My little planet, Galust Mkhitaryan
I created a "world list". Even many famous and good people did not get into this work, but they are much more on the list, I'll draw the next time. In the picture all the colors, all the styles in the painting. 252 people, 252 masterpieces, portraits. in this picture are depicted 252 influential people of our planet. People who created our world. The painting is a real museum exhibit, where he painted 252 masterpieces. The very first king from the Mesopotamia, known science Alilum a2 - Lu-Lim XXX BC famous Gilgamesh XXVII-XXVI and the first pharaoh of the first dynasty of Egypt Menes. in my list found the places Iisus Hristos, Muhammad, In the list I painted portraits of great scientists and artists. Great artists and athletes. My heroes, from all over the world and states. There are heroes from China, America, from Central America, from Europe, from Russia. from Armenia and from the East. Successful businessmen of all time, the famous Morgan, Rockefeller and today's Mark Zucemberg. In the picture I drew and negative people in the negative form is Hitler, this is Stalin is Lenin and others. Features of the picture. Thanks to my work, many ancient heroes found their faces. Based on ancient sketches, sculptures and bas-reliefs, I created their faces. Now, Kleopatra,. Tutankhamen, Gilgamesh, Hammurabi have their scientific faces. I was inspired to this work by a portrait of SirWinston Churchill and Charlie Chaplin. After I thought of drawing all the influential people. In the picture, I decided to use different styles, and genres for a change. I also want to show the world to the whole world that the 1915 scum of the Turks cut out such a talented people as the Armenians, and I drew representatives of the Armenian people such as Aram Khacaturyan Charles Aznavour Michel Legrand and many Armenian origins. This is my list of the World, I believe that it is necessary to create such a picture list and make people happy, so that everyone can see on one canvas at once. In the future I will draw even more people, many modern people who did not get into the picture let me be forgiven, because this was the first work. and was very difficult. I think that the picture will be very interesting and attractive. People will walk with phones, turn on the Internet and look for those who are pictured in the picture. At the opening of the exhibition, there will be a queue for viewing portraits. This picture I spent 7 months enjoying the viewers, I dream that people learn from newspapers and from the Internet go and look at this work, in any city where I go to show, there will be numerous views. I specifically tried to draw different styles and techniques. I documented the video snapshots sent by representatives of Guinness World Records. I hope that a positive response will come and I will set a record., The real value of the picture is 1 million Euro. I in other sites exhibited a picture for a million dollars. In Saatchi there is a limit of 100 thousand dollars, so I put out 100 thousand. If in the Saatchi Site the first person who buys something I will sell for 100 thousand dollars. .List of people 1.Gautama Budda Born c. 563 BCE or c. 480 BCE Died c. 483 BCE or c. 400 BCE 2.Maria Mother of Jesus Third quarter of de icentury BC. On this date in 1981, ARTHUR'S THEME (BEST THAT YOU CAN DO) entered the Billboard Hot 100 at #71 (Aug 15, 1981)
This song the theme to ARTHUR, the 1981 American romantic comedy film starring Dudley Moore, Liza Minnelli and John Gielgud. Dudley Moore plays Arthur Bach, a drunken New York City millionaire who is on the brink of an arranged marriage to a wealthy heiress but ends up falling for a common working-class girl from Queens.
The song originated with a lyric Liza Minnelli's ex-husband, Australian songwriter Peter Allen wrote for a song he was working on with Burt Bacharach's frequent writing partner and then-wife Carole Bayer Sager: "When you get caught between the moon and New York City."
Allen and Bayer Sager were recording artists, and also very prolific songwriters - together they composed the 1979 Melissa Manchester hit "Don't Cry Out Loud" and the 1980 Rita Coolidge song "I'd Rather Leave While I'm In Love."
In 1981 Bayer Sager started working with another top songwriter, Burt Bacharach, who produced and composed songs for her solo album Sometimes Late at Night. When Bacharach got the gig scoring music for the movie Arthur, starring Dudley Moore, he worked on the music for the theme song with Christopher Cross, and asked Bayer Sager (now his romantic partner) to compose the lyrics. She recalled the line Allen came up with years earlier, and secured his permission to use it. For Allen, this was a very lucrative line, as it earned him a songwriting credit along with Bacharach, Bayer Sager and Cross.
