I'll go further in depth for that fanfic in another post but for "The Walker & The Hunter" it's the same trope of Someone surviving a zombie bite and essentially being a "Half Walker" but in this case the unfortunate person is a rich girl who's trying to make it all the way to Virginia to reunite with her family along the way she gains some friends some enemies, some bite marks and some heart eyes on a particular man with a crossbow.
