Blorbo Fun Fact #7:
Daisy is a really light sleeper. She’s likely to wake up with a start at even the slightest creak of a floorboard. Though usually she can calm herself down and get back to sleep once they know there’s no one there.
She still can’t figure out why they always fear it’s going to be someone stumbling into their room to yell at them.

I am having so many feelings about Leo (and the rest of the bug family) right now.
He has a history of abandoning people, if Julius is to be believed (which. I don’t trust Julius a ton, but it tracks). It’s so out of character for him to settle down that Julius laughs about it. He’s constantly denying the (correct) allegations that Daisy and Owen are his kids.
But.
He brought both Owen and Daisy home. He built a castle for Bestie and Lord Featherington the third. He let Owen hide behind him while they were talking with Julius, and reassured them that Julius wasn’t going to hurt them.
He cares about them, and I feel like they’re gonna drag him through character development whether he likes it or not

I have so many thoughts about the Terramortis siblings, guys. Namely about their relationship to small dark spaces.
Owen is a roly-poly, now I don't know how much one's specie actually affects a person, but let's say it does to some extent. So Owen likes small and darker spaces, he associates them with safety. We can see this in a) him seeing the dark woods as safe - he doesn't need light, he has his own! Plus the darkness hides him, the darkness is safe and b) in the siblings' room, Owen has made himself a little lair, covered by curtains and blankets, dark and cozy
On the other hand Daisy is a moth. Moths love light, we all know this. What I think is more interesting though is what Daisy hates. Now, I don't think this has even been really eluded too, but I believe Daisy hates small spaces. This theory so far is only supported by her appearing in Purgatory underground and by her wanting a loft in the room she shares with Owen.
I also believe that Daisy would prefer the sunrise while Owen prefers the sunset. As for Daisy a sunrise meant work on the farm, probably her being focused on work meant that she was left alone and could spend time with the animals. On the other hand for Owen the sunset meant that he was hidden, that he was safe until the next morning came about, until he would have to go back out and be tormented by his bullies.
So yeah, I have way too many brainworms about the siblings.

Connor, Beck, Zenni.
If we don't get a moment of either Daisy or Owen accidentally calling Leo Dad in a fit of panic or fear, I will sue /j /silly
I will also accept Leo calling either of them Kiddo to help calm them down
*cough cough* Owen has a panic attack over memories and Leo comforts him
*Coughs louder* Leo finds daisy crying abt something and helps her feel better

Hi going to highlight something I love-
and that's Beck's (PossiblyAwesom) acting
The past two streams (A boundSMP stream and TerramortisSMP stream) plus all the previous ones but those two are fresh in my brain- it's just kind of hit me.
Terramortis especially. Owen's nervous behavior, semi-panicky efforts to ease the conflict and just watching quietly when he cant- almost like he's watching for danger. Like a scared cat trapped in a cage.
Leo is uncomfortable, so Owen is uncomfortable. Daisy is bubbly as always, chatting along with Julius. Owen's always watching for that line, for something to snap, to go wrong, and how he can stop that and fix that before it happens. The issue is here that there's nothing he can do. Leo and Julius aren't anyone he can sway with fixing things.
And Beck portrays this so well- to the point where I can feel that sensation (Don't worry, it doesn't effect me past that!). The perfect tone, stutters, the usage of the in-game glow effect when someone says something that makes him nervous, etc- it's so great. Even the particular of Owen sticking so close to Leo but immediately backing up the second he lights a cigarette.
Additionally- Sylph is a character I'm becoming increasingly attached to. He's overexcitable and a bit abrasive but well meaning. But after Gaverin called them childish- repeatedly during interactions with Rune, Rune says things like "Don't do that-" or sort of mild, unintentional scoldings-
And Sylph's energy drops. And she goes quieter, muttering "i know"s or "I wasn't going to-"s. Because those comments sort of prove something- that he's childish. At least that's how he's taking those comments. Thats what they think they prove.
And I just thing that's really neat honestly- the depth of all these characters arararararara

Just watched the Zenni terramortis vod and I'm going slightly feral over father daughter bonding time.
Daisy and Leo are such a good duo.
(Found family is my favorite trope.(it's cause I'm gay.))

Blorbo Fun Fact #3:
No matter how often Daisy washes, there is always dirt on them. Whether it’s left clinging to the flowers growing out of their skin or there’s just a few specs under her fingernails. No matter what she does she can never quite get all of it off.

Late night Terramortis thoughts. I know that we know very little about the world so far, but we do know a few things.
One thing we know is that when a person dies, they appear along with a new spot, right?
Owen appeared with a dark forest that seemed familiar
Sunflower appeared in a flower forests with massive amounts of daisies.
Daisy appeared burried beneath the very same spot Sunflower did.
Now I am assuming that these things means something. Which makes so many questions bubble up in my brain.
Are these places indicators of how the bug died? Or how they lived?
Did Owen appeared in a dark forest because that is where he met his demise? Or because he spend more time there, cowering in fear?
Did Sunflower die surrounded by flowers? Or did it live surrounded by beautiful people that it felt it couldn't reach?
Was Daisy buried alive? Or did they spend their days burying their head in the sand? Hiding away from the ones surrounding them?
Many questions, eventually maybe answers. Anyway I am going to bed. Hev out.
