Ripeti per 6 volte ininterrottamente, ossia al termine della volata di 20″ rimetteti al medio senza recuperare. Quindi: 5’+20” volata; 5’+20” volata; 5’+20" volata; 5’+20" volata; 5’+20" volata. Al termine delle volate cerca di ritornare gradatamente alle pulsazioni indicate cioè 150/155. Dopo 10′ di recupero fai 5 volate da 20″ intervallate da 1’40” di recupero in agilità.
