"Good morning pet." Loki purred into your ear and you smiled, though you didn't open your eyes.
"Good morning Loki." You said softly, feeling content. Stephen was underneath you, the easy rise and fall of his chest telling you that he was still asleep. Lokis' thin muscular body was pressed up against yours, his fingers trailing along the bare skin of your stomach. "How did you sleep?"
"Pleasantly enough." His voice dropped octaves and you let out a soft moan of surprise, eyes fluttering open as you felt tentacles caressing your skin.
"L-Loki." You looked over your shoulder to observe the beautiful green tentacles that were wrapping up your legs, a soft feeler dipping lightly over your clit. "But i-it's morning."
"And you're already so wet." Loki whispered, more tentacles encasing your body, tying you to him completely. Your head laid against his shoulder as one of the tentacles plunged inside of you. "Oh I can feel all of you. .." Lokis' face showed as much ecstasy as yours.
"That's hot." You whimpered out, wishing you sounded more nonchalant or even teasing. But the sudden morning sex, in addition to Lokis' teasing words and expert hands, made your voice give away everything you were really feeling. You sounded so pathetic.
Stephens' eyes opened slowly and he smirked, eyes darkening, although he still looked tired. He accentuated this by rolling over on his side and muttered, "And then you two complain I don't get enough sleep."
You would've laughed, except Loki had plunged a tentacle deep inside of you, so a pornographic moan is all that came out instead. Stephen huffed, rolling over again to watch the two of you as Loki continued to plunge his tentacles in and out of you.
You loved the brilliant green of the thick appendages. It was such a beautiful colour and when you saw it (especially moving in or on you) you knew you were loved and safe. Not like the purple ones of that Dark Stephen Strange. . .
Stephen reached out at that moment, his thumb sitting heavily on your bottom lip. You parted your lips, letting him slide his thumb into your mouth to suck on. "God you look so beautiful like this Y/N."
You whined while Loki continued to wrap more and more tentacles around your body, capturing you in a beautiful pattern of green feelers. He was deep inside of you, every part of you tingling with pleasure.
"Cum for me Y/N." Loki purred. "I can feel you're close."
"Fuck." You cursed around Stephens' thumb, shuddering in Lokis' many arms as you released at his words. Loki hummed in satisfaction, releasing into you as well. Unlike the other Stephen, whose release had an- almost oatmeal like consistency, Loki was as human as you could get (although there was a strange aftertaste of lemonade for some reason).
Lokis' tentacles slowly disappeared as he released his magic on them and Stephen sat up in bed with a sigh, "I suppose a shower is in order now."
"Yes indeed." Loki chuckled, his eyes flashing green. "And it'll be my turn to fuck you." Stephen went red while you giggled.
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
Despite the lovely morning, the rest of the day was a drag. Your training was brutal and you simply wanted to go home with Stephen and Loki and curl up with something warm to drink and cuddle.
But your report wasn't going to let you do that anytime soon so after a quick call with your lovers that you weren't going to be home until late, you head upstairs to a private office and sat down on the couch to get the report done.
You must've fallen asleep, because you slowly came around as you felt tentacles wrap around your body in a hug. You smiled into your arm, forgetting where you were or what time it was, "Morning Loki."
"Not quite." The voice in your ear whispered. You tried to bolt upright, completely forgetting your entrapment. Your eyes shot open and you stared up into the face of a man you thought you'd never see again.
"What- How- Stephen banished you." You gasped, struggling in the grasp of his tight tentacles, knowing it was futile.
"He certainly thought he did." This darker version of your husband sounded amused, his fingers caressing your chin while his tentacles pulled and teared at your clothing, leaving you naked in his arms. "But I have been in your world this entire time. . . watching."
"Why?" You demanded, hoping to either stall or potentially get answers out of him. You didn't know how much time had passed, but if you were really late, either Stephen or Loki would come looking for you to make sure you were okay.
"Because I will not let anything keep me from what I want, not even another version of myself and that trickster God." Dark Stephens' tone turned to disgust at the mention of Loki, making your defensiveness flare.
"Don't you dare speak awfully of him!" You snapped. "Loki-" You gasped, which turned into a groan as the tentacles squeezed you tightly, making it harder to breathe.
"The only name I want dropping from those pretty lips is 'doctor', understand darling?" He asked with a sneer, making a mockery of the nickname your Stephen normally called you.
But you could barely breathe so you nodded a little quicker than you would have liked, sucking in air as you were somewhat released.
"I can't wait to play with you again." Dark Stephen muttered, almost to himself. "Despite what a pain in the ass and a bore you are in my world, this version of you is quite responsive. It almost makes me want to travel back to my world and see if you're the same in that respect there."
"You're disgusting." You spat, watching one of his tentacles warily as it creeped up your leg, closer and closer to your aching hole. You hated how wet you got when tentacles were involved, even if the man in front of you was evil.
"And you seem needy." Stephen said, and you shuddered as he ran one of his tentacles against your sensitive clit. "It's almost like those two don't do a good enough job of taking care of you. . ."
"Well I disagree." A cold, hateful voice responded from the side of the room.
"Loki." You gasped, snapping your eyes over to both him and Stephen, who were standing in the middle of the room. They'd obviously portaled and were standing at the defensive. Loki had two knives in his hands, Stephen had his hands raised, ready to use his sling ring in whatever way he could.
You suddenly gasped again, back arching in pleasure as a tentacle plunged into you as the Dark version of Stephen was displeased with you calling out Lokis' name. Another tentacle parted your lips, plunging into your throat, making you choke suddenly, eyes filling with tears.
"I banished you." Stephen said firmly. "How did you get back here?"
"You never banished me." Dark Stephen answered with a smirk. You were kind've wishing they'd all shut up and let your brains be fucked out, but that was probably just the pleasure coursing through your body speaking. Dark Stephen looked down at you with a smirk and voiced your pleasure aloud to your husbands, "That first orgasm came so easily. Are you sure she's really loyal to the two of you?"
You cried out in protest around the tentacle, which you swear grew in size to press against the inside of your throat, effectively shutting you up.
"Of course she is." Loki practically snarled.
"If you unhand her now," Stephen said while the tentacles played with your clit, twisting the sensitive nipples of your breasts. You swore you were going to cum again and you were squeezing around his tentacles, trying your best not to. "you can go back to your world with no unnecessary conflict."
Dark Stephen smirked, another tentacle slipping up your ass, pressing against your prostrate while he twisted all of your sensitive buds. You cried out, tears streaming down your cheeks as you came again. "I think someone wants me to stay."
Tentacles were wrapped around your neck, keeping you from shaking your head no. At this point, you were pretty sure there were more tentacles than you had skin showing. Everything was just blissed out pleasure coursing through your body.
"How do you deal with her being so wet?" Dark Stephen asked and you noted that his face was looking more lax, slightly blissed, just like you felt. "I'm not sure I could ever go without some part of me being inside of her if she was truly mine. As she soon will be."
"As she will never be." Stephen responded coldly.
"Is that so? Cause that's. . ." He paused for a moment and you squeezed your eyes closed just as you came again. Your body was hot with white pleasure, that was making you tingle from your ears to your toes. "number three."
"Well I can't exactly blame her." Your Stephen said calmly. You opened your still tear filled eyes to look over at them. Stephen met your gaze and you were glad about the calm in them. "I think this ends now."
Faster than you could've predicted Loki was behind Dark Stephen, knife in hand, to plunge it into his back. But Dark Stephen was even faster than him, his tentacles wrapping quickly around Loki, lifting him into the air. Loki gritted his teeth, before crying out in shock as he was flipped upside down, tentacles wrapped solely around his ankles.
He was bare at that moment, his clothes falling to the ground in the same pattern of ripped scraps as yours.
"I guess I get both of your lovers." Dark Stephen said casually. You moaned then, watching as a thick tentacle wrapped around Lokis' cock, while the Gods' face turned steadily pink.
"Unhand me you foul-!" Loki choked as one of the tentacles shoved its way into his mouth. Loki looked like he wanted to bite, but Stephen was to thick to bite- you knew from experience.
"Ah if only the Loki in my world were so easy to tame." Dark Stephen said with a sigh, running a tentacle across Lokis' flushed cheek. His brow was pinched as he tried not to give into the pleasure he was feeling as the tentacle stroked him.
He had never used his tentacles on himself, always on Stephen and you. So now knowing what it felt like, he understood why your kink was as heavy as it was. The feeling was addictive and soft, incredibly pleasure inducing. He also understood how you had cum so easily, as he could feel his own orgasm approaching swiftly.
Your pleasure was starting to hurt as you were brought into overstimulation. You whimpered as the thin tentacle continued to rub at your abused clit, trying to draw a fifth orgasm out of you while he stroked Loki and taunted Stephen.
"I wonder what it would be like to fuck myself." Dark Stephen said and tentacles flew towards Stephen, who barely got a shield up in time. "Oh now, don't be stubborn."
The tentacles around both you and Loki tightened and you both made choked sounds in a mixture of pleasure and pain.
"Cum Y/N." Dark Stephen suddenly demanded.
"Fuck!" You choke sobbed around the tentacle, spasming in his arms. "Please stop. Red."
Of course, these words were lost, not only on Dark Stephen, but Loki and Stephen as well as they couldn't distinguish the words from your meaningless garbles. All Loki and Stephen knew was that you were crying harder, and both were interpreting it as helplessness and fear.
"Haven't you had your fun already?" Stephens' voice was starting to sound far away as you were drifting through a heavy subspace you weren't used to.
You were suddenly aware of something creamy shooting down your throat and that's when you really panicked, feeling like you were going to blackout from suffocation. Dots danced across your vision and-to your surprise- your came again, legs shaking in their bonds.
You could feel the tentacle as it left your mouth, how heavy your jaw felt, how much it ached. "Red." Was all you could mumble.
"Let her go now!" Stephen and Loki both shouted in sync.
Lokis' eyes rolled back into his head as the tentacle jerked his cock in a way that made him want to cum. It was taking all of his willpower not to give in to the pleasure. The other version of Stephen completely ignored the two of them, whispering to Loki, "Just give in Loki. I know you want to. Show Stephen how it feels to be pleasure by a better variant."
Loki shook his head, teeth clenched tightly. His entire body was tense, trying to hold back the tidal wave. He knew his Stephen was still defending himself from the variant Stephen and all he wanted to do was help.
"Fuck!" Loki shouted, jerking as he felt something poke at his prostrate. It was to much and he came, hard.
"That's it." The variant Stephen smirked, tasting his release. "You're quite an interesting plaything Loki."
Loki gasped as he found the ground coming closer to his face as he was dropped, barely catching himself and twisting sideways to land better on the ground. The variant of Stephen had withdrawn most of his tentacles back into his body, except for a few that he kept wrapped around Y/N.
"I suppose this fun time is over." Variant Stephen said in an almost bored voice now, before lunging for the glass window of Y/Ns' office. Lokis' heart clenched in panic until the dark sorcerer smashed against the window, falling back to the office floor as an orange symbol appeared there.
His Stephen acted quickly, trapping the variant in a box of sorts. Loki didn't know what the magic was, but it clearly pained the other as he writhed and screamed in pain.
"Give her back." Stephen said in a warning voice and slowly the variant released Y/N. "Take her Loki, get her home."
Loki scrambled forwards, picking his sweet girl up in his arms. "You're okay." He mumbled, before turning on his heel and teleporting home.

You groaned as you came around, slowly peeling your eyes open to find that you were laying in a warm, clean bed. Arms were holding you from behind, your head resting against the softness of someones' stomach. Based on the flawless skin, you knew it was Loki and not Stephen.
"Loki?" Your voice sounded awful, croaky and dry. One of the hands retreated, before bringing you a glass of water from the bedside table. You drank it greedily while Loki spoke softly.
"How are you feeling pet?"
"Really sore." You mumbled, "Where's Stephen?"
"Kitchen." Loki said quietly. "He wasn't sure if he should be here or not when you woke up."
You sat up gingerly, feeling how sore you were. Dark Stephen had really done a number on you. "Oh wow." You gave a short laugh, noting how off you felt. You glanced up at Lokis' face, seeing how serious he looked. "What's wrong Loki? Did something happen?"
"Besides us allowing you to be raped?" He questioned softly.
You nearly rolled your eyes, but knew he was being serious. You took him by the hand, standing up. "Come on, let's go find Stephen."
He let you lead him to the kitchen where Stephen was sitting with a cup of tea. "Y/N." He said, standing up slowly. You let go of Lokis' hand, hugging Stephen tightly.
"Is he gone?" You asked.
"Yes." Stephen said firmly, hugging you tightly. "He's gone."
"Thank you." You said quietly.
"Y/N-"
"No." You said, pulling away and holding each of their hands. "I love you both. And let's be honest." You smirked at them both. "I enjoyed myself. I really do love tentacles."
And that made Loki smirk and with a quiet chuckle he said, "As do I."
Stephen smirked and rolled his eyes. "I suppose a round three is in order?"
You grinned, "Oh yes."

