Day 27/30: “Plankton Gets Served”

Was watching a YouTube video ranking this particular creepypasta story of this SpongeBob lost episode that goes by the same name. And I couldn’t really stop think about it… so I doodled it 😬

Days 7-14

I wanted to do more but have no idea where to start. Someone reblog some stuff about lighting and shadows/shading to me

Old Man (30) Toby HC's

For context, Toby spent three years in an asylum after he and Natalie "broke up"

She didn't kill him, not actually

But her actions made him as good as dead in the world of the proxies

Natalie actually just dumped Toby at a state-run mental institution

Where he was put on meds

Which took away Slenderman's influence

After his escape, Toby seemed much more adjusted mentally

Perhaps all that time in self reflection and therapy really did help

Except Toby couldn't imagine a life without the proxies

And the woods are his home

Despite his... Rustic living conditions

Toby dresses much more neatly at 30

The gray chino pants, green sweater vest and white dress shirt never seem to get too dirty

*Raccoon tail harvested from a freshly dead raccoon found in the woods

Toby is very careful with them and meticulous with their upkeep

Slenderman doesn't show it but he's so proud Toby has matured in the style department

He never could understand these children and their obsession with hoodies

The white shirt is seersucker, so it helps keeps Toby cool

And the sweater vest is likewise very lightweight

The Chinos are very durable and Toby has waterproofed them so watermarks don't show up

He even has a second outfit he wears in the field:

Dark blue jeans, tight black shirt, shitkicker boots, his goggles, rig to hold his hatchet and axe, and his pica mask from the hospital

In cold weather months, a black parka is thrown on

Black gloves with padding (work gloves) are a part of Toby's ensemble no matter what he's wearing

His fingers are in rough shape

Scarring from years of nervous chewing mark every fingertip, knuckle, and webbing

Not to mention the damage done by three years in a straight jacket

The nurses were supposed to let him out of it for a few minutes every hour to keep circulation right

However, Toby proved too unpredictable for that

Unsure of how to handle this problem long term,

Slenderman did the equivalent of putting socks on a baby's hands like one would to keep their child from hurting themselves

Toby puts his gloves on every morning, first thing after bathing

Now that we've got his clothing sorted out

Let's talk about Toby as a person now that he's older

He's much more jaded now

A lot of people have used and taken advantage of him

So now he's very cagey with who he gets close to

But there's definitely a confidence about Toby that there wasn't before

He carries himself taller

Even his walk seems to have purpose

Toby's personality definitely fills a room

But it's nervous and awkward energy mixed with companionable silence

Years of being a proxy and then being locked away seems to have impacted Toby's social skills to a certain degree

His jokes are dark or so off the wall that no one really understands them or laughs

Sometimes they can be quite hurtful, and Toby will be lost in contemplation about why people seem to be eternally upset with him

Likes to take the ugliest candid pictures of people and gets sad when the person demands he delete them

Seems to show more care and affection for animals

Toby will viciously kill a man, laughing and mocking his victims cries

And then usher a row of ducks across the street on the way home from it

I've always wanted to do one of these October art challenges, so I decided to make one myself!

Most of these prompts are inspired by other cringetober prompts I've seen on Pinterest, but my friends helped me with some of them too :3

doing prompts of any day that has already past and combining as i please... tried doing it day by day but i just can't. if you can't do a daily -tober challenge, don't feel bad; i don't even have a real job and i can't keep up with this shit. plus, i feel like doing whatever the hell i want is more in the vein of being cringe, anyway.

i'm really glad there is a resurgence in 00's internet culture (though typing it out, i realize a lot of these prompts are more 2010's, though the aesthetic of the post is more 00s). it makes sense for a lot of reasons. but i think it's also worth recognizing, as someone who grew up in it, this was not some golden past, either. there is no golden past. the internet in the 00's was just as, if not more, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, generally dangerous, and overall shit as it is today. so i encourage people to create a better web and a better world!

Week three of my 30 Day art challenge with my OC Red! For the prompts and me talking about the week, look under the cut!

This weeks prompts, in order, were: - Mixed With A Mythical Creature - Pokémon Gym Leader - Black And White - As a Profession - Mechanical - As A Food Item - As An Eldritch Being So glad to have caught up and do these daily again! Some of these prompts were fun to think about/execute! My favorites of the week are definitely Days 17 and 20 ! Now about each day! Day 14: Mixed With A Mythical Creature - This one was pretty simple and easy to come up with! I just mixed my guy with a Unicorn and called it a day :} I love the small changes I added and the horn! Day 15: Pokémon Gym Leader - I used a human design I made for an AU with this one!! Local guy is your 5th gym leader and is a grass specialist! He's from Paldea and has an Appltun friend :} Day 16: Black And White - Not much to say, just a black and white doodle of the cat man ! Day 17: As A Profession - THIS was fun! In the Glow Server we have two villager trading halls, each specializing in Industrial items and farming items respectively! I have the Farming district which is going to be a large marketplace with stalls and shops you can pop into! Red runs the marketplace and sells farm goods to everyone! He's wearing a cute little sunhat :} Day 18: Mechanical - Not the happiest with this one if only for how simple it is! I based it off the design philosophy we gave the Shulker origins in the sever! He's just yellow and has little ears. Day 19: As A Food Item - This was definitely the... weirdest of the week! Good thing I was already associating Red with sandwiches :D Day 20: As An Eldritch Being - NOW THIS IS WHAT IM ALL ABOUT! POV You're the protagonist in a 2012 era Creepypasta and made the decision to go into the woods with nothing but a flashlight and you find. A creature. THIS WAS SO FUN THOUGH. I need to work on my creepy art game but I am a fan of how this turned out! Just a dirt smelly guy. And that was the week! Can't wait to get into the home stretch!

