Alberto claims he and Paige lied about their domestic incidents, to protect their jobs, and that there are 3 arrests, with 7 total police reports related to their domestic troubles.

Del Rio was fired by the WWE back in 2014 with the promotion citing 'unprofessional conduct', after the he reportedly slapped their social media manager Cody Barbierri. He later claimed Barbierri had made a racist joke and slapped him after he refused to apologise.

Years later, Del Rio was indicted on one count of aggravated kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault in October 2020 after he was arrested in May of the same year. The case was ultimately dismissed in 2021 when a witness didn't appear in court as scheduled.

Scurll was accused of taking advantage of an inebriated 16-year-old girl in 2015. He said it was consensual.

A woman came forward to say that in 2016, when she was just 16, Scrull took advantage of her when she was drunk. While you might expect Scurll to deny it, instead he admitted it happened, though he said their encounter was consensual and legal because the age of consent in England (where the incident allegedly occurred) is 16.

Scurll wrote on Twitter:

“I am aware that a young woman has bravely come forward with her account of sexual abuse by some members of the wrestling community in the UK 5 years ago, a community I was a part of.

Although I truly believe that our encounter that evening was consensual, and the fact that the encounter was legal; is almost not the point. I understand now that she now views our encounter as a part of a bigger problem within the wrestling community.

What concerns me at this moment is that from what I have been reading, she is a fan of wrestling and was made to feel unsafe within that community. That is not acceptable. I also understand that some people have been attacking her on social media, and I implore you to please stop. She has a right to her voice and, and it our responsibility to listen.”

Konnan doesn't get it. It's not about canceling someone. It's not even about being responsible or protecting women. Let's be honest, CEOs of wrestling promotions don't make protecting women a priority. It's about money. These two men are bad for business. It would be a bad PR move.

Also they don't deserve second chances.

Scurll admits (not completely) what he did even says the woman has a right to say what happened yet the whole it was consensual at 16 and she was drunk thing is still disturbing.

Del Rio continues to avoid being accountable for anything he's done.

He continues to put the blame on everyone else.

Why would anyone want to hire these two?
