I think part of me assumed that Angie's effect didn't work on Charles because he's a ghost, but I wonder if it's more than that. . .

Crystal doesn't remember her parents suck, so she has hope that they're looking for her

Charles knows his parents are living on well without him. Comic Charles says his Dad would be relieved he's dead--he never liked being a father.

Edwin's not affected by Angie either, but we see him looking longingly at Charles the way Crystal looks longingly at the ocean

Edwin & Charles are ghosts, and not necessarily bound to the attachments of the living? But also, there's nothing in the ocean for them, when what they both desire most is on land and close at hand.

If you had told 16 year old me that not only was her favourite band not done, but that they would do a complete comeback including touring, several singles and a whole new album 10 years later, she would’ve wept.

I still can’t believe we’ve just got a whole new album from these boys, and it is so damn good. They put everything they had into this reunion, this music, and it’s THEIRS, theirs and ours as fans, and I just can’t get over it.

I am so damn proud of them, and I’m so glad they’re not done.

when people refer to canon story-relevant kingdom hearts games as ‘spinoffs’ it makes me sad not only for the obvious reasons i always say but also bc like man i WISH this series had spinoffs. imagine what they could do if they had permission from nomura to truly go off the rails and ignore the greater canon for a second and just do some fun whimsical plotless thing in an alternate universe. imagine a fishing/boating game on destiny islands. kh fighting game. it is an injustice that we have been deprived of kingdom karts. can anyone hear me

concept: eddie has heard many a rumor about king steve, but he's actually never really bothered to seek him out. and while he was doing his lunchtime monologues, steve was usually hanging out with tommy and carol in the parking lot. so despite hawkins high being a small school, he's never connected the rumor to the boy.

he HAS however seen steve, he just doesn't know it. and it's basically love at first sight, but eddie is never able to catch up to him and learn his name. so whenever he talks to his friends, he just calls him the guy with the Fat Ass.

and his friends always brush over steve harrington whenever eddie tries to point out the "love of his life." so it becomes a running joke that eddie is in love with some sort of ghost with a Fat Ass.

then one day, steve peeks into the drama room, looking for dustin. and all eddie can do is point and say "you... you fat ... fat ass." and steve is just like "rude."
