The Role of Construction Labour Supply in Essex’s Growing Industry
The construction industry in Essex is thriving, with ongoing infrastructure projects, commercial developments, and residential expansions. To meet the increasing demand, construction companies rely heavily on a steady and skilled workforce. Construction labour supply plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Tumblr media
As Essex continues to grow, the demand for skilled labourers, including bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, and site managers, has increased significantly. This surge in demand makes it essential for businesses to partner with reliable construction labour supply agencies to source experienced professionals quickly and efficiently.
Challenges in Sourcing Skilled Labour in Essex
Despite the booming construction industry, sourcing the right talent is a significant challenge for many companies. Some of the key issues faced include:
1. Skills Shortage
There is an ongoing shortage of skilled workers in the UK construction sector, and Essex is no exception. Finding experienced professionals who meet project requirements can be difficult, leading to delays and increased costs.
2. High Workforce Turnover
The construction industry often experiences high staff turnover due to the project-based nature of the work. Companies frequently struggle to maintain a stable workforce, making construction labour supply agencies invaluable in providing consistent staffing solutions.
3. Compliance and Regulations
Hiring construction workers requires compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Labour supply agencies help construction firms navigate these complexities by ensuring all workers meet the necessary legal requirements.
Benefits of Partnering with a Construction Labour Supply Agency
1. Access to Skilled and Pre-Vetted Workers
A reputable construction labour supply agency in Essex provides businesses with skilled and experienced workers who have already been vetted. This reduces the time and effort required for recruitment and ensures that only qualified professionals join the workforce.
2. Cost-Effective Recruitment Solutions
Recruiting and training staff can be expensive. Labour supply agencies offer a cost-effective solution by providing ready-to-work professionals, eliminating the need for extensive recruitment efforts and reducing hiring costs.
3. Flexibility and Scalability
Construction projects often require varying workforce sizes at different stages. Labour supply agencies offer flexible staffing solutions that allow companies to scale their workforce up or down as needed, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
4. Reduced Administrative Burden
Managing payroll, contracts, and compliance can be time-consuming for construction firms. A construction labour supply agency handles these administrative tasks, allowing businesses to focus on project execution and delivery.
Choosing the Right Construction Labour Supply Agency in Essex
Selecting the right labour supply agency is critical for the success of any construction project. Here are some factors to consider:
1. Industry Experience
Choose an agency with extensive experience in the construction sector. A well-established agency understands industry demands and can provide workers with the necessary skills and expertise.
2. Reputation and Reviews
Check client testimonials and reviews to gauge the reliability of the agency. A reputable agency will have positive feedback from previous clients and a proven track record of delivering quality labour supply services.
3. Compliance and Certification
Ensure the agency complies with industry regulations and has the necessary certifications. This guarantees that the workers provided meet safety and legal requirements.
4. Range of Services
A good construction labour supply agency offers a wide range of workforce solutions, including temporary, permanent, and contract staffing, to meet diverse project needs.
Future Trends in Construction Labour Supply
As the construction industry evolves, so does the demand for skilled workers. Here are some key trends shaping the future of construction labour supply in Essex:
1. Increased Demand for Specialist Skills
With advancements in construction technology and sustainability initiatives, there is a growing need for workers with specialised skills, such as green building techniques and digital construction tools.
2. Technological Integration
Many construction firms are leveraging technology to streamline hiring processes. Labour supply agencies are using AI-driven recruitment tools to match workers with suitable projects more efficiently.
3. Focus on Workforce Training and Development
To address the skills shortage, many agencies and construction firms are investing in training programs to upskill workers and ensure they meet industry standards.
Conclusion
The construction sector in Essex is expanding rapidly, and having access to a reliable construction labour supply is essential for keeping up with demand. By partnering with a reputable labour supply agency, construction companies can overcome workforce challenges, ensure compliance, and maintain project efficiency. Whether you need temporary labourers or skilled tradespeople, a trusted construction labour supply agency can provide the workforce solutions needed to drive success in the industry.

In most city builders the unofficial (sometimes, explicit) goal is to grow your city - get a large amount of money, a large population and large tax income, unlock cool buildings, etc - and, while you can play it that way, the real unofficial goal of Workers & Resources is self-sufficiency.
