Wild update from my friend about a guy we used to work with!
You know the next time I'm in a job interview and they ask me about an instance of conflict resolution I'm going to tell a story about firmly and calmly explaining to a colleague why he tone was unacceptable. How just because he was frustrated he couldn't speak to me like that. And how although he was much older then me, he had no experience in this field and I needed him to complete the task how I'd asked.
And they're gonna ask what the outcome was. And I'm gonna be able to say, "well he huffed and did what I said and then got fired like two weeks later for shouting at my boss. And then Disney had to scrub his employment record with them because he was wanted for corporate espionage in the US. He got extradited from a holiday in Italy last year and found guilty. Weird guy."
He was an absolute asshole to work with and every new bit of lore that unfolds paints an incredible picture

#I had the silliest dream last night my sister went as Glinda the good witch for some costume contest#and had a wand with crazy pyrotechnics that almost burned the venue down#but really impressed some rich dude who wanted to fund a performance with her as Glinda#so I said I’d direct but that we needed someone on vocals bc and I quote dream tsuchi:#“my sister is a lovely singer but she’s no Ariana grande”#but then I like turned down Kristin chenoweth bc like it’s been done before#and went with Gigi hadid who I only actually know in name like I couldn’t tell you who she is in real life#and then I was like “wait I have no experience directing a musical” and woke up#Virgo ass moment tbh#gpoy#and yes I was almost late to work bc I kept snoozing my alarm bc I wanted to see how the musical would go