Where The Path Led | Yandere Stephen Strange x Male! Reader
Summary: Who thought having sex with Doctor Strange would cause the man to become very obsessive and delusional?
Y/n stirred groggily, a throbbing headache pulsing in time with his heartbeat. He blinked his eyes open, squinting against the harsh morning light streaming through the window. The brightness only added to his discomfort, and he felt a wave of nausea wash over him. The room spun slightly, and he had to close his eyes again to steady himself.
After a few deep breaths, he cautiously opened his eyes again, this time letting them adjust to the bright light. As his vision cleared, he turned his head to the right, wincing at the sharp pain from his neck. That's when he noticed something that made his heart skip a beat or two.
This wasn't his room.
It took him a moment to register that he also was not alone. An arm was draped casually across his waist, belonging to someone still deeply asleep. Following the arm up, Y/n recognized the face — it was his colleague, Stephen Strange. The man looked peaceful sleeping, his chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm. The sight of Stephen lying next to him sent a rush of memories flooding back to Y/n.
The night before, Y/n had gone to a bar in the city, intent on drowning himself in alcohol. He had discovered yesterday that Marcus, his boyfriend of two years, had been cheating on him. The betrayal stung deeply, and he needed an escape. He wanted to forget, if only for one night.
And that's when Stephen had appeared. Noticing Y/n's somber mood, he joined him at the bar. The two men had shared drinks and danced together. Before they knew it, they ended up back at Stephen's place, and one thing had led to another.
Now, Y/n thought back to that moment with a sense of regret. He hadn't wanted to sleep with anyone; he had just wanted a night to forget his issues. Carefully, he eased himself out of Stephen's embrace, holding his breath and slipping out from under the covers. Spotting his clothes scattered on the floor, he began to dress quietly, wincing at the rustling fabric. He located his phone and keys in one of the pockets and quietly left Stephen's home.
Upon returning to his apartment, Y/n made a beeline for the bathroom. The cool water on his face felt amazing, but he knew he looked and felt like a mess. He vowed to himself that he wouldn't indulge in such heavy drinking again.
Going to the kitchen, Y/n began making this hangover remedy his dad had often made for him back in his early twenties. Y/n didn't think he would need it again, but it turns out that he did. As he mixed the ingredients, his phone rang and saw that Mercedes was calling. He answered.
"Hey, Mercedes."
"Hi, Y/n," Mercedes' cheerful voice came through. "So, what did you get up to last night? Drinking liquor at a bar, perhaps?"
Y/n blinked, because how did she just— "Uh, how'd you know that I went out to a bar last night? I didn’t tell you about that."
"I heard from Juan," his friend explained. "Said that he saw you at Charley's bar, getting wasted. He also mentioned that he saw you leave with someone — a tall male with black hair and a goatee. Did you hook up with somebody last night?"
Y/n sighed as he poured the remedy into a cup. "I did. I slept with my colleague, Stephen. It was a drunk hookup though, nothing more, and It won't happen again."
"And why won't it happen again?"
"To be honest, I don't like Stephen in that way," Y/n replied, wiping his mouth with the back of his sleeve. "And after finding out about Marcus, I don't feel like dating or hooking up with anyone for a while."
"I understand," Mercedes' voice was soft. "Take all the time you need to heal but don't let Marcus' actions hold you back. He doesn't deserve your time or energy."
Y/n smiled. Mercedes always knew the right thing to say to make him feel better.
"Thank you, Mercedes," Y/n said gently. "Listen, I'm going to hop in the shower, but we can talk later. Tell Sam I said hi."
"Will do! Talk to you later, n/n," Mercedes responded before the call disconnected.
Y/n placed his phone on the charger and headed for the shower, hoping the warm water would soothe his aching body and clear his mind after the chaotic night he experienced and a challenging morning.
XXXXX XXXXX
Monday morning arrived, and Y/n woke up feeling refreshed and surprisingly energetic, considering the events of the past few days. He had spent the rest of his weekend relaxing in the living room and briefly chatting with his dad on the phone. It felt like he had finally gotten a good night's rest, and the absence of a killer headache was a welcome bonus.
The male stretched his arms above his head and yawned, feeling the satisfying crack of his joints. He whistled softly to himself as he went through his morning routine, preparing for the long day ahead.
As he drove to the hospital, his thoughts drifted back to his night with Stephen. A flush crept up his neck, thinking back to their sexual encounter. Even though they worked in different areas of the hospital— Y/n as an immunologist and Stephen as a neurosurgeon — they still often saw one another. Y/n wondered if the man in question would bring up what happened between them. He hoped he'd agree to forget about the situation and move on.
When he entered the familiar halls of the hospital, Y/n greeted his colleagues with a smile and nodded to familiar faces. He made his way to the staff lounge for that much-needed cup of coffee because his appointments were back-to-back, and he knew the caffeine would be essential to getting through the day. The lounge was empty as he poured the liquid into a cup.
And then:
A familiar voice interrupted his thoughts.
"Good morning, Y/n," that was Stephen's voice. Stephen's arms wrapped around Y/n's body, planting a hand on his chest. Y/n's breath hitched as Stephen planted hot, wet kisses on the back of his neck. "You were really amazing last night, you know?" Stephen nipped at Y/n's earlobe. "We definitely got to recreate that, huh?"
Y/n’s breathing hitched. He couldn’t deny that Stephen’s lips felt amazing against his skin, but he really needed to talk to him to make sure they were on the same page. And seeing how this guy was sucking on the back of his neck, It's clear that they weren’t on the same page.
Y/n turned around in Stephen's embrace, stopping the kisses and taking one step back. "Stephen, we need to talk," he said.
The man in question, on the other hand, shook his head. "Later. I want to make love to you again. Right here, right now."
His hand reached forward, palming Y/n's erection with his fingers. This caused Y/n to take two steps back, needing to put a sizable distance between them. There was no way they could do anything here, especially in a hospital where they could be walked in on at any given moment.
Stephen looked annoyed as he took two steps forward, placing his hand on Y/n’s shoulder. "What is there to talk about?"
Y/n took a deep breath in, gathering his thoughts together. "Look, man, last night was — it was a mistake. A good mistake, but still a mistake. We were drunk, and—"
Stephen's eyes narrowed, and his grip on Y/n's shoulders tightened. "A mistake?" he repeated, his voice dangerously quiet. "Is that truly how you feel?"
Y/n's heart stilled as he saw a flash of something dark in the surgeon's eyes. It was only a fleeting moment, but it was enough to send a chill down his spine. Still, he needed to get these words out.
"Yes," Y/n said softly. "We should forget it. You know, pretend it never happened."
For a long moment, Stephen didn't voice anything, gray eyes fixed on Y/n’s face. Y/n honestly didn’t know what Stephen was going to say, but he just hoped that he didn’t blow up in his face or be upset with him. Then, slowly, he released Y/n’s shoulder and took a step back, grinning.
"Alright Y/n. If that's what you want, then we will pretend that it never happened."
The h/c-haired doctor nodded, internally sighing in relief that Stephen understood where Y/n was coming from "Thanks for being so understanding. We should both probably get to work right about now."
Stephen offered a small smile and opened the door for Y/n, who thanked him and left the lounge. Stephen headed to his office on the fourth floor, while Y/n headed to his office on the third floor.
Booting up his computer, the h/c haired doctor pulled up his patients' files and began reviewing them, preparing for the long appointments. His first patient was a young girl named Sarah, and he took a moment to familiarize himself with her medical history before her appointment.
Exactly at nine o'clock, there was a soft knock on the door. "Come in," Y/n called out. The door opened to reveal a brown-skinned muscular man and a young girl with brown hair and brown eyes peeking out from behind him. Y/n acknowledged the man's attractiveness but shook off the thought since it wasn't appropriate.
"Good morning, Mr. Flynn. Please, come in," Y/n said, offering them a warm smile and extending his hand for him to shake, "I'm Dr. L/n, but feel free to call me Y/n."
"Nice to meet you, sir," Jesse responded, shaking Y/n’s hand and stepping inside. the office, guiding his daughter forward. "This right here is my daughter, Sarah. She's a bit shy, so please bear with her."
"It's nice to meet you, Sarah," Y/n knelt down to the girl's eye level. "You can call me Y/n, too. No need for formalities." He patted on the examination table. "Take a seat here, and we can have a little chat?"
The young girl nodded silently and climbed up onto the examination table, her eyes darting around the room. Jesse took a seat in the empty chair next to his daughter as Y/n began the examination.
"Sarah, your dad explained to me on the phone last week that you've been having tummy aches lately. Can you talk to me about that?" Y/n's voice was friendly.
She twisted her hands in her lap. Then, in a small voice, she spoke, "My tummy hurts sometimes, and I don't know why."
Y/n nodded understandingly. "That must be scary. Can you tell me where it hurts? Does it hurt all the time or sometimes?"
Sarah pointed to her mid-region. "It hurts right here and it usually hurts after I eat."
"I see," Y/n murmured, making a note on her chart. "Okay, I'm going to take a look and see if I can figure out what might be causing you to have these tummy pains."
Sarah nodded, her hand reaching out for her father's hand, and Jesse held it.
Y/n proceeded to perform a gentle examination, taking care to explain each step to both Sarah and Jesse. He asked additional questions about Sarah’s diet, any recent changes in her routine, and any other symptoms she experienced.
When the exam was over, Y/n concluded that Sarah was likely experiencing some digestive issues, possibly due to a mild food intolerance. He suggested dietary changes for her and an over-the-counter prescription to help soothe her stomach.
"Thank you, Y/n," relief was present in Jesse’s voice. "We really appreciate your help. Sarah hasn't been well lately, and we wanted to make sure she was okay."
Y/n waved off the thanks. "It's my job. I'll send the prescription to your pharmacy, and you can pick it up tomorrow. Try the prescriptions for a couple of weeks, and if she shows no signs of improvements, we'll discuss further steps." He reached into his candy drawer and offered Sarah a lollipop. "And here's a lollipop for being the most amazing patient I've ever had!"
A smile appeared on Sarah’s face as she took the candy from him. "Thanks, Y/n!"
"You're welcome. It was nice meeting you and I hope that you feel better soon."
Jesse and Sarah exited the room, and Y/n began sending Sarah's prescription to her pharmacy. Just as he finished, there was another knock banging on his door.
"Come in," he called out, expecting one of the nurses or maybe his next patient.
To his surprise, it was Jesse who poked his head into the room. "Sorry to bother you, Y/n. I just realized I left my jacket here," he walked over to the chair where he was sitting and picked up the jacket.
"It's no problem at all," Y/n assured him.
Jesse slipped his arms into the sleeves of his jacket and turned toward the door. Just as he was about to exit, he paused and turned back, as if to say something.
"Listen," Jesse began. "I know this might be a bit forward, but I wanted to ask: do you have a special someone in your life?"
Y/n's eyebrows shot up in surprise. He hadn't expected this line of questioning, but he supposed it was not uncommon for patients' family members to become curious about their doctors' private lives. He wasn't sure about telling his patient's father that he likes dudes since he didn’t know his stance on same-sex couples, but something compelled him to tell him.
"Well," he chose his words thoughtfully. "to answer your question, no, there's no special someone in my life. There used to be a guy but he lost that title privilege."
Jesse nodded, taking a step closer to Y/n's desk. "Interesting. So, if I were to ask you to join me for dinner tomorrow, what are the chances that you would say yes?"
Y/n's heart skipped a beat, and he found himself momentarily at a loss for words. He had not expected this turn of events. Jesse was a handsome dude, no doubt, and seemed like a good guy. Y/n would be down for it, but the timing wasn't right.
"Oh, I'm flattered, Jesse. Truly," Y/n said sincerely, voraciously, "But to be honest, I just got out of a two-year relationship, and I'm not looking to date right now."
Jesse's face fell, but he gave a nod. "I get it. It's too bad I didn't meet you three years ago. Have a good rest of your day."
Jesse turned the doorknob and left Y/n's office. Y/n watched him go, intrigued by his forwardness. He wondered when the next time they'd see one another again.
And Y/n found his question answered by the time Valentine’s Day rolled around. However, not only did he find the answer to his question but he found a revelation as well, a scary discovery about Stephen.
As Y/n sat in his office, writing notes, he heard a knock on the door. He called out for the individual to come in, but instead received another knock. A bewildered expression crossed Y/n's face as he got up to open the door himself, only to find no one outside. However, he spotted a bouquet of roses and a box of expensive chocolates, each with a note attached.
The note attached to the roses said, "For my one true love, Y/n. I can't wait to see you again soon. -Stephen." The note on the chocolates read, "To sweeten your day, my love." There was a heart under it.
Confusion painted a portrait on his face. It seemed as though Stephen believed they were in a relationship, despite Y/n's clear indication that he wanted to forget about their one night together. Y/n knew he needed to set the record straight and speak to Stephen as soon as possible.
His opportunity came during lunchtime when he was sitting at one of the tables outside. Stephen approached and took a seat next to him without asking, greeting Y/n politely and inquiring about his day.
A forced smile appeared on Y/n's face. "It's going well, thank you. And yours?"
"Wonderful, now that I see you," Stephen replied, reaching over to take Y/n's hand in his own. "Did you get the flowers and chocolates I sent? I know you like roses."
Y/n nodded slowly. "Yes, I did, and—"
"Shh, Y/n," Stephen interrupted, pressing a finger to Y/n's lips and running it over his bottom lip. "No need to thank me. That's what good boyfriends do."
Y/n's eyes widened because what the—? Did he just hear that correctly? Stephen thought that they were— "B-Boyfriends?"
Stephen smiled and planted a kiss on Y/n's cheek, his fingers running over Y/n's knuckles. "Yes, boyfriends. You and I, of course. Where do you want me to take you for Valentine's Day dinner tonight? I know this amazing Italian restaurant—"
"Stop," he removed Stephen's hand from his and held up his own hand. "Look, I think you've got the wrong impression. We aren't boyfriends; we're not dating."
"And why is that?" Stephen questioned, scooting closer to Y/n in his chair. "We had sex, Y/n. That makes you mine now."
At that moment, Y/n realized that something was seriously wrong with Stephen. His insistence that they were dating, despite Y/n's clear rejection, was an obvious sign of delusion. Y/n knew he had to be firm and stand his ground.
Y/n shook his head. Why wasn't Stephen getting it? "I'm not yours. At all. We only had a night together. I am not interested in pursuing anything further. I don't want to be with you. Do you understand that?"
Stephen's jaw clenched, and for a split second, Y/n saw a dangerous flash in his gray eyes. Then, Stephen pushed the table away and stormed off, muttering something about Y/n being ungrateful.
Y/n let out a sigh, feeling drained by the conversation. He hoped Stephen would finally understand and leave him alone.
But Y/n really didn’t feel like working for the rest of the day, so he took the rest of the day off and asked his secretary to reschedule his remaining patients.
As he made his way to the parking lot, he felt a tap on his shoulder. He was half expecting it to be Stephen, but he was relieved to find Jesse standing there.
"Oh, wassup, Jesse. What are you doing here? Is everything alright with Sarah?"
"Yes, she's doing much better, thanks to you. The pills you recommended worked well," he responded. "I actually wanted to talk to you about something else."
Y/n raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh?"
"Well, it's Valentine's Day, and I know it's a bit last minute, but I was wondering if you'd like to join me for dinner tonight?"
Y/n was at a loss for words. Sure, he did find himself wanting to get to know this guy better. But he hesitated, unsure if it was a good idea since there are ethical implications of dating a patient's family member. He could get in a lot of trouble.
"I appreciate the offer, Jesse, but I don't know if it's appropriate," Y/n attempted to explain. "I mean, you're Sarah’s father, I'm her doctor. It’s a conflict of interest."
Jesse waved his hand dismissively. "Nonsense. It’s only a conflict of interest if we’re dating, which we’re not. We’ll just be two people enjoying a meal together. What do you say, doc? It could be fun."
Well, when Jesse puts it like that, Y/n guess that sort of makes sense. Since they’re technically not dating, it wouldn’t cross any ethical lines in a literal manner.
Besides, his friends had Valentine's Day plans, and he was the only odd one out. Y/n was planning on spending the day in his living room and ordering some pizza.
"Well, I do enjoy a good meal and good company," the h/c-haired male agreed to the dinner. "Where did you have in mind?"
"There's this restaurant downtown that recently opened," Jesse suggested. "It's called Lepley's and it has good reviews. I've been wanting to try it. Sound good?"
"It sounds perfect. Shall we meet there? Around seven?" Y/n gave a thumbs up.
"Seven it is," Jesse confirmed.
Jesse walked back to his car, and Y/n entered his own vehicle, still processing what just happened. Momentarily, Y/n wondered what the evening would bring.
Unbeknownst to Y/n, a certain man with a goatee had watched the interaction. Stephen's gaze followed Y/n as he drove from the hospital, a dark look in his eyes.
XXXXX XXXXX
Y/n arrived at the restaurant promptly at seven, his heart fluttering with a mixture of excitement and nerves. He had taken the time to dress nicely, opting for jeans and a dressy shirt. Casual yet stylish too.
As he entered the cozy establishment, he spotted Jesse sitting at a table by the window, looking around the place as the gentle music played in the background.
"Y/n, over here!" Jesse waved him over.
Y/n made his way through the bustling restaurant, feeling a pair of eyes on him as he walked. He couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious, but he forced those thoughts aside, reminding himself that this was simply a nice, friendly dinner.
No extra strings attached.
"Hey, Jesse," Y/n greeted politely, sliding into the seat across from Jesse. "This place looks wonderful." He took another glance around the loud, crowded place. Valentine's Day made this place packed.
"It does, indeed," the man sitting across from Y/n agreed, brown eyes flickering over to the fish tank that was on display. "I've heard great things about this place."
A waiter approached their table, handing them menus and offering them drinks. Y/n and Jesse both ordered a lemonade.
"So, what's it like being a doctor?" Jesse asked, leaning back in his seat to give Y/n all his attention. "I imagine long hours."
Y/n nodded in agreement. "Long hours for sure. It's very demanding and a lot of work, yet there's nothing more rewarding than helping patients with health issues."
"That paycheck must be very rewarding too," he said. "With that salary, you get to live in a big house and drive a fancy car."
The waiter returned with their drinks and took out his notepad, asking them what they wanted to order. Jesse ordered a steak with a side of mac and cheese, and broccoli cheese casserole. Y/n then ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries. The waiter said their meals would arrive shortly as he took their menus and left the two alone.
Y/n took a sip from his lemonade before answering Jesse’s remark. "Well, believe it or not, I don’t live in a big house. I live in a small apartment. However, I plan on upgrading to a house once my student loans are fully paid off, which should be real soon. I also plan on keeping my Chrysler. I’ve never been much of a big spender; I like the financial stability that comes with being a doctor. But enough about me. What do you do for a living?"
Jesse explained that he works in the finance department of Stark Industries. He analyzes investments and monitors the company’s financial performance. That was simply remarkable, especially to work for such a renowned company.
Soon, their food arrived, and they dug in, the conversation flowing easily between them. They talked about their hobbies and even shared embarrassing stories from their childhood, laughing together.
As the evening progressed, Y/n relaxed, enjoying the time he shared with Jesse. It had been a very long time since he'd connected with someone so effortlessly, and Y/n found himself hoping that this wouldn't be the last time they met up.
Y/n and Jesse ordered a rich chocolate soufflé to go and decided to split the bill, both insisting on contributing. As they walked out of Lepley's, they realized that their cars were parked on opposite sides of the lot. Jesse's eyes wandered to Y/n.
"Well, I think it's time we call it a night. Thank you for having dinner with me."
Y/n smiled. "Thank you for inviting me. It was definitely better than spending this day alone with a box of pepperoni pizza."
Jesse nodded, placing a hand on Y/n's shoulder. "Happy Valentine's Day, Y/n."
"Happy Valentine's Day, Jesse," he said.
And then, the two men parted ways. As Y/n walked to his car, he felt a sense of content. He was glad he had gone out tonight, and he could say that thoughts of his ex-boyfriend were no longer at the forefront of his mind. Despite the rocky start to his day with Stephen, the night with Jesse had ended on a good note.
Or so he thought.
Y/n had just unlocked his car door when he felt a hand cover his mouth and pull him backward. Startled, he tried to push his assailant off, but the person wouldn't let go, keeping a tight grip on him. He was dragged into an alley, and the arms around him finally released their grip. Y/n scrambled forward and turned to see who the fuck had dragged him in there.
And it was Stephen. Fucking. Strange.
"What the fuck Stephen?!" Y/n shouted, his heart pounding hard and fast in his chest. "What the hell is wrong with you?!"
Stephen remained silent, staring at Y/n angrily. He was pissed. Before Y/n could react, Stephen pushed him up against the wall, his hand wrapping around Y/n's throat, squeezing the sensitive area a bit.
The dark-haired doctor leaned in close, their noses almost touching. "Who was that guy you were having dinner with?"
"I... I was just hanging out with a friend."
"A friend?" Stephen's lip curled. "Is that what you call it? I saw the way you were looking at him. I won't tolerate cheating."
"You can't cheat on someone when you're not together, which we aren't!" Y/n felt drained by this entire situation. This dude was crazy and needs serious help.
"Oh, we’re together. Always," Stephen pressed his body against Y/n's and dry-humped him from the front. "and forever." Stephen then pressed his lips to Y/n’s. The kiss was aggressive, almost violent, and Y/n tried to pull away, but Stephen held him in place, his hand leaving Y/n's throat to grip his jaw. "You always did like it rough," he murmured against his mouth before pulling away with a grin.
But the grin soon faded as Y/n's foot connected with Stephen's groin, causing him to double over in pain and drop to the ground. Y/n seized the opportunity to run back to his car and drive away, his hands shaking on the steering wheel. As he turned off his car engine, entered his apartment, and dropped his keys on the table, Y/n's hands were still trembling.
This was the last straw for Y/n.
Tomorrow morning, Y/n is filing a report with Human Resources and if that didn't resolve the situation, he would consider transferring to a different department. This kind of behavior cannot continue.
XXXXX XXXXX
Y/n was up early the next morning, determined to meet up with HR before his shift started. He was going to put an end to this situation with Stephen once and for all. It was clear that Stephen had developed an unhealthy obsession with him, and the h/c-haired male refused to put himself in more situations like this.
After a shower and a cup of coffee, Y/n dressed in a sharp suit, ready to face the confrontation head-on. He was aware that presenting himself confidently and assertively would be important to being taken seriously. As he finished tying his tie, the news played in the background — something he usually ignored while getting ready for work. But this time, Y/n turned the volume up and his eyes were wide with shock at the reporter's words.
A picture of Stephen appeared on the screen, and the reporter explained that Strange had been involved in a major car crash, his vehicle flying off the road and crashing into a nearby riverbank. He had died from the accident last night.
Stephen was dead.
A mixture of emotions washed over Y/n, but the predominant feeling was... relief. He was relieved that he wouldn't have to deal with Stephen or his antics anymore, and he could go to work without always worrying about being harassed. A smile crept onto Y/n's features as he shut off the TV with a click of the remote. He no longer had to worry about talking to HR.
Today was going to be a great day at work. In fact, it turned out to be his best.
As the months passed, Y/n's life only improved. He finally finished paying off his student loans and upgraded to a four-bedroom house, ecstatic to move out of the city and away from the constant chaos that seemed to surround his old apartment building. He received a salary raise at work, took a vacation, and even adopted a golden retriever named Max to share his new home with. His life was great, and he's going to keep it like that.
Y/n was now sitting on his couch in the living room, channel surfing as his dog snoozed by his side. A huge storm raged outside, with lightning flashing, thunder rumbling, and rain pouring down. He had just found a channel to settle on when the lights flickered and the TV shut off.
"Damn this storm," Y/n muttered.
With a sigh, the man grabbed his phone and headed toward the basement. When he reached the circuit breaker, he flipped the switch, and his lights came back on.
Y/n returned upstairs, but he felt too tired to stay up any longer. He had been dozing off before the lights went out, so he decided to go to bed. After changing into his pajamas, he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and let out a small scream. Stephen Strange was standing behind him, a smirk tainting his features. But when Y/n turned, no one was there.
He looked around the room, ensuring that no one was in his house, and shook his head, thinking his mind was playing tricks on him. Stephen was dead; there was no way he could be standing here. It had to be his imagination or something.
With that thought, Y/n got underneath the covers and closed his eyes tightly. The sound of rain always helped him fall asleep faster. He entered the first stage, the twilight stage, when the man heard a weird noise that he couldn't describe. He opened his eyes to see an orange portal materializing on his bed. And he backed away very fast. What the hell was that? Just then, he was sucked into the portal, only to find himself... back in his room?
Y/n blinked. He realized that he was, indeed, back in his own bedroom, but something felt off. How had he fallen through some sort of portal in his room, only to end up back in the same place?
"Leave it to you to make pajamas look sexy, Y/n," a familiar voice commented.
The h/c-haired male stilled, recognizing the voice. No, no, no, that can't be right.
But, sure enough, when Y/n turned, there stood Stephen Strange. He was alive...? And wearing some sort of cloak.
"W-What are you doing here? They said you died in the car crash," he stammered.
Stephen threw his head back in laughter as if that idea was totally preposterous. "Well, technically, I did die in the crash, I was saved, thanks to surgery. I went to Kamar-Taj, became a wizard, and all that good stuff. The Sorcerer Supreme here."
Y/n couldn't believe this. How had this guy managed to do bad shit and become a wizard? It seemed unfair. Y/n tried to take a step back, wanting to put more distance between them, but Stephen held up his hand, and Y/n's lower body froze. He couldn't move the lower half of his body — no matter how hard he tried.
"What the hell did you do to me?" Y/n tried to run but, once more, couldn't do it.
"Just something to ensure you don't run off on me," Stephen explained, walking towards Y/n until he was standing right in front of him, eyes glancing at Y/n lips. "You know, I've missed the taste of you."
Before he could speak, Stephen's mouth captured his in a fierce, possessive kiss. Y/n couldn't move his lower body, but he could still move his face, so he turned his head to the side. Stephen gripped his jaw, forcing Y/n to maintain eye contact, and continued his relentless, demanding kiss. Finally, Stephen pulled away, his breathing ragged. "Tell me you love me," he whispered, cupping Y/n's face in his hands, his thumbs stroking Y/n's cheeks.
Y/n shook his head, his breath coming in short gasps, "I hate you so much, man."
The wizard paused, his eyes darkening. "You hate me?" he repeated slowly, his voice low and dangerous. And he looked furious, pissed. With a wave of his hand, Y/n was thrown on the bed and landed with a thud. Stephen climbed on top of him, pinning his arms against the bed. "You hate me after everything I've done for you? After everything I've given you?"
"Yes, I do," Y/n breathed out truthfully. "Because you're fucking crazy, Stephen."
"Now, that’s one thing we can agree on," Stephen released his right hand to run his finger over Y/n’s jawline. "I’m crazy for you, and you are going to love me."
Then, something weird began happening to Y/n. Longing and desire engulfed him, his thoughts filling with images of the person he hated most. No matter how hard he tried to think of someone else, his thoughts kept returning to Stephen.
"What," Y/n shook his head as if he was trying to shake whatever was happening to him off. "What did you do to me?" His vision was starting to become blurry.
"Rest now, my love. We'll talk later,"
Y/n soon slipped into unconsciousness, his mind clouded with confusion and a growing sense of unease for the future.
Stephen smiled as he watched Y/n fall into a deep sleep, his breath evening out. He moved to place Y/n's head in his lap, gently stroking his hair. Even asleep, Y/n looked good, just as he was that night.
The Sorcerer Supreme's thoughts drifted back to that fateful night with Y/n, the night that had changed everything. He remembered the way Y/n had looked at him across the crowded bar, their eyes locking briefly before Y/n quickly looked away, taking another sip from his drink. Stephen had known in that instant that Y/n was interested, and their amazing night together had only confirmed his theory—they were meant to be together. That night was literal proof of their love.
When Stephen had woken up the next morning to find Y/n gone, he had been confused about his whereabouts. But he had shrugged it off, absolutely certain that he would see his lover again soon.
And when he saw Y/n in the lounge, he couldn't resist coming up behind him and kissing his neck. God, Y/n's skin had felt so good against his lips, and he had the sudden urge to take Y/n right then and there. But Y/n had surprised him by saying that their night together had been a mistake. There was no way that night could've been a mistake. It was perfect.
Stephen knew that Y/n was only saying that because he was scared — scared of getting into another relationship. And that was okay. Stephen would give him the space he needed because he knew that deep down, Y/n felt the same way.
So, he had given him space, settling for watching him like a hawk from afar. But when Valentine's Day rolled around, the best holiday for couples, Stephen knew it was the perfect opportunity to spend some time together. Y/n had more than enough time to get over that stupid ex, and now it was their time to be together.
Stephen had also decided to get Y/n some generic Valentine's Day gifts, chocolates, and flowers, and planned to take him to a fancy restaurant in the city. But once again, Y/n didn't want to go out with him, which was starting to piss him off. After all, they were boyfriends after their night together, so why did Y/n keep insisting that they weren't? It's annoying.
However, what was even more annoying was discovering that Y/n was going on a date with someone else. Someone who wasn't him. Stephen's blood had boiled with unruly anger. How dare he cheat on him like this? He wouldn't stand for it.
The surgeon hadn't thought twice before he pulled Y/n into an alley after his date and scolded the man for cheating. Y/n was clearly playing hard to get, wanting to make him jealous, and it was working. Stephen was going to show Y/n exactly who he belonged to, which had resulted in a kick to the groin. That had been painful, but he had recovered quickly and hopped into his car to follow Y/n. He wouldn't let Y/n escape his grasp.
That's when he got into a car accident and died briefly during surgery before being brought back to life. He was then taken to Kamar-Taj, where Stephen had become the Sorcerer Supreme and the Master of the Mystic Arts. Pretty cool.
Throughout his time there, one person remained at the forefront of his mind.
Y/n.
Stephen had also realized that his love for Y/n was still strong, and he knew that Y/n loved him as well, even if he was too stubborn to admit it. Now that he was a wizard, he was going to use his abilities to bring Y/n to his new home.
And that's exactly what he did.
Stephen brought Y/n to his new home near the Sanctum, using magic to make the inside of the home identical to Y/n's old room. He knew that Y/n would love him for the time and effort he put into making sure everything was just right.
Once again, Y/n surprised him by saying that he hated him, which frustrated him.
Was it that hard for Y/n to accept their love? Well, if he wanted to be stubborn, Stephen would have to make him see it. He cast a spell, a love spell, to ensure Y/n's devotion. It was his way of making Y/n see the truth — they belonged together.
Y/n woke up sometime later, yawning. His eyes fluttered open. The first thing he saw was Stephen, sitting next to him.
"Are you okay, my love?" Stephen asked, fingers tracing patterns on Y/n's cheek.
Y/n smiled lovingly at Stephen, his pearly white teeth flashing. "Of course, I'm okay. I get to wake up every day next to you, handsome." He moved forward and wrapped his arms around Stephen's neck, pulling him into a nice, loving hug.
Stephen's smile was victorious, and he melted into the embrace, his arms coming around to possessively wrap around Y/n's waist. Y/n was finally his, and he had finally admitted that he loved Stephen as much as Stephen loved him.
He knew that some might call him obsessive or even delusional, but he didn't care. He did nothing but help Y/n see the truth. In his eyes, Y/n was his and his alone. He would do whatever it took to keep it that way, no matter what. After all, what’s life without a little danger?

YANDERE TONY STARK X READER X YANDERE STEPHEN STRANGE
Get ready to be completely spoiled rotten and doted on 24/7/ 365 by these 2 since they will literally smother you with affection and love day in and day out
Very clever and crafty yanderes, quite a pair I tell you. And also literally impossible to escape from since they have science AND magic on their side. So, good luck escaping from them
Both of them don't have too much patience but I can see Tony being a tad bit more patient that Strange. No matter if you're a villain, Avenger, SHILED or HYDRA agent or even a civilian for that matter once you catch their attention you're dunzo
They'll take care of any pest in the way of you and them in less than 24 hours. These men here are not playing around when they tell you that crazy for you and they're madly in love with you
You won't be able to escape from them, ever since they've rigged the house with cameras in places you didn't even think or know that they could be there (No worries at least nothing's in the bathroom) and Strange's magic will prevent you from escaping. Now, if you act up with Tony, he'll just take your favorite stuff away and scold you like a disappointed dad. Now if Strange catches you acting up.... well, you'll be needing your running shoes and run as far as you can from him. That's all
Tony is kinda more lenient and laid back than Strange that's for sure. He'll let you get away with stuff and will lay it easy on you when you do some nutty stuff. Strange on the other hand takes discipline very seriously. As much as he loves, adores and cares for you he will NOT tolerate bad behavior from you at all. Even if his heart breaks and he feels like someone's stabbing him with a blade through his chest, he will make sure you behave like a good little girl/ boy for them
Tony can be a bit... over smothering at times which is why Stephen will drag him off of you anytime you want to be left alone or you need some space
Just play your cards right and assure them that you'll never leave them and you're good to go :)

The guests mingled and the drinks flowed as you left the kitchen area and headed off back towards the main hall. Wishing you could be back at home in your nice warm bed as various guests milled around and soaked up the party atmosphere, your boss had insisted however that you be on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly despite the fact that this was not how you had planned on spending your birthday. After all, as she was quick to inform you, a Stark party was an entertainment extravaganza and organizing one could make or break any firm. So here you stood, a beacon of poise and professionalism as Avengers and guests alike talked, drank and appeared to be having a fabulous time. If only the same could be said for you.
Looking out over the expanse of guests and servers while trying to calculate whether or not there was enough of everything to keep all of them satisfied, as well as thinking of all the other activities you could be presently engaged in, your distracted state forced you to jump a little however when the words whispered from a body behind your back brought you back to your current task and location. "Hey sweetheart, this is a great party you’ve thrown together. Didn’t mean to startle you though. May I buy you a drink at the bar?" the obvious male voice asked and you thanked all the gods both old and new that you had kept your retort about the drink being free to yourself when you turned around to find none other than Steve Rogers invading what little space remained in the doorway.
"Thank you Captain Rogers but unfortunately some of us are actually working here tonight. Now if you'll excuse me," you continued politely while also failing to note the disappointment that crossed his chiseled features, "but I really must get back to things," you finished before walking away and picking up a tray to begin clearing up some empty glasses you saw sitting unattended on an nearby table without sparing him a second thought. But perhaps you should have.
Standing there a while longer in your wake now, Steve bit his lip as he tried to figure out what exactly it was about your rebuff that didn't sit well with him however. Sure he had spent his younger years being practically ignored and ridiculed by the opposite sex and though Sam had now taken up the shield in his place, he was still Steve Rogers and it irked him to be dismissed, however politely, in favor of you doing a job that was quite clearly several steps beneath you. Thinking on how he could make you see the error of your snap decision, he was pulled from his thoughts however as a hand came down to rest upon his shoulder.
"Hey Capsicle, you enjoying yourself, old man?" Tony asked as he came to stand beside his friend now while snatching a glass of champagne from the tray of a passing server.
Muttering some half hearted compliment in reply about how well the event seemed to be going as his eyes continued to track your movements, Steve excused himself from Tony's presence however with talk of joining Clint and Sam at the pool table as a means of distracting himself from the irritation bubbling just beneath the surface. Irritation still clearly focused on you.
Feeling eyes continue to track you as now you handed off your tray of empty glasses to one of the many servers working the floor, glancing around to find Steve watching you while Sam chatted at him, you were never more thankful to your assistant Shona however when her voice spoke in your earpiece to tell you there was an issue in the kitchen needing your attention. Heading off there quickly then to discover that a spill on the floor had caused a server to slip and injure themselves, you quickly assessed the situation before dealing with each individual fallout. Making sure that the area was avoided while you checked out the injured party, a smile and a couple of "I'm fine" arguments later found you happy that the person in question was indeed well enough to return to work. Though you did switch up their assignment to give them an easier time as the night was really only just beginning. Then making sure yourself that the spill which caused the commotion was thoroughly cleaned up, you headed back upstairs to ensure everything there was running as smoothly as possible. But somehow that wasn't quite the case.
Taking some time to stop by the bar once you returned to the entertainment hall, you ordered a small whiskey to calm yourself after the kitchen debacle before turning around to come face to face once more with the former American patriot and his insufferable attitude. "I thought you weren't drinking tonight sweetheart. Or is it just me you refuse to have a drink with?" he asked with a raised eyebrow and you were actually relieved when the appearance of Tony Stark rescued you from coming up with some answer that didn’t sound like the telling off you wanted to direct his way. At least momentarily relieved anyway.
"Ari darling, is everything all right? F.R.I.D.A.Y. alerted me to an issue in the kitchen."
Turning away from Steve now to face the host of the party, you plastered on your best professional smile and once again greeted the man of the hour. "Yes Mr. Stark. It was a very minor incident, no harm was done and things are once again running like clockwork. I hope you're happy with everything," you finished as Steve continued to observe you in a way you now felt mildly uncomfortable with.
"Yes darling, everything is delightful and I will definitely be sending my compliments onto your boss," he said, as like Steve his eyes traveled the length and breadth of your body uninvited. "By the way," he continued, "how many more times am I going to have to ask you to call me Tony?" he asked, reaching out now to accept his drink from the bartender while his fingers grazed your shoulder in the process.
"At least once more I'm sure Mr. Stark. Now if both of you gentlemen will excuse me, parties really don't run themselves I'm afraid," you answered politely before placing your empty glass back down on the bar and heading as far into the throng of people as you could possibly get, resulting in you being well out of earshot when their conversation started up.
"Damn Tony, even you're not beyond her indifference," Steve said as he too accepted a drink and stared after your retreating figure once more while his mind took him places his body was only aching to go. "What do you think her problem is?"
"I don't quite know Rogers but I gotta say, she has me intrigued," his former teammate answered as he too finished his glass while his eyes joined Steve's as you disappeared into the crowd. Now you just had to stay there and hope no more unwanted attention found its way towards you before this night was over. Not that your luck held up very long in that regard however.
Glad to be away now from the two heroes, who for some reason you couldn't explain creeped you the hell out, you were so busy fleeing their attention and looking over your notes on the event so far that you almost toppled over however when you walked straight into a decidedly solid yet muscular mass. Looking up from your clipboard then as two strong arms reached out to prevent you falling backwards onto your ass, your eyes now locked on those of the Sorcerer Supreme and for some unexplained reason, a sudden chill ran through you as he spoke.
"Easy there princess, wouldn't want you to hurt yourself," his silky voice said as he held you firmly while you tried to right yourself. Finally regaining your composure, you stepped out of his arms and looking around was thankful at least that no one seemed to have witnessed your mishap. "I hope you're enjoying yourself," Stephen continued as he brought you out of your thoughts and back instead to the reason you were once again so distracted.
"Sorry, what did you say?" you asked, giving the man your most professional look which had now been well practiced by this time of the evening.
"I asked if you were enjoying the party," he repeated as you looked behind you also to see two other Avengers watching this interaction now with the most curious of expressions clouding their features.
"I'll enjoy myself when this party is over and I've got the week off to recuperate," you replied before raising your hand to your earpiece as if to accept a call before walking away without another word. Standing in your wake then as you didn't even dignify him with an excuse, Stephen Strange now headed off towards the other side of the room as a dark corner beckoned to the three disgruntled heroes.
Continuing on with your duties then for the rest of the night while simultaneously rebuffing numerous more advances from the three heroes who couldn't seem to understand that not everyone wanted to worship at their feet, you were finally thankful at least when the last party guest left and one by one Earth's Mightiest Heroes began to retire to their various quarters. Exhausted beyond belief now at the night you had just put down, you promised yourself that the next time you spoke to Adriana you would tell her in no uncertain terms that you quit. Sure the money was great and you were damn good at your job, but the type of attention you had been fending off all night from people who were supposed to be the best humanity had to offer, told you that enough was enough. They were supposed to know better and, birthday or not, it was not in your contract to spend all your time massaging their clearly inflated egos. No, perhaps it was finally time instead to follow your passion and bury yourself among a mountain of library books like you had always dreamed and leave the event organizing to those better suited to handling famous people.
Tidying up the final few bits and pieces then while making sure the last remaining unnecessary lights were all shut off, you headed off along the corridor now and was so focused on reaching the elevator that you failed to notice the tinkling sound that signaled the danger you were in until the walls of the building began to shimmer and shift as if out of focus. But by then it was too late.
Watching in disbelief as the elevator that would take you to safety disappeared, a new sound behind you had you turning sharply instead to face the first avenger and one third of the bane of your existence throughout the night. "Now sweetheart, you're going to make us think you don't like us," Steve said while you looked around frantically for a means of escape as well as his other two teammates you could only assume the 'us' referred to.
Seeing no other people however and so turning back again towards what once had been your way out, a glowing crack in the wall before you gave you hope. Not much, but at least it was a start. Not daring then to glance back at the man behind you now as you quickly decided the unknown was better by far than what currently presented itself to you, you took a deep breath, closed your eyes and dove through it without caring what happened or where you ended up. At least until you opened your eyes in a somewhat similar place.
Running through this new corridor now as a shimmering orange portal appeared behind you, you didn't give it another thought however as you reached out and rushed through the first door you came across. Which proved to be another monumental mistake. One it seemed you had been making consistently since you had first agreed to supervise this cursed event. For that's where it seemed this night had been headed.
Resting your head and hands against the door now as you tried to control your ragged breathing and racing heartbeat, your blood ran cold however when a soft whisper reached your ears and confirmed that this destination too held a figure you were not much willing to entertain. "At last darling, I've been waiting."
Turning around slowly to face a now suited up Iron Man, your fingers reached for the handle of the door again as something about his demeanor told you that this was not the hero the world knew him to be, even if his behavior all night had not already convinced you. Rising from his position on a bed you were now just noticing, panic gripped you more fiercely however as the door that would have offered you salvation moments ago suddenly disappeared and thereby confirming that something sinister was definitely at play and you were at its mercy.
Moving around the now closed off box as the man before you stalked towards you like a jungle predator, a ray of hope arrived again as another shimmering portal appeared before you however. Deciding again that what you didn’t know had to be far more enticing than what Tony Stark and this scene seemed interested in, you dodged around Iron-Man, jumped through the portal and ran the length of yet another corridor until a familiar room told you that you had not actually left the Avengers Towers behind. Which gave you hope at least that your car was waiting here somewhere to whisk you away to safety. Hope that was soon to be shattered beyond repair leaving nothing but devastation in its wake however.
Slowing down as you entered the entertainment room which now showed no signs of ever having hosted the night’s party, you froze completely however at the sight of the Sorcerer Supreme standing by the floor to ceiling windows, bathed in the moonlight shining through from the world outside. Turning his head to gaze upon you now, the sinister glow in his once kind eyes alerted you to the possible danger he too posed and it sent a shiver down your spine. One of these men you realized now would have been enough to handle at the best of times, but three of them in their current guises was a damn nightmare. One you had to escape from.
Holding onto this feeling now and looking nervously behind you into the corridor you had just left, you began to slowly edge backwards towards the door when two more portals appeared and out walked the only other two men who gripped your heart as if death itself had come to visit. You were finally outnumbered. Standing now on either side of the man you suspected responsible for this whole freaky moving tower thing, a flapping at your back forced you to shift your focus from them however, as a six-eyed black bird appeared, blocked your escape and drained whatever hope you had left to you. Frightened beyond belief now at the terrifying images that held you in their grasp, you still had enough wits about you however to not just surrender without a fight and so diving beneath the creature's expansive wings you ran like hell from the three former heroes that seemed to have lost their minds while hoping they stayed as far away from you for as long as possible. Which it seems was similar to what they had in mind. For now at least.
Not daring to look behind you then as an intense flapping sounded in your ears, you kept running until suddenly, the floor gave way beneath you as yet another portal took out your feet and swallowed you whole. Tumbling endlessly now through what appeared to be the same corridor over and over and over again, as portal after portal appeared beneath you, fear gripped you like never before but you finally stopped screaming at least when the massive, scary bird reappeared and swooped in between you and yet another portal. Hanging on to this creature now for dear life as exhaustion finally started to creep over you, you wished you had fought harder however when it landed back in the entertainment room with the three heroes determined it seemed to turn your life into a living nightmare. For what else could they have planned?
Standing where you'd left them still as the creature now settled on its powerful legs so as to allow you to alight, yet another shock ran through you however as Doctor Strange waved his hand and the room around you disappeared to be replaced by what could only be described as a millionaire's representation of a caveman's room. Boasting nothing but a bar, coffee table and some couches spread out throughout the spacious structure, it was the thick stone walls and no visible exit however that really caught and held your attention. For the only light here now was all artificial and as a result it drew your eyes elsewhere.
Looking around as the guys made themselves comfortable now, you would have been totally devastated by the lack of escape options if it wasn't for the events which happened next however. Eyeing up every possible shadow for even the smallest hope of escape, this was quickly extinguished as Steve Rogers stood before you and encased you now in his powerful arms. Struggling against his grip then as he kissed you harshly, panic overtook you further as a coil of magical energy wound around your neck and snaked down your arms to completely secure your wrists. Bound now in the blond man's arms as Doctor Strange and Iron-Man approached you from either side, their close-up appearance simply confirmed what this whole night had already shown you … something wasn't quite right with these heroes.
Closing your eyes again against this realization as the room shimmered and changed around you once more, the enormous bed you had seen earlier appearing against one wall now, tucked neatly between four impressive stone pillars simply confirmed what your gut so far had screamed at you. It was definitely their plan to claim you and your senses just couldn’t seem to handle this truth as you tried your best to shut out what was happening all around you. But it didn’t last long unfortunately. Dressed in darker hues of black, red, blue, silver, orange and purple, time would soon reveal just how far these three men had fallen however and that revelation alone held all your attention now, at least until their voices broke through whatever panic their actions and altered appearances had triggered.
"Do you think you might have terrified her, Strange?" you heard Tony ask as your eyes remained shut to the world around you while you shrank back farther in fear as a snap of the sorcerer's fingers rid you of what remained of your tattered outfit before your bound and naked form was then moved away from the other two deranged monsters to the bed prepared specially for you.
"Of course he did, Tony. Look at that thing," Steve replied and tentatively opening one eyelid now as the sheets beneath you caressed your thoroughly exhausted and naked body, you shut it just as quickly however when the terrifying visage of the bird that brought you back to this nightmare filled your vision once more as it now settled on a perch above your head in a makeshift headboard that was by far the most horrifying scene you had witnessed thus far. Which is why you wished this terrifying experience would end there. But these beasts had plans that totally went against anything you now wished for.
Hoping against hope now that your tiny movements would go unnoticed, all hope was dashed like waves against the shore however when the final voice reached your ears as Doctor Strange snickered and ran his fingers now along your moistening cheek. "Well that's my bad I guess, but you didn't exactly live up to your end of the deal now did you?" he questioned as he snapped his fingers once more and magically shed all the clothes covering up his impressive physique while you watched in abject horror as his equally terrifying companions did the same. Not that their actions distracted you too long however as his words solidified in your brain and brought you back to some semblance of your usually rational self.
"Deal?" you questioned forcefully now as the three fully naked men focused solely on you then in a way that told you they couldn't wait to see what argument you planned to set forth. But you simply ignored them and continued on before your nerve and this sudden burst of anger faded to be replaced with fear and panic once more. "What deal? I never agreed to any of this. Why the hell would I?"
"Well now, that is true I'm afraid. You never did willingly agree to be ours,” Tony interrupted before allowing the evil Doctor Strange to clarify further. “But you are the one who signed the contract for the party while your boss was out of town. After that it was simply a matter of adding a few extra lines of text here and there and now you belong to us forever ... body and soul. Isn't magic wonderful?" he finished with an inhuman laugh then as he now looked over at his companions and winked at them before speaking once more while his fingers delicately wormed their way down your trembling body towards your weeping flower as his lips came to rest against the shell of your ear. "So which one of us do you want to be fucked by first, princess?”
And not waiting for a response however, all three of these fallen heroes descended towards the bed and spent the following hours claiming your body in every manner of depraved sex act that fueled their lust and forced you to accept everything they gave you despite the screams that tore forth from your lungs, shattered your soul and remade you into the perfect vessel from which they planned to start a whole new brood of dark heroes with you as their chosen queen.

