Mannie Fresh definitely brought a crowd, so much everyone couldn't get in, unfortunately. I personally feel they couldn't let more people in, but they still have covid restrictions up to keep people safe unstandable. Definitely have to do it again for next event.

still thinking about how jimmy's attempt to paint huell as a hero in "coushatta" centered around spinning a story about huell saving people from a fire...jimmy in s4 is like. i don't miss my brother or care about him what are you talking about. also the height of heroism is rushing into a burning building like the one my brother died in and saving the people inside

so Coushatta

is also the first time we see Nacho’s home right? the way he has all the fancy stuff and 2 girls, this long moment when he's walking through it too, and then the IDs, and he's so broken despite all that.

this episode is such a show of Nacho’s tragedy really, how he so obviously wants out but gets closer to the Cartel and his probably most hated things instead, pretty much taking Hector's place at El Mich with Domingo and that dealer.

and after they showcase all his suffering, a lot caused by him messing with Hector, trying to bring Salamancas down; Lalo appears on top of it, bright and loud and so happy about it too. "You're gonna die"

it's like Lalo really is that darkest force like in that one post about him being like the force of nature in the universe. Nacho went a bit too far and Lalo is what he meets in the end, what brings him down, though it's sort of something he brought upon himself, that's just how it happens.

and yes, the way Lalo says "It'll be like I'm not even here" and then everything turns to chaos, if it wasn't before, because he is here.
