All the 3d print design bros making models of Star Wars blasters really need to take into account who uses different blasters and what they're used for when scaling them, cause I - a 5'8" woman with big hands - should not be struggling to hold blasters that we see in the movies easily being wielded by women who are barely 5'2". I understand that mens hands are naturally bigger, and thus these men aren't even considering that the scale might be off, but when we see not just Han but also Leia who is tiny using a DL-44 easily, and I can't even wrap my hand around the grip to reach the triggers on ANY of these blasters, even the ones like Jyn's A180 or 'tiny' holdout blasters like EC-17, it clearly isn't accurate. I'm having to re-scale and re-print every blaster for my Mara cosplay this year, and I'm getting SO tired of this.

Named/made from Growing Together's Suburban Dream siding. A simple, fun recolor for trailers or other homes, I think the darker blue would look nice on a house boat, personally.

Some swatches are pretty normal, others are just plain confusing because not all Sims have great taste.

◊ 10.31.23: anti and throwbacks colors have been redone. i reworked my color actions to have less gray/ ugly contrasting, so the lips are now more how i intended them to look. i also initially ran the throwbacks colors over the wrong base without realizing it, so now the colors are as they are intended to look (they actually match the swatch on the preview lol). all files are the same and will replace the originals. NOTE FOR NEW THROWBACKS COLORS ONLY: if you are using them and like them, DON'T replace them because the corrected ones look quite different (you will likely have to edit your sims makeup if you replace those ones, lol)

So Hero Forge's community page has likes, but only records the first digit of the number of likes. So if you have ten or more likes, it says 10+, if you have thirty or more, it says 30+, and if you have a hundred or more it says 100+, but won't tell you if it's 110+. Of the hundred and forty-odd minis I've posted only four have topped 100 likes.

First honorable mention is my Star Wars blaster kitbashes that got 80+ votes. Since Hero Forge doesn't have officially licensed Star Wars paraphernalia, users have to come up with their own lightsaber and stormtrooper helmet designs, so I guess a lot of people appreciated that my designs for a DL-44 heavy pistol, E-11 blaster rifle, DH-17 blaster pistol, A280 blaster rifle, and Wookiee bowcaster.

My first mini to really take off and 70+ likes was the first of three Tusken Raider minis I designed, back when I first got my Hero Forge account. I keep meaning to go back in and upgrade them now with the new kitbashing options, but I haven't taken time to deal with it yet.

Hello, I have also enjoyed playing Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor. If you don't mind, I have a question. Which sets of lightsaber and blaster are your favorite from Jedi survivor? Mine is Persistent saber and DL-44 heavy blaster from deluxe edition.

Those are great choices! I'm almost always using the Persistence switch, it's one of my favorite components. Jaro Tapal, Patience, and Hunter are also favorites - usually with some mix of gold and wood materials.

But I rarely customize the blaster or BD-1 🫠 BD because his canon design is perfect and he feels like a different droid when customized :( And the blaster components aren't quite as interesting to me? Maybe it's worth exploring the options again or doing a photoseries around the different styles.