The Other Side
Searching for your Stephen, you find another, and he won’t let you go this time.
An entry for Day 4 of the exciting @sintember challenge!
Prompt: The Other Side, ft Sinister Dr Strange of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022).
Warnings: DUB-CON!, possessive behaviour, developing Stockholm Syndrome. 18+! [And I haven’t watched Dr Strange in so long, please pretend I know what I’m doing.]
You had lost Stephen and America, and you were now left in a crumbling world, a universe broken, with no way to get home. Based on the wrecked state of the world, you thought there wasn’t a Dr Strange here, that he had been defeated and his opponent left ruin. Though he wasn’t your Stephen, the thought still deeply upset you, that Stephen could be defeated, and maybe yours would be.
You push open the door of the Sanctum, you want to call out to him but you know there’s no point. The heavy door falls shut behind you. All the antiques and strange paintings and ornaments that once decorated the foyer have been shattered, some are deteriorating, and a dark mist floats through the cold temple, enveloping you, nearly strangling you, you feel.
Upstairs. You know you have to head to the Window of the Worlds.
You walk to the window, engraved with the Seal of Vishanti. It’s cracked, black lines not belong to the symbol run in all directions across the glass, that has a purple tint, nearly a faint violet glow. You want to touch it, when you hear your name whispered.
You spin, and there stands Stephen. Not your Stephen. This Stephen is… different: he looks older, streaks of grey paint his dark hair, with sunken eyes.
“Stephen!” you call, taking a step forward, “Or, Dr Strange, I need your help, please.”
“You’re here,” he murmurs, slowly walking towards you.
“I- I am,” you sputter, a little confused and off put by his trance-like demeanour, as his curious eyes never leave you, “I lost Stephen—my Stephen—and I need to get back.”
“I am your Stephen.” his voice is so low, so low you wouldn’t have heard it were you even a notch below the level of hyper-awareness he’s activated in you.
He steps into the light, and you gasp and take a step back. Visually, he’s not much different to the average person, but his eyes are dark, a familiar blue you once knew sealed up in an endless black; you can’t read them as he continues to walk towards you. You still.
He stops in front of you, and raises shaky hands to cup your face, his lips parted slightly as his foreign dark gaze analyses every inch of your face. His fingers are cold, ice cold, so cold they burn, like dry ice; you wince at the contact but he doesn’t seem to notice.
“No,” you whisper, “No, I’m not yours, and you’re not my…”
You raise your hands to gently grasp his wrists, and freeze when you see it. His fingertips are darkened, stained with a black so profound, so dangerous in sheer aura that you know what it’s from.
“Stephen?”
He’s been tampering with the Dark Hold, the book of sins so evil you barely know of it, just the name elicits chills; Stephen, your Stephen, barely discussed it, he never did until he found out about the Scarlet Witch’s use, and even still he said very little; you got the feeling that though his knowledge seemed limitless, he knew little here, and very deliberately he kept himself in the dark, because if he knew, he’d indulge.
And indulge he has, this sinister Stephen holding your face gently in his hands, as if these hands haven’t caused unfathomable destruction. You should have known—you knew—that Dr Strange could not be defeated. He wasn’t conquered, never could he be: he conquered.
“That’s me,” he smiles and reassures you. Though his eyes and fingers are stained, that boyish smile you know to be yours is the same as ever.
“What did you do?” is all you can muster in a shaky breath, a tear slipping down your cheek, he watches it fall.
“I did what was necessary, and you…” he strains his voice to prevent himself from choking on his words and he smooths a calloused finger over your skin, wiping away the single tear that had spilt, “You were gone.”
His eyes soften, and, despite the cold of his hands, they’re warm, his eyes, his body too, you notice, noting he’s much closer to you than you realised, and definitely too close for comfort. You don’t even know if you can call him insane, mad with power, and furthermore, you can’t tell what he meant by…
A cold hand snakes over your shoulder and his fingers grasps the back of your neck, pulling you towards him. When he kisses you, you stiffen, but, really, for barely a second, because his lips, they feel so familiar. This man is like your Stephen, you can feel it, but you see a different image; he’s like your Stephen if he had no self control, or even just a little less than he has now.
The thought hits you: you could never deny Stephen. Even if you could, say, by the grace of some higher power, even if you could walk away, Stephen always gets what he wants. There isn’t even a higher power you can turn to: there is no power higher than Stephen.
“You’ve come back to me.”
What can you even say? You’re sure he isn’t delusional, you’re sure he knows you’re not his, and you’re sure he doesn’t care. You nearly resign to your fate, but the thought burns you so hot you hurriedly blurt out,
“What happened to her?”
To you. Did he…?
He doesn’t answer, he stays gazing into your eyes, a sombre-looking but relieved smile on his face, like he’s reconciling the fact that he was wrong; he’s never wrong, but he never thought he would see you again. He simply repeats, “You’ve come back to me.”
“Stephen, no,” you state, firmly, yanking his hands off your face and holding his wrists down between you two. He seems mildly shocked, you’re sure he would have been able to overpower you if he you didn’t catch him slightly off guard. But no, you should know you could never be apart from him, whether you want to or not.
Magic ropes wrap around your wrists, tying a knot and pulling them close together, so tight you wouldn’t be surprised if they sliced your hands off. Stephen’s magic is golden, pure, this man—you don’t even want to call him Stephen—his magic is corrupt; purple, with black shadows swirling the violet pulses emitting from the shapes he draws.
You panic, forcing your head down to look at your bound wrists and then snapping your head back up to him. You open your mouth to speak, but all that comes out is a shrill little squeal as you’re lifted a few centimetres off the ground. The same purple and black vines wrap around your ankles, forcing them together.
You notice this is the first time you’ve been above him, floating just high enough for him to have to raise his chin to study you. You always thought this would give you some kind of dominance (fleeting and artificial as it may be), to be over him, but no, you never stood a fucking chance.
You barely struggle, afraid that if you shift around too much you’ll drop to the ground, so all you can do is be still as he circles you, examining you. Another thing; he doesn’t seem to just look at you, he studies you, like looking for flaws in a sculpture. What happens if he finds them?
“You know,” he finally speaks after several minutes of inspecting you, “All this…” he turns you towards the window. There’s a rift in the sky, with seemingly everything in it, everything in existence, it’s overwhelming, “I did for you, honey.”
He’s lying, he must be; though you can imagine yourself getting a little carried away now and then, in no universe could you ever see a version of yourself prepared to bring about mass destruction, the ends of literally infinite lives, no; you may be imperfect, but the collapse of an entire universe? He’s either lying or being intentionally ambiguous. Maybe he’s not lying, just misleading.
“You didn’t; you did it for her,” you half-lie; while it’s true he could only have done this for a different version of you, you doubt she would have authorised that, but you use her as sort of a scapegoat anyway.
He flicks his fingers and you spin to face him. He lowers you just enough so you’re at eye level, and despite your best efforts, you genuinely can not read his gaze; you can’t find any hint of what he may be feeling, it’s just a void, but it’s not, it’s not a void; you know there’s something there, something you’re missing.
You’re sure he’s going to say something, maybe continue his little game of pretending you’re his, but just as you anticipate the opening of his mouth, you violently spin again, this time towards the door, with a shriek. He walks in front you, and you follow behind, like you’re being pulled by a rope, like a dog on a leash who’s trying to play with something when the owner is fed up and wants to go home.
His bedroom door slams shut behind you and you’re lowered onto bed with a gentleness the human touch could never give, his magic softly laying you like you’re the most precious thing, and based on the look he’s giving you, you damn well might be.
Your soft rest hazes your mind for a moment, but you’re snapped back to the cold of the Sanctum when you feel him hover over you.
“I’ve missed you…” he whispers.
You don’t know when your pants came off, but you feel him run a practiced finger over your clothed slit. Oh, God, he feels exactly like your Stephen; the foreignness of his eyes and slight change in demeanour don’t seem to mean anything when he still feels exactly the same, it’s fucking with your mind.
You love your Stephen, more than anything, and you know this isn’t him. You try to push him off but when he slips a finger inside of you, you can’t help the shudder that vibrates through you.
Can I get Stockholm Syndrome so easy? you wonder to yourself, more berate yourself, as you try desperately to ignore the feeling of his fingers inside of you, moving in and out just the way you like, he knows what you like, he knows your body just the way Stephen does.
Because he is Stephen.

summary: years have been passing by, years where nothing seemed to be fortunate for Doctor Stephen Strange on his quest for greatness that until the key of happiness presented in front of him, you.
CHAPTER TWO.
You splashed the water and rubbed your skin harshly, the cooling sensation wasn’t enough to wash away the fact that you just got out of one of the most embarrassing interviews in your life. You surely never thought the day one of them could surpass your first job interview would come, but you were just living it now.
Your reflection gave away how much you did not want to go out, mostly because you weren't in the mood to put your face in front of Stephen, you wanted to avoid him like the plague, lock yourself inside your cubicle all day and kiss goodbye the bother to over explain what you meant back there — you knew he would want an apology.
Apology for what? For nothing, it was clear you didn't owe any explanations, yet, how could you be so cruel to hurt little doctor Stephen Strange's feelings?
And as you left the bathroom, you didn't walk too far until you saw with the corner of your eye that he was getting closer to you. You walked pretty fast, you had years of practice during the residency, however, he was taller and his long legs gave him the enough advantage to walk faster than you and to block your entrance to the room with his arm.
"Hey" he smoothly said, leaning his arm on the threshold to block you from entering.
You crossed your arms and sighed.
"Hey" you replied, a bit harshly.
"I don't mean to give it more importance than the one it had at its moment, but" the emphasis on that damn syllable was it, "what was that…? You know, the…" He did signs with his hands, pointing fingers and feigning disgust.
He was mimicking you, exaggerating every aspect of your denial in the intimacy of your relationship, he was offended and you knew it was going to happen, he was just trying to register how could you dismiss your "friendship" like that. He chuckled.
"It was the truth" your tone had an obvious tone, "we've never been more than colleagues" you shrugged, taking his forearm to pass through below it.
"Well, I thought we were past that" he, like in little occasions, was hesitant, and that caused you to be hesitant too.
"How exactly?".
"We're friends" he was embarrassed now, by the way he scratched his chin, "we had known each other for years, sometimes you know what I'm going to say before I say it or guess what I want to eat…" he was quickly interrupted.
"That doesn't make us friends", you were forthright, "that just tells me I know your habits" you stepped in front of him and he was sure he felt his heartbeat fastening just from having you this close alone.
"To me, that's what a friendship sounds like" he disagreed with your vision and the war was just starting, "how am I not your friend?" he reproached.
You tilted your head and gave him a serious expression, what you were about to say wasn't going to be nice to him, nonetheless, not saying it could carry serious consequences to both in your professional setting.
“When’s my birthday?”, he gave you a quirky expression to make clear he didn’t understand why you brought up that question, “okay, I’ll use a different one, what am I allergic to?”
“Peanuts” he answered immediately with an obvious smirk, and it could have meant a small victory if only it wasn't because he was wrong.
You gave a small tired sigh and crossed your arms.
“I’m allergic to sunflowers”, your voice had that mixture of tiredness and seriousness that he only heard in you when performing in the operating room and you could see a bit of genuine sadness in his eyes before trying to turn it up on you.
“And when is my birthday?” He didn’t mean to be completely insolent, but how else could he play victim?
“November sixth”.
Smooth and blunt. You were so sure of yourself because you were right, and his twitching smile desperately covering the frustration caused by your good memory —and therefore lack of his— on his face gave away that he hadn't been doing his homework properly. His interests weren't where they should be.
“It’s easy to guess,” he said nonchalantly, trying to take the weight out of your words, yet even his puppy dog eyes brightly looking back at yours showed how impressed he was that you cared to remember —because he knew you weren’t the type to remember numbers so easily.
“Except everyone else’s birthdates are in March or May or June” your slight revelation gave him the chance to make a new guess at your birth date, and with no hesitation he babbled an answer.
“June twenty-first!”.
It wasn’t your birth date, it was another co-worker’s.
“No, and stop guessing, it’s not a game, Stephen!” you shut your eyes and scrunched your nose, "what I mean is, when was the last time you did something nice for me or anybody besides yourself?" He opened his mouth and raised his finger to make a sharp point before being interrupted. "And I mean something without expecting to earn anything back from me, something that doesn't involve work or trying to pick me up".
He felt like a schoolboy now. Shy and embarrassed, he hadn’t felt like that since eighth grade, when one of his classmates made fun of the shape of his nose, except you were now making fun of his feelings. He never had the intention of thinking badly about you, nonetheless, the evidence was there, and when his raised finger slowly fell down and his chest deflated, you started to have second thoughts about what was happening between you two. He looked truly devastated by your words.
You walked to him and placed a hand in his forearm, a simple contact that made him feel nude at his recently found vulnerability against you, he felt his blushing cheeks like a mask, improper of himself even, making his shame somewhat bigger. But your gaze was never judgemental, it was compassionate —what would always make you, in his eyes, the one.
“I’m sorry if I’m hurting you with my words” your gaze flickered from his eyes to the background nervously in an attempt to make the situation better, “but I'd rather be honest than lie to your face. I don’t love you. You care about me and I will always be grateful” even when breaking his heart you looked lovely “but I don’t think I’ll be able to care about you the same way you intend to care about me”.
“But— But, I like you” he quickly babbled, “and I know you like me too, I can see it in your eyes” he quickly argued, trying to save the situationship between you two, to make things better.
He was never frontal about his feelings for you, and it was clear this was surprising you, and the fact that you were aware of how he felt just made it more difficult. Stephen was so sure you felt the same way he couldn't understand why you would turn down the opportunity to be together —to be with him.
“That isn't enough” you said with a firm tone, shaking your head and softly tilting it to the side, your shoulders carrying Stephen's disappointment, “liking is not loving”.
It was true, for as long humanity had conveyed the very human condition, it was implied that although loving had the secret ingredient of desiring in the mixture of ágape, it was not vice versa. Desire is not love, as well as, obsession is not the same as being in love.
“So, I'm unlovable?” he was being defensive now.
“That's not what I said” you argued back, scratching your forehead with frustration. “Chemistry is not love, habits are not love, competition either, love is the daily decision of giving, not something you earn as a prize” it didn't matter how much it was explained to him, he didn't want to understand, he was in a total denial of what was going on.
One could expect he would be ready to accept this little defeat, but it wasn't precisely what was going on inside Stephen's mind, he wasn't ready to let go, to lose against a weak opponent such as you. You just didn't realize what you wanted yet —you wanted him.
“I don't think you're a prize” he tried to assure you, to make you understand you were so much more to him than a simple award in his collection.
You were all. You were the question and the answer, the thin line between paradise and hell, the illness and the cure, an itch he couldn't scratch to ease his mind, the only thing in the world he couldn't have and the one he wanted to deserve the most, you were his love and his disgust, all at once.
“And I didn't say I was” you replied quickly, it wasn't an accusation, but it sounded like one.
At that moment he knew he would only make it worse up to that point. None of you had acknowledged yet that he had implied before —and multiple times— his perception of you.
“Listen,” he murmured trying to find in his mind the words that would make himself be convinced if he was you, “I know how this sounds, but it's not like that” the offensive turned defensive, he didn't see it as positive for you to remark this innocent mistake.
“Then how is it?” you didn't even give him a chance to spit an argument to sweeten up your ears, “I'm not ‘something’ Stephen, I'm someone, it was sweet at first but now it's becoming a problem how you—”.
“Oh, now I'm a problem?” he asked with spite, his mind clouding with every judgmental thought that had ever crossed his mind while thinking about you.
“When people start to wonder about my sex life and if it involves you uhm… Yes!” she didn't even blink or flinch, you had a reason to be evasive and he couldn't reason it now “what do you think people will think about that?”
It would give off the notion that you climbed your way to the top the dirtiest way, something that was unquestionably untrue. Except people wouldn't assume it was untrue, they would give you the looks to announce they already know, and to him the shoulder pats as if receiving an award, the not so subtle ways to denote the prize for the affair.
“So you give importance to what people say?” He asked to test how much you cared for appearances.
If that's what you wanted, he could give you that. The thrill of being secret lovers, of no one else knowing what you two did under the sheets, to fulfill your rawest fantasies in the dim of the unknown.
"When it starts to interfere in how people perceive I interact with my work space, yeah", you were insistent on the matter, not letting him unfold as the poor tormented man who wanted to show the world he was not ashamed of loving you, because that was his truth.
"Very well then, I guess you don't appreciate my company as much as I do yours".
Those words held a spooky weight on you, you didn't want to let your mind wander too much on the thought that he didn't want to work with you anymore since the success you both had reached was thanks to team work —and you weren't afraid to admit he was important to you. For a couple of seconds you pondered if that was worth the risk of trying to convince him to think otherwise, of what you actually thought about him and his performance as a doctor, about his talent and his company, nonetheless, he would not take it as a friendly complement but a triumph, his arrogant self would be full of them, or even in the worse of scenarios, a declaration of love. Yo sighed, deciding to let things end here in this determined note.
"Look Stephen, if that's what you think, who am I to say you're wrong?" your eyes let him know you haven't given up, you just agreed to disagree defiantly and move on knowing uncomfortability was a risk you were willing to take.
And he didn’t like that. He had no choice but to accept it for now, but he disliked the fact you were mature enough to cross words about sensitive topics between you two and not fall for his deceiving emotional blackmail, it triggered his utmost furious nature and he wouldn’t be satisfied until you paid for it.
“See you” you cut out his brief try of continuing the conversation and went ahead with your other tasks for the evening, your morning had already been ruined and getting the chances of having a mildly decent rest of the day was a burden you were focusing on.
Your mind let go of the subject for a couple of hours till the sun hidden, on the other side, Stephen would think of it twisting it and twirling inside his brain like a chicken rotisserie.
“Ooh” Dr. Bruner intended to walk past you on the line for the cafeteria food before it closed, seeing your face it was not possible to not notice you, you needed another coffee if you wanted to keep being functional “bad day, huh?”.
You turned and smiled at her pressing your lips awkwardly, bags under your eyes not visible yet, both still knew that wouldn’t last, you were modern Cinderella, with the exception that instead of having cute little animal friends helping you out and a handsome prince waiting for you, you would have undereye bags, a tremor in your left hand due to caffeine and red puffy eyes by the end of the shift.
“You have no idea” the words slurred from your mouth, eliciting a giggle that spread to Dr. Bruner’s face as well, however, quickly turned into concern.
“I think I kind of have it, sorry” she was apologizing before time, which made you take out energy out of the deepest insides of your body and start to pay her full attention, “Stephen told me all about it”.
When she said he told her “all about it”, you could only guess he would tell his part of the conflict and cause some type of pity to awaken compassion from others, in the case of that happening, fortunately you both knew he was spreading misinformation to confuse his whole circle. Nasty and old trick he used.
“Please, tell me all about it” the curiosity of knowing what he had made up about you intrigued you —burned you— to no end.
“Oh no, he’s telling everyone nice things about you” she admitted with a sense of awe and kind of shame “and asking everyone to watch the interview tomorrow”.
You furrowed your brow “why?”, she shrugged.
"I don't know, I just wanted to warn you, this time he is really pissed".
You wanted to believe it was just a tantrum, that it’ll pass.
“He’ll get over it, he’s a big kid,” you took your coffee and walked outside to drink it alone in the window Box near the parking lot.
A pair of eyes were lurking through the big tall window in his office, Stephen found so much pleasure in watching you enjoy the simple things in your life, such as the refined coffee he had asked the hospital’s cook to change specially for you out of his bill, he wouldn’t let you drink the same nasty things other —inferior— people drank.
And still, you were angry at him, resistant and closed. Oh, how much he desired for you to see him as what he was, just a man in love.