I've been doing the thirty day art challenge with my character Red :} Along with the prompts I added that I wanted to do all of these with the limitations of doing them in MS Paint, to practice poses, expressions, and such and practice figure work/drawing a pose just by looking at it ! So have the first weeks worth of art! :D

The prompts in order were: - Random Pallet - Expressions - As A Magical Girl - Old Design - Aesthetic Swap - Different Species I had so much fun with this during the week after work, really getting my creative juices flowing! My favorite days HAVE to be, in order, Day 3, Day 5, and Day 1! Day 3 is my absolute favorite by far I am very happy with how it turned out but Day 5's pose and composition is very nice as well. Now I wanna drop some notes about each day :} Day 1: Pallet- SUPER FUN The pallet was from a generator website I just so happened to get one that looked SO GOOD TOGETHER. It reminded me of Red getting all shy and romantic thinking about his boyfriend Vitriol while out working in the field Day 2: Expressions- NOT MUCH THIS DAY ACTUALLY. Mostly just wanted to see how varied I could get his expressions while himself not being a super expressive character! Again another visit from Vitriol :} Worry and Relief: A story in two parts Day 3: As A Magical Girl- THIS DAY WAS SO SO FUN I've also been doing this with my fursona and I saw the magical girl prompt and my head went two places: Sailor Moon and Toyko Mew Mew. I went with drawing Red in Tuxedo Masks costume and decided to save the Tokyo Mew Mew idea for my sona :} Again I am super SUPER happy with the posing and perspective on this one, my favorite of the bunch. May make it my icon some places honestly. Day 4: With An Old Design- This one isn't my favorite. I really didn't know what to do with this one because Red's design hasn't changed very much, since I've only been drawing him for MAYBE a year or two! So just a headshot of how I use to draw him :} Day 5: Aesthetic Swap- ANOTHER SUPER FUN PROMPT!! Red is a country boy so naturally an aesthetic swap would be... Greaser/Bad Boy! He's got the leather jacket, the sunglasses, and he bakes bread :} Yes I absolutely ran with this idea because of The Bad Bread Boys. This is probably my favorite pose wise, I am SO happy with this pose especially cause it's without a reference Day 6: Different Species- This was a no brainer! Red is a feline minecraft origin oc and I'd already drawn him with a different origin as a one-off during a Gartic Phone game! So this is Red but if he was an ender origin ! :D And that's it! This was super fun, can't wait to do more!!

2016 vs 2020!

This is the first drawing of the year and that makes it the first redraw of the year too!

The redraw started with someone liking the old post on my instagram from 2016, probs cause of the tags I used. And then I asked a friend if I should redraw it and of course, it was a yes. Thus, I decided to go for it and damn! Moon’s snout got a better shape, Slender got fancy dad shoes and better legs, Moon’s hands are better, not to mention the background.

I wanted to keep the orignal colors for the background and mixed in some dark green and light blues with them. For Slender I just went with lighter shades of black instead of his whole suit + shoes being solid black. Moon doesn’t have the pinkish color to indicate the inside of her ears. I just stopped with doing that at some point. Her hair got floofier too but that mainly happened with improving with my artstyle.

I could go on but I’ll leave ya to search for the differences yourself!

Hey, I'm EmiPlayzMC!

This is my art side-blog, where I'll be posting the majority of my art that I don't want to clog up my main blog with!

-The art that I post on here will, as the majority, be SFW. Cutesy little animals or fanart! If something ends up being slightly NSFW, it will be tagged as such with a trigger warning for what it is - anything NSFW that I draw will likely be gore, wounds, or body horror as I quite enjoy the spook'ems and creepy-crawlies.

-I will never draw or reblog anything sexual / sexually explicit or fetish-y in terms of NSFW - it makes me extremely uncomfortable.

-My main mediums, at the moment, are Adobe Photoshop with a Huion G10T drawing tablet, but I also love doing traditional art using pens, pencils, paper, and markers - I hope to soon be able to use paint, as well!

-I am currently doing an art challenge where I work on a froggy-themed drawing every day for 365 days. As of writing this pinned post (12/30/2022), I am on Day 234, and I started on May 11th, 2022!
