Snapper and Tegu!

I have no idea why most (okay, almost all) of my Female OCs are lesbians or sapphic, considering I’m a Queer trans man myself-

I really like how both designs turned out, and tried a new design for Tegu, as before she was called CowSpots, and had more black spots on her. But now CowSpots and Tegu will be siblings, haha. The hourglass symbol is my almost ‘redesign’ of the OCD symbol, as the other one did not, in my opinion (you can disagree with me!) look like someone with OCD made it. So I combined the rainbow ow hourglass symbol and the Teal ribbon to make a Teal hourglass with yellow ‘sand’ stripes.

Snapper was probably one of the more difficult OCs to design, as at first she was colored in the WoF offical coloring book! And it was a little difficult to find similar colors digitally, but, again, I do like how she came out, and I think the extra glow scales pull it all together nicely. Also I may have made her a little shiny and ran with it. I referenced Queen Coral from the official Wings of Fire Guidebook for the wing glow scales and extra head glow scales.

I love your designs! I have my own dc (mostly just the bats) / warriors au, but with the idea that Damian writes self-insert warriors fanfiction and keeps it kinda like a diary. I see you had trouble with Steph’s warrior name, and honestly -mood. I like Dawnbite, it suits her very well! I named her Violetrot, which isnt as flattering, and i also made her a torbie so shes kind of moldy looking… And since it’s Damian basically making warriorsonas for his family and playing dolls with them, Batcow is also there and her name is Cowspot

omfg that's so cute. I think I came across something similar on ao3, though I can't pinpoint the fic -- I'm pleasantly surprised a lot of people like the idea of damian reading warrior cats (I don't blame them because I see it too)

violetrot is a good name though! I used the dawn prefix for my steph solely because of her color. her name was lavenderbite before I ultimately decided to go with dawnbite

When I was really little and reading Warriors I was upset about Smudge never seeing Rusty again I made AUs of Smudge joining Rusty in Thunderclan and he requested to keep his name. He was known as Smudgepaw (also because I really liked his name as a prefix and the alternative I enjoyed was Cowpaw to Cowspots)

He was apprentice to Spottedleaf because he first tried to train as a warrior so he can stay with Rusty but he didn't enjoy the violence and became Spottedleaf's first apprentice.

Realizing now she never had an apprentice huh?

Another AU was about Smudge getting lost in clan territory searching for Rusty and after running away he falls into a deep hole leading to the Moonstone and hits his head hard against the crystal losing his memories and basically found by the medicine cats and taken in.

I never went far with that AU but I remember it's existence on my old DA account on it's Sta.sh

Kit…. I literally had the same "Smudge Joins Thunderclan AU" when it came to the first part you gave. I wanted him to keep his name so bad so I just had BlueStar name him because his "Fur looked as if it had been smudged with mud to hide your scent. Your old Kittypet name will have no use anymore, as it has gained it's new, true meaning" and then little SmudgePaw was created. It didn't go down the Medic Smudge path but that isn't to say I don't enjoy those versions of the au. (On a side note, the au I mentioned me having also resulted in Squirrel and Leaf being Sand/Smudge kits. SquirrelFlight became CowFlight and LeafPool became MooLeaf)

I think him and SpottedLeaf would have nice interactions together. Can't wait for SmudgePaw to experience the religious horrors!

Also I fucking like that AU so much, imagine just trying to go to your annual doctors meet-up and you find some little dude knocked out from slamming his head on the Moonstone.

Current Activities in Warframe #7

I now know why these posts are hard to make. Warframe progress is very sideways, not necessarily a full upward momentum. Considering I can handle Steel Path on certain frames, most of my gameplay is playing catchup or powerleveling garbage gear to get mastery rank. I'm on the cusp of MR22.

I've stalled a bit on Zariman bounties so I've halted my arcane hunt for the time being.

I spent a whole off-day with a team of people breaking open a shitton of relics. Ended up crafting like six or so new prime weapons (a majority of which I won't use). But I maxed them for mastery fodder, and I have something around 900 ducats for Baro's next visit (with a handful more I can trade in, might be able to nab a couple primed mods, if they're good ones).

What I really need to buckle up and do is get the Paradox content done and over with. I just don't like how it forces me in sub-par gear and frames, though the enemies are pretty soft. I run around on the Mag and the bolter tears through them on its own just fine. But I have a friend (acquaintance?) from ESO swears by the Syam, a new melee weapon from Paradox. From what I understand it's inexpensive to get.

I want to do another photo shoot with Mesa. I have all three cosmetics on her fulfilled; The edgy black/red look. Edgy though it might be, it's damn cool. My second is the White/Gold/Purple, The "Calus" look. Bright and noble, it's my oft-default look to give to my frames.

The third, all this time I've been trying to emulate a real cowboy look. Right now she's got this brown/white thing going on to vaguely emulate cowspots like when I googled "Cowboy". Which usually just gives me Halloween costumes and stock photos. I'll be working on a gallery for her. As of typing this I'm running low on time, have to leave for work in 30 minutes but my next couple of Warframe related posts will likely just be pure photo galleries. I have one of my Harrow Prime, a frame I doubt I will ever play. He's support, which my Wisp functions for my "sit around and let other people do the work" frame.