Wanda/Scarlett Witch x Reader
((Description: Wanda knows exactly what's best for you, it doesn't matter if she has to hurt you in the process of keeping you safe))
((Warnings: Dark themes))
Wanda explored around the gardens, looking for any trees or plants that needed attending.
Once she was done she came to the fountain in the middle of the garden to see you sitting on the edge and starring into the water.
“Hi, sweetheart. You feeling okay?” Wanda asked as you turned around and looked at her.
“I’m just bored.” You muttered making her sigh.
“I know, Y/N.” She whispered as she moved forward and grabbed your chin softly, keeping your eyes on her.
“I can create anything you want here, just name it and you’ll have it.” She said as you stared at her.
“I just want to go back to my life, back to New York. I-I know a lot happened but the team thinks I’m dead, I want to see them, please.” You whispered as her eyes darkened.
"No." She said simply as you pulled your face away from her.
"I had an entire life! And you just took it away from me!" You shout as you stand up and face her.
"Don't start this again, Y/N. We both know what happens." She warned as you glared at her.
"This isn't fair, Wanda please. I just want to go home." You begged as she moved forward and placed her hand on your cheek.
"You are home, my love. Maybe I need to show you again." She whispered as you felt tears in your eyes.
"Please don't do this again." You whispered as she kept her soft smile on her face.
"You don't need to be afraid." She whispered as tears ran down your face and your vision began to fade.
--
Wanda did this a lot, especially when you wanted to go home, she would bring you where she believed you truly belonged, at home with her.
Even if it was just an illusion she created.
You were in the small 60s looking kitchen while you cooked and hummed to yourself.
The door opened and you looked up to see your wife entering.
You smiled brightly as she closed the door and took her coat and shoes off.
"Well, something smells lovely, my dear." She said as she stood behind you and wrapped her arms around your waist.
"I thought I would make some muffins, I saw a new recipe in the newspaper and wanted to try it." You replied making her smile.
"Well, I'm sure they'll be absolutely perfect, love. I just need to have a shower and I'll be back." She said before leaving, you smiled as you finished baking.
Once you were done you cleaned up and sat on the couch waiting for Wanda to return.
When she did you smiled brightly.
"I was thinking, why don't I take you out for a nice dinner tonight?" Wanda said as she stood in front of your and held your face in her hand.
"I would love that." You replied happily making her smile.
"Y/N." You heard a male voice say as you looked around in confusion.
Wanda's face turned into one of anger.
"It's alright, love. It's just a neighbour I need to speak with, stay here for me." She said as you nodded a little and watched Wanda leave.
She went outside to see a familiar face and she glared at him.
"Leave, if you value your head attached to your body." She growled as Strange stared at her.
"We both know Y/N doesn't want to be here with you." He replied as Wanda looked at him in anger.
"That's none of your business. Here she is safe with me and I will not let you take her." Wanda growled as she summoned her magic as a warning.
She heard a noise and quickly turned around to see you starring at her in shock.
"You did it again... You promised after last time." You whispered as your mind began to break through the illusion.
You looked past her to see Strange, you felt tears in your eyes as you tried to run forward.
You and Strange weren't that close but seeing anyone but Wanda made you want to run forward and hug him, but Wanda had other ideas.
She quickly trapped you in her magic as you cried.
"No! Please, please just let me go." You cried out as Wanda looked at you sadly.
"Love, it's okay. I'm sorry I had to do this but you were getting upset again. I'm just trying to keep you safe." Wanda said as you cried.
"Wanda, look at her. You can't seriously think what you're doing is good for her." Strange replied as you looked at him hopefully.
"A lot happened to her, Strange. She went through so much..." Wanda said as she approached you and ran her hand through your hair.
"She doesn't realise what's good for her anymore, she's broken and she needs me." Wanda whispered as you looked up at her and cried.
You were about to speak but nothing came out, you knew Wanda had taken your voice.
"Now, I think you've overstayed your welcome, Stephen." Wanda said before everything began to fade again and you cried.
--
You looked down at the recipe in the newspaper and smiled.
"I'm sure, Wanda would like these muffins when she gets home."

Posting Guidelines
When sending in submissions, please include which Benedict Cumberbatch character you want along with what you want them to say.
Please do your best to use good grammar! It’s okay if you have some mistakes, I can (and will) fix any grammar issues when making the post with your submission!
I’m iffy about doing sensual posts for the real people Benedict Cumberbatch has played (Alan Turing from The Imitation Game, Bill Bulger from Black Mass, Stephen Hawking from Hawking, and Louis Wann from The Electrical Life of Louis Wann) so I may not allow submissions for those characters. I will not allow submissions for Paul Marshall (Benedict’s rapist character in Atonement). Benedict’s other characters (yes, even the animal/creature characters) are fair game though!
Despite the blog’s name and description of being sensual, I do accept SFW submissions as well as NSFW submissions!