While in the early game you're necessarily reliant on foreign trade to purchase raw materials, even hire foreign skilled labourers, and depend on exports to make up your currency deficit, the excitement of the game comes about once you fully control all steps of a given production process. You go from importing electricity - to mining, transporting, and refining coal for your own domestic power plants. And that applies to every single resource chain in the game, from bread, to concrete, to railway carriages.
What really sells me on the whole thing is this - in 'realistic' mode, the ability to construct buildings purely from money is removed. You can still import materials and labour, but you need to actually get them there. The process for starting out your city goes like this:
Set up mud tracks (the only free road type) from a border customs office. Build the free versions (which is to say, designated dirt lots) of a construction office, a fuel depot, and a road logistics office. From the border, buy vehicles with cash - cement mixers, dump trucks, asphalt pavers and steamrollers, a bus to bring foreign workers to your construction site, and don't forget a fuel tanker to supply your fuel depot. At this point you have a muddy construction site with some cars parked on it. Start construction on worker housing, the electrical substation for the housing, a water pump and water treatment plant (or, just a water tower to import water into), a small store to feed them - and hopefully it's not cold enough that you need a central heating block. Congrats, now get your construction offices carrying out each individual stage of construction in turn, requiring different resources and vehicles at each part, until, over dozens and dozens of workdays, you've finally built a single worker accomodation. Take in some workers, who are probably a bit annoyed that there aren't any bars or sports complexes around, and you've finally, after months of construction works, got your first residents. Now they need an actual workplace - and, luckily, you've now got a local workforce to construct it. Give it time, and this remote patch of dirt will be constructing nuclear power stations.
I feel like, in the way games like Banished (or, more topically, Manor Lords, I think? I've never played it) turn city-building into a survival game, by just semi-accurately portraying the precarity of a peasant economy, Workers & Resources definitely makes you feel like a stressed planner fighting against production itself, rather than your own citizens, like in Cities Skylines or the like.

Dungeon: Grandfather's Hungering Maw
Said to have been carved by an exiled dwarven king after his name and ignominious deeds were stricken from the records of his clan, this brooding edifice contains a darkness far deeper than any normal glacial cave.
The dungeon's name comes from a settlement in the foothills, with a mostly human population ignorant of the monument's dwarven origins. In their myths the face is infact that of a great giant, tricked by the folkhero founder of their village into staying very, very still while he was served a great feast, growing so spoiled and indolent that he was eventually buried by the mountain snow and froze solid. A recent series of avalanches that've buried paths and even destroyed homesteads have put it into people's heads that grandfather might be waking up.
Adventure Hooks:
A merchant caravan the party is riding along with takes a detour up into the highlands, following rumours of a village that's paying a premium for foodstuffs of late. Upon arrival they're strongarmed out of their cargo by a crowd of armed villagers, who heap the provisions on an overburned yak cart set to depart up the mountain on the next day. Fear of the giant has made some of the villagers turn into a panicked mob, emptying the granaries and raiding their neighbour's larders to supply ever larger and hastier "tribute" runs up to the mountain's mouth. Food is growing scarce in the village, and those with the foresight to worry about winter provisions dare not speak up: An old woman was accidentally killed trying to fend off the toughs uprooting her garden, and her still warm body was piled into the yak cart next to her unripe rutabagas.
Seeking the power of her infamous ancestor, a disfavoured daughter of the dwarven throne has ventured to the Maw with a group of sellswords in tow in the hopes of discovering the means of making herself queen. Down into the mountain's gullet they've found a great labyrinth, hewn over centuries by the still shuffling corpse of the nameless king, unable to fully rest until he has constructed a tomb worthy of his hubris. The would be ruler and her entourage are eating well thanks to the unsuspecting villagers' food deliveries, and have a few agents in town helping the process along while they continue their delve.
There's more than a stone worn skeleton and a few fortune hunters inhabiting the depths. A millennia ago Ahlkenahl the Vanquisher was a feared demon of war, thought invincible before the dwarven king forged a ring with the fiend's true name inscribed upon it and forced the Vanquisher to pledge an oath of eternal servitude. Driven into exile along with his mortal captor, Ahlkenahl has resentfully laboured alongside the king as he descended into witless undeath, even centuries after the ring was lost somewhere in the tomb along with the chipped fingerbone it rested on. The demon's occasional demolition filled bouts of rage cause the avalanches on the mountain's exterior, and they've only grown more frequent as he's attempted to stop the Heir and her underlings from finding the ring.
