To the onions, add 1tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute it well Add 3 finely chopped tamotoes Add salt to taste 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Add coriander leaves Mix it all together, let it cook until the tamotoes are soft and nice Add 1 cup green peas and add little bit of water
Mix it well Now, add 1 cup of soya granules Mix it all together and add some water cover it with lid and let it cook After cooking, remove the lid and let it cook
This will allow it to absorb the all water when all the water is absorbed, Kheema masala is ready Let it cool down Take a roti and roast it without any oil or ghee (clarified butter) Brush a layer of coriender,mint chutney
Add the thinly sliced onions Add little bit chat masala And add kheema masala Fold it on the sides and then make a roll like this Take a pan, heat it with a little bit of oil
Just brush the whole pan with oil Let's place the kheema roll on pan Similarly, we will prepare remaining roll and place it on pan Brush the other side of roll with a little bit of oil Flip it over

Instant bread dhokla recipe made with bread, curd, suji and masala.
INGREDIENTS: 12 Bread slice 1/2 cup suji/semolina 1/2 cup curd 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut 1/2 inch ginger 5 green chilli 1 lemon juice 5-6 curry leaves 1 tbsp sugar 1 pack eno 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 4 tbsp coriender leaves 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tbsp oil Salt as per taste
METHOD: 1.Grind bread, semolina, 2 green chilli, ginger, curd and make a fine paste and add water as required. 2.Add water, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp coconut and mix properly. 3.Grease tray, add eno packet and mix properly, and pour in greased tray. 4.Steam dhokla for 20 min over medium to high heat. 5.In hot oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, sugar, water and boil then add lemon juice. 6.Pour tadka over dhokla and garnish with coconut and coriander. 7.Serve hot with chutney.
