Soo my idea is the reader is sensitive and cries when someone yells at them (it's kind of angst sorry) and the reader and akai/furuya have an argument (any kind of argument your comfortable with) and akai/furuya yells at them and they cry, so it's more like comfort/angst.

It's okay if you don't feel comfortable with this request it's completely fine if you don't want to do it it's your choice!! <33

Honestly, it's pretty rare for Akai to yell in general

Especially at you

He's seen you flinch at loud noises or yelling in public, he'd never ever yell at you, he knows

He's a calm person in general, whenever someone would yell at him, he'd calmly let them get it out

If he's rly pissed his jaw will tense and he would play with the rings on his fingers (or whatever he's holding that moment)

The only person that can get him to yell, is his mother

He tried his best to stay calm, fingers twitching, sarcastic laughs, but at some point even he broke and yelled back

Tenses the moment he sees you flinch out of the corner of his eyes

He walks over to you and gets you home immediately, without saying a word to his mother

Hugs you and hums to calm you down

With him this may happen

He does usually have a good grip on his emotions as well

But he overworks himself. He gets stressed and if an argument starts between you too because of it or at least at just the wrong moment...

It will probably take him a second to realise that he's scaring you

He stops yelling, but he's still so, so frustrated

Runs his fingers through his hair before roughly tugging you towards him to hold you against his chest

It'll take him a few minutes to be able to actually calm you down, but he'll make it up to you with a nice dinner date a few days later when he finally has more time again

Note: I don't mind this time, but my requests are actually closed. However, I do think this is going to help me get out of my writing slump, so this is an exception

I do think he smells like gun powder, but only after missions will there be a hint of it on his sleeves when he cradles your cheeks to kiss the top of your head.

I think, overall, he has a very neutral smell. Maybe a little earthy or a rich woody smell? But that's it. His cologne, however, is slightly more on the spicy side.

Considering how the Det. Conan wiki says he is a heavy smoker (😭), logically, he does smell like smoke. However, if his partner (like me) doesn't like that smell, he'll probably cut down and/or make sure both the house and he himself barely if at all smell like it.