It's a three way race between the players, the dwarven heir, and the fiend to see who can find the ring first, having to not only battle eachother, but subterranean monsters, collapsing tunnels, and freezing glacier caverns along the way. Of course Ahlkenahl doesn't play fair, as the fiend can revive any body that finds its way into the Hungering Maw (such as dead villagers loaded on the Yak cart or slain sellswords) into undead minions, growing in strength as the situation becomes more desperate. The fiend can even send the undead down into the valley to do his bidding, chasing after whichever group managed to get the ring first or even go on a murder-filled supply run to bring back more bodies.
Simply getting the ring isn't enough to control Ahlhenahl, as the war-demon's true name is written in an infernal script that must be researched before it can be understood and spoken aloud. This gives the party a chance to catch up if the heir makes it out of the labyrinth with the prize and vice versa. It likewise gives Ahlkenahl's undead minions time to become a real threat both in number and as he deliberately creates more fearsome versions.
The Vanquisher can freely communicate with anyone holding the ring, an ability originally intended to allow the exiled king to command his bound demon in the field which now allows Ahlkenahl to whisper temptation into the ear of whoever holds it. Think of what he could do for them if they let him out of the labyrinth, the enemies he could slay, the kingdom he could carve on their behalf. Sure it would mean unleashing a walking massacre on the landscape but what's a little carnage between pactmates?

Harlech Castle
Harlech Castle, located in North Wales, was first built by Edward I of England (r. 1272-1307 CE) from 1283 CE. Largely completed by 1290 CE, the castle received some further additions up to 1330 CE. A classic example of a concentric medieval castle, Harlech skilfully used local topography, the sea, and imposing towers to represent a formidable challenge to any attackers, as proven in the lengthy sieges of the Welsh rebellions and the Wars of the Roses during the turbulent 15th century CE. Harlech Castle is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Edward I's Castle Building
From 1272 CE Edward I, the new king of England, conquered most of Wales and joined it with the county system present in England. Following the death of Llywelyn, the Prince of Wales, in 1282 CE, the only part of Wales which remained free was the wild mountainous north and here the king built several major castles which included Caernarfon Castle, Conwy Castle, and Harlech Castle. Work began on Harlech Castle in June 1283 CE, the vast team of labourers, masons, and craftsmen being supervised by Master James of Saint Georges (c. 1235-1308 CE), the experienced architect and engineer who had previously built castles in Europe and who would be involved in many of Edward's other Welsh castles.
As with any major castle, the choice of location would be the key to its chances of withstanding siege or attacks. Harlech was built on one of the most secure spots any castle was erected upon, sited on a rocky crag which rose straight out of the sea (today the sea has receded). There was also vital access to a small port or quay which meant that in times of trouble the castle could easily be supplied by boats (although one does not envy the porters who had to climb the 100+ steps with their heavy loads). The king visited the site in person to check progress over three days in August 1283 CE, and by the end of the first major building phase, he must have been happy with the results as he made Master James constable of the castle in 1290 CE, a position he would hold until 1293 CE.
Harlech would, by 1303 CE, eventually cost 8,184 pounds to construct (around $11 million today) but that was still a third cheaper than the cost of Caernarfon or Conwy. This is because the castle was both smaller and less ornate in its stonework and design. Even more significantly, the castle used local stone and so avoided the heavy costs of transportation of cumbersome materials. Another 400 pounds were spent on the castle between 1303 and 1330 CE.

it's really wild that they still use so much wood for homebuilding in the USA. Is it a cartel thing? I can't imagine why you'd want to use a material that is so variable and flammable for home construction. Like yeah sure it's great in the pre-industrial era but now you can excavate and process gravel and cement and clay and iron and aluminium.
Wood isn't exactly cheap! Supply is variable and very sensitive to all sorts of weird things and it simply cannot correct very quickly. Steel is taken out of the ground and we make huge amounts of it, it's much more stable.
Maybe the amount of wood isn't that high? A fair amount of a house is gypsum board which you do actually dig out of the ground.
