAKS my HEART
He hasn't mentioned it At All beyond just likethe shallow "I want the world title just like everyone else does" stuff but like, he has the same motivation here as he does as Nightmare Cody and like, he wants it SO BAD because he wants to give it to his dad and make his dad proud and his opportunities just keep slipping away and he's falling back from the little bit of ground he gained and he's never going to gain that ground again while his dad is still around and I'm actually so sad about it, I have tears in my eyes typing this lmao
Godddd watching him fall to his knees like that really got me man, I'm actually crying
Damn dude, shit
Thinking about Cody, after All of This, FINALLY making it to that title match at WM 39... and then losing FUCK I'M SO SAD ABOUT IT
He wants it SO BAD and is trying SO HARD but he keeps doing everything wrong and he keeps failing and not realizing WHY and I'm so SAD about ittttt
