Does anyone else ever have a shit time sleeping Once and then their body and brain is just absolutely fucked for the next like week. Like normally I get up at 10am, but recently had a day where I could NOT sleep. So I gave up and just stayed awake. And today my body decided 6:45am was actually the move. Bro.