Still, I'm surprised that steel studs haven't completely outcompeted wood. Does it require more work to assemble? It might just be an industry momentum thing, you'd have to find builders who know how to work with metal framing, which presumably isn't a lot of people. You jump straight from wood framing and drywall to curtain walls on steel skyscraper frames.
There were some Construction Physics articles on this that I missed because I was busy hang on.
This article shows that the material and labour cost of framing are both the largest single costs within their own class, at 8% and 11% of the total cost of a home respectively, so it is expensive, and presumably that makes your homebuilding very sensitive to price spikes in wood.
This is from the last wood pricing spike and yeah, wood pricing can seriously affect the overall cost of a house, but it's also shockingly stable for a while there for being, you know, wood.
But yeah it feels like it's a significant fire hazard. It's not bulk lumber that can char without burning, it's all 2x4's and framing beams.
None of what I say is meaningfully correct.

How Recruitment Agencies Ensure Quality and Compliance in Construction Labour Supply
In the ever-evolving construction industry, the demand for skilled labor is consistently high. As construction projects become more complex and regulations more stringent, ensuring quality and compliance in construction labour supply has never been more critical. Recruitment agencies play a pivotal role in this process, acting as intermediaries between employers and potential employees. Here’s how they ensure that the workforce meets the necessary standards and complies with industry regulations.
Tumblr media
1. Thorough Screening and Vetting Processes
One of the primary responsibilities of recruitment agencies is to conduct comprehensive screening and vetting of candidates. This process typically includes:
Background Checks: Agencies perform criminal background checks to ensure that candidates have a clean record, which is particularly important in construction, where safety is paramount.
Reference Checks: Verifying previous employment and performance through references helps agencies assess a candidate’s reliability and skill level.
Skill Assessments: Many agencies conduct practical tests or assessments to evaluate the technical skills of candidates, ensuring they possess the necessary qualifications for specific roles in construction.
By implementing these rigorous screening processes, recruitment agencies can provide construction companies with a pool of qualified candidates who are ready to meet the demands of the job.
2. Understanding Industry Standards and Regulations
The construction industry is governed by a myriad of regulations and standards, including safety protocols, labor laws, and quality assurance measures. Recruitment agencies specializing in construction labour supply are well-versed in these requirements. They ensure compliance by:
Staying Updated on Regulations: Agencies keep abreast of changes in labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure that their recruitment practices align with current requirements.
Training and Certification: Many agencies offer training programs or partner with training organizations to ensure that candidates are certified in essential areas, such as OSHA safety standards or specific trade skills.
By prioritizing compliance with industry regulations, recruitment agencies help construction companies mitigate risks and avoid potential legal issues.
3. Building Strong Relationships with Clients
Effective communication and collaboration between recruitment agencies and construction companies are vital for ensuring quality in construction labour supply. Agencies work closely with their clients to understand their specific needs, project requirements, and company culture. This relationship-building process includes:
Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Agencies develop customized recruitment strategies based on the unique needs of each construction project, ensuring that the right candidates are sourced for the job.
Feedback Loops: Regular feedback from clients helps agencies refine their recruitment processes and improve the quality of candidates presented for consideration.
By fostering strong relationships with clients, recruitment agencies can better align their services with the expectations and standards of the construction industry.
4. Continuous Monitoring and Support
Once candidates are placed in construction roles, recruitment agencies don’t just step back. They provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that both the workers and the employers are satisfied. This includes:
Performance Evaluations: Agencies may conduct regular check-ins with both the employer and the employee to assess performance and address any issues that arise.
Support for Compliance Issues: If any compliance concerns emerge, agencies can step in to provide guidance and support, helping to resolve issues before they escalate.
This continuous monitoring helps maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the duration of the project.
5. Leveraging Technology for Better Outcomes
In today’s digital age, recruitment agencies are increasingly using technology to enhance their recruitment processes. This includes:
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): These systems streamline the recruitment process, making it easier to manage applications and track candidate progress.
Data Analytics: Agencies can analyze data to identify trends in labor supply and demand, helping them make informed decisions about recruitment strategies.
By leveraging technology, recruitment agencies can improve efficiency and ensure that they are providing the best possible candidates for construction labour supply.
