Cine: Été 85 (2020)

El aclamado guionista y realizador francés François Ozon es conocido por filmar historias con un cierto tono satírico que no elude (más bien, todo lo contrario), la complejidad de la sexualidad humana. Para “Été 85″ (o ”Verano del 85″, como se lo conoce en España) elige, a la hora de adaptar el libro “Dance on My Grave” (”Baila sobre mi tumba”), del británico Aidan Chambers, un tono de amarga nostalgia.

Ya desde el comienzo la introducción del protagonista da mala espina: Alexis Robin (Félix Lefebvre), esposado y a punto de enfrentar cargos tras la muerte de su amigo David Gorman (Benjamin Voisin). Se niega a declarar sobre los elementos centrales del caso, pero eso no nos priva de conocer el detalle de las seis semanas que los unieron en peculiar relación en aquél memorable verano en las playas de Normandía. Ambos se conocieron en un accidente marítimo en el que David, de dieciocho años, rescata a Alexis, de dieciséis. Primer episodio de una amistad que deviene en algo más y llevará en el rescatado la fascinante y ardorosa marca del primer amor, un idilio que verá un gran escollo en la aparición de Kate (Philippine Velge).

La narrativa deambula entre el presente de Alexis, en el que intenta coexistir con el recuerdo de su amado (¿o su “amigo perfecto”?), la consecuencias de sus actos (la película da varias pistas engañosas sobre lo sucedido) y los numerosos flashbacks que van completando la historia de la dulce agonía de una historia de amor adolescente.

¿Futuro clásico? Muy posible.

Jegyzetek magamnak, avagy te is itt vagy már?

Ma úgy érzem minden a helyén van. Ha mintázni kéne egy tökéletes napot a mai az lenne. Logikusan nem tudom elhinni, hogy a telefonon lévő app block ennyire nagy váltást hoz az ember életébe, vagy legalábbis az enyémbe. De bármi is az ok, ám legyen! Élvezem ezt a mai napot teljes erőbedobással, sok sok mosollyal és a madarak csiripelésével. Akkor balra el egy kis táncra!

What a book haul from when we went to Whitby on Saturday. There are a couple books missing that were left at Chris house but I believe we had a successful book hunt.