Sex with a Ghost
stephen strange x reader words: 11,583 warnings: minors DNI, smut, will they wont they, commitment issues, sex sex sex summary: Stephen and you have a strange relationship. A casual friendship turned into a casual affair. Your heart takes a different turn concerning the superhero. You learn the hard way of his lack of emotional intelligence. a/n: this is an old fic i wrote..... decided to put it on my blog... pls ignore me. im trying to get over benedict i really am...this is 2 years old pls forgive me
His rough long fingers traced your bare skin as your back pressed against his stomach. Your hair was a tangled mess that fell in front of your eyes. A giggle escaped your lips when you felt him pull your hair out of the way so his warm cupid bow lips could find their way beneath your ear. You had just woken up after an… eventful night to say the least.
You hadn’t seen Stephen Strange in a few weeks. You weren’t upset or anything. It was your arrangement the pair of you had. One of you had a bad day? You could call them. One of you had one of the best days ever? You would call them. If one of you was incredibly horny… well you get the picture.
Last night, Stephen hadn’t called you for any of those things. You were a bit shocked to hear from him considering the last time you were together ended in an argument. But when you answered the phone he talked to you like nothing had happened. Like he had never told you he never wanted to see you again. You had to bite your lip when he sputtered out that he needed your help.
You were going to tell him to suck a fat one and fuck off, but when he sensed you were about to hang up the phone, “Y/n, please.” The begged tone that came out of his mouth made you shiver. It seemed like as soon as you hung up the phone you were at his door. It didn’t take long for his problem to be long forgotten and he had you bent over a desk, hands on your hips as he took long thrusts inside of you.
You didn’t exactly remember how things began between you. You were roommates with Christine in University and introduced the pair to one another. You didn’t even have feelings for him until years after they had broken up; however, it was clear the two still had feelings for each other. It was when Stephen came back from the blip that things had been different. Christine had met someone, and they were serious. He had shown up to your apartment, asking you a million questions about Charlie until you had enough of it and kissed the former surgeon to make him shut-up. You found yourself sprawled on your couch with your sundress hiked up and hands clenching Stephen Strange’s hair as he devoured you.
You flipped over so you could look at the dark haired blue eyed man. His hand returned to your torso, his thumb massaged into your skin. “I missed you.”
A lump formed in your throat when he said this. He didn’t mean it. He never did or he would make more of an effort to see you. You weren’t sure how to respond. You had missed him too, but you couldn’t help but still feel the wound he left in your heart the last time he saw you. You already felt weak enough that you slept with him.
His eyebrows furrowed when he noticed the look on your face. “Y/n, about last time-”
You kissed his lips softly. “We don’t need to talk about it.”
“But you should know-”
“Stephen, it’s okay. We don’t have to bring it up.” You nipped at the soft spot of his neck. You smirked when you heard a pushed back groan from the back of his throat. You continued to trail nips and kisses down his body. You would occasionally look up to see his reaction but his face was stoic. You rolled your eyes at his stubbornness. It didn’t matter though, because his hard member told you that he was enjoying it.
You climbed on top of the superhero and stretched so that he could get a good view of every curve before him. Stephen bit his lip as his hands trailed up and down your thighs. “Y/n.” He begged. You felt him twitch, as he tried not to devour every inch of you.
The sun started to bleed through his curtains. The beams shone on his face, his sharp cheekbones glowed. You couldn’t help but be in awe of the magnificent man underneath you. You loved him. Your eyes pricked with tears. Those words infiltrated your head again. It was unwanted like ants at a picnic. You took a deep breath as you pushed yourself off of him and got out of the bed. “I have to go.”
Stephen was confused. He hoisted himself up with his elbow as he watched you try to find your clothes that were scattered around the room.
“You said last night you didn’t have anything to do today. Hence why you stayed over.”
“Um, yeah. I forgot. I have a thing.”
“A thing?”
“Yeah.” You groaned. Where the hell was your shirt?
“Y/n, does this have to do anything with-”
“Oh my God, Stephen. Can we please just drop it? I don’t want to talk about it.” You snapped.
“But Y/n, you said you love me.”
Right. It wasn’t a secret. The last time you were together, you were making coffee for both of you. He made a joke you have forgotten by now, because you only remember the embarrassment of letting those cursed words roll off your tongues as you laughed.
He stared at you for a moment before standing up to walk away. You begged him to say something, but he wouldn’t. He didn’t want to acknowledge it.
“Well, you didn’t say it back. ” Tired of looking for your shirt that you’re certain is now lost in another dimension, you grabbed one of his on the floor. You tried to remember if it was the one he wore last night. “I’ll mail it back to you.”
Stephen had crawled out of bed by this time and put his boxers on. He walked towards you while you buttoned the shirt. Stephen grabbed your hands. “Y/n, stay.”
You remembered asking him to do the same thing. Tears streamed down your puffy cheeks. You wanted him to stay and talk it out. You had finally had enough and told him that if his lack of response was because of Christine, he needed to get over it. You told him Christine and him were over and she didn’t love him anymore.
You had never seen Stephen angry before. His nose flared, and his eyes narrowed. He didn’t yell, or curse you. He simply said he never wanted to see you again. But his words were like a venomous snake, striking you hard.
You realized why had called you tonight. He was lonely and unhappy. What else was there to do than to call the only other lonely unhappy person that he knew. It always had to be him to make the shots.
You snatched your hands out of his grasp. “You know what your problem is, Stephen? You’re still so far up your own ass even after everything you’ve been through. I don’t know what was going through my head coming over. I don’t know what went through my head being involved with you. All of this has clearly been a mistake.”
“You think our time together was a mistake? All of it?” Stephen crossed his arms.
You pressed the bridge of your nose, unsure what to say. Of course you didn’t think it was a mistake. You enjoyed every moment of it, but you couldn’t help feeling resentment in his commitment issues. You hated that you allowed yourself to fall in the same trap he set up for Christine. You were a little mouse and he taunted you with cheese, hope and a future, but instead you were trapped and left to die with no rewards.
“Stephen, I love you.” You couldn’t look him in the eyes. You couldn’t let him see that vulnerability like the last time you had confessed to him.
“I know, but Y/n… you know I… I can’t.”
“I’m not finished. I love you,” you repeated. You looked him in the eyes, and hoped to see that glimmer that maybe he would say it back. He opened his mouth; however, he shut it quickly. “But I love myself more. I can’t keep letting your stunted emotions hold me back.”
You left the room before he could say anything more. You knew he could easily open a portal to catch up to you. He could get on his knees and show you he felt the same, but he didn’t. You wanted nothing to do with him ever again.
You went three months without hearing, seeing, or talking about Stephen Strange. You missed him. You thought about him every day and at least once a week… okay maybe more… you would draft a text message to him that you were thinking about him. You would delete it before the temptation of pressing that send button overtook your stubbornness. He would ignore it like other messages anyway. Always leaving you on read until he was ready to see you again on his time.
Saturdays were always a lazy day for you. You hadn’t left your bed except to use the restroom. You mindlessly scrolled on different media platforms to waste time and avoid getting up. You jumped when your phone started to buzz and ring in your hand. You furrowed your brows when you saw who it was, but nevertheless answered.
You felt a little grouchy that you had agreed to get lunch with Christine on your day you vow not to leave the apartment unless for emergencies. If it weren’t for the fact you had barely seen her this year, you would have rain checked.
She was at the café first. Her strawberry hair was down in loose curls and she wore a yellow sundress. When she saw you, she smiled and stood up to hug you.
“I’m so happy to see you!”
“Same. We haven’t done one of these in a while,” you commented. She had already ordered your food, you noticed. You were grateful because you were starving and not sure if you could wait any longer before devouring a sandwich.
“Between the hospital, Charlie… and the engagement. I guess I’ve been busy.” Christine took a bite of her pasta salad.
“Yeah, It’s been busy for me too… wait engagement?”
Christine set down her fork and showed her right hand that you didn’t notice had been in her lap the entire time. An elegant diamond ring glimmered on her slender finger. “We’ve been keeping it hushed for a few months now. But since we have a venue and date ready I thought it was time to come clean!” You couldn’t help but feel envious. Christine looked so happy, her smile reached from ear to ear. You wondered if you would ever feel that one day. “Also, I have been trying to find the best time to ask if you would be my Maid of Honor.”
“You want me?”
“Of course! We wanted a small wedding party, and you’re the first person I could think of. ”
The pang of guilt made your chest tighten. You realized all this time you hadn’t been honest with Christine. You had been sneaking behind her back with your casual affair. “Christine, I’m honored. I really am, but I don’t think I’m the right person.”
“You’ve always been there for me, Y/n. I want to celebrate my happy day with you by my side.”
Your eyes made their way to the sandwich on your plate with only one bite. The hunger you felt earlier vanished but you felt it threaten to come up. “I haven’t been a good friend.” Your voice was barely above a whisper. If you tried to speak any louder you might croak.
“Is this about you and Stephen?”
You snapped your head up eyebrows furrowed. You were confused how she could possibly guess that. “How?”
“You didn’t think I’d notice you two sneaking off together at my Christmas party?” She didn’t look hurt or angry. Her lips were tugged into a smug look. She had been waiting for this moment to talk about you and Stephen. I guess you weren’t the only one holding secrets.
“Well, it’s over anyway.” You poked at a pile of sliced pickles on your plate.
“That dumbass.”
“Who said it was his fault?”
“It’s Stephen Strange we’re talking about.”
You two shared a fit of giggles. It felt good to laugh. She made you feel like you weren’t crazy or clingy or stupid. For the past few months you thought you had been alone. It was a bit narcissistic when you thought about it, because there was one person who understood— probably more than you.
The next three months you were too busy helping plan Christine’s bridal and bachelorette party that you had no time to think about your love life. You had convinced yourself to forget about the arrogant superhero— until his name was on the list of invitations.
You tried your best to ignore it. You skipped over his name numerous times when stamping and sealing envelopes. You contemplated if you should spray your perfume on the invitation, or add a message. You wanted to do something to make him miss you. Being the bigger person, however, sucked.
Christine wanted to do one thing for her bachelorette. Get wasted.
She didn’t have many other girl friends due to her busy schedule, but she insisted on inviting a few girls from work and her fiancé’s sister. You had to convince her co-worker free booze was involved and they were all in.
It didn’t take long for everyone to be wasted. They were all middle-aged women and giggling over the dick shaped objects you had bought for the party.
“How big is Charlie?” Cathy, one of Christine’s co-workers asked.
“Ew, please don’t answer that.” Charlie’s sister, Moriah, fake gagged.
Everyone burst into laughter while Christine blushed and covered her face.
“My mother always told me, if the shoe doesn't fit just right, don’t buy it!” Cathy howled at her joke.
“Mmm, I bet some of those surgeons at the hospital know exactly how to work their hands.” Another co-worker, Minnie, replied. “Spill the beans Christine, was Dr. Strange as wonderful in bed as everyone assumes?”
You choked on your “Cumcoction” that you had made out of different alcoholic beverages and juices. You received curious glances as you tried to clean up a few drops on your chin.
“I don’t think about him and our past anymore.” Christine was trying to be polite and considerate of your feelings. You gave her a look to tell her it’s okay. “Besides he seems to have his hands busy with other things.”
The girls didn’t seem to catch on what she was insinuating. “Ah, yes. He’s probably too busy saving the world to be worried about a relationship.” Cathy commented. “I bet he he has a pretty dick, though”
“He does.”
Everyone’s eyes snapped towards you. You covered your mouth quickly, as if doing that wouldn’t make them suspicious of you. You tried to sputter out excuses that you meant you thought so too. But the girls weren’t buying it, and Christine wasn’t helping. She was too busy trying not to laugh at your confession.
“Y/n, are you sleeping with Stephen Strange?” Minnie asked.
“Not anymore!” You proclaimed. “We… it wasn’t anything serious.”
“Yeah, right! She’s in love with him.” Christine rolled her eyes.
“You’re okay with it?” Cathy questioned.
“Why wouldn’t I be? I don’t own either him or Y/n.”
“Okay, girl, then why are we not with him anymore?” The question was directed at you this time.
You racked your brain for a reply. But it felt like the words floating around were squiggles that you couldn’t decipher. “I… we’re different.”
“How so?”
“This party is about Christine, we should talk about something else.” You coughed. When no one budged to change the subject you sighed. “It doesn’t matter. He doesn’t miss me or anything like that.”
“Why do you say that?” By this time the alcohol is pumping in your bloodstream you don’t even know who’s the one talking.
“Hee… hasn’t texted me to check on meee.”
“Girl, you have to do something to make him realize he misses you. This is your apartment right?”
You nodded.
“Come on!”
You believe it was Cathy who led everyone to your bedroom. She asked you where you kept your undergarments. You led her to your dresser and pulled out a drawer. She peeked inside and shook her head. “No. We need something revealing but not too much.”
“What about this?” You asked, picking up a white button up shirt.
“That is the opposite of what I meant.”
You giggled. “It’s his. I stole it.”
Everyone knew immediately what you needed to do.
You found yourself laid on your bed in a pair of black bra, panties and Stephen’s shirt. Turns out, Charlie’s sister is a boudoir photographer and was in charge of setting up the scene. She undid most of the top buttons— enough to have your bra and breasts exposed. Moriah instructed you to arch your back and put your hands stretched above your head. If there wasn’t alcohol in you there would be no way you’d let strangers see you like this.
The girls cooed and giggled. Christine kept repeating how hot you looked. You tried to keep a neutral facial expression like Moriah commanded, but it was hard not to blush at the drunken compliments.
When Moriah was done taking the photo she gave you the okay to relax. Your phone got passed around like it was show and tell. They kept squealing at the photo. You weren’t sure how a simple photograph could cause such a reaction. There wasn’t anything special about you.
Minnie handed you the phone with an approved smile plastered on her face.
Your eyes widened as soon as you saw the screen. You looked… sexy. Your sultry body language made your toes tingle. You looked up at the girls in front of you as they gave you a are-you-going-to-do-it look. You smirked and began to type out a message that you believed was well constructed enough to make Stephen Strange teleport into your room as soon as he saw it— he’s done it before.
There was no need to ask if it was acceptable. After you pressed send you turned your phone to show them. They all gathered around to see that you sent the photo along with the message “I’m trying to give back this shirt to its rightful owner, could you help?”
Their laughter almost covered the sound of your phone ringing. The sudden vibrations in your hand scared you, which caused you to throw it on your bed. “Oh my god.” You whispered. It was him. You looked at the girls, begging for help. You realized you weren’t being that serious. It was a joke, and now the joke went further than expected because he was responding. “Oh my god.” You cried out. You felt like you were going to throw up and it wasn’t because of the alcohol.
“Answer it!” Christine encouraged.
“What would I even say?” You put your hands on top of your head.
Christine rolled her eyes, picked up the phone and handed it to you. “Start off by saying hello.” She looked at her friends and motioned her head towards the door to give you privacy.
The phone rang again and you felt your lungs rip out of your chest for a moment. Your shaky thumb betrayed you and accepted the call. “H-hello?”
“Y/n?” His cool voice made a shiver roll down your spine. You missed his voice, his soothing words that triggered the hairs on your arms to stand up. You missed his fingers when they trailed your goosebumps followed by those sweet kisses.
“Yeah.”
“Er, I received your text.”
“Right, that silly thing. I was joking.”
“Joking.” He repeated out loud.
“Yep.”
“What a shame I really miss… that shirt.”
You let out a breath of air. “I think this shirt misses you too.” Your finger trailed over a loose thread on your comforter. “Unfortunately, you would have to rip it off of me before I gave it up. I’ve grown quite attached to it.”
You smirked when the sound of his breath hitched in his throat.
“I can imagine it now. You have one hand wrapped around my neck so you can feel my pulse while the other hand tears the shirt off my naked body. I’m wet just thinking about it, Stephen.”
“Y/n.” It sounded like a warning. If you said anything more he would come undone.
“Sadly, I’m preoccupied with other endeavors. I guess the rest of this conversation can be left for the imagination. Talk to you later!”
You heard him call out your name as you removed your phone from your ear. You felt so much power once you hung up. You had hoped he would send a stream of text messages or would try to call again. You even hoped he would be in your room by now, but after about five minutes of silence you came to terms none of those would happen. Disappointed, you got dressed back into your previous clothes and joined the party again.
Everyone left about two in the morning. Cathy was so drunk that Minnie volunteered to let the woman stay with her. Christine thanked you for the exciting night— it made her feel like they were in University again.
You were practically sober when you closed the door to your apartment, but the inevitable pressure started to push against your skull. Luckily your apartment wasn’t that messy. It was nothing you couldn’t handle in the morning.
You felt tired, but not enough to lay in your bed and go to sleep. You settled on trashy reality while you laid on your couch, an ice pack on your forehead. This was the consequence of drinking a lot tonight when you rarely drink at all. You were surprised you didn’t end up like Cathy, stumbling around sputtering nonsense. But you were drunk enough to send a risque photo to your ex-lover who will never love you back.
You groaned and sputtered out curses. If you could, you would kick yourself. So much for holding your ground and never talking to him again. You would have to see him next weekend, but it was different because you didn’t initiate it and it would be easy to avoid him. If he tried to come towards you it would be just as easy to turn the other way.
Another example would be if he were to knock on your door at two-thirty in the morning, it would be easy to slam it in his face. But what if he was standing there, wearing a blue cotton t-shirt with grey sweatpants? His hair disheveled and fell in front of his eyes. He looked like he had been trying to sleep, but couldn’t.
You should just slam the door. You should, but you didn’t.
Stephen walked inside your apartment scanning the remnants of the party. “Ah.” He said. He seemed to acknowledge what you were doing tonight and there was no need to ask further questions.
“What are you doing here?” You knew why he was here, and that’s probably why you closed your door, locking it.
“I told you… I really missed my shirt.”
You bit your lip. He wasn’t looking at you and it was making you mad. You wondered if he’d notice if you started making goofy faces at him. “It’s in my room. I can go get it for you.”
When you came back out of your room, Stephen had made a spot on your couch. He sat upright hands in his lap. The only light came from the TV as the blue tint glowed on him.
“Didn’t take you as a Kardashian fan.” Stephen called out, unaware of your presence.
“It helps me sleep at night.”
“That’s what melatonin…” He looked over at you on the other side of the couch. His mouth fell agape. It was like the photo you had sent him came to life before his eyes. “I thought you said you were getting my shirt for me. Not wear it.”
You strutted towards him. His eyes never left yours as you got closer. “I told you Dr. Strange,” you said. You were now in front of him. “You’ll have to tear it off of me if you’re wanting it back.” You wiggled his knees apart and slipped between him. Your fingers ran through his unkempt dark locks. You were always fascinated with the silver streak and found yourself twirling it around your finger.
His hands stayed on his thighs. They hadn’t budged at all as if he was forcing them down with weights.
“You’re not touching me.” You stated. Your left hand left his hair and came to his cheek. “Why?”
“I’m only granting your wishes.”
“My wishes?”
“You said this was over.”
You smirked and leaned over to his ear. “Stephen, if you were granting my wishes you wouldn’t have answered the phone.” You looked into his icy eyes polluted by darkness. “You can tell me to stop.” He wouldn’t tell you to. That’s why he let your fingers trail to his lips. Your thumb grazed from top to bottom, allowing you to have an opening to place your own lips on his.
Hot breaths exchanged between you like you both were trying to suck the oxygen out of one another. You needed to take a breath of air— as if you had been underwater and gasped for life. The only thing that told you were alive was the sound of your heart beating out of your chest and the blood pumping in your veins.
You stole another deep kiss, nipping his bottom lip. He hissed, but you quickly shut him up by putting your thumb in his mouth letting his tongue graze the digit. Your other fingers placed underneath his jaw as you pressed down to open his mouth.
You had never really taken control like this before. It had always been him bending you over, making you whimper, making you beg for him.
He still refused to touch you. It was pissing you off, but you refused to say anything. Instead, you pushed his hands away and sat in his lap. You bucked your hip to force a soft moan to escape his lips.
He shifted, allowing you to feel the hardness through his sweats. He placed his hands on your hips to pull you closer allowing more friction between him and you, the pressure relieving the ache trapped beneath. He grabbed the back of your neck to bring you into a passionate kiss. His other hand found itself wandering underneath your — his— shirt. That damn shirt.
He had had enough. He picked you up slightly and threw you on the couch. He climbed on top of you, hungry kisses attacked your lips. You pushed the hem of his shirt up to help him take it off, throwing it on the ground. He came back down and started kissing your jaw down to your neck, nipping and sucking pink blooms all over.
You placed your hand on his chest. You loved the feeling of his muscles under your touch. You felt him shudder as they trailed down his body to the hem of his sweatpants. However he was quick to dodge her eager fingers from exploring further. “Patience.” He growled.
“I haven’t been with you in months, can you blame me?”
“And whose fault is that?”
You had to bite your tongue. You were too incredibly horny to try to argue with him. He slid down, eyes never breaking yours as he pushed your thighs apart. His eyes broke away from yours and he was now focused on what he could see between your legs. You had gone ahead to do away with anything else besides his shirt. He wanted to say something witty, but he used his sharp tongue to lick you instead. A small quiet moan left your lips, making him work faster. You instinctively grabbed the first thing you could think of as you embraced the jolts of pleasure pumping through your body which was Stephen’s hair. He spread your legs a bit further to get a better angle. His tongue pressed a spot that made you gasp and back arch. If he went any longer you might not make it so you tugged his hair, a silent instruction to come back to you.
He licked his lips that tasted only of you. You wanted him to come back and kiss you but instead he got off of you and the couche. You frowned and thought maybe he was done and wanted to leave. He realized it was another mistake that they were together again after months of silence. But rather than collecting his things, Stephen began to remove his sweatpants, throwing them to the designated clothes pile. Your eyes were wide when you discovered he was not wearing anything under his clothes either. He knew this would happen. Smartass.
He returned on top of you. He looked at the shirt covering you. His impatient fingers began to pick at the buttons to free your body. He struggled to get them undone, a small vein popped at the top of his forehead from frustration.
“Here let me help.” You offered, bringing your hands towards the buttons.
Stephen pushed them away and hooked his fingers between the gaps, pulling the fabric. A few buttons flew across the room, but neither one of you cared. He began kissing your inner thigh, up your leg, your stomach. He relished the sight of your bare breasts before he took one in his mouth while the other was being massaged. The blue tones from the TV cast shadows on his face, exaggerating his cheekbones.
“Stephen, I need you.” Your voice was shaky. It felt like you had forgotten how to speak.
He looked up at you to see the plea in your eyes. Sitting up on his knees, he took your legs and wrapped them around his waist. You adjusted yourself to help him find your entrance. You moaned in unison as he entered inside of you, your walls welcoming him as they pulsated like a heartbeat. It was a mixture of relief and pleasure as he took long slow thrusts inside of you. He wanted your body to crave the feeling until it begged for more.
Stephen placed his chest flush against your breasts. One hand rested on your hip as he nuzzled his face into your shoulder, his warm breaths tickled your bare skin. His pace began to pick up a low groan rattled in his throat that sent tiny vibrations into you. He slid out of you almost completely then sank back inside you, hitting a spot that made you cry out in satisfaction.
“Stephen,” you called out. Your nails dug into his back.
He moved his lips to your neck, running his tongue over your pulse as he buried himself inside you again. Each thrust harder and faster than the last, sending waves of electricity through your core and nerves. You closed your eyes, the pleasure seemed almost unbearable. You felt the heat in your core begin to bubble like a teapot boiling water, the steam begging to be released. You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him deeper. His hips snapped forward granting your body’s needs.
“Fuck.” He groaned.
His voice melted into you, pushing your climax over the edge. Heat pulsated through you hot, burning, blazing, tearing through you. Your walls hugged him as you released. “Keep going.” You sighed.
He continued unrelentless thrusts in you. The only words exchanged were whimpers and grunts between stolen kisses as you felt him twitch. He drove himself into you, a final growl escaped his lips, releasing his climax.
His pace steadied to a halt, his forehead on top of yours. You still felt him inside you, but neither of you moved. You studied each other’s breaths and how they once were erratic. Now, they were steady and back to normal, as if neither one of you were crying out in pleasure just moments ago.
Every time you were with him you never knew if it would be the last. Each time you told yourself you’d relish and savour every touch, but like tonight, you got carried away. You brushed your fingers through his hair, scared he would disappear if you blinked. You knew nothing had changed, but maybe you were attempting to make a relationship out of nothing. Maybe this was all you’d have with him, and you needed to accept that.
The past few days felt odd. At work, Stephen would text you, asking if you wanted to get lunch or dinner. You didn’t mind, it wasn’t unusual for him to invite you out to eat; however, it had never been a daily occurrence. You didn’t want to question it so you accepted every time, not caring about his intentions. It was a bonus that a majority of the meals were free because the staff would recognize him as Dr. Strange, the superhero who helped defeat Thanos.
What was even weirder was when he came to your work after you got off to walk you home. If you had already ate lunch, he would fuck you as soon as you got to your apartment, and if you had dinner plans he would fuck you before and fucked you after. You don’t recall having that much sex in a week but Stephen found a way to break your personal record. Not that you were complaining about the sex either.
No, the sex was amazing as always, and the food delicious, but every day you couldn’t help but feel sick to your stomach. He would stay over at your apartment. You swore he put his toothbrush in your bathroom the second night. It was all you ever wanted out of him, a domestic relationship. But why did you feel unfulfilled every time you looked over at him sleeping peacefully in your bed?
It was Thursday, two days before the wedding, tomorrow being the rehearsal dinner. You managed to decline lunch with Stephen, begging Christine to meet with you. You hadn’t seen her since the bachelorette party. You couldn’t make the next two days about you, but you needed advice.
Christine’s schedule was busy to help tie up work at the hospital before her week-long honeymoon. She asked if you could have lunch at the hospital and if you hadn’t been under desperate measures you would have said never mind.
“I’m so happy you asked to meet. I needed a chance to catch my breath.” Christine told you, taking a sip of her tea.
“Been a busy day, I guess?”
“Working my ass off this week and the future in-laws are in town. I don’t think I’ve been able to relax or have fun on the week of my wedding.” She raised an eyebrow. “You on the other hand… look like you’ve been having fun.”
“What?” You asked.
She scoffed, reaching over the table and pulling the collar of your shirt so it could reveal a bruised love bite. “I do hope you plan on covering that for Saturday.”
You brushed her hand away, embarrassed. “I guess I’ve been a little carried away… this week.”
“Wait, all week?”
You put your face in your hands in shame. “Every. Single. Day. But it’s not the sex that’s bothering me. He’s treating me like we’re in a relationship.”
“What’s wrong with that?”
“Christine, we’re talking about Stephen Strange here. He doesn’t do relationships.”
“Well you don’t do just sex. Y/n, you’re in love with him and he’s using that to his advantage.”
You wanted to snap at her, because it was her who started this mess. If Christine hadn’t gotten her friends involved in your love life, then maybe that photo would had never been taken and then maybe he wouldn’t have come over and had sex with you on the couch and on the kitchen counter and the shower… it was definitely Christine’s fault. But then again, Christine knew Stephen maybe better than you did. You were only his booty call whenever something was bothering him. Except, you didn’t know anything that might be bothering him besides maybe your love confession. Your brain was hurting trying to figure it all out.
“I can’t wait for this wedding to be over. I didn’t think monster-in-law was a real thing.” Christine said out loud, scrolling on her phone.
Then it clicked. No wonder Stephen was acting like it was the end of the world.
After your lunch with Christine you went back to work, but you couldn’t focus on anything. You had finished your reports earlier this week since you would have tomorrow off. Time seemed to drag. Every time you looked at the clock on your computer nothing seemed to change.
You had two hours left of your shift before asking your boss if you could leave early. He wasn’t strict or high maintenance if you did your job right, and you always did. So, he had no issue with you leaving for the rest of the day. You were certain he probably wouldn’t notice you were gone tomorrow.
You always felt nervous arriving at the sanctum, especially since it seemed like Wong was the one who always greeted you when you walked in.
He always gave an all too knowing look when he would tell Stephen he had a guest.
“Surprised to see you, Y/n.” Wong said as he walked through a portal, carrying a box.
“Really?”
“No. Strange, your girlfriend’s here!” Wong set the box down and walked back into the portal.
“He’s not my boyfri-“
A voice interrupted you. “Y/n, I was just getting ready to come pick you up.”
You didn’t question that he hadn’t corrected Wong. But you did raise an eyebrow. “Two hours early? I thought you just opened your portal thingy right before I got off.”
“He does, it just takes him two hours to pick out an outfit.” Wong said, bringing in another box, grunting as he set it down. “You know, it wouldn’t hurt to help.” He looked at Stephen, who rolled his eyes in return.
“You’re the Sorcerer Supreme. Not my job.”
You giggled. Wong and him always had to make jabs at one another when it came to the subject of Sorcerer Supreme. That was actually one of the many reasons Stephen would call you upset. Which reminded you why you were there. “Stephen, could we talk?”
“Yes, of course. Want to talk over dinner? I’m starving. I know a great restaurant about two blocks from here.”
“Actually, I was thinking we could talk somewhere… private.” You bit your lip.
“Really? Strange, I’d rather not hear you and your girlfriend talk about engaging in coitus while I’m here.”
“He’s not my boyfri-“
“I don’t think that’s what she meant, Wong.” Stephen moved his hands in a circle. There were a few sparks as he opened a portal. He held out his hand for you to take. You waved goodbye to Wong as the two of you walked through. You took in the salty air as Stephen closed the portal so it was just the two of you. He had brought you to a secluded beach. There seemed to not be any sign of inhabitants within miles. “Where are we?”
“A deserted island. One of my favorite places to come when I need to think.”
You looked at the man beside you. Most of the time he was arrogant and unbearable to be around, and that’s probably why you enjoyed his mouth being preoccupied elsewhere. But there were moments he shared with you that maybe you could find hope being with him.
You took off your shoes so your feet could sink in the sand, it was also much easier to walk alongside him.
“So, what was so important that you took work off early?” He asked.
You felt your words lose their way when you tried to speak. “I… um… I think we should stop. For real this time.”
He didn’t budge, nor was there a change in his expression.
“You’re not going to say anything?”
“What is there to say, Y/n?”
“I don’t know. Just something.” Your voice was soft, covered by the sounds of waves crashing the sand bank.
“We’ve done this a thousand times, Y/n. One of us tells the other we’re done, but the next day we’re back to how we were.”
“Well, I’m tired of feeling trapped in that cycle. This week, I thought I finally made a breakthrough. But I realized nothing was different. I realized you were using me like you had before. You’re sad, Stephen. You’re sad that Christine is getting married on Saturday, and you’re trying to use my emotions as your outlet to avoid it. I always thought if I begged for you, and I had more sex with you, then maybe you would see how much I truly love you and you would give it back to me.”
He finally stopped walking so he could look at you. You tried your best to not look him in the eyes. You knew if you saw his reaction, you would cry. “Y/n…” He tried to speak but words failed to come out.
“I’m done feeling like I need you to make me happy.” You felt your words choke on the sob rolling up your throat. “I don’t think I’ll ever make you happy.”
“I’m not sure how to respond.” Stephen admitted. His hands were at sides, you could see them twitch as if he wanted to do something but restrained himself.
You wiped a tear that finally escaped, turning your back to him you were unable to face him any longer. “Just take me home.”
He let out a heavy sigh before a portal to your living room opened in front of you. Without another word or glancing back at him, you stepped through. In all honesty, you wanted to turn around and ask him to forget everything you had just said. But you couldn’t fall back into the pattern. You needed to break it for both of you. Turning your body slightly, you watched as the portal closed, a few sparks were left until it became nothing, and you were staring at your mundane apartment once again as if nothing had been there.
You debated on telling Christine you had a stomach bug and you couldn’t do the wedding anymore. The thought of seeing Stephen on Saturday made you want to throw up. You knew you couldn’t let her down. So, at the wedding rehearsal, you made sure to leave all of your problems at the door— these past two days were not about you. You did pretty good avoiding all of your issues, grateful that Moriah didn’t acknowledge the other night when she spoke to you.
The wedding on the other hand… you knew he would be there. You had mentally prepared yourself when you would inevitably see him. When it was your cue to walk down the aisle, the best man arm linked with yours, your eyes immediately scanned the many guests. Although it was the back of their heads you could identify his silver streak. You gulped as you passed him, feeling his eyes bore the back of your head.
As soon as you took your place, the pianist began to play Christine’s entrance. Everyone stood and turned to look at her as she walked in. Your focus was on her and you couldn’t help but let the anxiety wash away with happiness, watching your closest friend look extraordinarily beautiful. You noticed Charlie, tearing up as the two looked at each. To them, they were the only people in the room. Your eyes flickered to Stephen as Christine made her way past him; however, he only looked at her momentarily with a half-hearted smile before looking back in your direction. You pretended not to notice, but the heat on your cheeks told you otherwise.
This went on the entire ceremony. You could feel his gaze on you, watching every single thing you did. Every breath you took his eyes were on the rise and fall of your chest to your slightly opened lips you occasionally licked. You wished you had your own superhero power like mind control, then you could tell him to fuck off.
You made sure not to make eye-contact with him as you followed Christine and Charlie after they kissed and ran down the aisle. You swore you could hear Stephen whisper your name, yet, you refused to turn your head.
At the reception you saw multiple times he attempted to approach you but by the grace of God, someone would jump in front of him to bombard you with questions about the wedding. It seemed being on your feet constantly was the only thing you were able to do. One point you snuck off to a secluded hallway, a glass of wine in your hand and sat down on a red cushioned window seat. A long sigh escaped you looking out at the city through the window. Passersby made their way past the building. None of them knew they walked by two people who vowed their love to one another. None of them knew how happy you were for your best friend. Yet, you couldn’t help feel the tight pang in your chest that held the feeling of jealousy and yearning. They were blurred together where it was hard to distinguish which one was which.
The room temperature wine tickled your tongue. The bittersweet liquid always made you pucker your lips the first sip.
You had just finished your maid of honor speech about Christine. It had been the most difficult part of the entire wedding in your opinion. Trying to write about a subject you weren’t exactly a professional in made it hard to come up with words. Sure you knew how to love, but when writing you realized you never knew what it felt to be loved. You saw the way Christine tucked her hair behind her ear whenever she shyly spoke about Charlie. But there was a different reaction when he did something romantic or said something sweet. The twinkle in Christine’s eyes sparkled bright.
You looked at yourself in the reflection of the glass. You tried to imagine anybody treating you that way— you tried to imagine Stephen. You hated to admit that him staring at you the entire wedding made your heart skip a beat in your chest. You guessed it wouldn’t have been that terrible if he had come over and talked to you. There was nothing said to him that the two of you couldn’t be friends… right? You took another sip. Time to go back to reality.
The band started playing a slow song once you entered the reception hall. Couples, including Christine and Charlie, were dancing. Heads placed on shoulders as they swayed to the tranquil music. You told yourself not to do it but your eyes betrayed you as you searched for him. It didn’t take long to find the tall superhero standing near the balcony, his own eyes scanning the crowd. Your heart stopped beating momentarily when his blue irises locked with yours. You said curses under your breath when he began walking in your direction. You turned sideways to pretend like you definitely had not just eye-fucked him and downed the rest of your wine.
“Y/n.” His voice was loud and clear beside you, but he still managed to say it low enough that it sent a shiver down your spine.
You turned to face him. “Stephen. I didn’t know you were still here.” He gave you an unimpressed look because you both knew you were lying; however, he didn’t correct you. “Beautiful wedding, wasn’t it?”
His eyes drifted down and looked over at the newlyweds before focusing back on you. “Yeah, it was. I’m glad she’s happy,”
“Are you happy?” The words came out of your mouth unexpectedly. You wished your wine glass wasn’t empty.
Stephen’s lips pursed. “Christine asked me the same question.”
“Well, what did you say?”
“Dance with me.” He blurted.
His hand reached towards you but you pulled away from him. “You didn’t answer my question.”
“I didn’t have an answer.” He reached for you again, this time succeeding in taking your free hand. You felt the tingles of electricity move through your fingers, much like the first time you had held hands after a month of seeing each other. You subconsciously grazed your thumb over the scars on his knuckles. You remembered when he winced the first time you touched them, but now it was one of his favorite things you did to him. Stephen leaned over. His lips nearly touched your ear. “Dance with me, and I’ll have an answer.”
You shook your head, slipping your hand from his. “You know I can’t.”
“Y/n I…” Before he could continue a loud crash came from outside the building. A few people noticed and ran towards the balcony to see the commotion of screams. Stephen looked at you with an apologetic look before running that way himself. You watched as he leaned over the rails. His shoulders dropped from a long sigh. Without hesitation, he swiped his hand in the air changing into his infamous Doctor Strange attire. You swore his cape gave you a small wave before Stephen flew over the ledge.
You probably had the worst date of your entire life. You were going to kill Christine once she came back from her honeymoon next week. Who even takes a three week long honeymoon? I guess someone who rarely gets a vacation. You needed a vacation after the events of tonight, that's for sure.
Before the wedding was over, Christine pulled you aside and demanded you tell her what was wrong after watching your interaction with Stephen. She noticed something was up since the rehearsal.
You tried to tell her not to worry about it, but she insisted. So you told her you made a declaration not to see Stephen Strange in any intimate setting ever again. Christine seemed upset, the first time you had seen her frown on her wedding day. A pang of guilt crept inside. That was precisely why you didn’t want to talk about it with her.
“Y/n, I wish you saw the way he looks at you. He’s holding it back. He just needs a little push.”
You bit your bottom lip, trying to prevent any tears. “I’m tired of carrying all the weight of pushing.”
Christine gave you a sympathetic smile. Her hand placed on your shoulder. “I’m proud of you. You deserve only the best.”
Apparently the best was Charlie's semi-attractive second cousin, Simon. You shuddered thinking about him. For one, he was twenty-three minutes and twelve seconds late to the movie— which you paid for everything. After the movie you went to a café and the entire time he talked. It wasn’t a bad thing, but you believe the only thing you were able to get out was how your day had been. Then his phone rang and rang and rang until you finally told him to answer it. Turns out, Charlie’s second cousin, Simon, is going through a divorce. Yet, he’s still sleeping with his future ex-wife. Information you had wished Christine had told you before you wasted five hours of your Saturday.
You debated on taking Cathy’s advice last Tuesday when you had lunch with her and Minnie. “Girl, get Tinder!”
You’ve had it before, and you had plenty of suitors, but there was always that queasy feeling of not knowing anyone’s true intentions. For nearly a year you’ve felt like an object of sexual desires and relief. All you wished for was something real. As pathetic as it sounded, you wanted a boyfriend. You wanted someone who would greet you with a kiss. Someone who would hold your hand as you walked down the street as you pointed at ridiculously priced objects in stores that you would buy if you were a millionaire. You wanted someone who would take you to gatherings with friends and let you sit on their lap as you talked. You wanted someone who would talk about the possibility of marriage and kids while sitting in your sunshine mimosa bubble bath. You wanted it all. Worst of all, you wanted it with Stephen Strange.
You groaned at the large thunderclap followed by the pitter patter of rain splashing on you. Passersby put up their umbrellas. Guess you should look at the radar more often. Damn the New York mentality that it’s not far of a walk instead of taking a cab. The rain started to pick up and it was difficult to see.
By the time you made it to your apartment, you were drenched head to toe. Your clothes clung to your body uncomfortably. A nice hot bubble bath sounded amazing. As soon as you closed and locked your front door you started to kick shoes off. You unbuttoned your blue jean shorts so you could shimmy out of them. You barely got the zipper down when you realized a figure stood outside your balcony.
At first you were scared and ducked behind your couch to call 911, but the longer you looked at the person, the more you recognized them. Stephen slouched over the railing. A charcoal gray shirt clung to his body along with dark navy blue trousers. If it had been any other person you would yell at them to get out, yet you found yourself joining him outside, leaning over the railing and avoiding eye contact. You were thankful the rain was blocked from the awning above you.
“I heard how you saved the world, once again.” You bit your bottom lip, chewing it lightly.
He grunted. “I wouldn’t really call it that.”
“Then what would you call it?” You turned your head so you could see him. His hair was slicked back and face clean shaven. It kind of made you upset he didn’t look like shit. Maybe he didn’t miss you as much as you missed him.
His eyes didn’t meet yours as he looked off. “It’s my job.”
“One hell of a job, then. Do you get health insurance? Is there an underground superhero hospital?”
Stephen let out a laugh. A real laugh that formed in the pit of his belly all the way up. He turned to you, leaning on his left arm against the railing. You couldn’t help your eyes that flickered to a sliver of his exposed skin as his shirt rode up. “Yes, I passed Thor Odinson getting a colonoscopy.”
You snorted. “Do you miss it?”
“Miss what?” His furrowed eyebrows unwrinkled when he realized what you meant. He glanced down at his right hand. “It’s always hard to let go of something you love.”
You didn’t answer him but you agreed.
“I guess that’s why it’s difficult to let go of you, Y/n.” His statement was casual and smooth like honey. You scoffed, turned away from him and shook your head to face him again.
There was no hesitation as he looked you in the eyes, a serious look painted his face. Did he get closer? Or have your bodies only been inches apart this entire time? There was hope he wasn’t able to hear your heart pounding against your chest as if it were trying to escape your chest. “That’s not funny.” The words came out barely a whisper.
He tilted his head, giving you a pointed look. “I didn’t tell you a joke.”
“I think it’s time for you to go home, Stephen.” The prank he was trying to pull was the lowest of lows. He has used you for months and now he was trying to make awful attempts to toy with you. You wondered if he was a sociopath with no consideration of how his actions made you feel. Or maybe he was a psychopath and knew, and got off on it. Either way, you made a promise to yourself that you didn’t intend on breaking.
“We have a kid.” This man sounded insane. You should probably run inside and block him from everything, but then again, he’s battled aliens. Him saying you have a child with him was not the craziest phrase that has come out of his mouth. “Technically two. A boy and girl. Also, technically in another multiverse.” He shrugged.
“You really are testing the waters.” You turned around to go in. “Just go home. I don’t want to hear it.”
“Their names are Adalina and Ben.” He called after you. Stopping dead in your tracks, hand hovering the doorknob you took a sharp breath in. There had only been one conversation about children between the two of you. It only contained two sentences. In one sentence you asked if he wanted to have children, and the second sentence he answered no. The subject was dropped and never brought up again, until now. So how the hell did Stephen Strange know two names you’ve always wanted to give your children if you had any? Turning around, you crossed your arms across your chest. Your face told him to continue but he was on thin ice.
“I became a surgeon because I believed I loved saving people. But, an old friend of mine made me realize I never wanted to save them in good heart. I loved having life at the control of my fingertips and every move I made manipulated it into the outcome I wanted.
“It was easy because those people were only part of a game to me. It didn’t matter if they lived or died because it only meant I got better at my job. In a way it’s the same with having super powers. But, if I cared enough about a person… if I love them. What would I do if they were gone forever? I can’t stop death and it terrifies me. It terrifies me if I lose you, especially since I’m in love with you, Y/n.”
A tear rolled down your cheek. Never in your time you’ve known him have you been able to crack his surface. There were a million questions racking your brain. “There’s another me in another universe?”
He nodded. “Every single other me has made the mistake of not recognizing your value. I came here tonight, Y/n, to tell you that I need you.” His voice cracked. He stepped closer to you. “I wasn’t sure what loving someone felt like. How could I love when I don’t feel worthy of it myself? Yet, when I’m away from you my heart stops.” There was only enough room to put a ruler between the two of you… one of those bendy rulers you used to beg your mom to buy for school.
“What does your heart do when I’m around?” You asked, batting your eyes ever so innocently.
Stephen softly grabbed your hand, pulling you closer. He placed it on top of his chest. His heart greeted you as it thumped rapidly against his chest. “I’ve tried to ignore that for a year. I’m sorry.” He whispered.
You slid your hand from his chest to his cheek, placing your lips tenderly onto his, letting him know you forgave him.
“I love you.” He muttered onto your lips. It tingled like those words were laced with electricity and shocked you. He placed his hand at the back of your neck and pulled you into a long fervent kiss. Both your hands explored their way to his hair, which you tangled around your fingers, messing it up. Lightly tugging, he released a moan from the back of his throat. You bucked your hips, feeling the hard member forming. Quick feverish kisses trailed the side of your face to the nape of your neck. “You’re wet.”
“Not yet, but I’m getting there.” You groaned.
He chuckled. “No, I meant your clothes are drenched.”
“Oh, right. I was going to change…” You tried to finish your sentence but he had pushed you against the door, his leg between your thighs allowing it to rub the right spot. His hand slipped under your drenched shirt and grabbed your breast, a gasp escaped your lips.
“I need you, Y/n.” He sighed.
“Out here?” You moaned as his teeth latched your exposed collar bone, sprouting a rosy bloom.
“We’ve done it everywhere else, why not?”
You rolled your eyes in disbelief. “You just proclaimed your love to me and now you believe you can show it to me on the balcony… where my neighbors could see us? Not exactly romantic.”
“I plan on a lifetime of showing you.” He took both of his hands to your ass and picked you up. You wrapped your legs around his waist, lips meeting once again. “But now, I need you right now.” With one arm wrapped around you, Stephen pulled your shirt off. He carried you to a reclining deck chair you had out there where he sat down so you could straddle him. Fortunately, the chair was all the way down from the last time you laid on it.
Between kisses, you helped him take off his shirt. New fresh cuts were formed on his chest. You assumed it was from his recent adventure. He let you examine the wounds, carefully running your fingers over them. Your hand fell down and began palming him. In the meantime, Stephen leaned forward to nuzzle his face in your neck. His heavy hot breaths tickled you, giving you goosebumps. He unclasped your bra sometime because his fingers pinched your nipple. “Take your pants off.” The order came unexpectedly from you, nevertheless, you moved out of the way so you could help him pull his pants down and discard them. You frowned that he had decided to wear underwear this time. No time to pout. Your hands rushed to the waistband of his underwear. Stephen moved back out of your reach. “Why do you always do that?”
“Why are you always impatient?”
“Usually guys don’t refuse blowjobs from me.” You crossed your arms to sulk.
He ran his fingers through his hair. “My dear, only if you could imagine what you do to me.”
“I could say the same to you.”
“Yes, but there’s a major difference between the two of us.” He began unbuttoning your shorts, shimmying them down your legs so you stood in your purple lace panties. He looked up at you, licking his lips. “You are able to come undone.” He thumbed you through the fabric, smiling as you let out a sharp breath. “And undone…” He leaned over to kiss your hip while still massaging you. “Your pretty mouth around me wouldn’t let me last twenty seconds.”
You reached for his boxers again. “Then give me nineteen.”
He allowed you to pull them off, springing free, throbbing at the sight of you. You gripped his bare thighs to allow your body to kneel in front of him. His eyes were dark and dangerous as he watched you grab his base, twitching under your fingers. Your lips tenderly kissed his shaft making your mouth to the head, carefully popping it in. Stephen hissed as your head bobbed up and down taking him in and out. Your mouth, hand and tongue worked together to explore every inch of him. By reflex, he bucked his hips from the relief, making him push further into your mouth. His hand gripped your shoulder, most likely will leave a mark for tomorrow. You took as much of him in as you could until you couldn’t breathe. Looking up, you saw his head thrown back as if he was begging God for mercy. Low rich moans escaped his cupid bow lips. They looked delicious.
You released him from your mouth. He looked down to see why the sudden lack of warmth. However, he didn’t have to ask since your lips that were once around him now attacked his own in a deep heated kiss. He slowly pulled you down on top of him. “That was only seventeen seconds.”
“Didn’t realize you were keeping count.” His fingers curled the band of your panties, helping you slip out of them. You straddled him, grinding your hips to revel in the satisfaction as you caused friction to your swollen clit. “Don’t worry, I plan on making up for the lost time.” You both knew you didn’t mean the two seconds.
You reached down to grab him, guiding it to your entrance. From your soaking core and the slick salvia still on him, you slid onto his length with ease. Groans slipped both of your lips as you lifted yourself up and sank back down. Many times before, you’ve wanted to savour every thrust, kiss, touch. It always felt like there was no promise you two would be flush together the next day. This time, however, felt much different. Knowing he loves you sent a thrill of electricity into your core as you two worked together to bury himself as far as possible inside you. He pulled you in, leading a kiss with his tongue, sliding it in your open mouth. His moans as you ground your hips vibrated your body, digging your nails into his chest as you pushed yourself up to change the angle.
Stephen propped himself up with his right hand and ran his hand up your thigh so he could grab hold of your hip. “Why were you dressed so nice today?”
You angled forward— a small cry came from both of you. “Does it matter?” He narrowed his eyes, bucking his hips so he could hit the right spot when he thrusted into you. You whined when he slowed his pace, punishing you for not telling him what you did today. “I went… on a date. Don’t give me that look. It was terrible. He didn’t even buy dessert.”
Stephen rolled his eyes, palming your breast as he picked the rhythm back to the way it was before. “I can get you dessert after this if you want.”
“Are you really asking me on a date while inside of me?” He started to hit that spot again. Your eyes began to water as the overwhelming currents of pleasure and relief pumped through you.
“Is that not what boyfriends do?” He was being arrogant, a smug look on his face that you wanted to smack off of him.
“Since when did you become my boyfriend?” He directed you to turn around, and so you did. The new angle and direction gave him access to hit the spot in a new way.
His arm wrapped around your chest and cupped your breast. You guided his other hand to rub the sensitive area between your folds. Your moans became louder. “When you became my girlfriend.”
You were glad you faced away from him so he couldn’t see your bashful face. Yet, it didn’t matter, because he knew. He let out a small chuckle and placed a tender kiss on your shoulder. You reached behind to place your hand on his head, leaning your own in his neck. Your throat now exposed and vulnerable he nipped and licked a tender spot, over and over until you sighed his name. “Y’n, I’m…” His moans sounded agonizing. If he didn’t release himself now, he would die.
You bit your lip, picking yourself and dropping onto him. “Fuck, Y/n.” He muttered into your ear.
Your walls tightened against him, you couldn’t take it anymore. “Oh my god…” One last thrust and your core swelled like a balloon and popped all over him. Your head fell further back as you cried out from the heated pressure you released. You panted as you felt him twitch, filling himself inside you.
Stephen slipped out of you, but continued to hold your bare body, placing kisses up and down your arm. “I know a great frozen yogurt place a few blocks away.”
“I don’t think I’ll be able to walk.” You flipped back around so you could drape your arms over his shoulders, soft playful pecks on his face. “Do they have toppings?”
“Lots.” His hands ran up and down your back.
“Do you think I have time to take a bath? I was going to take one when I got home, but I got sidetracked.”
“Take all the time you need.” He hummed into your lips.
You got up from your spot, trekking back into the apartment. You glanced over your shoulder, watching him put his underwear back on. A smile painted his face from ear to ear. You turned back around and looked at yourself in the reflection of the window. Your hair tousled and still wet from the rain, rosy blooms sprouted over your neck and breasts. Things you’ve seen before after a nice time with Stephen Strange, but there was something different. Now, there seemed to be a twinkle that shone in your eyes.