Conclusion
Recruitment agencies play a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance in construction labour supply. Through thorough screening processes, a deep understanding of industry regulations, strong client relationships, continuous support, and the use of technology, these agencies help construction companies find the right talent while adhering to the necessary standards. As the construction industry continues to grow and evolve, the importance of quality and compliance in labor supply will remain a top priority, making recruitment agencies invaluable partners in this endeavor.

The Benefits of Hiring an Agency for Your Construction Labour Supply Needs
When it comes to managing your construction labour supply needs, partnering with an agency can offer a range of benefits that can streamline your operations and ensure efficiency on the job site:
Quality and Reliable Workers
When it comes to construction projects, having quality and reliable workers is crucial for the success of your endeavours. Hiring an agency for your construction labour supply needs can ensure that you have access to skilled and experienced workers who can get the job done efficiently.
By partnering with an agency, you can tap into a pool of pre-screened professionals who have the necessary qualifications and experience in the construction industry. This means you won’t have to worry about vetting individual workers or dealing with potential hiring mistakes.
Moreover, agencies often have access to a diverse range of talent, allowing you to find workers with specific skill sets that match your project requirements. Whether you need carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or general labourers, an agency can connect you with the right people for the job.
Flexibility and Scalability of Labor Needs
When it comes to construction projects, the need for labour can fluctuate. Sometimes you may require more workers, while at other times you might need less. This is where hiring an agency for your construction labour supply needs can be beneficial.
An agency provides flexibility by adjusting the number of workers based on your project requirements. Whether you have a sudden surge in workload or need to downsize temporarily, agencies can quickly adapt to meet your changing demands.
Moreover, agencies offer scalability by providing access to a pool of skilled workers with diverse expertise. They can easily match the right individuals to specific tasks, ensuring that your project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Cost-Effectiveness
When it comes to construction labour supply needs, cost-effectiveness is a crucial factor to consider. Hiring an agency can actually save you money in the long run. Agencies have access to a pool of skilled workers, which means they can fill positions quickly and efficiently.
By outsourcing your labour supply needs to an agency, you eliminate the costs associated with recruiting, training, and managing employees. This can lead to significant savings for your construction projects. Additionally, agencies often have established relationships with workers, allowing them to negotiate better rates on your behalf.
Another cost-saving benefit of hiring an agency for your construction labour supply needs is that you only pay for the services you use. This flexibility allows you to scale up or down based on project requirements without being tied down by fixed overhead costs.
When considering the cost-effectiveness of hiring an agency for your construction labour supply needs, it’s clear that this approach can help optimise your budget while ensuring access to high-quality workers when you need them most.
Risk Management and Compliance
When it comes to construction labour supply, risk management and compliance are crucial factors that should not be overlooked. Hiring an agency for your labour needs can help mitigate risks associated with hiring workers directly.
Construction projects often come with potential hazards, so ensuring that workers are compliant with safety regulations is essential to prevent accidents and legal issues. An agency specialising in labour supply will have processes in place to ensure that all workers provided meet necessary certifications and training requirements.
Moreover, agencies stay updated on changing laws and regulations related to labour practices in the construction industry. This proactive approach helps you avoid costly penalties or fines due to non-compliance.
By entrusting your labour supply needs to a reputable agency, you can focus on your construction project knowing that the workforce provided meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conclusion
Hiring an agency for your construction labour supply needs can provide you with numerous benefits that can greatly impact the success of your projects. From ensuring quality and reliable workers to offering flexibility in scaling your labour requirements, agencies can streamline the process of sourcing skilled workers for your construction projects. For the Malak-roommate au I’m imagining if Malak works as a wood worker or construction worker will come home absolutely exhausted
cut to Adrastus having dinner ready and thralling him as he eats and leads him to a warm bath. It’s violatingly gentle, and Malak will not remember it in the morning, but in the moment his battered overworked body will sink into Ad’s arms
(Also it’ll be so so strange to hear Malak speak confidently with little to no stutters—as from what I’ve gathered the stuttering stems from long term enthrallment, correct me if I’m wrong though)
WOHEO Masterlist
Chilly and sniveling in the silent, night air, Malak pulled out his keys with clammy fingers, clamoring to turn the lock as soon as possible. The knob was cold to the touch, freezing up his clammy fingers as he stepped inside, hit with a wave of warmth. “‘M home!”
