Timing -

pay attention to time the SS has taken

Sometimes Greyson likes first while zayne is typing comments so zayne's comment appears after his likes. But zayne's like is the last act .

No matter when you see the post and comment . Dr. Noah seems to only reply after all these interactions are done.

P.N. I think he commented first and after Greyson's like he remembered 'Oh shoot he has to like as well" and he did it😆😆that is something that occured everytime & the fact that is a slight delay before he likes. that's a specific decision being made by Devs and it is part of the story experience.