Read here: Prologue
ENVY
The sky over Kamar-Taj was dyed red, as if reality itself were bleeding. Wild winds howled through the mountains, carried by the chaotic energy emanating from the floating figure at the center of the courtyard.
Wanda Maximoff.
The Scarlet Witch.
Her eyes burned red as she extended her hands, tracing complex runes in the air. Every motion pulsed with chaotic power, shaping the veil of the multiverse to open a portal. The air trembled around her, and even the most experienced sorcerers of Kamar-Taj stepped back, their spells powerless against her.
Her eyes glowed fiercely, a deep red pulsing like an enraged heartbeat. The runes she carved into the air were intricate, vibrant, and the very ground quaked under the force of her magic. The protective spells of Kamar-Taj unraveled like paper set aflame by an unstoppable force.
Stephen Strange hovered a few meters away, the Cloak of Levitation billowing in the wind. He faced Wanda with a mixture of determination and apprehension, the glowing circles of his magic mirroring the chaos around them. Wong stood beside him, resolute, while America Chavez lingered further back, fists clenched, tension visible in her stance.
“Wanda, this has to stop now!” Strange commanded, his voice cutting through the turmoil like a blade.
Wanda raised her gaze, a cold smile curling her lips. “Stop?” Her voice was soft, almost gentle, but carried an implicit threat. “You don’t understand, Stephen. You can’t understand. I’ve lost everything. You still have your world, your principles... and your arrogance.”
“You’re destroying everything around you!” Strange shot back, forming glowing orange circles with his hands. “The Darkhold has already corrupted a part of you. Don’t let it take the rest!”
She laughed—not with amusement, but with disdain. “Corrupt me? Stephen, I’m beyond corruption. You want to talk about loss? About sacrifice? Don’t insult me by pretending you understand.”
“I understand more than you think,” Stephen retorted, his expression hardening. “But what you’re doing here? This isn’t grief, Wanda. It’s destruction. And it won’t bring anything back.”
Wanda’s laugh echoed through the courtyard, cold and hollow, like the sound of shattering glass. “What do you know about grief, Strange? About love? Do you think pain broke me? No. Pain shaped me. And I’ll use it to fix what was stolen from me.”
“Fix?” Stephen narrowed his eyes. “You’re about to destroy countless lives. You’ve seen what the Darkhold has done to you, Wanda. You’re not fighting for love—you’re being consumed by chaos.”
Wanda’s eyes narrowed, her rage burning brighter. “I don’t need moral lectures from a man who treats the fabric of reality like his personal toy.”
Before Stephen could react, Wanda unleashed a wave of energy that hit him like a hurricane, throwing him backward. Wong and America rushed to help him, but before they could intervene, a blue flash lit up the sky.
“Wanda!” Carol Danvers’ commanding voice echoed as she descended from the heavens, her body encased in cosmic energy. Beside her, Sam Wilson, Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton, and Bruce Banner advanced—a united force against the Scarlet Witch.
Carol hovered in front of Wanda, her eyes glowing. “Enough. We’re not letting you go any further.”
Wanda floated above the ground like a goddess on a celestial throne, a shroud of scarlet energy enveloping her with unsettling majesty. Her predatory smile was a clear warning that she saw the heroes before her not as threats, but as obstacles to be eliminated.
“Danvers,” she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm and disdain. “Am I supposed to feel intimidated? Or should I thank you for bringing such a sizable audience to witness my ascension?”
Carol’s eyes narrowed, standing firm despite the crushing weight of Wanda’s energy. “This isn’t ascension. It’s destruction. And you know it.”
Wanda tilted her head, as if assessing a disobedient child. “Destruction for you, perhaps. But for me? For them? It’s justice. I told you, Carol—you barely comprehend what I’m doing.”
Natasha stepped forward, weapons at the ready but not yet firing. “Wanda, this won’t bring you peace. You’re crossing a line you can’t come back from.”
Wanda chuckled, the sound as cold as breaking glass. “Peace? Natasha, peace is a luxury for those who have everything. When you lose even hope, what remains is power. And power doesn’t demand peace—it demands purpose.”
Sam raised his shield, his voice steady. “We’re not letting you do this, Wanda. No matter how right you think you are, this isn’t how you fix the past.”
Wanda descended gracefully, every step radiating absolute control. “Fix?” She smirked, the red glow in her eyes intensifying. “You think this is about fixing the past? No, Sam. This is about shaping the future. My future.”
Raising her hands slowly, like conducting an unseen symphony, Wanda made the air around her vibrate with scarlet energy, rippling like a storm ready to erupt. “You insist on standing in my way as if you could stop me.”
Carol’s hands ignited with cosmic energy. “We can try.”
Wanda arched a brow, her smile growing more arrogant. “Oh, dear…” With a step forward, the ground cracked beneath her feet as her magic pulsed in crushing waves. “You’re here because I allow it. All of you are alive because I haven’t bothered to decide otherwise.”
Bruce stepped forward, partially transformed into the Hulk. “You’re underestimating us.”
Wanda sighed dramatically, as if bored. “Underestimating? No. I simply recognize that the power you all possess together isn’t even a fraction of what I hold alone. I think you should too.”
With a sharp motion, Wanda unleashed a wave of energy, scattering everyone like leaves in a hurricane. As they struggled to rise, she walked slowly toward Carol, her eyes locked on Captain Marvel’s.
“You’re good,” Wanda said, her voice low and menacing. “But to me, you’re nothing more than dust in the wind.”
The first strike was devastating. Carol hit Wanda with a burst of energy, but the Scarlet Witch countered with a magical shield that shattered into glowing red shards.
Sam and Hulk charged in, trying to flank her. Wanda responded with icy precision, creating illusions to disorient Sam while ensnaring Hulk in magical chains that tightened like steel.
“You’re wasting your time!” Wanda shouted, her voice echoing through the courtyard. “I didn’t come to play. I came to win.”
Stephen re-entered the fray, casting intricate spells that wove together like nets aimed at Wanda. She dodged with fluid movements, each gesture a testament to her mastery.
“You’ll never get what you want, Wanda!” Stephen yelled.
She stopped, her eyes blazing. “And who’s going to stop me? You?”
As the Avengers and Stephen struggled to hold her off, Wanda finally gathered enough energy to activate the spell. A massive circle of glowing runes appeared in the sky, spinning slowly as the veil of the multiverse began to tear.
America Chavez’s eyes widened, sensing the shift in reality. “This is bad!”
“No… this is perfect,” Wanda replied, before releasing a wave of energy that threw everyone back, erecting a magical barrier around her.
Stephen yelled, fighting to break through the barrier. “If you step through that portal, Wanda, there’s no coming back!”
She looked at him one last time, determination burning in her eyes. “I don’t need to come back, Strange. I need to go where they are.”
With a final motion, the portal fully opened, its distorted light flooding the courtyard. Wanda stepped forward, her silhouette dissolving into the glow as the barrier collapsed.
“WANDA!” Stephen shouted, but it was too late.
She disappeared into the portal.
[...]
Wanda emerged from the portal in silence, her feet touching the soft ground of a peaceful landscape. The sound of children's laughter caught her attention immediately, like a beacon amid the chaos that always surrounded her. Tommy and Billy.
She followed the sound with hesitant steps, almost afraid of what she might find. But when she saw her sons running through the garden of a simple house, playing among the flowers and laughter, her heart nearly stopped. They were there. Real. Alive.
Without thinking, Wanda began walking toward them, tears streaming freely down her face. "Tommy... Billy..." she whispered, her voice breaking. Her desire to hold them, to feel their arms around her, was so strong she almost forgot everything around her.
But then, she stopped.
You were there.
You were crouched on the lawn, laughing as Billy tried to reach you with a flower he had picked. Your smile was wide, warm, and Wanda felt her chest tighten at the way Tommy held your hand as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Who is she? The question exploded in Wanda's mind. A sudden rage coursed through her, burning like fire in her veins. You looked so... comfortable, so at ease. As if you were their mother. As if they were your children.
For a moment, Wanda took a step forward, her fists clenched as faint red energy began to pulse around her. But then, something unexpected happened. Her eyes fell on your belly.
Round. Full of life. You were pregnant.
Wanda froze, unable to look away. Her breath caught in her throat. Pregnant? By whom? How? It was such an unexpected sight that her rage momentarily dissolved, replaced by overwhelming curiosity.
And then, Wanda saw something that made the world around her come to a halt.
The door of the house opened, and she stepped out.
It was like looking into a mirror, but the reflection seemed... wrong. Or perhaps too right. This Wanda was different. Her posture was relaxed, her face glowing with a serenity the Scarlet Witch hadn’t felt in a long time. There were no Darkhold markings on her fingers, no shadows of loss in her eyes.
She seemed whole.
The Scarlet Witch felt a pang of envy so strong it nearly made her stagger. This was the life she should have had. But the next scene left her even more confused.
The other Wanda walked straight to you, a wide smile on her lips. You stood, laughing at something Tommy had said, and immediately leaned in to kiss her.
The kiss was deep, passionate, yet filled with tenderness. The other Wanda's hands held your face with a familiarity that made the Scarlet Witch’s heart race uncontrollably.
She, herself, was with you.
Wanda’s eyes widened, and for a moment, she forgot everything—even the boys. She had never imagined herself with a woman. There had always been Vision, his love like a rock for her. But he wasn’t here. You were.
And what was even more disturbing was the way it made her feel.
She tried to understand what was happening. Why was her heart racing? Why couldn’t she take her eyes off you? The way you smiled at the other Wanda, how your hands slid so naturally around her waist, how your belly pressed against the other Wanda’s body... It was all so intimate, so warm.
And then came the desire.
It was sudden, unexpected, and it struck Wanda like a storm. She had never looked at another woman like this before, but there was something about you—your presence, your confidence, the way you seemed to carry the world yet still be so full of light—that unsettled her.
The kiss ended, but you didn’t fully pull away. Your hand moved to the back of the other Wanda’s neck, gently stroking it as you murmured something Wanda couldn’t hear. But the other Wanda’s smile, the way she leaned in to rest her forehead against yours, said it all.
You were in love.
And it left Wanda with even more questions. Where was Vision? How had you come into her life? And, most importantly, why did the Scarlet Witch want this as much as she wanted the boys?
As the scene played out before her, Wanda couldn’t decide what was stronger: the envy or the desire.
Maybe it was both.
The afternoon was serene, with the sound of leaves rustling in the breeze blending with the laughter of Tommy and Billy. The other Wanda sat on the grass with you while the boys ran around, tossing a ball back and forth. Your visibly large belly rested partially on the other Wanda’s lap, as she absentmindedly caressed it.
The Scarlet Witch, hidden behind a nearby tree, watched with clenched fists, struggling to process the scene. She couldn’t tear her eyes away.
“Hey, Mamma, what does Seline mean?” Billy suddenly asked, stopping his game to sit beside you. He looked genuinely curious, gazing at your belly as if he could see his sister through it.
The other Wanda smiled, pulling Tommy and Billy closer before answering. “Seline means ‘magical moon,’” she explained, her voice soft and full of affection. “When you two were babies, I used to say you were like the sun and the stars of my life. But when I thought of her... I wanted something calm and protective. Something that lights up the night.”
“So she’s like... our guardian?” Tommy asked, his eyes sparkling with the thought.
“Exactly,” you replied, laughing as you ruffled his hair. “Seline will be the little sister who’s always there for you, just as you’ll be there for her. You’ll be the most amazing brothers in the world.”
Wanda, still hidden, felt a pang in her chest. They even had a special meaning for her name. The way that Wanda spoke—so light, so natural—made it seem like nothing in the world could disrupt them. She had never thought of something so poetic, so thoughtful.
As she watched, jealousy burned hotter inside her, suffocating and unrelenting. Why were they so happy? Why was this version of herself so complete, so loved?
“She’ll like us, right?” Billy asked, tilting his head toward you, uncertainty shining in his eyes.
“She already loves you,” you answered, chuckling softly. “Every time she kicks, it’s like she’s saying, ‘I can’t wait to meet my brothers!’”
“And she kicks a lot,” the other Wanda added, smiling as she ran her hand over the side of your belly. “Especially when you sing to her.”
“That’s because I’m a good singer,” Billy declared with a tone of confidence that made everyone laugh.
“You’re a good singer... sometimes,” Tommy countered, laughing as he gave his brother a playful shove.
“Hey, no fighting,” the other Wanda said, her voice firm yet tender. She glanced at you, her tone softening. “Seline is lucky to have these two, don’t you think?”
You nodded, placing your hand over hers. “She’s lucky to have you.”
Wanda, hidden away, felt the breath leave her lungs. Watching you say that to herself in another universe made her stomach twist.
The other Wanda leaned forward, pressing a gentle kiss to your forehead. You closed your eyes, smiling, and whispered something Wanda couldn’t hear. But the effect was devastating: the other Wanda laughed, a sound so full of joy it seemed to make the world glow around her.
The Scarlet Witch clenched her fists until her nails dug into her palms. She had never felt like this before. It wasn’t just jealousy. It was something deeper. It was the crushing realization that she was out of place, watching something that should have been hers.
Tommy and Billy are hers. Seline is hers. You are hers!
“And when Seline is born, will we be able to play with her?” Tommy asked, breaking the moment.
“Not right away,” you replied with a smile. “She’ll be small and fragile at first. But soon, she’ll grow, and she’ll love playing with you. Just promise me one thing.”
“Anything,” Billy said seriously.
“Promise me you’ll always protect her.”
The two boys nodded immediately, their faces full of determination. “We promise,” they said in unison.
The other Wanda smiled, looking at you with eyes filled with something the Scarlet Witch recognized instantly: love. “And I’ll protect all of you,” she said softly.
“Like a superhero?” Tommy asked, laughing.
“Something like that,” the other Wanda replied, winking at him.
As the family laughed and talked, Wanda remained in the shadows, frozen. Every word, every gesture, every smile was like a blade cutting deep. They were perfect together.
And you...
You were everything she never realized she needed.
Your belly, full of life; your laughter, so full of light; the way your eyes sparkled when you looked at the other Wanda. Everything about you pulled her in, drew her closer, even as it tore her apart.
You should be with her. You should be hers.
[...]
The night was silent, but not for Wanda. She walked through the dark hallway of the house, guided by a deep and painful instinct. She stopped in front of the boys' room and, with a gentle gesture, opened the door just enough to peek inside.
There they were, Tommy and Billy, sleeping deeply, their serene faces illuminated only by the soft light of the lamp. They looked so at peace that Wanda's heart tightened.
She entered the room quietly, her breath heavy with emotion. She knelt beside their beds, first Billy's, then Tommy's, and placed a gentle kiss on their foreheads. "My boys..." she whispered, her voice breaking as tears ran down her face.
As she stood up, she tried to contain her sobs, but couldn't help it. She quickly wiped her tears, hearing voices from the room next door.
The voices were familiar. Her own voice mixed with hers. The soft laughter and calm words made Wanda bite her lip, hesitant. She shouldn't, but she couldn't resist. Curiosity was a poison, and she was already intoxicated.
She approached the room and, carefully, opened the door just enough to see the two of you.
You were lying on the bed, your back supported by pillows. The other Wanda was sitting at the foot of the bed, her legs in your lap. Her hands were gently sliding over your feet, massaging with a touch that seemed to have years of practice.
"You didn't have to do this, you know," you said, your tone full of affection and a slight touch of teasing.
"You're carrying our daughter, Y/n," the other Wanda replied, a smile playing at her lips. "When it was my turn, you did so much more. The least I can do is make sure you feel good."
You laughed, a sound that made Wanda hold her breath behind the door.
"I know this is just an excuse for you to touch me," you teased, raising an eyebrow.
"Maybe it is," admitted the other Wanda, a mischievous smile forming as she continued the massage.
"And what do you want in exchange for all this kindness, Ms. Maximoff?" you asked, your voice low and playful.
The other Wanda let out a soft laugh and looked at you with eyes full of tenderness. "I just want you to rest and let me take care of you. Nothing more."
Outside, the Sorceress watched, unable to look away. The scene seemed so simple, so ordinary, but to her, it was extraordinary.
She had never experienced this before.
The way you looked at the other Wanda, with so much love and trust. The care in every gesture she made, the security in every word. It all seemed so natural, so easy.
Wanda felt the tears threatening to fall again, but this time it was a different kind of emotion. Envy and longing. The desire to touch you, to make you laugh like that. The desire to be the one who made you feel so at ease, so loved.
"What are you thinking now?" you asked, interrupting the other Wanda's thoughts.
The other Wanda paused for a moment, her fingers still holding your feet. Then, with a soft smile, she replied, "I'm thinking about how much I love you. And how I can't wait to meet our daughter."
You fell silent, your eyes filling with tears as you reached out to touch her face.
"I love you too, Wanda. So much," you said, your voice low and full of emotion.
The other Wanda leaned in, kissing your belly softly before whispering, "And I love you too, Seline."
Outside, Wanda felt something inside her both break and rebuild at the same time. She wanted this. Her insides screamed with the need to have it all for herself, and she would do anything to have it.
The night was silent when Wanda left the room, leaving you asleep with a serene expression. She descended the stairs with light steps, but as soon as she reached the living room, a chilling cold ran down her spine.
"Finally decided to show up," a familiar, cold voice echoed from the darkness.
The copy spun quickly, her eyes glowing with surprise and tension. There she was—the Scarlet Witch, cloaked in a red energy, her eyes burning like embers.
"What are you?" the other Wanda asked, trying to maintain composure, but her tense posture betrayed her concern.
The Scarlet Witch smiled cruelly, tilting her head. "I am you. But perhaps the version you've been avoiding being."
The other Wanda took a step back, her fists clenched. "You're in the wrong place. There's nothing for you here."
"Oh, but there is," said the Witch, stepping forward, each movement filled with threat. "I came for my children."
The other Wanda paused for a moment before replying, narrowing her eyes. "My sons. My wife. My daughter. You have no right here!"
The witch laughed bitterly, her voice low and laden with pain. "And do you? How did someone like you manage to get all of this? They don't even know who you really are, do they? They don't even know half of what you can do."
The other Wanda stood firm. "They don't need to know. Because here, I'm just Wanda. I'm a mother, a wife. That's enough."
"Lie!" the Witch snarled, anger overflowing. "You can pretend to be normal, but we both know that isn't who we are. And you know what's worse? You're wasting it... on her." The Scarlet Witch's voice cracked at the mention of you.
"Why her?" the Witch asked, her voice wavering between anger and something that almost sounded like vulnerability. "What makes her so special? Why not Vision? Why not the family that was always ours?"
The other Wanda hesitated for a moment, then answered firmly.
"Because with her, I'm happy. With her, I'm not just a mother. Y/n challenges me, teases me, makes me want to beat her, break her, and win her over again and again just for a kiss. She can be fire, but she can also be the breeze in the heat when I see everything in red. She loves me for who I am, not for what I could be. She completes me in a way I never thought possible."
The Scarlet Witch felt a tightness in her chest, envy growing like an overwhelming wave. "That's absurd! Vision was perfect. He was... everything."
The other Wanda sighed, a sad smile touching her lips. "Vision was my first love. He taught me what it meant to be seen, to be loved. But with her... it's different. It's not about perfection. It's not about saving or being saved. It's about living."
She stepped forward, ignoring the look of pure jealousy that burned in the Witch's eyes.
"With her, I don't need to hide who I am. I don't need to be the Scarlet Witch. I don't need to fight the world. I just... am. And that's enough."
The words cut deep into the Scarlet Witch, like sharp knives slicing through an already open wound. What hurt her the most wasn't what the other Wanda said, but how much it made sense.
She had never felt this before. She had always been the protector, the savior, the villain. Vision loved her, but she could never just be Wanda beside him. There were always responsibilities, secrets, sacrifices.
She tried to speak, but the envy and jealousy were overwhelming, burning in her chest like fire. "You... you had everything. Vision. The boys. Why wasn't it enough?"
The other Wanda looked at her with soft eyes, but her voice was as hard as steel. "Because it wasn't real. And you know that better than anyone."
The Witch felt the blow, as if she had been punched in the stomach.
"But why her?" the Scarlet Witch screamed, her voice cracking with the intensity of her emotions. "Why not me!? I could give her all of that. I am you! I... I could be who you are for her!"
The other Wanda hesitated for a moment, her eyes assessing the figure in front of her. She could see the anger, the desperation, but also something else: a vulnerability she recognized as her own.
"You don't understand, do you?" The other Wanda sighed, shaking her head. "She doesn't love me for who I should be. She loves me for who I am. And you..." She hesitated, carefully choosing her words. "You don't know who you are anymore. Not completely."
These words were the final blow. The Scarlet Witch felt her body tremble, the anger mixing with a pain she could barely bear.
Her face softened for a moment, and she murmured, almost to herself: "I wish I knew what that was like. To be loved like that. Not for my powers. Not for who I was before. But by someone who sees everything — even the broken parts — and loves me anyway."
The other Wanda remained silent, as if considering saying something, but she knew that any word would only make things worse.
The Scarlet Witch closed her eyes, hot tears streaming down her face as she tried to contain the growing pain within her. "I just wanted... this." She looked at the other Wanda again, her eyes gleaming with a mixture of anger and desperation. "You had that, and now it's my turn!"
With a quick movement, the Scarlet Witch cast a spell that wrapped the other Wanda in chains of red energy, binding her.
"I'll be what she needs," she said, her voice cold and determined.
The other Wanda struggled, but the chains were too strong. "You don't understand," she gasped. "You can try to be like me, but you'll never be enough. She'll know. She'll feel it."
The Scarlet Witch smiled, but there was sadness in her eyes. "Don't be selfish!"
With a gesture, she opened a portal, throwing the other Wanda into a distant universe, far away from you and the boys. As the portal closed, the Scarlet Witch took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm of emotions inside her. Now, everything was in her hands.
She turned toward the hallway, where her new life awaited, but the weight of envy and jealousy still burned in her chest.
Why her? Why now? Those questions burned in her mind, a cacophony of desire and rage. She had always been the Scarlet Witch — feared, revered, invincible. But before you, it seemed she was none of those things. Before you, she was just Wanda, a broken woman yearning for something that seemed so simple, yet so impossible: to be loved.
To be loved for who she truly was, not for the legend, not for the power, not for the terror her name invoked. She wanted someone who saw the truth behind the mask, who touched the sharp fragments of her being without fear of being hurt. And you... you seemed to be that person. Your presence challenged everything she believed about herself, about love, about the world.
But with that light came a shadow darker than any magic Wanda had ever conjured. The desire to possess, to trap, to make you hers — only hers. It wasn’t fair. The universe had never been fair with her, and now, faced with the chance of something real, she refused to let it slip away.

