¿Qué piensas que ven primero en tus perfiles de Facebook o de Instagram? Amigos, contactos, referidos y potenciales clientes o empleadores ven tu Biografía 📝. Así que esas primeras palabras deben generar una impresión clave ☑ para que te puedas dar a conocer y vender tus servicios, productos e ideas. El Copy que vean debe estar muy bien redactado para que puedas convertir a ese usuario en parte de tu comunidad. Recuerda: tan solo se necesitan 2 segundos para decidir si un perfil les interesa o no ⌚.
En esta ocasión te voy a ayudar a conformar un perfil de redes sociales que sea llamativo, cautivador y persuasivo, uno que capte la atención en un par de segundos. Ten por seguro que esta importante información te ayudará a atraer más contactos y seguidores.
Primero, lo primero: Lo que necesita ver tu audiencia en tus redes sociales.
Todos nos vemos bombardeados de un sinnúmero de estímulos al visitar redes sociales 🤑. Por esta razón debes esforzarte por marcar la diferencia, declarar por qué deben seguirte entre ese océano de perfiles. Tu audiencia necesita saber que tu comunicación es humana y que quieres ayudar de manera genuina y honesta (más allá de vender). Es como con los amigos: ¿Te sientes cómodo con un “amigo” que siempre te está pidiendo favores 🥺, o con aquel que aporta lo suyo desinteresadamente a los demás y, cuando lo necesita, te pide algo 😬?
El Naming (nombre de la marca):
Te identifica y diferencia. Es la palabra que usarán para buscarte en redes sociales. Debe ser fácil de pronunciar y recordar, que en otros idiomas no signifique algo desagradable. Procura que no sea muy largo y te ayudará mucho el que sea “pegajoso”.
El Tagline (mensaje de la marca):
Es un mensaje de pocas palabras que refleja la misión de tu marca y tu personalidad. Mientras más genial, creativo y sencillo, mejor. Te puede ayudar a lograr esa frase el tener presente este breve bosquejo:
Ayudo a (un sector específico); a conseguir (un propósito o reto); gracias a (el servicio o producto que ofrezco).
Luego evoluciona la frase a un texto más creativo y específico 💯.
Tu foto de perfil:
Usa una foto tuya si tienes una marca personal o el logotipo en caso de que sea una marca comercial. Procura que ambas sean bien efectuadas y editadas. Aparte del Naming, te recordarán por esta imagen (que vale más que mil palabras…)
Adapta tu perfil a cada red social:
Hay que identificar el público y contenido que se maneja en cada red social para adaptar tu tono de voz según el grado de formalidad que se requiera. Para echarte una mano, te resumo de qué tratan algunas de las redes más utilizadas:
Facebook e Instagram: Son redes para emprendedores y empresas emergentes. Su contenido es principalmente informativo y de entretenimiento.
LinkedIn: Posee un contenido de alta calidad dirigido al mundo laboral.
Twitter: Es eminentemente una red informativa y de temas de actualidad.
TikTok: De contenido ligero y ameno basado principalmente en el entretenimiento.
Sería difícil negar que las redes sociales, hoy por hoy, son un elemento clave a la hora de tomar decisiones. Seguro que deseas que la balanza se incline a tu favor 😉👍, por lo que te resultará útil el seguir los sencillos consejos que hoy te he dado para configurar una biografía práctica y persuasiva en tus perfiles de redes sociales. What to post on Instagram? I get this question a lot. Well have you tried starting with what you like to talk about? Found a topic? Good. Once that's done, try relating it to your niche that you want to focus on. Think. Think. Niched it down? (This takes time so it's okay if you take time) Awesome! Now look around. What are others in your niche posting? Do you think it's helpful? Is it relatable? Funny? Informative? Useful? Will you like, share or comment on it? Ok. You now know what's happening around you. Now it's time to focus on what can you do different. It need not be an entirely different topic. It can be the same topic or something related to it that they missed out. Look at news channels, they all give you the same news. Then why do we watch one channel? How do we choose? We choose the one we find comfortable listening to. The one we can relate to. The one we find easier to read. Use the same logic. Here's another example. In school, we all had a favourite subject. But why was that subject your favourite? It could be your liking towards that topic. But most of the time, it's the teacher and the way they taught you the subject that makes you like it. Be that teacher. Social Media is like a school. There are tons of subjects popping up. It's not the subject that gets the attention. It's the way it's presented. Experiment with your content. What you're putting on your feed. Even if it's working, don't stop there. Keep bringing in new content. And if it's not working. That's okay. Try! Keep trying.
