Goretober 2024 Day 20: Split

Sadie and Sawyer were conjoined twins at birth. They thankfully had their own limbs; but organ wise, skin wise, FACE wise-they were sort of FUSED together. They were split apart as early on as the doctors could feasibly do it once they showed signs of thriving as a baby; and the rest was just reconstructive surgery after reconstructive surgery after organ failures to organ repairs. A lot of their early reconstructive surgeries were done by specialist doctors who were very interested in their case-but the need for finances came when they needed organs.

Technically, on campus? They are worth more than anyone else on campus.