Just a little lie
Word count: 3k
Pairing: Stephen Strange x Stark female reader
Trope: Explicit smut, Daddy kink, Age gap (18+ warning, minors dni)
Summary: You join the mystic arts after your dad, Tony Stark, suggested the idea. You hated the idea until you met your teacher, Doctor Stephen Strange.
A/N: Hope you like this fic…
You were in your early twenties and had never really been one for hobbies. Most of the time, you felt pretty content just laying on your bed, your phone in hand as you scrolled through app after app. But your dad seemed to be obsessed with pestering you about doing something. Anything. To go outside, to maybe help him and the other Avengers, or to just try anything different. Truthfully, you never really paid all that much attention to him.
And it was a day just like any other when he entered your room, sighing when he got sight of you. “You’re not gonna stay in here all day, are you?”
“Hm?” you let out, your eyes stuck on your phone.
“I think you spend far too much time in your room.”
You shrugged. “It’s a nice room.”
“Y/N…” He placed a hand on your phone before pulling it from your grasp. “I have an idea. You might not like the sound of it, but I really think it’ll be good for you.”
Frowning at him, you slowly sat up. “What is it?”
“I want you to try something different.”
“How different?”
“Does the mystic arts interest you at all?”
“The mystic arts?”
“I may know a very good teacher. It took a bit of convincing, but he told me he’s willing to teach you if you want to try it out. Don’t you think it’ll be fun? You’ll learn a lot?”
Slowly, you laid back down on your bed. “I don’t know. What kind of whack job teaches mystic arts?”
Your father let out a little chuckle. “He’s a very reliable whack job. What do you say?”
You snatched your phone out of his hands and gave him a little shrug. “I don’t know. I’ll have to think about it, I guess.”
You could hear your father sighing at that, but your eyes were quickly back on your phone, your focus on the video you had been watching before he came into the room. Mystic arts sounded more strange than fun…
******
There was a knock on your door, and you looked up from your phone with a raised eyebrow. Your father stood there with a sly look on his face.
“Yes?” you asked.
“There’s someone here who wants to meet you.”
“And who might that be?”
“Your new mystic arts teacher.”
Your eyes rolled. “I don’t feel like meeting him.”
“Please,” your father pleaded. “Just do this for me. And if you aren’t interested, I’ll leave you alone. Okay?”
You blew out a breath of air and lifted yourself off the bed. “Alright, okay. Since you asked so nicely.”
“I’ll wait for you in the meeting room.”
You moved extra slowly, already fully convinced that your father was wasting your time. But when you walked into the meeting room, you almost stopped right there in your tracks when you got sight of one of the most handsome men you had ever seen. Tall and dark-haired with grey streaks tucked behind his ears, the man tilted his head as he looked at you. You couldn’t help it when you smiled at him, noticing how he sent you a small smile right back.
“Y/N, this is Dr. Stephen Strange,” your father said, gesturing between the two of you. “Strange, as you know by now, this is my daughter, Y/N.”
“Yes, Stark, I know who she is, because you wouldn’t stop pestering me to teach her,” Stephen said, rolling his eyes before he focused all his attention back on you.
All of a sudden, the mystic arts sounded a lot more interesting.
******
It had been a whole month since Stephen Strange had become your teacher. And he was a good teacher indeed. Thorough and clear and communicative, but there was something else he was much, much better at. Something you couldn’t tell anyone about, especially your dad.
There just had been something about Stephen that you couldn’t get enough of. His voice, his touch. The way he looked at you. It all drew you into him, and before you knew it, the two of you had more than just a student-teacher relationship. It became something better and wilder and dirtier and forbidden. You fell for him hard and fast, and you had spent the past few weeks lying to your dad when you left the Avengers compound. You’d tell him you were going to hang out with your friends when really, you were darting over to the New York Sanctum to meet up with Stephen so he could take you and make you all his.
It was what you were doing at that very moment. Looking over your shoulder, you gave your dad a little wave. “I’m going to meet up with the girls now!” you called out. “I don’t wanna be late for dinner!”
“Have fun, sweetheart!” he replied.
After quickly opening up a portal right to that familiar building in New York, you stepped inside, instantly spotting Stephen.
“Hey,” he said lowly. “I missed you so much.”
“I missed you too,” you said with a little giggle.
He stepped over to you and quickly closed the gap between the two of you. “I need you so bad.”
Still giggling, you tilted your head at him. “You only saw me a few hours ago…”
“That’s too long.” Stephen laughed, pressing his lips to yours. He gave you a long, deep, wild kiss, his big hands on your hips. “What lie did you tell your dad today?”
“I said I was going out to dinner with friends.” You pressed your lips to his again, loving the feeling of Stephen gripping your hips tighter. He pulled you up against him and it was like he couldn’t get enough of you, like he was just as eager to have you as you were to have him. Your legs wrapped around him as he carried you, and you knew exactly where he was taking you. It was a place you had been to many times before, and that was his bedroom.
Stephen threw you to the bed before covering your body with his own. He was all big and broad as he pressed his lips to yours, his tongue darting right into your mouth as he grabbed your hands and pinned them to the bed. You could feel him getting hard from behind his pants as he ground into you, your hunger for him growing so fast. Your lips and tongues were clashing together as you pushed your hands through Stephen’s locks, tugging at them as you felt yourself getting wetter and wetter. God, you wanted him. And from the feeling of his hard cock pushing up against you, you were pretty sure he was craving you just as bad.
“Please, Stephen,” you said when you pulled away from his lips, making sure your voice was light and teasing. “Please, I want it.”
He let out a deep grunt above you. “You want it, sweetheart?”
“Mhm.”
“What do you want, huh? What do you want me to do?”
“I want you to take me,” you whispered. “I want you to take me and make me all yours. I just wanna be yours. Please. Please, Daddy.”
And you knew that nickname was gonna make him lose it. A second later, his hands were on your top, pushing it over your head before he tossed it to the side. Eager, big hands yanked your jeans down, leaving you in nothing but your panties.
“God, you’re so gorgeous,” Stephen said, tilting his head at you. “Such a gorgeous fucking girl.”
“Please…”
“I’ve got you.” His hands found your panties before he gave them a harsh tug down your legs, and then you were completely exposed for him, every part of you utterly on show. “You’re so fucking beautiful. Mm, what would your dad say if he saw me staring at you like this? He’d be so mad if he knew I was looking at his daughter all naked for me.”
“Yeah, he’d be pretty angry,” you said with a little chuckle.
He ran a thumb against your slit, moving it up towards your clit where he gave the little bud a rub.
“Very angry,” he continued. “Especially since I’m your teacher. Your much, much older teacher. Ooh, that feels good, doesn’t it?”
He was working your clit just right, rubbing and rubbing as his eyes scanned all over your body. You wanted to feel him, wanted him to fill you up already, but you let him circle his thumb against your clit, your toes curling as your hands yanked and pulled at his sheets.
“So close,” you whispered. “So close, Daddy.”
“Cum for me. Cum for me right now.”
You were pretty sure only Stephen could make you cum on demand. You writhed underneath him as your orgasm took over, pure pleasure and heat taking over your body as Stephen undressed before you. Soon, he was all bare, his hard cock on show as he pulled you right onto his lap, your pussy hovering right over his tip before he pulled you down onto him, the swollen head pushing into you with ease thanks to how soaked you were.
“Oh my God,” you let out, your eyes quickly shutting. “God, feels so good.”
“Good girl. Take it. Take my cock,” Stephen murmured below you. His hands landed on your hips, holding you in place so you could work your pussy along his length.
With shaky hands, you rested them against Stephen’s chest. Pleasure was already pumping through your body as you lifted yourself up and firmly pushed back down on his cock, letting him fill you up to the brim.
“Oh, Stephen,” you cried out, your nipples hard and your pussy soaked, and your need to cum once again rising.
“That’s it. Ride my cock,” Stephen said. “Your poor father is back at the Avengers compound, waiting for you to get back to him, huh? But here you are on my cock screaming out my name.”
You gasped as you began to bounce on his cock, that swollen tip hitting that sweet spot so deep inside of you. You threw your head back as you worked your pussy up and down, up and down. It all felt so good. So filthy and bad, but so good at the same time.
“Feels so nice, Stephen,” you let out. “Your cock feels so nice.”
“Yeah? Keep riding it. Don’t stop until you cum around my cock. Come on. Don’t stop.”
You whimpered and worked your pussy up and down his cock faster, letting out little squeals every time the swollen head of his cock hit that spot so, so deep inside of you. Your pussy was stuffed with his cock, your little hole all soaked and dripping as Stephen pushed his cock so deep inside of you.
“I’m so close,” you said with a whisper. You could feel your orgasm blossoming. The delicious feeling that you were chasing. It was right there for you to grab as you bounced more and more, your nails almost digging into Stephen’s chest as he thrusted into you deep and hard from underneath. It was too much for you as you came around his cock right then and there. “Daddy, fuck. Oh, God. Please don’t stop.”
“I’m not gonna stop. I won’t fucking stop until you cum.”
“Mm, Stephen. Please. Please, please, please.” You weren’t even sure why you were begging or what you were begging for. All you knew was that Stephen felt so good buried deep inside of you. He always took you so good. Every single time. But you were always taken aback by how well he knew your body.
“Good fucking girl.” Stephen’s teeth were clenched as he flipped you both over, his cock pulling out of you. His scarred hands found your hips as he turned you around, your stomach on the bed. He grabbed at your hips, maneuvering your body so that you were on your hands and knees. “There we fucking go,” he said. “You think I’m done? Not even close.”
With that, you felt the soaked head of his cock brush up against your entrance, and then he was slamming his cock into you a second later. Your eyes rolled into the back of your head as you felt him stretch you out, the sensation drawn out and oh-so-delicious. It was filthy, but you couldn’t get enough of him.
“You feel so good, Stephen,” you said as Stephen pushed into you from behind. Deep. He was so deep. So deep you could feel every inch of him, his heavy balls pressed right up against your pussy. Your fingers clawed at the sheets beneath you, desperate to cling on to something as he took you and made you all his. “Feels… Feels so nice, Daddy.”
“I know. I fucking know,” Stephen muttered. “Mm, your dad would be so mad if he saw you like this, huh? He’d be so pissed off seeing you bent over with your ass in the air like this. With you taking my fucking cock.”
“He’d be so mad,” you said with a little sigh. “He’d be so angry if he saw what you were doing to me.”
“Yeah, he’d be real fucking pissed, wouldn’t he?”
“Mhm,” you said, your eyes half closed.
You were getting lost in the pleasure of it all. Stephen was pumping his cock into you deep and fast and hard and rough, stretching you out so perfectly and taking you in a way only he could. He was balls deep inside of you, your little hole completely stuffed to the brim with his cock as he pulled out and slammed back into you with a deep, masculine grunt.
“Stephen,” you whined. “Mm, you’re so big.”
“Yeah?” he muttered. “You like that big, hard cock, sweetheart?”
“I… I do. So much!”
“That feels so good, doesn’t it?” Stephen mumbled. “I want you to cum for me. I want you to cum right around my cock. You’re so close. I can tell you’re close.”
He was right. You could already feel yourself clenching around his cock, that pleasure growing inside of you so fast you could barely take it. He kept sliding his cock deep inside of you, fucking you so deep that you were certain you could feel him in your stomach. Eyes rolling into the back of your head, you let him fuck you. You let him take you and make you all his, his length stretching you out and the swollen tip of his cock hitting that spot again and again. The feeling was so intense and wild, your pussy dripping wet and your need to meet your peak growing by the second. Your shaky fingers grabbed the sheets below you as you desperately cried out, your pussy being fucked and stuffed and pounded from behind. It was all too much. Too good. You couldn’t hold on much longer. You could feel how close you were, how wet you were, how hungry you were to cum.
“Stephen,” you cried out. “So close. I’m so… I’m so…”
“Cum for me,” he muttered from behind you, his fingers digging into your ass. “Cum for me. Cum right around my cock. Do it. I know you wanna do it. I know you’re close. Just fucking cum for me.”
It was with one more deep, long thrust of his cock that you lost all control. It just felt too good and soon you were cumming right around his cock, your pussy gushing and soaking his length as he carried on pounding into you from behind. You screamed out his name and fell to the bed, and then a second later, you heard Stephen let out a deep grunt as he pushed into you hard and fast. He was cumming too. You could feel him emptying himself inside of you, the liquid hot and sticky as he coated your walls with his seed. It was filthy and wrong. You both knew that. Stephen was so much older than you and he was one of your dad’s friends, but God, you just couldn’t help but love being so raw and dirty for him. You were pretty sure he loved it just as much as you did.
“Mm, Stephen,” you said softly. “So good.”
He was panting from behind as he flipped you over and got you settled on your back. Your mind was all hazy as he moved into the bathroom and came back with a washcloth, cleaning you up gingerly. It was funny that he could be so rough and animalistic when fucking you but then so sweet and gentle when it was all over and done with.
“Are you okay?” he asked as he got into bed, sliding up next to you.
You nodded. “I’m okay. Tired, but okay. Who wouldn’t be tired after all of that?”
He pulled you close to him, your head on his broad chest and his arm wrapped around you. You laid there in pure silence, with you listening to the sound of Stephen’s heartbeat in your ear. It was a comforting sound.
“You know, your dad would kill me if he saw you in bed with me like this,” he murmured. “He’d strangle me himself, or set his entire team onto me.”
Looking up at him, you gave him a playful roll of your eyes. “You say that all the time.”
“Well, he’d be pretty mad, don’t you think?”
Craning your neck, you gave him a little kiss. “Well, we better hope that we never get caught. That won’t end too well.”
“No, it won’t.” He laughed before his eyes landed on the clock. “How long do we have until you need to get back home?”
You followed his gaze to the clock. “Um, about an hour.”
“So, that means we have enough time for round two then, huh?”
Giggling, you looked back into his eyes. “At least let me get a little bit of rest first.”
He hummed and held you closer, and you couldn’t help but nuzzle your nose into his neck as you got lost in the feeling of him. He was right about your dad being pissed. There was no way he’d approve of you being with Stephen, but at that moment, you told yourself to forget about the consequences and focus on the wonderful feeling of being there in Stephen’s arms. You were pretty sure there was nothing better than being tangled up with him.

YANDERE STEPHEN STRANGE HEADCANONS
You most likely must have met him through his time of him being a surgeon or a doctor, or you must've been some hero like him to catch his attention and make him notice you. Now, Stephen is someone who doesn't get impressed too easily but somehow you managed to impress him and for that, congratulations :) You now have a yandere wizard or sorcerer at the back of you
Heck, you might even be a random person just minding your own business and he feels intrigued by how unfazed and calm you appear. Now, when it comes to him getting obsessed with you, he's gonna be getting completely cocky since he's pretty sure his actions are subtle and you wouldn't possibly find out. He'll start trying his best to impress you either with his magic or his car, watches or even making balloon animals for you lol
You might be able to avoid him not for long since this man here can create portals and everything like a modern day Kurogiri, unless you work in the medical field like him. He'll literally make sure you stay WITH him where he can keep an eye on you and watch your graceful movements like a hawk
He can be really sneaky when it comes to stalking you. You won't even know he's stalking you at some point since he's damn good at hiding and lying low when stalking you
As a yandere, I have a feeling he might be possessive, obsessive and maybe a little bit.... manipulative too since he's also kinda good at sweet talk I think
Doctor Strange here really loves and admires your upbeat personality and the fact that you're sarcastic like him makes his heart beat even more for you. He'll listen to you sing and applaud you, telling you how wonderful and melodious your voice is. He thinks you sing like an angel but he doesn't like it when you show affection to undeserving morons that don't even deserve to LOOK at your direction. He'll get jealous if you hang out with Tony too often since you both are buddies and pals and so, he'll do his best to drag you away from him and try showing you some cool trick that'll end up leaving you impressed with it and him being proud and smug AF while he smirks. Cocky prick....
He'll kidnap you when he feels like you're either in danger or he just needs to have you with him, that's it PERIODT. He would have stalked you for something like 6 months to more and everything about you. He'll know and understand you'll be scared and confused and angry and you have to hand it to the man here, he has a lot of patience. But if you piss him off, you're wandering into dangerous territory. Does he feel bad for what he's done? Not even a little bit
If you try fighting him, he'll think it's amusing and not to mention adorable that you think you actually have a CHANCE of beating him and escaping him. He'll do his best to make you happy and will create and give you things with his magic. That's a pro of being in a relationship with a wizard lol. The worst way he could punish you is locking you in a room with his magic preventing you from escaping. He just wants you to love him and yes, he DOES intend having a family with you as well. Maybe 3-4 little ones running around. You best pray this man doesn't get jealous since if he does, he'll send many death glares to that person and after that, he's gonna torture them in the most brutal way possible with his magic. And he'll find out whatever you're planning since he's a sorcerer of course. Little things he likes doing with you are cuddling with you and talking about things you like. He shares the same interest in astrology as you and loves hearing you talk about it, and the way your eyes shine with interest. He'd feel like the worst person on the planet when he sees you crying and he'll do his best to comfort you, he knows it's tough but you can face the challenges together as a couple, he'll help you and be there for you no matter what
Even death won't be able to separate the 2 of you since he'll just find a way to bring you back to life. So, that 'Till death do us'' part won't apply. He might act like one hell of a god damn Tsundere once in a while but secretly, he's a complete sucker for your affection

"oh my, that must have been awful.." wanda whispered, her words tickled against your ears. your boyfriend stephen had canceled on your date and you were upset because you hardly saw him anymore.
you looked down at your nails, picking at the skin near it. this was one of your nervous habits that wanda tried to help you break but it was no use. every time she'd think she got you to stop, it continued.
wanda hummed, with a swift response her fingers brushed your hand. her eyes followed your movement. you met her gaze, she was waiting for you to say something.
"i'm not even surprised, i don't think i'm his first priority. or his second.. or third." your eyes dropped. wanda could feel your pain but didn't comment on it. "it's just more convenient if we were together... i know that our mess of a relationship will be over in a few months." you mumbled, a stray tear escaped your eye.
"oh, baby.." wanda sighed softly, bringing her hand up to wipe your tear. she hated seeing a man, especially one whom she hated, get you all worked up.
you collapsed in her arms, your quiet sniffles filled the silence. her fingers traced circles over your back. her hot breath lingered against your skin. the smell of her sweet perfume.. it was almost too much for you.
almost.
⋅˚₊‧ 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅
your eyes fluttered as you began to feel a warmth pressed against you. it was the arms of your best friend lazily draped around you. she had also fallen asleep it appeared.
your bladder felt full and when you attempt to make a run for the toilet, you found the woman's death grip to be wildly protective. so comforting.. the urge to lay numb against her was strong but you changed your mind when you find yourself nearly having an accident on her.
"wanda" you mumbled softly against her. she shifted in the bed, no response. "wanda" you repeat but the red-head just shushed you and wrapped her arms around your waist. "wandaaa" you whimpered, you couldn't hold it anymore.
wanda felt a warm liquid drip down your leg, spreading all over her bed. she smirked against you, this was her plan all along. to get you all embarrassed and flustered under her. now this isn't exactly how she envisioned it but she can't admit that this wasn't hot.
"oh, detka.. you had a little accident, let mommy help clean you up." wanda's eyes darkened, hovering over you. you hid your face, you were so embarrassed. first you cried to her about your boyfriend and now you've peed all over her bed. there are definitely better ways she could have spent her friday evening and now you've ruined her bed.
"hey, let me see you pretty girl." she cooed at you, removing your fingers from covering your face. she smiled at the reveal of your glossy tears, god you were so beautiful.
⋅˚₊‧ 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅
she noticed after your previous interactions, you wetting her bed a week ago, you had been more distant. she felt hurt and upset that you were avoiding her. she saw you spending all your time with stephen again, you claimed he was trying to "make up for lost time".
she ran into you at the supermarket and to her surprise of course you were with stephen. his hand intertwined with yours while the other occupied his phone. he appeared to be wrapped up in whatever it is he was doing, or whomever he was texting.
wanda bite her lip to hold out the venom she so desperately wanted to let out. instead, she sighed and pushed her cart to align with yours.
"hey, y/n!" she exclaimed, her eyes fixated on stephan and the way he doesn't even acknowledge her presence. y/n looked at stephan nervously, you had on a baggy hoodie and this made wanda suspicious. she furrowed her brows trying to rack her brain why this could be. she knew you hated wearing baggy clothes, it was a texture thing for you.
⋅˚₊‧ 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅
the next time wanda saw you was at a barbecue, you were all dolled up and she wished she could run her hands down your doll-like figure. kiss your soft cheeks, caress your shoulders, leave traces of her all over you. she knew she had to fix things.
wanda saw you with a tray in your hands making your eay to the kitchen so she grabbed a glass and quickly followed behind. finally, she could have a moment alone with you to talk things out. she hate the silence treatment, not being able to hear your sweet voice and laugh that could brighten anyone's mood.
"y/n" wanda called out, in a rush. you emptied the tray into the trash and placed it in the sink. wanda is hovering behind you when you turn around. this startles you and you bump into her. knocking the glass out of her hand.
oh no. "wanda, i'm so sorry-" you exclaimed. you felt so bad, you had been ignoring the girl because of stephen and know you've knocked a glass out of her hand. "No- no, please let me talk y/n." Her eyes full of guilt and sadness.
you nodded, the least you could do was hear her out.
⋅˚₊‧ 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅
"i can make you feel way better than he could.." she purred, exhaling softly against your neck. "let me take care of you, baby." wanda's hands ran through your body. light as a feather but just soft enough to have an effect on you, and she could see it.
she wanted to take her time with you to show you how making love should be like. your eyes widened, nodding. god you've wanted this for so long. "need to hear you say it, darling." wanda whispered, her eyes lingering on you. just aching to go forward but depending on your sweet voice to give her consent.
"i want this wanda" your words muffled against her skin. wanda waited no longer, her hands motioned for you to lay on your back as she hovered over you. she pressed dher lips against yours. you tasted so sweet, it was so addicting.
wanda let out a soft moan against your lips, she sounded so beautiful. you wanted to hear more. her hands lifted up your shirt, exposing your bra-less skin. the moment your shirt departed, the cold air hit your nipples. they began to harden, wanda bit her lip to try and control herself.
she so desperately wanted to take your nipples in her mouth, to suck on them, bite them, pull at them and just abuse them. she resisted, to use for another time. right now, a sweet little thing like you needed to be treated like an angel.

