It's nearing the crack of dawn. The sun shining brightly into the partially ajar window, flooding the room with light. Cody could feel Damien stir beside him, as he proceeds to vacate the bed and prepare for the busy day ahead. He's in the process of tying his tie, when he feels a pair of muscular arms engulf him from behind.

"Come back to bed, Damien." Cody coaxes, sliding his hands down Damien's dress shirt, caressing his broad chest with his fingertips.

"Duty calls." Damien states, glancing himself over in the mirror before turning to Cody. "I mustn't keep the unwashed masses waiting."

"Or you could stay here and intellectually stimulate me with that big, sexy brain of yours." Cody softly replies, a noticeable gleam emerging in his pale blue eyes as he grips Damien's tie, pulling him closer.

"You're my star pupil, Cody." Damien remarks, smiling at him proudly. "You wouldn't benefit from my tutelage." He adds, readjusting his tie.

"I'm sure there's a few things you could teach me." The younger males voice dripping with desire, as he slowly unbuttons the few remaining buttons on Damien's blouse, brushing the fabric aside to reveal his chest before running strong hands over every inch of exposed skin.

"Cody." Damien breathes, his voice barely above a whisper. His eyes flutter shut as a shiver runs down his spine. "I-I mustn't be late." He stammers, making no effort to halt Cody's actions.

"Can't you be tardy this one time, for me?" Cody asks, protruding his bottom lip in a pout as he presses a soft kiss to Damien's collarbone.

Despite his best efforts, Damien eventually gives in to Cody's demands. Between the pout and the way Cody's piercing blue eyes glisten in the sunlight, he's left no choice but to submit. "As you wish." He replies, a slight reluctance in his tone. "You're quite persuasive when you want to be." He adds, a sly smirk tugging at his lips.

"My father taught me to never give up on my dreams." Cody whispers softly, his eyes meeting Damien's in a steady gaze. "You're my dream come true." He leans up, brushing his lips against Damien's tenderly.

On Top of The World: Looking Back At Season 1 Of Total Divas

11 years ago , on July 28, 2013 ‘Total Divas ’ aired on the E! Entertainment Network. This show gave a peek into the lives of a few of the women of WWE in the ring and out of it . The final episode of the show aired on December 10 , 2019. The inaugural cast included Naomi ( Trinity Fatu ) , Cameron ( Ariane Andrew ) , Eva Marie , Natalya ‘ Nattie ’ Neidhart - Wilson , Brie and Nikki Garcia ( The Bella Twins ) , and JoJo Offerman . The show also featured behind the scenes footage of WWE as well. The show gave a spin off called , ‘ Total Bellas ’ , which gave a look at the lives of Nikki and Brie inside the ring and out of it with their families and business ventures.

The Inaugural episode of Total Divas showed them getting ready for the biggest event in WWE Wrestlemania 29. The Bella Twins were supposed to team up with Cody Rhodes and Damian Sandow ( The Rhodes Scholars ) against Cameron and Naomi ( The Funkadactyls ) alongside Brodus Clay and Tensai ( Tons of Funk ) in a mixed tag match. However , it was postponed until the RAW after Wrestlemania.

My Final Thoughts:

This was one of the best shows on TV in my opinion. I would watch every single time that it would be on TV. My favorites were always Nattie and Trinity. If you want to watch Total Divas , you can find it on Hulu and Peacock.