Bacharach and Bayer Sager got married in 1982, five days after this song won an Oscar. They teamed up to write two more #1 hits: "That's What Friends Are For" by Dionne Warwick & Friends, and "On My Own" by Patti LaBelle & Michael McDonald. In 1985, they adopted a son named Cristopher. The couple divorced in 1991.
How do you get "caught between the moon and New York City"? According to Peter Allen, he came up with the line when his plane got stuck in a holding pattern waiting to land at JFK airport in New York.
This won the 1982 Oscar for Best Song From A Film. It was a very successful theme song, capturing the charming side of Dudley Moore's character as he faces a drastic change to his lifestyle.
In the film, Moore must consider giving up his fortune for his new love, played by Liza Minnelli. The original script had him losing his money to be with the girl, but audiences in test screenings wanted an even happier ending, so the script was rewritten with Arthur keeping his fortune and the girl. Of course, this blew away the premise that Arthur must choose between money and love, but that's where this song came in handy. Speaking about the film in the New York Times, Larry Brezner, who was one of the producers, said the idea was to "give Arthur the money, bring up the music loud and get the audience the hell out of the theater happy, before they have time to think about it."
Christopher Cross, whose real name is Christopher Geppert, won five Grammy awards in 1981: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s) for "Sailing," Album Of The Year for Christopher Cross, and Best New Artist.
Christopher Cross was a major star in 1981, earning considerable cachet for his five Grammy wins at that year's ceremony. Getting him to record the theme to Arthur was a big coup for the movie's producers. At first, he was slated to compose the score for the film and also to write the theme song, but that idea was nixed.
This is one of the few songs Christopher Cross wrote with other writers - he prefers to write solo and that's how he composed his hit songs. Working on this song was a wonderful experience, however, as he composed it with Bacharach and Bayer Sager at their place in Beverly Hills.
"It's was one of those nights - about five in the morning we finished the song," explained Cross. "And of course, Burt's genius. And certainly stylistically 'Arthur' is much more in a Burt Bacharach vein than a Christopher Cross vein. I think Burt, out of all four of us that wrote it, was certainly the most responsible for the track. Peter and Carole came up with the words, Burt and I put the music together."
How's this for serendipity: Liza Minnelli, who starred in Arthur, was married to this song's co-writer Peter Allen from 1967-1974.
Dudley Moore, who starred in Arthur, was also an accomplished pianist. He and Cross became good friends and performed the song together a few times with Moore on piano and Cross singing.

. Um notável espectáculo .Bom começo.

Fire Mountain
Mountain Climbing Mecha Combat
Brought to you by ANN, A Newschannel for Mecha Combat
Highlighting the December 3318 Fire Mountain
Tumblr media
Released for light duty I snuck off to do some mountain climbing, you know, just some light exercise. But as i headed for K4 I suddenly realized it was K3 this time around. The field was as usual lately 40+ strong, and I was among the lowest. Lots of big guns from the top clans had joined, seemed like most of MMI was there, some from Zeon and Tiamat as well as the inevitable Collectors. Also present were Bunnies, Highlanders (both sets), Heroes in addition to Myth and Legends, Renegades and others. An extremely tough challenge. I slowly got up towards the foothills, but the going was though and opposition was fierce. Pouring down way more hatorade than the doctor had allowed, losing 6 battles for every won, I inched up, and was occasionally pushed down. I ended up as #13, portent of bad luck to come? Those who stood proudly at the top in pools of lava where:
Div 1 (25 players): Fabio Favaro, Fusion (32m,19s) Div 2 (16 players): Terry Cole, Zeon (3m,22s) Div 3 (45 players): Bob Schlomer, HF:Renegades (18s) Div 4 (44 players): Andy Bach, Defenders of Bunny (7m,47s) Div 5 (37 players): James Waddington, Dragon 1:Tiamat (4m,36s) Div 6 (40 players): John Walker, T.B. 1st Kearny Highlanders (7h,49m) Div 7 (40 players): Yusuke Paul Okabayashi, barcode (3h,24m) Div 8 (37 players): Jim Meadows, Mad Pork (48m19s) Div 9 (39 players): Baron Fish, Nu Dragons (23h,54m) Div 10 (30 players): Roy Cristopher, M.P.A. Squad B`s (8h,54 m) Div 11 (20 players): mbilunk, Shadow Camp (7h,3m) Div 12 (3 players): RacerX_, Politically incorect (2h,52m)
Number of Participants: 376, Number of Medals: 199 (of 216 possible)
One fight decided in the last minute, 2 more within the last 5minutes, Half the gold were held for 2 hours or more. Exept for two golds to the Dragons no families got more than one medal.
