I had the pleasure of attending the IBS show at the Jacob Javits center.

Spanning a run of more than 100 years, this is one of the longest running beauty show in existence.  Over 66,500 beauty professionals attend IBS New York.

I look forward to attending this show every year.  They have numerous classes, brands and platform artists that can top a Las Vegas stage show.  The entire experience is exhilarating.

They have a great Press/Media room where you can conduct interviews and a backdrop to take selfies.

The main stage was electrifying, with creative artists performing “miracles” on hair, these people have MAGIC fingers.  I witnessed the body paint designer who collaborated with a hair designer and a new creative look was born,  AMAZING!

  The IBS does not just have vendor booths, they have over 100+ FREE educational workshops in almost anything you may want to learn.  IBS New York boasts a diverse and exciting conference program taught by the best educators in the industry. On Monday, January 6, shippers come aboard to the sounds of the Navigator of the Seas Orchestra, Rory Phillips, Egyptian Lover and Danny Daze. The boat sets sail on the first night sound-tracked by sets from TroyBoi, DESTRUCTO, Boys Noize, Chris Lorenzo and Malaa on the main deck, Green Lantern, GRiZ and Boogie T.rio in the Theater with laser tag followed by The Mindf*ck party with Ducky and Mija with Golf Clap presenting their Country Club Disco in the Star Lounge with Cut Snake, Madam X and more.

The Navigator of the Seas is at full throttle for a day at sea on Tuesday, January 7.