He could’ve melted into a puddle of bliss as soon as he walked in. After hours upon hours of hard work and labour, finally coming home to his cozy, shared apartment was a blissful feeling. He was so immensely tired he could have keeled over into sleep right then and there. Overwhelming the sickness soon coming over him, radiating heat seeped into his skin.
Though, it seemed he was hit with something along with the heat, something flavorful and vibrant to his nose.
And maybe-
Maybe something else… something that made his head just a little fuzzy… maybe he was just tired…
“In the kitchen, dear!” Adrastus called back - always with the pet names, no matter if he was older or not - leading him along with their voice as he ignored any urge to put down his things or rid his feet of wet boots, mind overcome with a hunger that rumbled up a moan from his belly.
The countertop, along with a table fit for the two of them, were lined with plates and platters of the most delicious looking dishes Malak had ever laid eyes on, drool slipping over his lip as he took it all in.
“Well hello there, my darling.” Adrastus swiped the oven mitts from their delicate, slender hands, a perfectly pink apron tied around their midsection. They strode with confidence, taking him by the cheeks. “I made this all for you. Feel free to dig in, please, honey.”
Jaw falling slack, their touch had his jaw going slack with a pleasurable numbness, slurring out, “All… for me?”
Trailing their fingers tenderly down his arms, they took his hands in theirs and guided him to a seat, taking all the time his heavy, weighted feet needed to get moving. They pulled out a chair and gestured for him to sit. “Yes, of course.” As he sat, slumping into his seat, they rolled their palms over his shoulders. “Feel free to get cozy now, okay, baby? Nice and warm and drowsy and cozy.”
Sighing out a breath of air he sunk into his chair, sipping in a smell of all the food that sat before him, a smile strung over his lips. “Mmm….”
“Dig in.”
Tummy groaning out once again, Malak looked for silverware, yet couldn’t seem to locate any. A hand snuck into his curls, scattering his thoughts in an instant, prompting him to simply cut through what looked to be a pan of sticky macaroni and cheese with his hands. Adrastus giggled at that, and a giddy blush crept onto his face.
“Do you like it?” They whispered, breath blossoming over his ear as did a liveliness in his tastebuds. Vigorously Malak nodded, spooning handfuls of whatever was in reach into his mouth. “Don’t go and choke now, baby.”
Shoveling more between his teeth, he lazily gave them a nod. “‘Course not… uh… um…,” their name - or… title - was on the tip of his tongue, it always was when he got home and everything was all light and bubbly, yet he couldn’t seem to unblock the thought.
“Master.” They supplied, helping Malak like they always did, and his smile widened into a toothy, dopey grin.
“Master…” he mumbled around chunks of food, delicious flavors bouncing up and over his tongue, so many so good he couldn’t name them all with his brain running so slow. That seemed right though, in a way.
“Oh, you cutie pie.” His master cooed, pinching his cheeks and planting a peck to his forehead. “Aren’t you just a little mess now? Eating with your hands like a little baby. Maybe it’s time for a bath.”
Lighting up, Malak’s expression brightened impossibly further. “Batthhh…?”
“Yes, darling, a bath, I just know you love those.” Hoisting him up with minimal effort - an action that seemed strange for a flicker of a second before it was brushed away by the cloudiness of his mind - Malak’s master carried him out and into the bathroom.
“You just sit here and watch the tub for me, okay?” They instructed, plopping him to the floor beside the tub.
His attention was quickly caught by the run of the water. “Yes… masterrr…”
It seemed almost like hours that the water trickled from the spout before it was full, but if Malak was all there he would’ve recognized it only being minutes.
“Alright, you climb right on in, it should be nice and comfortable for you.”
He did as told, crawling into the bath, letting free a pleasant shudder at the magical temperature that coated his flesh.
Their hands suck their way into his locks, frizzy and unkempt, caressing around the heavenly scritches and scratches of their nails. “Mmm…” sinking into their hold, Malak’s eyes fluttered quick to a close, nearly asleep.
“Sweet and sleepy, are you baby? It’s alright, master will keep you nice and safe while you doze. Sweet, sleepy, and docile you are. Sweet, sleepy… and docile.”