Resting from my labours I was surprised to notice the winner heading toward me. But when an intervee get into my sight I start salivating with joy, and Bob Schlomer (#355341) was gracious enough to postpone the celebration for a few minutes to share his thoughts.
Sten Hugo Hiller According to my files you entered the Kotms first time back in 3270. Your first gold were Ax attacks in`78 and this was your 23 gold, correct?
Bob Schlomer 24 Golds, but the rest is correct sir
Sten Hugo Hiller I stand corrected. I notice you have few golds from unlimited, does that indicate a preference for the limited format?
Bob Schlomer Indeed, as I tend toward the rainbow specialists and carry a wide array of small fry's
Sten Hugo Hiller Yes, of course your definition of small fry seem to extend into at least 50 ton, few players care to maintain lots of them. Chronos seem to be a hate/love subject for many players. Are you among those that want moar, or would prefer fewer?
Bob Schlomer I would say change of pace only. So a few sprinkled in, and not back to back
Sten Hugo Hiller Two or three in a row can get annoying. When it comes to weightimits, do you prefer mechtype or tonnage?
Bob Schlomer I have no preference, probably tonnage if I had to choose, as you can use any mechs you want, but both have their place
Sten Hugo Hiller You declared yourself as a rainbowspecialist earlier. Any particular reason you do so well in that format?
Bob Schlomer I run close to a triple in my main formation as it is, so it's only natural for me
Sten Hugo Hiller If you could choose a KOTM format ,perhaps make a new one, what would it be?
Bob Schlomer Ah, it would be combo - so something we haven't seen before - 2 specialists in one - something like 30 ton special and laser specialist or Rainbow but max 90ton mechs
Sten Hugo Hiller Sound interesting, we have had a couple before I think. Now, as you are one of the more seasoned and successful warriors, there are many struggling out there who would love to find out what kind of mechs, weapons and equipment you recomend.
Bob Schlomer depends on the mech and tonnage of course. basic guideline I say is usually go with a mechs strength - for example - if a mech has a large weapon %, add equipment that boosts that. Only go against the grain if the equipment available doesn't support the mechs natural ability or has some glarring deficiency that needs to be addressed
Sten Hugo Hiller A topic that have been discussed is the number of medals. Back when you started fighying there were 25 price medals in addition to participation badges. How do you like the change to the current 18 medals, no particiption badges?
Bob Schlomer I'd say it all depends on how many divisions are running. You don't want to many players in one division or too few. so 18 makes sense if the # of players is around 30 I think. If it gets over 40, might be time for more divisions. As for participation, that was causing the the profile page to be VERY long...so it be ok if they were on a seperate tab dividing by year or something like that, just so they don't clustter a main page.
Sten Hugo Hiller Well, your teammates seem ready to carry you off to the victory celebration. Any final words?
Bob Schlomer As far as KOTM goes, that and CW are probably the main "fun" things in the game. I would like to see some sort of daily event too sometime, give more of a reason for people to login and compete
Sten Hugo Hiller From your mouth to the ears of the developers. thanks for your time.
And off he went to the sound of "For hes a jolly good pilot..."
New mountainrange anounced. This time Double Rainbow. (that is, if you bring more than 2 mechs of a kind, random mechs of that kind in the formation will not participate)
Tournament ends thursday Jan 5,between 0000 and 0100 New York Time

Este será um ano de reforço de relação com criadores essenciais como Bob Wilson (I Was Sitting on My Patio This Guy Appeared I Thought I Was Hallucinating, ou Thomas Ostermeier (ödipus).