We Can’t Be Friends || Doctor Strange x F!Reader.
Genre: Angst(?) || Song MV inspired
Pairings: Stephen Strange x F!Reader
Word Count: 5.2K
Quick Summary: Your relationship with Stephen Strange has been strained to the breaking point by his constant absences and mystical duties. Despite Stephen's attempts to mend your fractured bond, you decide to seek a more permanent solution.
A/N: Lisssteeen, this is not proof read lol. I haven't written in a while, I am feeling rusty so please be forgiving hehe. Every nice interactions are most valued <3
Stephen had been gone for a month for the third time, with no word, no warnings. You had spent countless nights worrying, wondering if he was safe, if he would ever return. And now, as the sparkle of the portal opened and caught your attention, Stephen stepped out, looking weary and worn from his latest mission.
You were waiting for him in the living room, feeling a mixture of anger and frustration, yet your expressions show otherwise. You had been rehearsing what you would say, but now that he was here, the words felt heavy on your tongue.
“You're back. Where in the seven hells have you been this time?” You began, your voice firm but calm, you had that motherly tone when a teen returns home from sneaking out.
“Seven hells pretty much sums it up… can we do this later? I just got back,” Stephen chuckled, rubbing his temples, the tone of your voice grating and adding up to his headache, “I’m exhausted.”
“No, I think we should address this, now,” You insisted, pointing to the ground for emphasis.
Stephen sighed, sensing the confrontation he so wanted to avoid. “Alright, I’m listening.”
You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself. “Stephen, you’ve been gone for a month. No warnings, no pass the message from Wong. . . What is going on?”
“Y/N, you know what my responsibilities are. The world needs me. I can’t just ignore that,” Stephen said defensively.
“A heads up would be nice. Like how you were before. It feels like I’m nothing more than a distraction to you,” You shot back, your eyes narrowing.
Stephen’s expression hardened with irritation. “You knew what you were getting into from the start. My work–my duty is important. Do I need to explain myself every single time?”
“Why are you so defensive? Is it wrong of me to at least know where you are? So I don't worry all the time? At least still show me that I matter to you. Right now, it feels like you and your missions are all that matter,” you replied, rolling your eyes.
“This is ridiculous, Y/N. Clea and I are working to protect this world. It’s not like I’m off on a vacation. I’m trying to keep everyone safe, including you.”
It was impossible to overlook the single name that slipped from Stephen's lips. The air seemed to thicken even more with tension. Your face transformed dramatically; what had been a mask of frustration quickly crumbled, replaced by a deep, probing suspicion. Your eyes narrowed, searching Stephen's face for any hint of deceit, and your heart pounded in your chest, echoing the name that now hung heavily between you.
“Who’s Clea?” you asked, making sure to stress the name you didn't want to say, your voice tinged of disdain.
“Fuck,” Stephen muttered under his breath. A wave of regret washed over him as he realized he should have told you who he was teaming up with sooner. He wondered why he had left out such an important detail, knowing it would have made a difference in your reaction. . . or make it worse?
“Clea is from the dark dimension, I have caused an incursion in reality and I had to go with her and fix it, okay?” Stephen explained it for what it is. . . to him at least.
“So, you were with her every time you vanished without a trace?” you replied, your voice dripping with sarcasm and a barely concealed resentment that felt like a knife twist in your chest.
“Like I said, I had to fix the incursion I caused,” he responded, his tone distant, as if the gravity of his words could shield him from the emotional storm brewing between you.
You stared at him, not caring what he even meant by 'incursion'. Your mind was a whirlwind, fixated on the crushing weight of this new revelation, which felt like an earthquake shattering the foundation of everything you thought you knew.
The man who once made you feel safe and cherished now stood before you, a stranger entwined in secrets and sacrifices you couldn't begin to fathom.
Stephen ran a hand through his hair, clearly exasperated. “I don’t have time for this. If you can’t understand that my work is important, then maybe we do need to rethink this relationship.”
You were stunned into silence for a moment, the weight of his words hitting you like a physical blow. Your throat stings badly as you fight to prevent any tears from falling. “So, that’s it? You’re willing to throw everything away because I worry about you?”
“I’m not throwing anything away, Y/N. All I do is try to save the world. If you can’t see that, then maybe we need to reconsider,” Stephen replied coldly.
“Okay. . .so you find a new partner in crime and the first thing you could think of is to ‘reconsider’,” You nodded, a little laugh might've escaped from you and it triggered something in Stephen.
“Do you hear yourself? You’re acting like I’m choosing Clea over you. This isn’t some petty love triangle, Y/N. This is about life and death, about the safety of the entire world!” Stephen’s voice was now raised.
“Oh my god! Enough about saving the world already! You belong to the world! Alright, I get it! But don't expect me to be nonchalant when you've spent your time ‘saving the world’ with her. Meanwhile I rot in my apartment worried sick if you're even still alive because I only want to belong to you.” Your voice was sharp, cutting through the air, firmly jabbing his chest with your finger
Stephen clenched his fist tightly, the knuckles turning white, as he took a deliberate step closer. His presence loomed over you, casting a shadow that seemed to amplify the tension in the air, “You think it’s easy for me? You think I don’t miss you? I have responsibilities that go beyond us—"
“If you're thinking I am asking you to abandon your responsibilities, I am not. I didn’t think you’d understand me.” You replied, striving to maintain your composure under his unwavering presence and the intense gaze fixated on your face.
Stephen shook his head, a bitter laugh escaping his lips. “I never hid what my life was about, but you knew what signed up for when you said yes to me.”
“I did but I didn't sign up to be treated like an afterthought,” Y/N said, your voice softening slightly but still firm.
Stephen sighed and was silent for a moment, “So, what then? What do you want me to do? It is so hard to find balance with all this shit happening around us.”
“I don't know. . . whatever I may want, it'll be impossible for you to do,” You said, your voice resigned as you crossed your arms, a gesture of both self-protection and defiance.
Stephen’s eyes narrowed. “And what’s your solution? To just walk away?”
“That was your suggestion first, wasn't it?” You responded, a low, mirthless chuckle escaping your lips.
Stephen looked down, his silence speaking volumes. The decision crystallized in your mind. You turned away, grabbed your keys from the table, and headed toward the door, needing to cool off and get your head straight. The sound of the door closing behind you echoed through the Sanctum, a final punctuation to your heated exchange.
× × × × ×
You gripped the steering wheel tightly as you drove through the darkened streets of New York City. The familiar hum of the engine and the blur of passing lights did little to calm your racing heart. Your eyes were red from preventing a single tear to shed, but the tears came after being alone, blurring your vision and forcing you to blink them away repeatedly.
Your mind was a whirlwind of emotions—anger, sadness, confusion, and a deep, aching sense of betrayal. The argument with Stephen played on a relentless loop in your head, each word echoing with painful clarity.
"Maybe we do need to rethink this relationship."
"Maybe we shouldn’t be together."
You shook your head, trying to dispel the hurtful words, but they clung to you like a stubborn shadow. How did it come to this? How did your love, once so vibrant and full of promise, deteriorated into something so cold and distant?
Your thoughts drifted to the early days of your relationship. The way Stephen's eyes would light up when he saw you, the warmth of his touch, the way both of you would laugh and talk for hours about everything and nothing. You remembered the adventures you shared, the quiet moments of intimacy, and the feeling of safety and love that enveloped you whenever you were with him.
But those memories felt like they belonged to another life, another couple. Now, Stephen was always preoccupied, always focused on his missions with Clea. You couldn’t shake the feeling of being an afterthought, a secondary priority in his life. The loneliness you felt was suffocating, and tonight’s argument had only confirmed your deepest fears.
You pulled over to a quiet spot by the Hudson River, the soft glow of the city lights reflecting off the water. You turned off the engine and sat there in silence, the sound of your own breathing loud in the stillness of the night.
You leaned your head back against the seat and closed your eyes, taking a deep, shuddering breath. You felt a crushing weight on your chest, the sense of impending loss almost too much to bear. You loved Stephen with all your heart, but you couldn’t keep living like this—constantly feeling like you were competing for his attention, always coming second to his duties as a sorcerer.
A part of you understood the importance of Stephen's work. You admired his dedication, his unwavering commitment to protecting the world from mystical threats. But at the same time, you couldn’t ignore your own needs, your own desire for a partner who was present, who made you feel valued and loved.
The idea asking Wong to use the Runes of Kof-Kol had come to you in a moment of clarity during your drive. It was a drastic measure, but it felt like the only way to save yourself from the inevitable heartbreak of this deteriorating relationship. If you both forgot each other, if you became strangers once more, maybe then you could find peace.
You opened your eyes and gazed out at the river, the dark waters flowing steadily under the moonlit sky. You felt a strange sense of calm wash over you as you made your decision. It wouldn’t be easy, and it would hurt like hell, but it was the only way you could move forward without the constant pain of their fractured love.
As you started the car and drove back towards the Sanctum, you knew what you had to do, and you hoped that in forgetting, you could both find a way to heal. The city lights blurred once more as fresh tears welled up in your eyes, but this time, they were tears of acceptance. You were ready to let go, ready to find yourself again, even if it meant losing the man you had loved with all your heart.
× × × ×
After driving aimlessly for hours, you finally pull up in front of the Sanctum Sanctorum. The building looms before you, its ancient architecture shrouded in an almost foreboding silence. You sit in the car for a few moments, gathering your strength, knowing the decision you have made is final. The city is quieter now, the hustle and bustle having died down to a gentle hum in the background.
You take a deep breath and step out of the car, your legs feeling like lead. You walk up to the front door and pause for a moment, your hand resting on the cold brass handle. Memories of happier times flash before your eyes—moments of laughter, love, and a bond that once felt unbreakable. But those memories are now overshadowed by the reality of your fractured relationship.
Pushing the door open, you step inside. The familiar scent of incense and ancient books fills your nostrils, but instead of comfort, it brings a pang of sadness. The Sanctum feels emptier than ever, a reflection of the void that has grown between you and Stephen.
As you walk into the living room, you see Stephen sitting on the couch, his head in his hands. He looks up as you enter, his eyes filled with the weariness which mirrors your own.
“Y/N, you're back,” Stephen says softly, standing up. “I was worried about you.”
You nod, your face devoid of emotion. “I needed some time to think.”
Stephen takes a few careful steps, “I know I haven’t been around much. And I know tonight's argument was... I didn’t handle it well. I’m sorry for that.”
You feel a flicker of acknowledgment at his words, you look into his eyes, the eyes you once found so much solace in, and feel a deep sense of finality, “I need to see Wong,” you say, your voice steady and cold, “Is he here?”
Stephen steps closer, his gaze searching your face for any hint of what you might be feeling. “Are you okay now? About earlier. . .”
“I'm fine, Stephen. Really,” you say with a forced smile. “I just need to speak to Wong.”
“Wong? Sure, I'll summon him for you.” Stephen's eyes narrow slightly, sensing something is off. He didn’t think he’d get out of trouble that easily.
A few moments later, Wong enters the room, his expression pondering about what you might need him for. “Y/N, Stephen said you wanted to speak with me. What’s going on?”
You took a deep breath and glanced at Stephen who remained curious about why you needed Wong.
“Are we able to chat somewhere private?” You asked, your eyes flickering towards Stephen which Wong took notice of.
Wong turned his head towards Stephen and then you, “Of course. Follow me.” He headed towards the door to Kamar-Taj.
He led you to the empty library, ensuring no one else was around, and gestured for you to sit across the table from him.
“How can I help?” He asked.
“I hope this isn't too much to ask. . . but can you please cast the Runes of Kof-Kol on me?”
Wong's expression shifts to one of alarm. “The Runes of Kof-Kol? Those spells are dangerous, Y/N. What could possibly make you consider using them?”
You explained the situation, trying your best to keep your voice from breaking, “Stephen and I... we’re not working anymore. It’s too painful. I need to forget him. I want to move on quickly. I don't want to spend months wallowing in heartbreak.”
Wong listens quietly, his expression softening with understanding. “I see. But you know the risks, don’t you? The Runes of Kof-Kol only erases memories, not feelings.”
“I know,” you say firmly.
Wong nods slowly, his gaze thoughtful. “I understand your pain, Y/N. But this is a decision that cannot be undone. I urge you to think about it very carefully. Take some time to reflect on whether this is truly what you want.”
You shake your head, your decision unwavering. “I've already thought about it, Wong. I’ve thought about nothing else. This is what needs to be done.”
Wong sighs, his expression resigned yet compassionate. “Still, I urge you to give it a few more days. I suggest you stay here at Kamar-Taj. Meditate, reflect, and if you still feel the same, we will discuss it again.”
You nod slowly, appreciating his concern. “Alright. I’ll stay and think about it.”
× × × × ×
After you left the library, Wong stood silently, his thoughts troubled by your request. He knew the depth of the pain you were feeling, but the Runes of Kof-Kol were not to be taken lightly. As he pondered the situation, he sensed a presence lingering near the bookshelves. Turning his head slightly, he caught sight of Stephen, partially hidden in the shadows, clearly eavesdropping.
“Strange,” Wong called out, his tone firm but not unkind. “You can come out. I know you've been listening.”
Stephen stepped out, a mixture of guilt and concern etched on his face. “I didn't mean to intrude. I just… needed to know what she was thinking.”
Wong crossed his arms, looking at Stephen with a mixture of disappointment and empathy. “You heard what she said. She's feeling hurt. . . more than I think you realize.”
Stephen sighed heavily, running a hand through his hair. “I know. I know I've been neglecting her, but my responsibilities... the missions... They demand so much of me. I never wanted her to feel like this.”
Wong nodded, his expression softening slightly. “Your duties are important, Stephen. But so are your personal relationships. Y/N came to you because she believed in you, trusted you. But right now, she feels like she's lost in your shadow.”
Stephen's eyes glistened with unshed tears, a rare display of vulnerability. “I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose her, but I also can't abandon my duties.”
Wong walked over to Stephen, placing a hand on his shoulder. “The balance between your responsibilities and personal life is delicate, but not impossible to achieve. You need to make her feel valued and prioritize your time better. She asked about the Runes of Kof-Kol, so she's considering erasing her memories of you. Right now, though, she needs space to think.”
Stephen's breath hitched, the gravity of Wong's words hitting him hard. “She wants to forget me completely.”
Wong nodded solemnly. “She believes it's the only way to move on from the pain. I advised her to stay here for a few days, to meditate and reflect before making such a drastic decision.”
“I can't let her do this. I need to talk to her, to make her understand that I can change, that I can be better.” Stephen closed his eyes, the weight of the situation pressing down on him. He was about to walk away to find you but Wong stopped him.
“Right now, she needs time. Barging in and trying to convince her otherwise might only push her further away. Give her the space she asked for. If she decides to go through with it, we'll deal with it then. But for now, respect her wishes.” Wong shook his head gently.
Stephen glanced in your direction with a sigh, shrugged off Wong's hand, and returned to the New York Sanctum. That night, sleep eluded him despite his restless tossing and turning. No position felt comfortable, not when your scent lingered on his pillowcases.
Anxiety ate him up, twisting his stomach into knots as he replayed the argument repeatedly in his mind. Each harsh word and dismissive gesture haunted him, intensifying his regret.
He had always prided himself on his composure and control, but now he felt them slipping away. The weight of his mistakes pressed heavily on his chest, making it difficult to breathe.
“I should have been more understanding, I should have put myself in her shoes,” he thought, his mind consumed by remorse.
The thought of your hurt expression cut him deeply, more than any physical pain he had ever endured. He realized how much he valued your presence, your support, and the warmth you brought into his life. The fear of losing you was a constant ache, gnawing at the edges of his consciousness.
He was ashamed of how he had dismissed your feelings, how he had let his pride overshadow the love and respect he had for you.
Desperation clawed at him as he searched for a way to make things right, to prove that he could be the partner you deserved. In the silence of the night, he vowed to himself that he would do better, that he would learn from his mistakes and show you how much you meant to him. That is if it’s not too late.
× × × × ×
Two days later, the peaceful atmosphere of Kamar-Taj had failed to ease the unrest in your heart. Despite your attempts at meditation and introspection, the serenity of the surroundings could not calm the storm of emotions within you. Your resolve remains the same. You knew what needed to be done, and it was time to inform Wong of your decision.
You found Wong in the courtyard, meticulously tending to a small garden. The scent of blooming flowers mixed with the crisp mountain air, creating a serene environment that contrasted sharply with your inner conflict.
“Wong,” you called softly, approaching him.
Wong looked up from his work, his expression calm but observant. “Y/N, have you made your decision?”
You nodded, taking a deep breath. “I have. I still want to use the Runes of Kof-Kol.”
Wong sighed, setting aside his tools. “I was hoping you might reconsider, but I respect your decision. . .” he trailed off, noticing Stephen walk towards you, “Give me a moment? I'll back.”
As Wong turned to leave, Stephen entered the courtyard with his presence of authority. He had been waiting for this moment, fully aware that your decision was imminent.
With careful, deliberate steps, he approached you. The air was thick with unspoken emotions, and each passing second felt like an eternity as he stood there gathering the right words to say.
“Y/N,” Stephen began, his voice calm but carrying a hint of vulnerability, his eyes intensely scanning your face for any hint of doubt or hesitation. “Is this truly what you want?”
You jumped slightly, startled by his sudden appearance behind you. “Stephen,” you exclaimed, “What are you doing here?”
“I came to—I just wanted to apologize... that it has led to this. I was wrong…” Stephen began, but his voice seemed to fade into the background as you stared at his face intently, trying to memorize every detail.
As Stephen spoke, the reality of the moment hit you hard. You felt an overwhelming need to imprint his features in your memory: the way his brow furrowed with concern, the earnestness in his eyes, and the subtle lines that hinted at the weight he carried.
Time seemed to slow down, and every second stretched into an eternity. You noticed the slight quiver of his lips, the way his hair framed his face, and even the small scar on his cheek that you had always found endearing.
Your heart ached with the knowledge that this might be the last time you saw him like this, so close and vulnerable. Each detail became precious, a fragment of a moment you desperately wanted to hold onto.
The intensity of your emotions made it hard to breathe, and you felt a lump forming in your throat. Even though Stephen's voice was a distant echo, the look in his eyes told you everything—you were both struggling with the same pain, the pain of letting this story die.
“. . . I love you, Y/N—but if this will save you from the hurt I’ve caused you then so be it. I will cast the spell on you.”
You were taken aback, surprise flickering across your face. “You would do that?”
Stephen stepped closer, his eyes earnest. “Yes. If this is what it takes for you to find peace, then I’ll do it.”
Stephen leads you back in the New York Sanctum, heading towards the ritual chamber in the Undercroft. Each step you took echoed with the weight of what was about to happen. Stephen’s mind was a whirlwind of memories and emotions.
He glanced at you walking beside him, your face a mask of calm determination. Opposite to the storm he knew must be raging inside you. He wished he could reach out, take your hand, and pull you back from the edge of this irreversible decision. But he knew he had no right to, not after everything.
As you descended the final set of steps into the Undercroft, Stephen’s heart ached with regret. He had always prided himself on his ability to solve problems, to find solutions where others saw only obstacles. But here, in this most personal of battles, he had failed. He had failed to protect what mattered most.
Every step felt heavier than the last. Stephen’s mind raced with unspoken words, a torrent of emotions he struggled to contain.
He remembered the early days of your relationship, the way your laughter had filled the Sanctum with warmth, the quiet moments of understanding, and shared dreams. Those memories now felt like shards of glass, cutting into him with each step he took.
He glanced at you again, your determined stride a painful reminder of the distance that had grown between you. He wanted to tell you how much he loved you, how sorry he was for every time he had put his duties before you, for every missed moment, every broken promise. But he knew that words would not change the course you had set for yourself. Actions had spoken louder, and they had driven you to this point.
You reached the entrance to the ritual chamber, Stephen paused, taking a deep breath. The room beyond was prepared, the symbols drawn, the components ready. It was a place of power, of ancient magic, but today it felt like a tomb for the love you had shared.
“Y/N,” Stephen began, his voice soft but heavy with regret. “I want you to know that this isn’t easy for me. I never wanted to hurt you. If I could turn back time and make different choices, I would. But I respect your decision. I hope you find the peace you’re looking for.”
You looked at him with eyes glistening of unshed tears, “Thank you, Stephen. . . I hope you find happiness, I really do.”
With that, you stepped into the center of the circle, and Stephen moved to the edge, his heart pounding in his chest. He began to chant the incantation, his voice strong and unwavering despite the storm of emotions inside him. The symbols around you began to glow, the magic swirling in the air like a tangible presence. You felt a strange sensation, a mix of warmth and cold as the spell took hold.
As Stephen chanted, your mind drifted to the memories you were about to lose. The first time you met flashed vividly in your mind—the way Stephen had looked at you with those piercing blue eyes that seemed to see right through you. You remembered feeling an instant connection, a spark that ignited something deep within you. You had been fascinated by his intellect, his confidence, and the way he carried himself with such purpose.
The mornings you woke up wrapped in each other’s arms, sunlight streaming through the curtains, casting a warm glow on your intertwined bodies. The way he would brush a strand of hair from your face and kiss your forehead, making you feel like the most cherished person in the world. You remembered the laughter, the way his eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled, the sound of his voice when he whispered sweet nothings into your ear.
As the incantation reached its peak, a bright light enveloped you, and you felt a sudden rush of memories and emotions being pulled away. The love, the pain, the shared moments—all of it faded into a distant, forgotten dream. Your vision blurred, the light intensifying until it was all-consuming.
Then, everything went dark. You felt your knees give way, the world tilting as you lost consciousness. The last thing you heard was Stephen’s voice, calling your name out of concern as you slipped into oblivion.
When you finally stirred, you found yourself lying on the familiar softness of your own bed, the morning light filtering through the curtains. The familiar hum of the city outside your window grounded you, your arms reaching on the other side of the bed and it was empty. You shook it off, chuckling to yourself.
You sat up slowly, looking around your apartment. Everything was in its place—the books on the shelf, the photos on the wall—now mostly of you by yourself, the cozy blanket draped over the armchair. Nothing out of the ordinary and yet you feel disorientated.
You made yourself a cup of tea, the warm liquid offering a small comfort. As you sipped it, you stared out of the window at the bustling city below. The people, the cars, the rhythm of daily life—it all seemed so normal, so unremarkable. Yet, there was an inexplicable void within you, a sadness that lingered just beneath the surface but you try not to dwell on it.
Days turned into weeks, and while the feeling of emptiness persisted, you found ways to move on. You immersed yourself in work, reconnected with old friends, and took up new hobbies. Slowly, you began to carve out a new life for yourself, one that was no longer defined by the shadows of forgotten memories.
× × × × ×
Stephen sat alone in the Sanctum Sanctorum's library, the flickering candlelight casting long shadows on the ancient tomes that lined the walls. The room, once a place of solace and knowledge, now felt suffocatingly empty. He absentmindedly traced the spine of a book he had read countless times, but the words blurred together, unable to hold his attention. His mind was elsewhere, lost in thoughts of you.
He stood up and walked to the window, looking out over the city. The lights twinkled in the distance, a stark contrast to the darkness he felt inside. He remembered how you used to stand there with him, your hand in his, both of you silently watching the world below. Those moments had been a rare reprieve from his responsibilities, a time when he could just be Stephen, not the Master of the New York Sanctum.
The silence of the Sanctum was interrupted only by the distant hum of the city's nightlife, but it felt louder than ever. Every corner of the room seemed to echo with memories of you—the laughter you shared, the quiet conversations late into the night, the way you used to tease him about his incessant need to organize his magical artifacts. Now, those echoes were all he had left, but he guesses that he at least deserved to go through this heartbreak alone.
Wong quietly stood with him, the silence heavy between them. After a moment, he cleared his throat, “Keeping yourself busy?”
Stephen nodded, his response short and clipped. “Yep.”
“She did brighten up the place, didn't she?” Wong glanced around the room, taking in the emptiness that seemed more pronounced now.
Stephen's eyes followed Wong's gaze, a hint of a sad smile touching his lips. “Yep.”
Wong shifted slightly, turning his head to look at Stephen with curiosity and concern. "So, what's next for you?"
Stephen sighed, his shoulders slumping slightly as he contemplated the question. The thought of waiting was both a comfort and a torment, a reminder of what he had lost and what he still yearned for.
“I don't know... Wait for her, I guess. Wait until our paths cross again, wait until she loves me again.”

summary: years have been passing by, years where nothing seemed to be fortunate for Doctor Stephen Strange on his quest for greatness that until one day he realizes the key of happiness was always presented in front of him, you.
You were accompanying each other through the corridor, both doctors heading to their interview. The cameras were ready to capture your smiles as you talked about the miraculously successful procedure, with the new technique that the neurosurgeon had co-created in conjunction with you, the recently transferred back doctor on duty, after, saving the life of one of your patients.
CHAPTER ONE.
next chapter
"Ready for the interview, hon?" asked the neurosurgeon, visibly excited.
"It depends," you answered with your iced coffee in hand, "what exactly are we talking about?" you questioned, remembering one of many professional conversations where you had been slowly silenced by Stephen's eccentricities.
"Well, we're talking about the patient," he assured you with a relaxed smile, "how I intervened…"
"We intervened," you corrected, mid-sip without even being bothered. From a man like Strange you could expect anything.
"Of course, that's what I meant," he brushed it off, "we're a great team."
You raised an eyebrow with a half smile hiding behind your coffee so, you wouldn't laugh outright in Stephen's face with your bitter sarcasm.
"Oh, really?".
But, sometimes, you just couldn't help it.
"Yeah. I am the best neurosurgeon in the world, you are the best psychiatrist, we complement each other perfectly, don't you think?" he flirted. Again.
Ever since you had met Stephen Strange, you realized that his world revolved around three things: he, himself and him. Since Stephen Strange had met you, his world began to revolve around four things: He, himself, him and you.
"It's true, we know so much about each other," you completed, a subtle sarcastic tone that passed for friendly, drawing a goofy smile from the doctor. "Truth or Dare?" You decided to play around a bit before the interview.
"I love a challenge," Stephen bragged, winking at you playfully. You looked to the front and rolled her eyes before saying the dare.
"I dare you to tell me what my master's degree is," you said, placing yourself in the corner of the sofa by the door as an old habit in your office.
Stephen stopped short, adjusting his cell phone on the coffee table's surface, he really didn't expect that to be the dare, but he knew he wasn't going to win, pretending not to understand was not an option since he wasn't stupid: he could feel your petty aura, who, in a desperate attempt for him to leave you alone, agreed to listen to his cynicism.
"Of course I know, it's…something that starts with 'gers'?" His tone revealed the lack of attention he gave to his partner, the same one that soon narrowed her eyes in an almost accusatory way.
"Amazing that with your eidetic memory, you can't recall a single title easily in casual chat," you accused, taking a last sip from your coffee canister before setting it down on the small table across them.
The office was full of cables and high lights in the background that gave the place an overly saturated aspect, for Stephen it was like rediscovering that his natural habitat could be even more glamorous, cornered by a camera and reporters waiting to write down his every word, as if the truths off the universe came out of his lips, the sensation of having been born for it raised his ego to Olympus.
For you, however, it was as if you had been paid to swallow hot lava so you took another sip of your icy drink, you knew you wasn't tiny compared to anyone, but to talk about your work the way the neurosurgeon does and with the intention in which he pronounced each word of honor, it caused your belly to roll over. You only hoped that Stephen would not believe himself the Hand of God or say something out of place on camera that could later cause his own declive; Although knowing him, he would find his way out to be free of problems in the end.
"I don't give much importance to titles," he chuckled lightly, feigning a humility that on rare occasions he denoted in certain spaces, something that made her correspond with a lopsided smile.
"It's not what you told your assistant yesterday when he called you 'Steve' and not 'doctor,'" you remarked, knowing that he would ignore your title if it represented a risk to his own.
He looked around to check who was listening to the conversation, slightly uncomfortable with the idea of causing a misconception of his usually prefabricated charming and talented persona, adverse to the generally apathic and arrogant self he usually ought to be on his quotidian agenda.
No one was paying them the attention he believed they deserved, although now it was a fortune to their insignificant argument.
"Well, 'Steve' is for family, my assistant is my employee", he lied, he dismissed the topic lowly, whoever heard him would see it was somewhat normal, a simple correction. But you didn't.
You saw that gleam in his eyes, you didn't know what it was or how to call it, yet there it was somehow making you shiver, too detatched to be simple wording, too straight to mean further relevance. He was displeased, you always noticed, at your inconvenient comments related to whatever he did or say — and he did like it too.
Perhaps that's why he was so fond of you and as much as you were an obnoxious partner to work with at times, you were never unwanted for him. Women kneel voluntarily just to have a touch of, at the very least, the hem of his leather belt, batting bambi eyelashes and leaving purposeful red lipstick stains in the collar of his shirts; When somebody says "yes" so many times, one can easily be draw to the person that dares to say no.
"Got it!", you crossed your legs in the small sofa, humming lowly and by the time Stephen's ears peered this sound, you were already on your machiavelic deed, "Steve's ready for the interview and so am I, where's 'hair and make-up' by the way? He kinda needs it".
And everyone laughed. A harmless laugh that Stephen had to mimic while he glared at you with disapproving eyes. Very few things really made him angry: traffic, calls from operators to change phone lines, incompetent people assisting him in the operating room, or being assigned patients with less serious problems than the ones that led him to the interview he was about to give, but his name was the top of the list.
It fragmented his ego, name badges and business cards elegantly decorated with off-white backgrounds, spent thousands of dollars so that his name always appeared in full never misspelled capital letters, now reduced by you to a bland nickname for any average white American man who eats hot dogs at every sunday baseball game in which his son stays on the bench, he was not the avarage man and he knew it — or at least had an idea of it.
He could never dispise you, how to dispise you? He just wished that for once you could see how great of a man he could actually be if you gave him that chance, but any advance you had dismissed with fervour. And now here he was, laughing with you, pretending he liked your jokes and wasn't pissed just to attract you, to appear as a likeable man and maybe, others saw that too.
They probably believed you made the eccentric and artificial Doctor Strange a more humane being in the end, that your friendship gave him the piece of humble cake he needed, a mere mistake. You had the vision of a therapist and, like a detective, could sense all the cowebs of his tricks, the amateur process of a conquest poorly planned.
The interview went on anyhow, some laughs and comments about procedures that seemed to falsely fascinate the interviewer who batted her eyelashes as if she was mopping the air, Stephen using terms and long words he made sure no one would understand to impress the viewers and you, spreading awareness of regular check-ups. Everything was marching good until the interviewer saw something between you two, something she knew would definitely sell the story further.
"It must have been very easy for you to work together," unsuspected for you where the conversation was going, your smile still looked genuine for the crimson mischievous grin who was in front of you "how long have you been working together?" to you it seemed a normal, common co-workers question.
"I guess... Since always?" You shrugged, trying to evoke in your mind since when did you considered working with him a logical idea, and you looked for Stephen's eyes subconsciously.
"I can't really remember" he scratched the back of his head, smoothing out his hair to not ruin his perfect hairstyle and what it appeared to be a sheepish smile slowly formed on his lips, "we met many years ago, though she looks like no day has passed" he complimented you, and you silently nodded in thankfulness.
He gave you a plain smile, he was used to you not complimenting him back, so it didn't felt awkward, he always expected it, thinking of himself of a poor hopeless romantic every time, like a puppy waiting for his owner to pull the leash, it almost seemed to be as if you were hiding something.
The perfect excuse for a reporter hungry for gossip.
"You look like you're very close indeed", she casually threw, "what is your relationship like outside of work?", by this point, you should have started to guess this wasn't going to be concerning to work anymore.
To be honest, you were excited too, as much as you wanted to be skeptical and keep yourself grounded or tell the doctor beside you not to get too comfy at the idea of being a celebrity, you were going to be on T.V; Everyone would know you were part of the creation of a procedure capable of giving anyone the chance to retrieve their motor skills to a level where they could have a normal life again. It consumed you to a degree you didn't fathom until now.
"I think we have a good connection outside work, he's open to share ideas, he adapts to situations and also has a great talent", by the way he was smiling back at you, you could say he was enjoying the praise rain, not often between the two of you on your end specifically, "one of the best on his field".
"If not, the best" he quickly interrupted, a light laugh erupting from his lips. "If you allow me saying," and Stephen would never miss a chance to publicly show you he was your number one fanatic, "she's fantastic to work with, she brings details and perspectives in a very unique way, as much as I would like to admit it, there are things I can't quite grasp without her" he laughed again, more loosely even, charming and attentive to his co-worker's reactions.
"Would you describe it as intimate, then?" It was intentional, the innuendo on her words was clear, and it was just rising.
"Sorry, what?", you scratched your ear gently, your brows narrowed significantly and you hoped you had mistaken the clear double intention behind her words.
"Yes! Your relationship" she promptly casted the mood to put a name to what you had — wrong names.
» "At first glance, one could say you are very close to each other. You compliment yourselves fine" her gaze was serious, she wasn't teasing to spite, she was doing it to sell a love story.
And it didn't place into your mind of how good could it be to have a column on one of those shallow magazines, where they share tips to style their old skinny jeans better or lose weight with five easy steps, on how two professionally accomplished doctors saved the world with their brains and their love.
"Well, if we look like we are close to each other, it's because we are" Stephen, not so oblivious to the route of the conversation, couldn't let himself waste time "I mean, we spend most of our days together" he shrugged, acting as natural as possible.
"Because of work" you ended quickly.
Due to the way the interviewer arched a brow, you could notice she wasn't happy with the way words were being phrased, and she had to dig in more dominantly.
"Sure, but, you know—" she licked her lips.
"Know what?" you didn't exactly spat back, that wasn't how the usual confrontation went with you.
You were always on the rational side of things, the one that decides if it's worth it to continue an argument or not, between blacks and whites you always tried to be the gray.
"Two young attractive people spending so many hours together, and you seem to hold a lot of chemistry" your smile slowly faded into a thin line, that was the moment Stephen knew something was wrong, "how would you describe your relationship?"
Despite his usual playful self, he decided to step on and set the boundaries you always spoke about, because he would never do something to displease you, specially not if you saw so directly what his intentions could be, he had to be smart and play crosswords with his speech.
He gave you a side eye to check on you, you shared a brief glance and that was all he needed to attempt to better things up for you without loosing style.
"We're more of a partnership than anything," he admitted this time with more sincerity as he noticed your displeased reaction, he would never do you mad in a way that could make himself look bad in front of anyone, " I do, and say with the utmost respect, that I consider her an equal in what our fields concern" he really tried to make it better.
"That means you've never blurred those professional lines before?" it was the quizzical brow, the stupid smirk, everything seemed to be set up to make your brains bolt.
You sighed deeply, your right hand rubbing your forehead with your eyes closed, you scratched one of your brows with your thumb and before you could open your mouth, he was answering again.
"If we put it like that", you gave him a side eye, "we have", and now you were fully looking at him with wide eyes trying to decipher what was he up to.
"Let me clarify this to you ma'am" you held your finger up, "Doctor Stephen Strange and I are not involved in any kind of paraprofessional relationship nor will be", you anxiously replied to his words before he screwed up the interview completely.
Now he gave you a dirty look. Your words were respectful, it was your tone though, the disgusted facial expression you did that made him want to ask everyone in the room to leave and spank you.
"Except we're very good friends" he clarified as well, the journalist looked at you both with curiosity, "we studied together, we work together, she knows all my ex-girlfriends, we are friends. If what you want to know is if we ever had sex the answer is no".
You felt your face heat up, embarrassment filling your lungs as you held your breath. You would have loved to say it in a more subtle way, however with Stephen there wasn't any subtlety. You nodded and licked your now dry lips, his tone had been almost severe, determinant enough to put the interviewer and the cameraman uncomfortable to not do more spicy question again.
Your sixth sense warned you of his eyes on you, burning holes in your skin hoping to see through you the same way you did he. And the next times he searched for your eyes between questions as the interview went on, he would look at you tenderly, enamoured even, to purposefully set the seed of doubt on people if the no-sex part was cut from the final material. He wouldn't leave it at that, you wouldn't be the one that got away.
For as long as he had to wait.
author's note: after some months into hiatus, i've decided to put this blog in good use and post some drafts I had. This is planned to be a short series so, if it's well recieved, I'll keep updating parts.

Demonic Domination | MASTERLIST
masterlist
Sumary: Y/N doesn't classify herself as a vigilante or, as people on the internet say, an antihero. No, she's just an occult detective with a fucking amnesia trying to create a new life beyond her secret mutant status. At first, she really tried to keep a normal civilian life, but it's difficult when you're rescued from a dark place by a man dressed as a mummy ninja calling himself Moon Knight. So, anyway, working as an occult detective makes her travel around the world, and it's cool because it gives her a lot of stories... Until her feet touch New York's ground. It's all downhill from there.
Pairings: Natasha Romanoff x Fem!Reader; Bucky Barnes x Fem!Reader; Matt Murdock x Fem!Reader.
Warnings: +18 romance; angst; fluff; smut; violence; torture; gore; cursing; pseudo harem; not following 100% mcu events; feelings. English isn't my first language, so please be kind. chapters have their own warnings, too, for safety.
MAIN STORY CHAPTERS (coming january)
Prologue [off the record]
1] Lo Hecho Esta Hecho | on a rainy night, y/n is rescued by moon knight, and for a while, london becomes her home. but no one can really escape fate, not when your former lover is death herself.
2] Nuns on Cocaine | maybe traveling around the world solving cases and dealing with cryptids isn't that bad, unfortunately someone decided that was a great idea to play around with the occult and scientific shit, now y/n needs to clean some superheroes' mess.
3] Boss Bitch | y/n isn't one to be intimidated. yes, her memory is shit and she can't really explain her knowledge, but she knows how things go. she can deal with vigilantes, their work similar to hers, there's no glamour or riches. but fuck superheroes and their super shit, y'know? even if they're hot and gorgeous as fuck.
4] Voulez-Vous? | there's an expectation in the air, a tension that's not only about want or need. of course, there's a fricking bomb and a targed on her back. if only she could remember why. at least she has the devil on her side.
5] Seal It With a Kiss | a crush, a casual fling, a passionate night, a you're made for me, a can't lose you now, a maybe im already falling in love. but y/n will deny it till the end. she's not going soft. she'll lie through her teeth, but a promise is a promise, even if you don't say the words out loud.
6] Murder On The Dance Floor | she should have seen it coming. of course, nothing is that simple. she's not jealous of their past, but she can't ignore the feeling of trying to keep up with them. she's stuck in the middle. now isn't fun anymore.
7] People Disappear Here | she knows every one of them has a terrible past (and ghosts), but this chaotic dirty nightmare is hers, so fuck it. she's going swinging it like the devil. maybe it's time to finally be the boring grown-up.
8] No Good Deed Goes Unpunished | her past officially came like a wrecking ball, nowhere to run or hide. with her memories back, she wishes everything was different. and then there's the most important question: how much does a life cost? she doesn't know, she can't fucking die.
